Wes Scantlin Arrested Again
Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin is keeping his lawyer busy ... because TMZ has learned, he just got arrested AGAIN last night ... stemming from an issue with his cocaine case.
Law enforcement tells TMZ, Scantlin was pulled over in Hollywood around 11:30pm Tuesday night for speeding ... and when police ran his info, they discovered two warrants out for his arrest.
Scantlin was arrested on the scene and taken to a nearby police station, where he was booked. He was released a few hours later on $11,176 bail.
We're told the warrants stemmed from two separate cases -- one for driving on a suspended license and one for his recent cocaine bust. It's unclear what triggered the warrants ... but it's likely he simply blew off court dates.
As we reported, Scantlin was arrested for coke possession in January 2012. He was arrested again in September at an airport in Austin, TX, after allegedly becoming drunkenly combative with a flight attendant. The airport case was dropped.
Wesley's attorney had no comment.

Bone was hauled to the Lost Hills Sheriff's station -- where he was booked and eventually released on $80,000 bail.

Daryl Hannah's ATV Impounded During Malibu Wildfire
Daryl Hannah just learned a hard lesson in Malibu parking law -- don't abandon your ATV on the highway with expired tags ... 'cause cops'll impound it.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Hannah parked her biodiesel Tomcar ATV (envy of eco-friendly hippies everywhere) on the side of Pacific Coast Highway last week to save it from a wildfire spreading near her home.
Wildfires in Malibu are pretty common, so locals often leave their cars along the highway to minimize damage ... and it usually isn't a problem, unless the vehicle's tags expired FIVE YEARS AGO!!!
According to law enforcement sources, the tags on Hannah's ATV hadn't been renewed since 2008, so police had the thing towed over the weekend.
Hannah eventually had the ATV picked up from the impound lot Monday after paying a bunch of fees (and renewing her registration). Calls to Daryl weren't returned.

Plaxico Burress to Crash Victim Take Your Damn Money
NFL star Plaxico Burress can finally drive again ... but the privilege cost him his house.
As we reported, Plax was ordered to pay $159,000 last year to a woman named Alise Smith, who sued Plax in 2008 after he rear-ended her in his Mercedes (FYI, this was before the infamous gun incident).
Plax continually failed to cough up the money following the judgment ... so the DMV suspended his license as punishment ... and then a judge ordered the sale of his Virginia Beach mansion to settle the debt.
The house was originally scheduled to go up for auction on April 23rd, but TMZ has learned, Plax sold it off before the auction date for roughly $480,000 ... money he then used to pay Alise.
Alise's lawyer, James Dunn, just filed legal docs, acknowledging Plax finally made good on the money he owed her ... so it's a done deal. Plax's driver's license was reinstated on Monday.

He was moving pretty quickly too ... until he slipped and fell.
That's when cops came rushing in ... fists first ... and beat the guy into submission.
Miraculously, it doesn't appear anyone was seriously injured.

Lindsay Lohan Tow-to-Tow With Cops
Lindsay Lohan has more car problems than the owner of a 1977 exploding Pinto. Her latest hijinks ... getting her car unceremoniously towed in Brooklyn.
Seems LiLo's Porsche Panamera was illegally parked on a BK street and New York's finest had it taken to the police impound yard. It happened Saturday night.
Lindsay went to the tow yard with the proper paperwork, paid the tow fee and cops drove her to her car -- the lot is that big -- So many scofflaws in Brooklyn.
Lindsay and Porsche Panameras don't mix well. You'll recall she got in legal hot water not too long ago for allegedly hitting a pedestrian in the sweet ride.
Subways are so much easier Lindsay ... and cheaper.

'Myrtle Manor' Star Amanda Lee DUI ARREST VIDEO 'I'm On A F**king TV Reality Show!'
"Myrtle Manor" star Amanda Lee Adams had a Reese Witherspoon moment of her own during her DUI arrest, telling police, "I'm on a f**king TV reality show" ... and TMZ has the crazy arrest footage.
The video is pretty nuts ... 26-year-old Amanda runs the gamut of emotions during the Friday morning arrest in South Carolina:
Confusion -- Amanda can't remember what she had to drink before getting in the car ... something around 3 beers and 1 shot. Maybe.
Confidence -- Amanda swears she's a safe driver ... and tells cops she's only in town because she's on a "f**king TV reality show."
Desperation -- "I have to pee really bad ..."
Sadness -- Once she bombs the field sobriety test, Amanda is placed under arrest for DUI. That's when she starts bawlin'. Through the tears, she whines, "My daddy's gonna hate me."
As we previously reported, Amanda is accused of slamming her Jeep Wrangler into a power pole. We got the pics of the wreckage ... and it ain't pretty.

