Jamie Lynn Spears' daughter, Maddie, got a Polaris ATV for her 7th birthday and it's matching up as the one in which she was critically injured.

Jamie surprised her daughter in June 2015 with the off-road vehicle. TMZ broke the story, Maddie was riding in a Polaris Sunday when it flipped over into a pond, submerging her for 2 minutes as her mom and stepdad frantically tried to unfasten her seat belt.

Britney asked for people to pray for her niece, who remains in critical but stable condition.

Odell Beckham's little brother got a ride home from school LIKE A BOSS ... when the NFL star rolled up in a sick Rolls-Royce Wraith!!!!

Odell's 14-year-old lil bro is Kordell Beckham -- a rising football star who goes to school in the Houston area.

Uber drivers are quitting because they're pissed about the company's response to the "Muslim ban,' and about the CEO's relationship with President Trump -- and they're fleeing to the competition.

Drivers in California, New York, Pennsylvania and North Carolina tell TMZ ... they've joined the #DeleteUber movement along with thousands of customers. Uber driver Jonathan -- who's shot some epic YouTube vids with customers -- says he's done working for and promoting Uber because CEO Travis Kalanick "continues to be feeble in making a strong stance against the President's policies."

A driver in NY told us he was disgusted Uber crossed strike lines at JFK airport -- where taxi drivers were protesting the Muslim ban -- and used it as an opportunity to make some easy money.

Most of the drivers we spoke to said they had applied, or were already working with Lyft ... because they feel it's a more honest and "socially conscious" company. Lyft pledged $1 mil to the ACLU.

The Kardashians started off their Costa Rica trip in style ... hopping on Dan Bilzerian's infamous party plane for the ride there.

We're told the Kardashians rented out Dan's 16-seat Gulfstream G4SP to take them to the tropical country. The plane has certainly had its share of hot babes roaming the aisle.

The trip wasn't cheap -- $120,000 round trip.

Chris Brown's Lamborghini Aventador is chilling on a scrap heap after a mysterious crash completely destroyed the exotic sports car ... TMZ has learned.

The whip -- which retails for $400k-$500k -- wrecked in Bev Hills early Tuesday morning, but police have no idea who was behind the wheel because it was abandoned when they arrived on scene.

We're told the Lambo is still registered to Chris, and even though he lets friends drive it ... he had no knowledge it was being driven the night of the crash. Although it has a matte black wrap now -- you can still see the car's original orange paint underneath.

Police say because it was a single car wreck, and nothing else was damaged ... it's a low priority investigation. We're guessing Chris doesn't feel the same way.

Melania Trump is going to endear herself to New Yorkers right off the bat by NOT creating traffic jams across the city ... TMZ has learned.

The First Lady returned to Trump Tower Sunday night because, as we reported ... she religiously escorts Barron to his private school -- but now they'll do it in a heavily protected motorcade rolling through NYC. This, understandably, was a deep concern for city commuters.

Our law enforcement sources tell us it won't be that bad. We're told the plan is to block off streets in a rolling pattern -- for just a few minutes -- to allow the First Lady's convoy to move quickly. NYPD will assist the Secret Service by blocking streets and re-opening them as soon as Melania's ride passes.

Bottom line for NYers: No massive street closures all at once, and no gridlock. Also, we're told the route will change regularly for security purposes.

We'll see how this all works Wednesday morning when Barron heads back to school.

Floyd Mayweather's insanely expensive Bugatti didn't sell at auction this weekend ... despite a $1.9 MILLION bid ... because the number was still much lower than Floyd was hoping to get.

As we previously reported, Floyd put his white 2011 Veyron Grand Sport on the auction block at the Barrett-Jackson auto show in Scottsdale, AZ this weekend.

The boxer was expecting to make a profit after reportedly paying $3.5 mil for the whip ... but that's not how things went down.

We're told the reserve on the car (the lowest number he would agree to sell the car for) was $2 million ... and the highest bid was still $100,000 short of that. Aerosmith's Steven Tyler had expressed interest in the car, but clearly, things didn't work out.

Our sources tell us Floyd was visibly upset and left the auction early. Now, Floyd has to look for another high-end car buyer ... which isn't impossible ... it's just very time-consuming.

Meantime, Floyd's pal, Justin Bieber, sold his Ferrari for a whopping $430k ... which is higher than some car experts thought it would get!

