Keyshawn Johnson chased down a speeding Justin Bieber this weekend -- and tried to confront the singer about his dangerous driving habits -- but JB ran away like a scared little child ... eyewitnesses tell TMZ.

Sources tell us ... Keyshawn -- a former NFL superstar -- had just left a party Monday night inside of his exclusive gated community in Calabasas (with his child in the car), when Bieber zoomed by in his Ferrari at breakneck speeds.

We're told Keyshawn was furious -- feeling Justin could've killed someone -- so he brought his kid home, then chased after the singer in his Prius (yes, a Prius chasing a Ferrari).

When KJ got to Bieber's pad -- he blocked Justin's Ferrari in the driveway and got out of his car to confront Justin face-to-face ... but Justin ran inside of his house and refused to come out.

FYI -- Keyshawn is 6'4", 212 lbs ... Justin's about 5'7", 110 lbs (soaking wet).

As we previously reported, at least 2 people called the police on Justin that night -- and cops responded to the singer's home.

There's more ... sources say SEVERAL people witnessed the speeding incident -- and say Justin was definitely in the driver's seat. We're told the witnesses told Sheriff's deputies ... Bieber appeared stoned at the time.

We're still waiting to hear from Bieber's camp.

10:15AM PDT Now an NFL Hall of Famer is weighing in ... Eric Dickerson, who also lives in Calabasas, just tweeted ... "Justin Bieber needs to slow his ass down."

Justin Bieber is under police investigation for ANOTHER reckless driving incident -- allegedly driving his Ferrari at breakneck speeds in his gated community.

The incident occurred at around 8 PM Monday night. L.A. County Sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore tells TMZ ... cops received 2 separate calls in different locations in the Calabasas community. Sources say one of the callers was Keyshawn Johnson.

Whitmore says the callers reported Bieber was driving at a "startling high rate of speed." At least one child was playing in the area where Bieber was allegedly driving.

We're told cops responded but Bieber refused to speak with them.

Bieber has had a history of alleged reckless driving. You'll recall prosecutors are currently reviewing a case where Bieber allegedly drove recklessly and then spit on a neighbor who confronted him. The neighbor says Bieber also threatened to kill him.

As for Sunday's case ... Whitmore says the case will be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney.

We spoke with Bieber's rep -- so far, no comment.

Chris Brown says he did nothing wrong when he was involved in a minor fender bender last week ... and claims the other driver has been ducking his attempts to discuss the matter ... TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported, Brown allegedly refused to give over his driver's license number (and provided incorrect insurance info) to the driver of a Mercedes he rear-ended ... which, if true, could put his probation in the Rihanna beating case in jeopardy.

But sources close to Chris tell TMZ he gave the woman all the correct info and when his lawyer attempted to contact her not long after the accident ... she hung up on him. We're told all subsequent calls from Chris' lawyer have gone unanswered.

Our sources also say that neither Chris, nor anyone in his camp, has been contacted by the LAPD so far. We're told Chris feels the photo below (taken at the scene of the accident) shows there was no damage to the other car.

BIG TROUBLE for Chris Brown -- TMZ has learned the LAPD is investigating the singer, and it could trigger a probation violation that could land him in prison.

What could have been a simple fender bender earlier this week is now a full-blown hit-and-run investigation ... after Chris Brown allegedly refused to give the driver he rear-ended his driver's license #. We're told he also gave the woman incorrect insurance info.

What's more ... we're now told Chris copped an attitude when the woman pressed him for his ID, before refusing to ante up his DL.

Brown is on probation for the Rihanna beating, and one of the conditions is that he obey all laws. If there's probable cause to believe he broke the law by leaving the scene without fully disclosing information required by law, his probation could be violated and Chris could go to prison for up to 4 years.

Evander Holyfield should probably sign up for Uber STAT ... the cash-strapped boxing legend's about to have his driver's license suspended after blowing off more than $300k in child support payments, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... The GA Dept of Human Services has been trying to collect cash from Holyfield for months, after he was ordered to pay over $500,000 in child support for his daughter Emani Holyfield ... but E.H. continuously failed to do so.

Holyfield was even put on a payment plan to chip away at the debt ... paying $2,950 per month ... but according to court docs, he missed several payments and still owes $327,858.36.

