Shoppers in London were bloody shocked to see a ridiculous cherry red stretch Ferrari Limousine parked outside Harrods department store the other day.

The ultra-luxury vehicle is 20 feet long and seats eight comfortably.

Cameron Diaz spent her weekend going full throttle ... or at least as much as one can behind the wheel of a go-kart.

Diaz was spotted in Carson, CA at a place called Go Kart World. We're told Cameron was there serving as a chaperone to a group of about seven boys and girls.

According to our spies, Cam picked up the tab for everyone ($25 a piece) and was quite the skilled racer. She seemed to take it quite seriously ... winning the first race and finishing second in the next.

Justin Bieber was pulled over by the LAPD today -- after cops say he performed an illegal maneuver in his tricked out "Batmobile" ride ... TMZ has learned.

Cops tell TMZ ... Bieber made an "unsafe left turn" at an L.A. intersection.

But fear not Bieberettes ... Justin was let off with a warning after he promised to be more careful in the future.

Looking a tad less confident than he did on TV, former "MacGyver" hunk Richard Dean Anderson, 61, got stuck in a bit of a jam when his car broke down in Malibu on Monday.

Not only was Jermaine Dupri's mega-expensive Lamborghini repossessed recently -- now, the people who fronted him the cash to pay for it are out for blood ... claiming the producer still owes them $80,000 for the car.

Premier Financial Services filed new legal docs in Georgia Superior Court, claiming Jermaine financed the white 2005 Lamborghini Murcielago in 2006 -- worth $330,000 -- and agreed to make 58 monthly payments of $4,323.

According to the docs, Jermaine dropped $70,000 up front for the car and successfully made the majority of payments -- but for some reason ... he dropped the ball in 2009, and failed to pay the remaining handful.

As a result, PFS repossessed the car and sold it off for $115,000 -- and now they're out for the difference ... insisting they hemorrhaged $79,095 in the deal-gone-wrong, and they're suing Jermaine for their losses.

Jesse James is in a bike building war with the guys from "American Chopper" -- and it's getting so intense that Jesse claims things could get violent between him and Paul Teutul Jr.

The gear-heads are all at the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas for a Discovery Channel event called "American Chopper Live: The Build Off" -- airing live tonight at 9pm ET.

Cops are on the case -- but sadly, we're told the scooter is probably already long gone ... stripped down for parts.

TMZ spoke to the champ about the unfortunate incident, and he had only this to say ... "You can't steal a wrestling god's scooter, don't you know?"

Flo Rida knows ... it's not very safe to keep a MILLION DOLLAR car in your garage when you go out of town ... so he worked out a deal to leave it with a local exotic car shop -- and the move is paying off BIGTIME for the dealership.

TMZ has learned ... last year, Flo decided he needed to find a safer place to store his famous Bugatti Veyron when he went out on tour ... so he approached a fancy car place called Euro Motorsports in Ft. Lauderdale and asked if he could store his ride in their showroom.

We're told management thought about it for all of two seconds before getting on board -- believing such a high-end car might attract new customers into the shop.

Turns out they were right -- TMZ spoke with one of the managers, Walter, who tells us the Bugatti has been a magnet for new business ... even contributing to the sale of TWO other Bugattis.

We're told Flo is thrilled too -- because he doesn't have to pay a cent for Bugatti storage.

Less than two weeks before Demi Moore announced she would divorce Ashton Kutcher, he threw a Hail Mary to save the marriage ... in the form of a lavish, eco-friendly gift.

According to our sources, Ashton contacted a high-end car company, to buy a new set of wheels for Demi's birthday. We're told Ashton picked out a 2012 Lexus LS 600h L -- and paid North of $100,000.

Our sources say Ashton wanted a quick deal -- bagging the luxury hybrid on November 9, just two days before Demi's birthday.

If it was meant to win back Demi ... clearly it didn't work. We don't know if Demi accepted the vehicle or if Ashton was able to give it back to the car company.

Conrad Hilton was tearing down a street early Saturday when he side-swiped a parked car -- and the impact was all caught on surveillance video ... obtained by TMZ.

In the video, you see Hilton's car speeding down a narrow side street in Brentwood, CA ... then suddenly clipping one car with enough force that it strikes another vehicle, a Mini Cooper. Hilton just keeps on truckin'.

Minutes after the crash ... you see several people milling around in the street, checking the damage -- and then Hilton arrives back on scene.

Someone -- it appears to be Hilton -- has a very animated convo with some of the people. Minutes later an officer arrives and inspects the damage. Cops say Hilton had already left.

According to police, Hilton exchanged information with the owner of the vehicle he hit. He was not ticketed.

Bam Margera's brand new Porsche was "smashed" ... in a traffic collision in Pennsylvania that happened just moments ago ... TMZ has learned.

The "Jackass" star tells us, "A big truck made a wide turn and smashed the whole left side. I just got the damn thing too."

Bam says he just purchased the car 4 months ago.

Witnesses at the scene tell us Bam appeared upset following the collision. We're told the driver's side mirror was hanging off the car and the driver's side of the car was all scratched up.

TMZ spoke with a member of the Pennsylvania State Police who told us the crash did not appear to be Bam's fault ... and no one appeared to be under the influence of any kind of substance.

Justin Bieber narrowly dodged the cold hammer of justice this week ... TMZ has learned -- getting off with just a warning after cops pulled the 17-year-old over in his Batman-themed Cadillac.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Bieber was cruising around L.A. in a ridiculous 3-car motorcade -- with Biebs up front in a murdered out Bat-illac CTS-V ... flanked by his friends in a Range Rover and a black Rolls Royce (Sean Kingston).

According to law enforcement sources, JB cut off a CHP officer and was pulled over -- along with the other two cars -- but fortunately for the Biebs and his perfect life, the entire gang was sent on their way with just a warning.

To add insult to injury -- JB's car is maddeningly awesome ... with a custom "JB" logo on the side panel ... and twin Batman symbols on the front and back of the car. Oh yeah, and the word "Batmobile" is emblazoned on the trunk.
