If Justin Bieber continues to trust Lil Twist with his ultra-expensive cars, then he deserves what he gets, because TMZ has learned Twist had yet another mishap, and this one involves a hit and run.

We've learned Lil Twist was driving Justin's chromed-out Fisker Karma Tuesday, just after 6PM, when he crashed into cement poles protecting a wall at a San Fernando Valley liquor store ... damaging the poles and badly damaging the front-end of the car.

Sources tell us ... either Twist or one of his passengers told an eyewitness, "Do you know whose car this is? It's Justin Bieber's car."

We're told a few minutes later, a BMW roared up to the parking lot and the driver told Twist and the passengers, "Get all the pieces from the car [that fell] and put it in the car [the BMW]." After putting the Fisker parts in the BMW, the 3 men took off in the BMW, leaving the Fisker behind.

Sources say one of the 2 passengers was Chris Brown. His reps have not confirmed or denied.

FYI -- it's a crime to leave the scene of an accident that causes injury or property damage without exchanging info with the victim -- in this case the liquor store owner. We're told this was NOT done.

You'll recall ... Twist also caused thousands of dollars worth of damage when he bottomed out Justin's Ferrari in the Four Seasons Hotel parking lot. And Twist was speeding in Justin's Ferrari January 1st when he was stopped by the CHP. A photog died while taking pics of the scene.

Justin -- don't be an idiot. Cut him off.

8:17 PM PT... Chris Brown's people just got back to us and said he wasn't in the car and wasn't even in town the day of the crash.

Chris Brown says the reason he lost his temper and threatened a valet last night was because the guy tried to fleece him ... TMZ has learned.

A source connected to Chris tells TMZ ... the valet outside PINZ bowling alley in Studio City, CA -- where Chris was attending a charity event -- was supposed to charge $5 a pop ... but when Chris tried to pick his car up, the valet tried to scam him by charging $10.

The source says other people who parked at PINZ last night were charged $5. Chris believes he was singled out because he's famous.

The new footage shows Chris cussing at the valet in front of PINZ bowling alley in Studio City, CA -- where Brown had just attended a charity event for inner city youth.

The valet had asked for the $10 fee before handing Brown the keys -- but Chris refused to pay because he was only at the event for a short time and didn't feel it was fair.

Chris exploded in anger ... getting right in the valet's face and yelling, "Gimme my f*cking keys ... f*ck ten dollars."

Then comes the threat -- "Gimme my keys ... we gonna turn this whole spot up ... I promise you."

Chris Brown turned his anger issues on a valet parker at a bowling alley in L.A. last night ... cussing at the guy over the $10 service charge ... and TMZ caught the whole thing on tape.

It all went down at PINZ bowling alley in Studio City ... where CB had been attending a charity event with his posse.

But when Chris went to get his car from the valet, the guy working the parking lot asked for the $10 charge ... and Chris got PISSED.

After the valet made it clear he couldn't release the car without the cash ... the singer and his posse surrounded the guy ... and at one point you can hear Chris say, "F*ck ten dollars."

Sources at the scene tell us Brown was angry because he was only at the event for 30 minutes and felt like he was getting ripped off by the valet.

As tensions grew, someone in Chris' posse can be heard saying. "We got the money ... don't worry about it."

But Chris DID worry about it ... and in a threatening manner, told the valet, "We gonna turn this whole thing on out."

A short time later, Brown shouted a last insult at the valet ... it sounded like he said, "Funk ass ten dollars" ... before walking away with his posse.

Justin Bieber needs to rethink loaning his car out to Lil Twist, because his Lil Friend just got another ticket in JB's Lil Fisker Karma.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lil Twist was just pulled over on the 101 Freeway by CHP because he made an unsafe lane change. Officers cut Lil a break on the lane change but gave him a ticket for tinted windows.

FYI -- it's the same tricked out Fisker Justin was driving when he was racing down the 101 Freeway last year, trying to shake the paparazzi.

And you'll recall, Lil Twist is the dude who got a ticket in Bieber's Ferrari on January 1 when a photog was struck and killed while shooting the scene.

Trouble behind the wheel runs in Bobby Brown's family -- his brother Tommy was arrested this morning for driving on a suspended license ... TMZ has learned.

Brown's older brother -- who appeared on "Being Bobby Brown" and "The Houstons: On Our Own" -- was popped by Henry County PD in McDonough, GA at 5:20 AM. He's being held on $1,805 bond for the driving on a suspended license charge and one additional charge ... improper passing of an emergency/towing/highway vehicle.

