3:34 PM PT -- ... aaaaand Chief Keef has just been ARRESTED again.

Keef was leaving the courthouse where he pled guilty to speeding, when cops arrested the rapper for a completely SEPARATE incident.

We're told the arrest stems from a criminal trespass complaint that was filed back in May. Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Keef had been trespassing at a housing complex on the south side of Chicago and had repeatedly been told not to come back.

We're told cops were waiting for Keef outside the courthouse because they knew he would be there ... and once he emerged, the 17-year-old was almost immediately taken into custody.

Talk about a bad day ...

It's a good thing Chief Keef's rich ... 'cause he's gonna need a chauffeur after an Illinois judge banned the rapper from driving for 18 MONTHS for going 110 in a 55 last month.

The 17-year-old rapper pled guilty to one count of driving more than 40mph over the posted speed limit -- and in exchange, the judge sentenced him to 18 months of conditional discharge ... in which Keef is FORBIDDEN from driving a vehicle.

The judge also ordered Keef to submit to random drug testing throughout the 18-month term. He'll also be required to complete 60 hours of community service, pay a fine, and finish a traffic safety school.

As we previously reported, Keef was pulled over back in May when cops in Northfield, IL spotted the rapper's 2011 BMW X6 M flying down Edens Expressway at 3:45 AM. He only had a learner's permit at the time of his arrest.

If this is NWA, then the "A" stands for acceleration ... because Ice Cube's tour bus got pulled over for speeding this afternoon in Durham, North Carolina.

A rep for the Granville County Sheriff's Department wouldn't say how fast the bus was gunning it along I-85 North, but the speed limit on that road is 70 mph ... so the driver really must've been hauling ass.

But lucky for him, we're told the driver was let off with a warning -- no tickets issued -- and Ice Cube was nice enough to get out and sign autographs for a bunch of the officers.

FYI, Ice Cube's next show for his "Kings of the Mic" tour isn't until tomorrow in New Jersey ... so there's really no hurry.

8:00 AM PST -- As of Sunday morning, Jeff has been released from jail.

"Curb Your Enthusiasm" star Jeff Garlin apparently had some issues curbing his anger Saturday ... the actor was arrested for allegedly smashing a couple car windows following a heated argument.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the 51-year-old actor was arrested for felony vandalism in Studio City around 3 pm. We're told Garlin got into a verbal fight with another person over a parking space (hey it's LA) ... which escalated quickly ... and resulted in Garlin allegedly smashing the windows of the other person's Mercedes.

Cops were called and the actor was arrested. We're told he's still in jail.

Charlie Sheen won't be banging Farrah Abraham any time soon -- at least that's what he says. Lots of stars had lots of strife this week, so we gotta ask ...

Score one for Justin Bieber ... he was NOT driving his Ferrari the day Keyshawn Johnson confronted him for reckless driving -- and there's video that proves it.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies went to Justin's Calabasas home to check out security video from Memorial Day -- that's when Keyshawn and other neighbors claimed Justin was driving at breakneck speeds through their neighborhood, endangering adults, children and pets.

Tyler, the Creator told TMZ last night ... HE was driving the Ferrari ... not Justin. We've learned the video shows just that.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the 5-minute video shows the Ferrari pulling into Justin's driveway with Tyler behind the wheel. Justin follows closely behind on his motorcycle.

Keyshawn shows up 30 seconds later, as Tyler gets out of the car and Justin gets in so he can make the tight maneuver into the garage.

Here's the conundrum ... at least one witness insists Justin was driving the car, but the video doesn't show it.

Tyler, the Creator tells TMZ ... he was definitely driving Justin Bieber's Ferrari on the day of the confrontation with Keyshawn Johnson ... but insists he never burned rubber or endangered kids.

Tyler was at a MySpace party at the El Rey Theater in L.A. last night when at first he joked that he was "whipping" JB's ride through the streets of Calabasas on the day of the Memorial Day weekend encounter.

But Tyler quickly clicked into serious mode ... telling TMZ, "Nah, I wasn't whipping ... I was driving nicely."

He also insisted he has concern for pedestrians when he's behind the wheel.

Of course, Keyshawn is convinced Tyler's a liar -- because the ex-NFL star is adamant JUSTIN was the one driving like a maniac at breakneck speed that day.

Seems Justin Bieber's giving his Ferrari a break ... 'cause the singer's leopard-spotted Audi R8 was spotted at various spots in L.A. this weekend -- including Miley Cyrus' home.

Cameras rolled as Bieber's ride left Miley's home in Toluca Lake, CA on Saturday ... and while it's unclear if JB was in the driver's seat, it sure looks like it could be him ('cause the driver's white).

According to reports, Bieber's R8 could be worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $150k.

FYI -- it doesn't appear Justin switched from the Ferrari to the Audi to curb his alleged speeding problem -- 'cause the R8 goes from 0-60 in 4.3 seconds and tops out at 186 mph.

Andy Richter says "two drunks" slammed into his car last night while it was parked in front of his L.A. home ... and the funnyman says it happens so frequently, he's MOVING.

The "Conan" sidekick posted a photo of the wreckage on Twitter -- writing, "Two drunks totalled my car while it was parked in front of my house tonight."