Now, a Georgia judge has given the Division of Child Support Services the green light to strip Holyfield of his driver's license -- or start the process at least -- as an incentive to get him to pay up.

Tom Cruise fired up his Ducati and barreled out of a fancy Hollywood hotel late last night with a BRAND NEW CHICK ridin' on the back ... at least we think it was Tom Cruise ... LET'S INVESTIGATE!!!

Here are the facts ...

We know ... a mystery man sporting a motorcycle helmet left the Chateau Marmont hotel around 11:00 pm with a woman on the backseat.

We could see the man's brow line and nose ... and they bear a striking resemblance to Mr. Cruise.

We also know ... Tom was in town Thursday night, because he was photographed at the L.A. Kings playoff game at Staples Center earlier in the evening.

Plus ... it's no secret that Tom has a penchant for riding Ducatis ... and owns a Ducati superbike ... though the bike he's usually photographed on does NOT have a backseat.

Big brother is ALWAYS watching you ... and taking pictures ... just ask Soulja Boy, whose red Bentley was impounded by the LAPD thanks to incriminating photos taken by a secret network of police cameras stationed around L.A., TMZ has learned.

Our story begins on January 9, when a motorcyclist T-boned a red Bentley in Hollywood ... leaving the biker seriously injured ... but the driver of the Bentley -- who caused the crash by making a reckless turn -- fled the scene.

We're told a witness -- the victim's friend -- was so pissed off, he went back to the scene of the crime a few days later and nosed around, asking people if they knew who was driving the red Bentley. He struck gold at Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles ... when a valet told the guy he knew the car well ... it belonged to Soulja Boy, who frequented the area.

The witness went to police with the info ... and that's when things got Orwellian.

Turns out, the cops have access to a super-database of photographs taken by thousands of hidden cameras stationed on police cars, buildings and private vehicles all over L.A.. There are private companies that make money off the City by getting citizens and businesses to mount cameras for the database.

One law enforcement source tells us the cameras are constantly taking photos of cars all over the city -- and the average car is shot AT LEAST 1,000 TIMES PER DAY!!!

So ... the cops got the license plate number of Soulja Boy's Bentley, ran it through the database and BINGO ... a bunch of photos popped up showing the Bentley with damage that corresponded to the accident.

Soulja's Bentley is currently damage-free. Law enforcement sources tell us the operating theory is that the rapper had the car repaired on the sly to cover up incriminating evidence.

So cops got a search warrant and a judge agreed there was probable cause to believe the Bentley was involved in the accident, so cops went and impounded the car.

You're probably as shocked as we are about the cameras ... cops tell us they solve hundreds of crimes with these secret photographs. So even if you're a law abiding citizen, you probably still pick your nose, so heads up.

Cops would still like more evidence, so if you happened to be eating a delicious chicken and waffle combo on January 9, and witnessed the accident, give LAPD West Traffic a call.

Chris Brown has yet another legal problem to deal with, after crashing his car in Los Angeles near Toluca Lake.

The accident happened an hour or so ago ... The photog tells us Chris was driving his Range Rover with his GF du jour Karrueche Tran, when he rear-ended a Mercedes.

Chris parked in front of the Mercedes and then exchanged info with the Mercedes chick. The photog says damage to her car was "medium" ... as opposed to rare.

"America's Got Talent" star Zac Gordon ... aka Horse ... aka the guy with iron testicles ... is lucky to be alive ... after smashing his car into a tree while trying to avoid striking a deer, TMZ has learned.

Horse -- who became famous for allowing people to bash him in the scrotal-region on AGT -- tells us he was driving in Harrisburg, PA Saturday when a deer suddenly ran out in front of his car. Horse says he jerked the wheel, trying not to kill the animal ... but lost control and went careening into a tree.

Zac says he hit the tree so hard the car flipped over -- "I legitimately thought I was going to die."

An ambulance rushed to the scene and hauled the AGT star off to the hospital. He was released later that night with a possible concussion, sore neck and scratches ... but luckily no major injuries.

"I'm just glad to be alive," Horse tell us.

Lisa Vanderpump's hubby Ken escaped the long arm of the law this week -- when he was pulled over by a cop in West Hollywood ... for something that probably WASN'T EVEN HIS FAULT!!!