The arrest is ironic, when you consider Bobby was sentenced to 55 days in jail earlier this week, stemming from a DUI arrest (his third).

This just hurts to look at ... hours after Afrojack got his hands on a brand new red Ferrari, the world-renowned DJ mutilated the ride by crashing it ... and then posted photos of the car-nage online.

Afrojack -- real name Nick van de Wall -- went on Twitter two hours ago, writing, "I made a new friend!!!" referencing a brand new red Ferrari 458 Italia.

An hour later, he posted an image of the car with its rear bumper torn to pieces ... tweeting, "Ok that sucks. Good thing we're all ok!!!! Lesson in life: don't drive a Ferrari in sh*t weather!"

He added, "For everyone that's asking me why I'm smiling: it's a car."

Yeah, a $240,000 car.

Will.i.am has a damn good reason for building his hideous expensive cars -- like his new $900,000 Dick-Tracy-from-the-future jalopy -- telling TMZ, it's ALL FOR THE CHILDREN ... in order to teach them science ... or whatever.

We asked Will about the new ride -- recently spotted around town -- and he tells us, "I built the car for a project that I'm doing in inner cities. I round up a whole bunch of people who are qualified to teach kids science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. And through the course, they build vehicles."

He adds, "So I have to build different types of vehicles that can be used in a tutorial. That's the only reason that I build cars ... to invest in tools so kids today can have the skills for tomorrow."

Too bad it's impossible to build a car for less than $900,000.

Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin stole his ex-wife's SUV this week, smashed it up, returned it hours later ... and then threatened her -- so says his ex-wife ... who is really hot.

Jessica Scantlin tells TMZ, when she woke up Monday morning and noticed her Honda Pilot had vanished from her home -- she immediately suspected Wes because he'd taken it before.

Jessica says she texted Wes' manager to demand the singer return the vehicle asap -- and 6 hours later he texted back the exact location of her wheels.

She says the manager also texted, "Wes didn't take your car" -- leaving Jessica puzzled about how the manager knew where to find it.

According to Jessica, cops impounded the Pilot to have it tested for prints -- but she's "100% sure it's Wes" because the windows weren't broken ... and she claims it's likely he has a spare key.

And there's this -- Jessica claims, in addition to the SUV having jacked up bumpers and a side view mirror missing ... she also got super creepy texts from Wes after the whole ordeal.

She says one read, "Learn" -- and the other ... "You can't hide. I hope you have a shovel."

Jessica's lawyer Brian Kramer filed a legal request to have Wes held in contempt of court for making the alleged threats -- and for taking the car ... which she was given in the divorce.

Photos of the ridiculous car surfaced yesterday -- and sources familiar with the all-aluminum ride told us it was built just for Will at the famous West Coast Customs (aka the "Pimp My Ride" people) ... but we were unable to confirm it with the rapper.

But now we don't have to ... because the rapper was driving it himself last week outside a fancy Italian restaurant in West Hollywood.

You're looking at a one-of-a-kind ...custom built ... $900k automobile on the back of a flatbed truck in L.A. last week ... and sources tell TMZ, the owner is none other than Will.i.am.

First, let's talk about the whip ... sources connected to the vehicle tell us it was custom designed from scratch by the auto-geniuses at West Coast Customs (the people from "Pimp My Ride").

We're told the car features an aluminum interior, aluminum dashboard and aluminum door panels ... and, of course, bucket seats.

Sources tell us the total cost to build the "Dick Tracy meets the year 2047" street machine was $900k ... and the man behind the project is avid car nut Will.i.am.

In fact, the Black Eyed Peas singer already has one custom designed ride in his fleet ... an ugly, futuristic white thing ... reportedly worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $700k.

We called Will for comment -- multiple times -- but we never heard back.

Hoping to stay alive long enough to see his newborn kid graduate elementary school, 67-year-old Steve Martin worked on his fitness by hitting the road on his workout bike this week.

Martin's rep just confirmed that the actor's 41-year-old wife Anne Stringfield gave birth to their first child back in December ... but the couple hasn't revealed the sex or name of the child.

As TMZ first reported, the paparazzi who were on the scene when Brown crashed his Porsche claim they were not involved with the accident and only arrived on scene after the fact.

But Brown is sticking with his side of things ... and his rep tells TMZ, "We plan on seeking criminal charges and holding them civilly liable."