Floyd Mayweather's Bugatti may get a new celebrity butt in the driver's seat cause Steven Tyler is seriously interested in buying the champ's insanely expensive whip.

TMZ Sports spoke with RD Whittington -- co-owner of Luxury Auto Collection in Scottsdale, AZ -- who says he scored the listing for both of Floyd's Bugattis and plans to unload his white 2011 Veyron Grand Sport at the Barrett-Jackson auto show this weekend.

Floyd reportedly paid $3.5 million for the car ... and it's expected to fetch EVEN MORE at auction.

Whittington tells us the car is getting serious interest from car enthusiasts including Tyler who happens to be selling his million dollar Hennessey Venom GT Spyder for charity at the same auction.

We're told after Tyler unloads his car, he's already talking about swooping in on Floyd's ride.

If you still want a Mayweather supercar, his black 2015 Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse is also for sale at the L.A.C. shop for $4.95 million.

So, why's Floyd getting rid of these beauties? Get this ... we're told his new obsession is JETS.

A man cops say was armed with a hatchet during a wild L.A. car chase was shot dead, and it's all caught on video.

The chase went down Wednesday afternoon near LAX. You see the suspect at the end of the chase, surrounded by cops, climbing out the driver's side window. Then, suddenly, multiple shots ring out -- more than a half dozen. The suspect died on the spot.

Chris Brown went straight "Dragon Ball Z" on his Lamborghini ... hitting the streets of L.A. with Goku on the hood ... and it's dope.

Brown is a huge fan of Japanese anime (he's got a 'Dragon Ball' tat on his leg) and with a potential fight with Soulja Boy on the horizon, the singer put the toughest Saiyan on the planet right on the front of his whip.

He also put a couple of black ice tree air fresheners on his rear view. Even the toughest warriors gotta smell good.

Melania Trump will get from the White House to Trump Tower faster than your average big city commuter takes to get home -- and she's doing it by plane, chopper and automobile.

TMZ broke the story ... Melania will stay at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave Friday and Saturday night and then return to Trump Tower Sunday with Barron so he can continue his school year in NYC. It's going to be quite the whirlwind trip home.

Our sources tell us Melania will drive in a motorcade from the White House to Andrews AFB in Maryland: 20 mins. Then she'll hop on a 737 or a 757 (similar to Trump's jumbo jet) to NYC's LaGuardia Airport: 45 mins.

From there, they'll dodge bridge and tunnel traffic by taking a helicopter to Manhattan's Chelsea district: 15 mins. Their journey ends with another motorcade for the 2.5 mile ride to Trump Tower: 10 mins.

All told, Melania's looking at a 90 minute ride. No carpool necessary.

It's good to be the First Lady.

Faye Resnick is still haunted by the murder of her best friend, Nicole Brown Simpson, and she cringes when she hears one of the icons of the O.J. Simpson saga is coming back.

We got Faye and pal Kyle Richards leaving Il Pastaio in Bev Hills Wednesday, and we asked both about the release of the Ford Bronco ... the vehicle in which O.J. rode during the slow-speed chase.

The Bronco was discontinued in 1996 -- 2 years after the murders -- but it's coming back. Faye and Kyle feel very differently about it.

But, they both feel the same way about O.J., who could be released from prison in October. A career in porn is looking dim.

7:15 AM PT -- Zeke just tweeted about the crash saying, "I'm good. I've been in bigger collisions. Lol."

Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott was involved in a "minor car crash" near the Cowboys practice facility in Frisco, Texas ... TMZ Sports has learned.

A witness tells us ... Elliott was driving a "huge black GMC truck" which rear-ended a black BMW. Cops and Cowboys security responded to the scene. We're told Zeke "looked frustrated" but was "extremely nice and polite" to everyone who stopped to check in on him.

The Frisco PD confirmed the crash and tells us, "Ezekiel Elliott was involved in a minor vehicle crash this morning in the area of Dallas Parkway and Gaylord Parkway."

"There were no injuries sustained as a result of the minor crash."

Bottom line ... take a deep breath, Cowboys fans ... he'll be good to go on Sunday against the Packers.

David Spade could be the best pitchman ever for Range Rover, because it could have saved his life ... and he knows it.

David was out in Bev Hills Monday and he gave us the play-by-play on a wreck that destroyed his ride.

Spade's clearly still in pain, but had it in him to joke about his first interaction with cops after the crash.