Quentin Tarantino Stolen 'Pulp Fiction' Chevy Coming Home FULLY RESTORED
Quentin Tarantino's "Pulp Fiction" '65 Chevy has been through the wringer since it was stolen nearly 2 decades ago ... but it's no worse for the wear ... because the current owner spent more than $20,000 to restore it!
TMZ broke the story ... the red Chevy that Vincent Vega drove on his "date" with Mia Wallace in the 1994 movie -- was stolen from outside Q's L.A. home back in May 1995. The car was finally recovered last week after the arrest of a suspected classic car thief.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... the Chevy was in mint condition when it was jacked ... then went AWOL for several years before being passed around a couple of collectors.
At one point the car was abandoned in Oakland ... but the VIN number had been tampered with, so officials couldn't connect the car back to Quentin.
A collector in Northern California bought the car roughly 10 years ago ... and has had it ever since, completely unaware of its stolen past.
When cops came a-callin', after the arrest of a suspected classic car thief, the collector told cops the ride was in rough shape when he bought it ... and he's spent more than $20k to make it pretty again.
We're talkin ... new wheels, new tires, new top, fresh paint job, new chrome and plenty of interior work ... clearly it didn't get the TLC a classic car deserves.
Authorities say Tarantino should get his old rig back in the next few weeks.
The current owner should be able to make an insurance claim ... but it's unclear if he'll be reimbursed for a mint '65 Chevy ($$) ... or a mint '65 Chevy that was in 'Pulp Fiction' ($$$$$$$$$$).
Stay tuned ...

Christopher Dorner Carjack Victim Sues For $1 Million Reward
The man who was carjacked by cop killer Christopher Dorner hours before he was cornered in a cabin ... is suing the city of L.A. for the $1 million reward it offered to the public, but then pulled back over a loophole ... TMZ has learned.
In the lawsuit, filed today in LA, Richard Heltebrake describes how Dorner pulled a gun on him on Feb. 12, took his truck and then used it during a shootout with law enforcement. Dorner eventually ditched the truck before fleeing to the cabin where he died.
Heltebrake says once he was free he used his cell phone to call the San Bernardino Co. Sheriff to report the carjacking and Dorner's location.
Heltebrake believes he's owed, and indeed filed for, a ton of reward money that was offered -- $1 million from the city of L.A., $100k from Riverside County, and $100k each from the cities of Riverside and Irvine.
Three of those rewards were for "information leading to the apprehension and capture" of Dorner. Another was for "identification and apprehension."
The language is important because Dorner was not apprehended or captured -- but instead police say he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound inside the burning cabin.
As TMZ first reported, L.A. officials were hesitant to pay up -- and in the suit, Heltebrake claims all the municipalities denied him any money.
Heltebrake wants at least $1 million -- as well as an order prohibiting anyone else from getting the reward money.

Anne Hathaway Prefers the Company of Strangers to Paparazzi
Anne Hathaway's parents didn't raise her right -- because she hopped into the car of a TOTAL STRANGER ... rather than have to talk to one of our photogs.
The "Bride Wars" star had just landed at LAX and rushed right into the first waiting SUV she could find, but it wasn't her ride. Rather than get out of the car, she politely asked the driver if she could stay until her car came ... and he said yes!
Anne's ride eventually showed and she quickly jumped out of the wrong car and into the right one.
Seems like a risky move just to avoid a TMZ camera guy. What did we ever do to her?

'Pulp Fiction' Classic Chevy Stolen 17 Years Ago RECOVERED!!!
The famous '65 red Chevy in "Pulp Fiction" that was stolen nearly 2 decades ago has been RECOVERED ... TMZ has learned.
The car was stolen from the movie's director, Quentin Tarantino ... outside of his house and there's been no trace of it ... until this last week.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops zeroed in on a man suspected of classic car auto theft and arrested him in Southern California on Tuesday. He was NOT arrested for allegedly stealing Quentin's Chevy, but we're told the investigation led cops to the Oakland, CA area, where they found the Chevy.
Our sources say someone had changed the VIN number on the car, but they say it's definitely the legendary Chevy where John Travolta's character crashes the car into his drug dealer's house.
And get this ... we're told cops have been trying to get in touch with Quentin to tell him the car has been retrieved ... but they haven't been able to get through. So Hollywood.
Sources say the man who was arrested will NOT be charged with stealing the Chevy. In fact, we're told no one will be arrested because the statute of limitations on auto theft has long since run out.

Jim Jones White Cops Harassed Me ... Because I'm Black
Jim Jones claims he was the victim of racial profiling at Newark Airport last week -- when he was pulled over by 4 white cops, who ordered him out of the car while they searched the vehicle for drugs ... and TMZ has the pic.
A rep for the "We Fly High" rapper tells us ... Jones was at the airport Friday, waiting to pick up a friend (who asks Jim Jones to pick them up from the airport?) when he was approached by a police officer who told Jim he smelled weed coming from Jones' car.
You can see in the pic ... four cops surrounded Jones while he was ordered out of the car and told to place his hands on the trunk. The cops searched both Jim's person and his car.
Jim's rep tells us ... cops didn't find a single piece of the green stuff -- but still issued Jim a citation for driving without a license.
Jim's rep says the rapper is furious over the incident -- explaining, "He was searched for nothing more than racial profiling."
A rep for the NY/NJ Port Authority tells us ... they were unaware of the situation and are currently looking into it.
