Paris Jackson Busted for Speeding ... Almost Hit the Century Mark!!!

Paris Jackson was hauling ass near Universal Studios Hollywood -- according to cops, anyway -- and ended up with a ticket in hand, but not for the amusement park.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Michael's daughter was busted on the 101 freeway last month by the California Highway Patrol for going well over 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone.

We're told she was driving in her 2017 Jeep Wrangler around 1:00 AM when the cop pulled her over, and she was cited for speeding.

It's unclear if there was anyone else in the ride with her at the time.

We know Paris has been focused on her music career this year -- playing gigs around L.A. from time to time -- and seems like she's got the right stuff to be the next Danica Patrick.

Seriously though ... speeding is bad. Don't do it.

Joaquin Phoenix I'm No Joker!!! Fesses Up After Hitting Paramedics' Truck

The Joker is actually a good guy -- at least in real life -- because when Joaquin Phoenix hit a fire department vehicle, he tracked down the paramedics to confess.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Joaquin was making a right turn out of a parking lot in West Hollywood Tuesday afternoon when his Tesla scraped the bumper of an unoccupied L.A. County Fire Dept. truck.

We're told Joaquin parked and found the paramedics, who were on a call, and explained what happened -- he simply misjudged it and didn't make a wide enough turn. Police were called, everyone exchanged insurance info and a damage report was also taken because L.A. County property was damaged.

Kevin Hart Car Crash Caused By Driver's Sudden Acceleration ... CHP Says No One Wore Seat Belts

UPDATE

2:52 PM PT -- According to the crash report -- obtained by TMZ -- it details Kevin leaving the scene after the accident while Black and Broxterman remained trapped.

UPDATE

The report also lists the extensive bodywork Kevin had done to the Barracuda ... including adding a 6.4L Hemi V-8 engine, sport tires as well as custom gauges and graphics. It also mentions the vehicle was without an anti-lock braking system.

UPDATE
UPDATE

As for the seat belts, the report says, "There were fold and crease marks on the belt surfaces consistent with being folded and tucked into the seats and no indicators of occupant loading were present." Cops say even if the belts were worn at the time of the crash, "They were being worn improperly due to excessive slack in the belts."

UPDATE

The report says Broxterman was pinned between the top of the right passenger seat and the collapsed roof of the vehicle, with her head facing the windshield. The report also notes the car was, "not outfitted to carry rear seat passengers." Kevin replaced the backseats with plastic storage boxes.

Kevin Hart's car crash was caused by the driver operating the vehicle in a reckless fashion ... this according to the California Highway Patrol, which has just completed its report on the accident.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Kevin's 1970 Plymouth Barracuda crashed because driver Jared Black gunned the engine and lost control. The car had incredible power with a 720-HP engine. We're told the sudden acceleration and loss of control caused the vehicle to go into a spin and it ended up crashing through a fence and into an embankment.

According to our sources, the report says none of the 3 people in the car were wearing seat belts. As we reported, the Barracuda did not have safety harnesses, but now it's not an issue since they weren't wearing any safety device.

Our sources say the vehicle did not have any mechanical issues. It was purely driver error -- willful or wanton disregard for people or property.

Clayton Kershaw Jersey Run Over At Dodger Stadium ... After NLDS Collapse

Dodgers fans were SO PISSED at Clayton Kershaw for blowing yet another playoff game Wednesday ... they straight-up invited people at Dodger Stadium to run over his jersey!!!

L.A. was up 3-1 late in Game 5 of its NLDS finale with the Nationals ... when Dave Roberts tabbed Kershaw to help close out the game.

But the 3-time Cy Young winner -- who has a long history of fumbling in the playoffs -- choked ... and gave up the Dodgers' lead on back-to-back homers in the 8th.

Of course, the Dodgers went on to lose the game in the 10th inning ... and that's when L.A. fans took to the stadium parking lot with Kershaw jerseys in hand.

You can see in video shot by LZ Granderson ... people laid the No. 22 jersey just beneath tires, and fans happily ran it over.

For his part, 31-year-old Kershaw admitted to sucking once again ... telling reporters after the game, "Everything people say is true right now about the postseason. I understand that."

He added, "Nothing I can do about it right now. It's a terrible feeling. It really is."

The star pitcher ultimately gave up 5 earned runs in 6.1 innings in his two appearances in the series ... and added after Game 5, "I might not get over it."

For their part, his teammates tried to stick up for him and are already forgiving the guy for his poor postseason.

As for Dodger fans ... clearly they ain't ready for that yet.

UPDATE

12:17 PM PT -- According to the Denver Police Department, both people in the video were arrested for domestic violence assault.

