Plaxico Burress finally has an NFL team, but now he might have trouble getting to practice ... his driver's license has been suspended ... after failing to cough up a 6-figure judgment to a car crash victim.

According to official records in Florida ... Plaxico -- who JUST signed a 1-year contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers this month -- will officially lose his driving privileges Monday.

Here's why ... as TMZ previously reported, a woman named Alise Smith sued Plaxico, claiming he caused a car crash that injured her. She won, and he was ordered to pay $125,000 in damages.

According to Alise, Plax never paid (he tried appealing) ... so her lawyer, James Dunn, fired off a letter to the FL DMV requesting that his license be suspended -- yeah they can do that -- and the DMV made it happen.

To get it back Plax must pay the judgment OR challenge the DMV's actions.

Xzibit won't be pimping a damn thing for USAir anytime soon ... 'cause the rapper claims the airline called cops on him, and he's going HAM about the incident.

Xzibit claims he was trying to use the bathroom -- presumably when the seat belt light was on -- and the flight attendant threatened to call police.

On his Twitter page, X says he "told her to f**k herself."

Apparently police did show up at the LAX gate, because X adds ... "Cops showed up and took a pic with me. She was pissed."

Sources tell TMZ, the actor stopped by a popular Hollywood art gallery called Lab Art on Tuesday to check out new works by famed street artist Alec Monopoly ... and he was so blown away by the paintings, he purchased 5 pieces worth roughly $20,000 total.

Adrien went to the gallery to check on his old Rolls-Royce which he donated to Alec, who turned it into an art piece ... and Adrien went nuts over several paintings.

Forget Secret Service ... what President Obama really needs in Israel is AAA -- 'cause one of his indestructible limousines broke down, and had to get towed in Tel Aviv.

The heavily armored vehicle was spotted on the back of a flatbed after suffering some sort of malfunction ... ahead of the President's arrival in Israel.

One Israeli report claimed the limo driver pumped unleaded into the limo, known as "The Beast," instead of the required diesel fuel -- but the Secret Service isn't confirming.

Now we know why prosecutors wanted Lindsay Lohan in lockdown rehab -- she was driving with alcohol in the car at the time of the June crash.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the police report, in which the officer says after the crash a plastic water bottle was lying a few feet from the driver's door. The officer picked up the bottle and noticed the water was amber colored. He smelled the liquid and says "it was an alcoholic beverage, possibly wine."

The cop says, "It was my opinion that one of the occupants ... was possibly in possession of the open container and discarded it shortly after the collision."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they believe the bottle was Lindsay's.

On top of that, the cop says when Lindsay arrived at the hospital, there was an odor of alcohol on her breath.

Attention "Breaking Bad" fanatics ... here's your chance to pay WAY TOO MUCH for the crappy Toyota owned by Aaron Paul's character Jesse Pinkman on the show ... because TMZ has learned, it's going to be sold off at a New Mexico car dealership.

It's a 1984 Toyota Tercel ... market value: roughly $500 ... but you can bet your ass this car's gonna go for a whole lot more because it was used in the production of the show.

The car's currently on display at Mike Faris Auto Wholesale in Albuquerque, New Mexico -- near where "Breaking Bad" was shot -- and there's a sign on the windshield that reads, "Jesse's car as seen on 'Breaking Bad' ... Make offer."

Faris tells us, the car was originally leased from him by production ... but now that the show's over, they've returned it ... so he's putting it up for sale.

Faris tells TMZ, he's under strict orders from Sony Pictures Television NOT to sell the car until the final BB episode airs this summer ... but people are already making offers. Unfortunately, Farris says he's unable to consider any offer until Sony's deadline has passed.

Disclaimer: Mike says he's not 100% sure if the car he's selling actually appears on screen ... since producers shot multiple versions of the same car ... but it definitely was used in production.

Tyga's Friday night was worse than yours -- the rapper was stripped of his white Lamborghini after it was IMPOUNDED by cops ... and TMZ got it all on tape.

Law enforcement sources tell us... Tyga was pulled over around 11:00 PM for an unknown traffic violation in Hollywood. But when cops asked him for license and registration, Tyga had NEITHER ... no current registration AND the rapper was unlicensed to drive.

We're told Tyga was not arrested for the violations -- but the police issued him a citation and had his primo ride impounded ASAP. He was also given a field sobriety test, as seen in the footage, but was not busted for DUI.

After the ordeal, Tyga vented his frustration on Twitter, saying, "#F*** LAPD."

Miranda Kerr suffered injuries to her neck and back during a car wreck in L.A. on Monday ... this according to the model's rep.

Kerr was sporting a neck brace -- which she tried to cover with a scarf -- as she walked around L.A. Tuesday night ... after someone reportedly smashed into her car on an L.A. freeway.

Kerr's rep told Australia's 9 News, "She is in a lot of pain, but really we are just glad it was not more serious."

Neither Kerr's son Flynn nor her husband Orlando Bloom were in the car at the time of the crash -- but the rep says, "[Orlando is] taking very good care of her. He’s an amazing husband."

There are reports the other driver involved in the wreck was arrested for DUI -- but so far, we are unable to confirm those reports.

Los Angeles Clippers Star Ronny Turiaf is finally playing ball again in L.A. ... and the welcoming committee presented him with THREE traffic tickets in one day.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Turiaf -- who signed with the Clippers back in July after a 5-year absence from L.A. -- was driving in Santa Monica Friday when he caught the attention of cops, because Ronny was blasting music with the windows down.

Police quickly noticed Ronny's whip was one big moving violation -- his front windshield was tinted (violation), he had no front license plate (violation) and he didn't have the proper registration sticker (violation).

Ronny got three fix-it tickets -- meaning he can skate with a small fine if he corrects the problems.

"Thrift Shop" rapper Macklemore is still looking for a come-up ... because Friday morning he caught a flight on America's favorite bargain airline Southwest ... and TMZ has the pic.

Mack -- real name Ben Haggerty -- boarded the discount flight from Burbank to Las Vegas stuntin' in dark shades, a black jacket, and a hoodie ... and he looked incredible.

We're not judging, but it's always pretty incredible to see famous people on Southwest ... guy really lives up to his reputation.

Justin Bieber is a really good friend ... because just 2 days after Lil Twist crashed the singer's ultra-expensive, chromed-out Fisker Karma, Bieber's homies were behind the wheel ... again.

TMZ broke the story ... Twist crashed the Fisker into cement poles outside an L.A. liquor store Tuesday, badly damaging the front-end ... and for bad measure he fled the scene.

But Bieber hasn't connected the dots ... because Thursday, one of his pals was back on the road in the same car, which had apparently been repaired quickly.
