Justin Bieber’s tricked out Fisker Karma sports car should have a bumper sticker that reads “Ticket Please”…'cause it’s chock full of violations…TMZ has learned -- but not for what you think.

The chromed out, $100 K, Bieber-mobile has been making appearances all over LA in the last few days …blinding drivers from its reflective paint job…but vehicle violation? No sir…just a gigantic, distracting pain in the ass.

Law enforcement sources tell us the real problem …the row of FUCHSIA lights hidden under Justin’s front grill. That’s right, in CA, the only lights you can legally have facing forward are white and amber...not The Biebs signature purple (below).

That’s not all…we’re also told Justin’s window tint is a little too tinty…also qualifying as a major no-no.

If caught Justin would be slapped with a 'fix-it ticket' citation.

Note to Bieber..reflective chrome is not subtle ... then again, neither is the car.

With a covered up three-month-old baby Blue Ivy attached to her chest, Beyonce and Jay-Z emerged from a yacht in the Caribbean this weekend.

The batcave was missing a few whips this weekend ... 'cause nearly every official Batmobile featured in a "Batman" movie was on display in L.A. ... and TMZ has the video.

It all went down at Bob's Big Boy in Burbank ... right near the Warner Bros. lot ... where 3 of the coolest rides in movie history rolled in ... followed by one of the crappier versions.

George Barris -- the guy who designed the original Batmobile featured on the TV show and the 1966 live-action movie -- led the convoy in the original classic car.

Among the rest ... the batmobile from Tim Burton's "Batman" movies ... Christopher Nolan's version from "Dark Knight" ... and the abomination from Joel Schumacher's "Batman Forever" (bottom left).

Looks like Kobe Bryant still has plenty of spending cash, because he just dropped a HUGE chunk of change on a sick new car. Must be nice.

According to our sources, Kobe's new ride is a Ferrari 458 Italia (see below). We're told the Black Mamba paid $329,000 yesterday for the car ... which he paid for in full with a check.

John Cena's ride was the lead dog in a 3-way chain reaction crash in Philadelphia this morning ... and TMZ has the first photos from the smash site.

WWE.com broke the story ... Cena was leaving a media appearance ... when his SUV was rocked from behind by another car.

Now, we've learned ... Cena's ride was hit by a small Acura ... which was ALSO hit from behind by a massive big rig.

Eva Longoria just got into a low speed car accident ... again ... this time involving her super-expensive Bentley ... TMZ has learned.

Longoria was trying to leave a parking lot in L.A. ... but the mechanical arm wouldn't raise up ... so she tried to back up in an effort to use another exit.

But Eva didn't notice the BMW waiting behind her ... and plowed ass first into the other ride.

We're told Eva got out of the car and checked out the damage -- the Bentley was mostly unscathed but the BMW wasn't so lucky ... the hood and the front grill are all jacked up.

Eva -- who was very nice -- apologized for the accident and traded information ... before finding an exit that worked ... and going on her way.

Lindsay Lohan is no Roads Scholar, because she continues to make bad decisions when it comes to cars.

We got this pic of her brand new Porsche -- the entire right side riddled with scratches and dents from an accident.

The good news -- Lindsay wasn't driving. The bad news -- She let the 22-year-old son of a friend drive the whip, which he scraped against a wall while trying to back out of a driveway.

We're told Lindsay is not upset because the kid has insurance and his mom said she'd pay anything insurance didn't cover.

As for the kid -- we're told he "profusely apologized" and Lindsay said she understood.

Just weeks after dropping $127K on a Mercedes convertible, Miley Cyrus hit the streets looking for yet another sexy set of wheels ... ALL WITHOUT WEARING A BRA -- and TMZ has the bouncy video evidence.

Sources tell TMZ, Miley saw the panty-melting '69 Mustang Fastback marked "for sale" on the street in L.A. last week ... and quickly set up a time to check it out in person.

According to sources, the owner drove the car to Miley's house so she could take a closer look -- and she inspected the car inside and out ... wearing a pair of denim short-shorts, a vintage Beatles t-shirt, and ZERO lady support.

The car was on sale for $23,000 -- a steal if you ask us -- but in the end, we're told Miley passed on it ... because the price tag was a bit too high.

Jaleel White -- aka Steven Urkel from "Family Matters" -- is still so loaded that he drives a $200,000 car ... proving once and for all that it's totally worth him being called Urkel for the rest of his life.

The sudden death of Davy Jones today has re-opened the greatest mystery in television history -- what the hell happened to the infamous Monkeemobile??? And TMZ has the answer ...