Two airline employees -- a woman and a man -- got into an ugly brawl with slaps, punches and spitting, allegedly, involved ... and it was all captured on surveillance video.

The video from inside the jetway -- and just outside the door of a Republic Airways plane -- shows a female staffer walking briskly toward the jet as the male employee walks off the jet. There's an immediate confrontation that appears to start with the man spitting in the woman's direction.

The incident, which allegedly went down on Sept. 13 in Denver, quickly escalated with the woman slapping the man's face. He then responded with 2 brutal punches -- one to her body and one to the head -- slamming her up against the wall of the jetway.

The male employee, who might be a flight attendant or pilot based on his uniform, then walked back onto the regional Republic Airways flight. FlyerTalk first posted the video.

As of now, it's unclear what precipitated the fight -- however, TMZ has confirmed both employees were fired.

Here it is ... the last moments of Jay Gruden in D.C. right before he boarded a plane and got the hell out of town.

The footage was shot Monday at Dulles International Airport ... just hours after Jay got the chop in Washington. Jay was heading for Orlando, where he has a home.

And, ya gotta hand it to the guy, because despite JUST losing his job -- we're told he couldn't have been nicer to people who recognized him in the airport.

He even posed for pics and shook some hands before getting on the plane.

One witness described the scene this way ...

"He was ready to leave and kept his head low. I talked to him for a few minutes and wished him good luck on his next job. He was at the bar with his wife. It looked like he was having a long day."

This officially ends the Jay Gruden era in Washington. At this time, make sure your seatback's up and tray tables are in their full, upright position and that your seat belt is correctly fastened.

'Black Ink Crew' star Sky Days ain't having it with NYC taxi drivers who allegedly cut her off in traffic ... as evidenced by this video of her ready to fistfight one of 'em.

Sky jumped out of her vehicle and got right in the cab driver's face, Friday afternoon on Madison Ave. The video starts just as Sky bum rushes the guy -- but sources familiar with the situation say it started with a reckless move from the driver.

We're told Sky was absolutely losing it because the taxi had nearly sideswiped her vehicle. Watch the video ... seems like Sky was about to throw down -- 'Black Ink' fans know she's not afraid to get in the mix.

Brian Austin Green Sued Refund My $330k Porsche Purchase ... It Ain't the Real Deal!!!

Brian Austin Green sold a classic Porsche to a guy overseas, but the buyer claims the car's engine wasn't what Brian advertised it to be ... and now he wants his money back.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ ... Gonzalo da Silva Pinto says Brian was trying to sell a 1955 Porsche Speedster back in May 2017, and when Pinto saw the online ad, he did his due diligence to make sure the Porsche was the real deal.

After all, the asking price was $385k -- makes sense he'd wanna kick the tires.

Pinto claims he hired a couple Porsche experts to inspect the car and make sure the engine matched the certificate of authenticity -- by verifying a stamp on the motor. He says everything looked up to snuff, so he bought the car from Brian for $330,000 and shipped it to Germany.

Problem is ... Pinto says when the Porsche got to the motherland, he tried to get his own certificate of authenticity and found out the engine was NOT authentic. Pinto claims the engine stamp was forged.

Now, Pinto wants to cancel the sale and get back his $330k ... plus all the costs and fees he racked up during the purchase, authentication and delivery. Although he's clearly pissed about the alleged forgery ... Pinto is not accusing Brian of fraud in the lawsuit.

We reached out to Brian's camp ... so far, radio silence.

No word if Pinto checked the Carfax.

'Shark Tank' Star Kevin O'Leary Wife Charged with Crime in Fatal Boat Crash ... Other Driver Charged Too

UPDATE

1:39 PM PT -- Linda's lawyer, Brian Greenspan, tells TMZ, Canadian authorities have got it all wrong.  Greenspan says the penalty they're citing -- 18 months maximum in jail or a $1 million fine -- is for ocean-going vessels. The maximum penalty for pleasure craft, he says, is a $10,000 fine with NO jail time. Greenspan also says it's ridiculous to charge Linda when the cause of the crash was the other boat not having navigation lights on in the middle of a dark lake.

The wife of "Shark Tank" star Kevin O'Leary has been charged with driving their boat carelessly in the fatal boating accident last month, but the other driver was also charged with a crime.

TMZ has learned the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged Linda O'Leary with "careless operation of a vessel." TMZ broke the story ... O'Leary's boat was on Lake Joseph August 24 when it slammed into another boat, killing 2 passengers.

Our sources say the OPP obtained 5 videos from cameras trained on the lake and they concluded she was driving 17 MPH at around 11:30 PM ... which police say was not a safe speed.