Here's the deal -- sources tell us an eagle-eyed cop spotted Ken's fancy Bentley cruising down Santa Monica Blvd. at nighttime WITHOUT his headlights on.

But here's the rub ... we're told Ken had just picked up Lisa from their restaurant SUR ... and we're guessing that's where things went wrong.

WHY? Because he probably left the car with the valet ... and sometimes valets TURN OFF YOUR HEADLIGHTS (even if they're set to automatic) ... and it drives us frickin' CRAZY!!!!

Anywho ... Ken didn't get in trouble for the headlight issue, the cop let him drive off without a ticket.

We can't confirm the valet thing either ... but c'mon, you KNOW it's happened to you.

Kanye West's pricey sports car is like his forehead ... banged up.

The full extent of the damage to Kanye's $750,000 Lamborghini Aventador was spotted for the first time in Beverly Hills today ... and it's all scratched up on the side.

On Tuesday, Kanye's Lambo was being delivered to Kim Kardashian's home after being serviced when the gate closed in on both ends of the sick ride.

Kanye is currently in New York getting ready for his gig on "SNL," so the delivery guy responsible should expect a personal performance of one of his epic live rants next week.

Cops were all over Diddy's $500,000 Maybach yesterday like WHITE ON RICE ... guns at the ready ... suspect handcuffed on his knees ... and we've got a photo of the incredible scene.

As we reported, a fleet of squad cars roared to L.A.'s Soho House yesterday following a 911 call about a suspicious black car with a weapon inside. When they arrived to the scene, cops pulled over Diddy's Maybach.

The car -- driven by Diddy's bodyguard -- had just dropped off the hip-hop mogul at the exclusive West Hollywood club and was driving away ... but it barely left the driveway before cops got to it.

Cops whipped out their guns and ordered Diddy's bodyguard -- as well as the passenger -- out of the vehicle and handcuffed them on the street.

But it was all for nothing -- police quickly determined there were no guns in the car, and the men were let go.

Diddy caused a big commotion outside the most swanky place in L.A. today ... well, it was actually Diddy's car that triggered a guns-drawn response by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies.

We've learned Diddy had just been dropped off at the Soho House ... an ultra-exclusive, private club in West Hollywood. Diddy's bodyguard and another person drove Diddy's $500,000 Maybach away from Soho, but they didn't get far.

We're told someone called 911 and said someone inside the Maybach had a gun. At least 9 squad cars roared to the scene. Cops pulled their guns and ordered the occupants of the Maybach out of the car and made them lie prone on the ground, until they discovered there weren't any guns.

Kanye West is having a bad month -- his $750,000 car just crashed into Kim Kardashian's gate.

Kanye's Lamborghini Aventador was being delivered to Kim's L.A. house after getting serviced. We're told the driver pulled into the gate but didn't make it all the way in before the gate closed on both sides of the car.

Smokin' hot actress Rachel Sterling and her "Dancing with the Stars" BF learned the hard way ... jerking the steering wheel while someone else is driving is never a good idea.

Rachel's considerable assets have been seen on "True Blood," "Entourage," "Wedding Crashers," "The Man Show" ... the list goes on, thankfully.

But back to the story ... law enforcement sources tell us, Rachel and Damian Whitewood -- an ex-'DWTS' pro -- were driving in L.A. Thursday night when they started arguing.

We're told Damian was driving, when Rachel made the bright decision to yank the steering wheel in anger ... causing him to crash his Toyota Prius into a Ford Escape.

Cops responded, but since there were no injuries and little damage ... no one got a ticket, and insurance will settle the matter.

Rachel and Damian's reps had no comment.

Anyway ... here's Rachel soaking wet in a bathtub. You're welcome.

Winnie's not gonna be happy about this one -- TMZ has learned, former "Wonder Years" star Fred Savage was pulled over by cops in L.A. this week ... for talking on his cell phone.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Savage was pulled over near Universal Studios in a 2011 Mercedes, and cited for not using a hands-free device while talking on his cell.

And in typical Kevin Arnold fashion, we're told Fred was extremely pleasant throughout the entire traffic stop. Super nice.