For those of you under 55 ... the Monkeemobile is the modified Pontiac GTO made famous on the 1960s Monkees TV show -- and the second Davy died ... it became THE hot topic in the Monkees fan world.

Famed car customizer George Barris -- who built the car for the show -- tells TMZ, he's been getting calls non-stop ever since Davy passed away ... bombarded with questions like, “Where is the car? Is it still available? Can we see it? Can we take a photo with it?”

But there's one problem ... George doesn't have the car anymore -- he sold it at auction back in 2008 for roughly $500,000 ... to a Michigan man by the name of Mel Gutherie.

And Mel tells us, he's always open to fans taking pictures with the car -- but they better be willing to travel to the Midwest ... because he doesn't feel comfortable driving it very far. In fact, he had to have it TRUCKED to a Davy Jones concert in 2010, where Davy signed the hood (above).

Fun fact -- in approximately 40 years, the car has only racked up 8,000 miles.

DISCLAIMER: We are not saying women are worse drivers than men -- BUT ... Mark Ballas' girlfriend totally just destroyed the "Dancing" pro's Audi SUV ... and TMZ has obtained pics of the wreckage.

The 3-car pileup went down Saturday night on the Sunset Strip in L.A. -- sources tell TMZ, Mark's Pia Toscano replacement Tiffany Dunn was driving his Audi and accidentally rammed some dude's Porsche from behind ... sending him careening into another car.

Thankfully, everyone was fine ... and the damage on the other two cars wasn't too bad -- but that's a heckuva lot more than we can say for Mark's poor Audi, which was left in undriveable condition in the middle of the road.

We're told the car was eventually towed to safety -- and Mark's insurance company is taking care of everything else.

So -- now that we got that out of the way -- we gotta ask ...

Miley Cyrus can go from 0-60 in 5.3 seconds ... without a top on ... and all it cost her was a cool $127,000 ... TMZ has learned.

Cyrus dropped by a Mercedes Benz dealership in Encino, CA last week ... and drove off the lot in a brand new white 2012 SL550 convertible.

Sources close to Miley tell us ... the former Disney star paid for the entire thing up front ... because she can.

The best part ... Miley didn't even turn in her old car ... a bodyguard drove it back to her pad so she could joyride in her new toy.

After his health scare a couple of weeks ago, Nick Cannon is back on his feet and in the driver's seat.

Decked out in a sweatsuit, the 31-year-old was spotted getting out of his black convertible Ferrari in L.A. on Tuesday.

Earlier this month, Nick underwent surgery after being hospitalized with "mild kidney failure during his holiday vacation with wife Mariah Carey in Aspen, CO.

Screw laughter ... clearly a sleek, black, purring Ferrari is truly the best medicine of all.

Dwyane Wade got a SICK $230,000 sports car at his 30th birthday party in Miami this weekend -- but the most impressive part of the gift is how it was AIRLIFTED into the hotel pool without a scratch.

The car is a brand new 2012 McLaren MP4-12C -- given to him for FREE by the owner of a local luxury car dealership. Wade is the brand ambassador for that particular dealership.

The guy wanted the presentation of the car to be super-fancy -- with the McLaren waiting for Wade on a platform in the middle of the hotel pool. Problem is, you can't just drive that thing inside the hotel.

Instead, the car was loaded up onto a crane in the alley next to the pool area ... hoisted above the hotel wall ... and carefully lowered onto the waiting platform, positioned inside the pool.

Props to the crew -- because the whole thing went off without a hitch ... and D-Wade accepted his present in front of famous friends like Usher, Common, T.I., LeBron, and Chris Bosh.

D-Dub even got a shout from Vogue chief Anna Wintour ... who said, "I hope we'll see you back at NY Fashion Week in September, because you're my favorite person to sit next to at the shows."

Boy toy extraordinaire Casper Smart is really cruising into Jennifer Lopez's life ... and rode around on a yacht with the pop icon and her two kids in Miami on Friday.

Bradley Cooper is now much more likely to seriously injure himself on the road -- because TMZ has learned ... the actor just got his motorcycle license in L.A.

Sources tell TMZ, Cooper hit up an L.A.-area DMV earlier this month -- where he successfully passed his test for a motorcycle license ... permitting him to hit the streets on whatever overly-priced vintage chopper he inevitably decides to buy.

But he better be careful -- according to some random motorcycle crash statistics we looked up, "Motorcyclists were 39 times more likely than passenger car occupants to die in a crash ... and eight times more likely to be injured."