But, the OPP also charged the driver of the other boat, Richard Ruh. The OPP says he was driving without navigation lights. As we reported, this seemed to be the core of the case -- and our sources say the driver had insisted the lights were on, but police say the video shows otherwise.

We're told Linda is going to "vigorously fight the charge." OPP spokeswoman Carolle Dionne tells us Linda's alleged crime carries a maximum sentence of 18 months in jail or a $1 million fine.

Kevin was not charged with any offense, but he told us through his agent, UTA honcho Jay Sures, "Now that the authorities have concluded their thorough investigation, I have no further comment other than to say that our thoughts and prayers are with the friends and families of those who lost loved ones in this awful tragedy. Our hearts go out to them."

Kevin Hart Lawsuit's Almost Certain ... In Car Crash Case

Kevin Hart and the 2 people in his car that crashed Sept. 1 have all lawyered up, TMZ has learned, and everyone's expecting a big lawsuit.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us, the driver, who sustained serious back and chest injuries has an attorney, as does the passenger in the backseat, who sustained only minor injuries. Kevin has a lawyer as well.

We're told Kevin is in the crosshairs of the other 2 people in the 1970 Plymouth Barracuda because the car did not have safety harnesses or airbags. The argument is ... Kevin should have worried less about keeping the car authentic and more about safety -- and not doing so constitutes negligence.

The driver could also be on the hook for Kevin and the backseat passenger, but it's a little premature since the CHP is still investigating the cause of the crash.

The big issue ... we're told the company that customized the car could be looking at a lawsuit. The argument goes like this ... the company is the expert and even if Kevin wanted a custom job without safety harnesses, the company should have refused the job because it wasn't safe ... especially with a powerful, 720 horsepower engine.

We contacted 10 custom car companies around the country and asked if Kevin's crash has opened their eyes and changed their minds about customizing classic cars without installing safety harnesses. 8 out of the 10 said they would if that's what the customer wanted. Only 2 said they would not.

It's interesting because it opens these companies up to a lawsuit, especially if there are passengers in the car who get injured.

Our law enforcement sources tell us ... the CHP may lobby the California State Legislature to prohibit custom car companies from rolling out products without harnesses ... whether the customer wants them or not.

Travis Scott Look Mom I Can Buy ... a $1.6 MILLION Ride!!!

Travis Scott is definitely in the one percent -- not only does his new vehicle cost more than most new houses ... it's one of only 99 ever made in the whole world.

The rapper recently dropped a fortune on a white 2018 Maybach G650 Landaulet, an extremely rare G-Wagon that goes for $1.6 million and comes fully loaded.

Travis bought the G through Specialty Car Collection in L.A. a couple weeks ago after it purchased the ride from well-known car collector Obi Okeke ... AKA "Doctor Bugatti." We're told it was loaded in Austin and shipped to Scott in Houston.

Maybach only produced 99 of the Landaulets, but just to make it even more special ... Trav had it custom wrapped in brown. Goes well with the interior -- which includes a mini-fridge!!! It is $1.6 mil, after all.

The baller ride caps off an incredible run Scott's been on this year, with the massive success of his "Astroworld" album and tour and the release of his Netflix documentary, "Look Mom I Can Fly."

Clearly, he's enjoying the fruits of his labor.

'The Place Beyond The Pines' Buy Eva Mendes' Honda Prelude ... Gosling Sold Separately

One of Eva Mendes' former rides is hitting the market ... and it means you could scoot around in the car Eva was driving when she and Ryan Gosling sparked their romance.

The whip is a rare 1982 Honda Prelude, and you might remember it from the 2012 film, "The Place Beyond The Pines" ... starring Eva, Ryan and Bradley Cooper.

Eva and Ryan logged a bunch of screen time behind the wheel in the flick, and the car just went up for auction on eBay, with the bidding starting at $5,000.

The car's current owner, Leon Ferri, tells us he scooped up the ride about 5 years ago off Craigslist, and he's totally fixed it up. The two-door silver whip has 84,000 miles and a brand new engine, plus a sunroof and a snazzy red interior.

The ride brought Eva and Ryan together in the movie ... and in real life. Eva's said they knew each other before filming, but while onset in 2011 it sounds like that's when things got serious. They've been together ever since and have 2 kids together.

Unfortunately, Ryan doesn't come with the purchase.

Robin Thicke's Fiancee Caused Scary 2-Car Malibu Crash ... Cops Say

Robin Thicke's fiancee is at fault for a 2-car crash in Malibu ... so say cops in their preliminary investigation, but it's not all bad news for Robin's baby mama.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops have determined Robin's fiancee, April Love Geary, made an unsafe left turn onto the PCH with her Cadillac Escalade last weekend, causing her to smash into a BMW carrying 3 people.