"We live on a busy street. We have for 11 years. We grew tired of this, and bought a house on a quiet street."

He continued, "Our old house goes on the market in just a few days. We are moving in three weeks."

Richter referred to last night's collision as a "kiss goodbye."

Whatcha' gonna do ... when you crash your tour bus into a fence after the tire blows up?

If you're reggae band Inner Circle -- the guys behind the famous "Bad Boys" song -- ya call the guys who helped make you famous ... COPS!

It all went down Tuesday in New Orleans ... when the band was traveling between gigs and the front driver's side tire exploded -- causing the bus to swerve into a fence.

A rep for the band tells TMZ the guys are bummed about the bus -- but they're happy no one got hurt. We're told the current tour will continue on as scheduled.

Inner Circle says they snapped a pic with the cops on scene afterward to show how much they appreciated the help.

Respek.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... 25-year-old Longo -- who's also appeared on "Days of Our Lives" and "Piranha 3D" -- was driving in Hollywood around 2:30 AM Thursday morning when cops noticed him driving like a complete d-bag.

Sources tell us ... Longo was driving aggressively ... following too close to another car and flashing it with his high beams.

Once cops pulled the guy over, we're told officers noticed Longo reeked of booze -- so they performed various field sobriety tests ... which he bombed.

One source tells us ... Longo's blood alcohol level was .19 and .20 ... more than twice the legal limit.

Longo was arrested and hauled to a nearby police station where he was booked ... and later released after posting $15,000 bail.

Ferraris apparently aren't fast enough for Justin Bieber .... 'cause the singer has just been booked on a ROCKETSHIP DESTINED FOR SPACE ... so says Virgin Galactic honcho Richard Branson.

Branson himself confirmed that Biebs and manager Scooter Braun are on the V.G. manifest, tweeting this morning: "Great to hear @justinbieber & @scooterbraun are latest @virgingalactic future astronauts. Congrats, see you up there!"

Branson's venture just completed its first rocket-powered test last month, and the company is planning to start commercial flights next year -- plenty of time for Bieber to order a tacky, blinged-out astronaut suit.

Tickets reportedly start around $250k ... but it's unclear if JB is paying for the ride himself ... or if the trip will be comped.

No word on when Bieber is scheduled for lift off.

Farrah Abraham just pled GUILTY in her Nebraska DUI case -- and as a result, she's been ordered to stay ALCOHOL-FREE for six whole months, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... the former MTV star turned porn queen had struck a plea deal with prosecutors -- and got probation instead of jail stemming from her March arrest.

As part of the deal, Farrah was sentenced to 6 months probation, a $500 fine, and was ordered to install an ignition interlock device in her car -- one of the machines that requires the driver to submit to a breath test before the engine will start.

The judge in the case also required 22-year-old Farrah to not consume one single drop of alcohol during her probation.

Farrah was initially charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to take a field sobriety test -- but those charges were dropped as part of the plea deal.

Tyler, the Creator is unconvincing ... at least to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. because deputies are convinced it was Justin Bieber driving his Ferrari at breakneck speeds on Memorial Day.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Sheriff's investigators have at least 2 eyewitnesses who place Bieber in the driver's seat. We're told one witness is a neighbor who chased Justin down on foot, in his socks.

Tyler, the Creator says Keyshawn Johnson is DEAD WRONG -- claiming HE was driving Justin Bieber's Ferrari during the infamous chase through Calabasas.

Tyler tweeted the admission this weekend ... writing, "That Was Me Behind The Wheel Of Justins Vehicle."

He added, "Don't Blame Him. People Are Actually Evil Swearing Up And Down That It Was Who It Wasnt."

Bieber tweeted a response -- "All good buddy. i deal with this everyday. thanks though. the baby aint mine either."

Tyler's message was clearly intended for Johnson -- who told TMZ he personally witnessed Justin in the driver's seat after the car dangerously sped through their gated community. We're told at least 3 other people also saw Justin behind the wheel.

Either way, the residents of Justin's neighborhood are PISSED -- and are threatening to withhold their HOA dues until the community takes action against Bieber.

Justin Bieber's neighbors are fed up with him and are banding together to force the homeowners association in their gated community to do something about the singer's reckless behavior ... by hitting them in the wallet ... TMZ has learned.

Neighborhood sources tell TMZ ... several of the residents of Bieber's Calabasas neighborhood are tired of waiting for their HOA to take action against Bieber ... so they are planning to withhold their monthly dues until something is done.

We're told about 500 residents pay $1,000/month, so it's a huge chunk o' change that could be withheld.

The goal, according to our sources, is to force the HOA to give Justin a stern reminder about the neighborhood rules he's allegedly broken repeatedly -- such as noise during parties (some while Justin was out of town), Justin's friends parking on the street overnight ... and, of course, the speeding.

Any HOA action would be a far cry from Bieber getting arrested or charged by the D.A. -- but we're told the protesting residents will take what they can get at this point.

We called ex-NFL star Keyshawn Johnson to see if he's joined the cause -- since he actually confronted Bieber last week about the speeding -- but haven't heard back yet.