We're told April's car hit the passenger side of the Beamer and the impact was so hard ... it sent the BMW flying off the side of the road.

Kevin Hart Car Crash CHP Will Disassemble Barracuda ... Laws Could Change

Kevin Hart's 1970 Plymouth Barracuda will be stripped down to nuts, bolts and metal pieces ... courtesy of the California Highway Patrol, and what the CHP finds could result in new car safety laws.

Our CHP sources tell us its protocol is often to disassemble cars involved in either fatal or major injuries to determine the cause of the crash. It's a 3-week process ... a week taking the car apart and 2-3 weeks evaluating the evidence and writing a report.

Our law enforcement sources say ... the end result may be a recommendation by the CHP to the state legislature to require that car companies that customize and restore classic cars must install safety harnesses, even if it deviates from the original vehicle. In Kevin's case, the Barracuda is a 1970, when harnesses were not required.

As one CHP source told us, even if there were mechanical problems with the car that caused the crash, a safety harness could have prevented or minimized the serious back injuries Kevin and the driver suffered.

We're told the CHP DOES care if the car wasn't restored properly. The CHP has actually pushed legislation over salvaged cars that are unsafely restored ... and now those cars must be inspected by the Dept.

The CHP has offices in the state capitol in Sacramento and dept. officials work closely with legislators to push vehicle safety laws. We're told Kevin's crash, along with other similar crashes involving classic cars, may mean in the future ... every one of these cars must be outfitted with a harness that could prevent major injury and death.

U.S. Coast Guard Missing Crew Members Found Alive ... Inside Capsized Cargo Ship Near GA

UPDATE

8:41 AM PT -- 9/9 -- All 4 of the missing crew members were found alive after rescuers drilled into the ship's hull ... according to the AP.

The U.S. Coast Guard is on a search and rescue mission for four missing crew members of a cargo ship that completely flipped over off the shores of Georgia.

The 656-foot long vessel -- which was carrying a bunch of vehicles and leaving a major port near Brunswick, GA very early Sunday AM -- was said to be tipping to its left side shortly after it started moving. Eventually, it completely capsized, and the CG was dispatched.

Capsized Cargo Ship Helicopter Rescue
THE DARING RESCUE MISSION
SplashNews.com

Reports say that a fire broke out on-board after it started tipping over, but eventually the billowing smoke ceased. Of the 23 crew members and one pilot on the ship, all but 4 have been accounted for so far, according to the military branch. Their search continues.

It's unclear at this point what exactly caused the cargo ship to begin to tip in the first place -- and the Coast Guard won't say definitively if Hurricane Dorian had anything to do with it.

It'd be strange if Dorian did affect this somehow -- as the hurricane made brief contact with Georgia last week, but it has since moved north and been downgraded significantly.

Some witnesses say the cargo ship was passing another vessel that was coming into the port as it started heading out, and suggested that might've had something to do with causing the tip. That hasn't been confirmed though by the Coast Guard.

Whatever it was ... it was a force strong enough to completely flip over this giant machine. Scary stuff, no doubt.

Kevin Hart Souped-Up Car Lacked Critical Safety Features ... Classic Car Experts Claim

Kevin Hart was riding in a death trap in the form of a tricked out 1970 Plymouth Barracuda ... so say car experts, who believe his ride lacked key safety features that would've spared him horrendous injuries as a result of his car crash.

Several owners of car customizing shops specializing in performance vehicles tell TMZ ... it's "highly unusual" for cars with 720 horsepower to be outfitted without a five-point harness and a roll cage.

Joe Rogan commissioned Rad Rides by Troy to build his Hemi-powered 1970 Barracuda -- the same type of car Kevin had -- and folks in the shop tell us Joe's whip did indeed have a five-point harness and roll cage, and the shop's staff was shocked Kevin's was not similarly outfitted.

We reached out to SpeedKore, the company that customized Kevin's Barracuda, to ask about the car's safety features or lack thereof ... but they had no comment.

TMZ broke the story ... Kevin suffered 3 spinal fractures when his car crashed through a fence on Mulholland Highway in the Malibu Hills. He had serious back surgery where doctors fused 3 sections of his spine. He's now starring down months of rehab.

Kevin Hart's scary car wreck has Dr. Phil shook because, like Kevin, he owns a classic car ... and he's now realizing it comes with some serious safety concerns.

Kevin's wreck shook Dr. Phil ... he showed us his classic, souped-up 1957 Chevy, which is equipped with lap belts but no safety harnesses, and he's now thinking about installing the harnesses and also plans to inquire about airbags.
