"A Christmas Story" star R.D. Robb knows ... NEVER triple dog dare anyone to lick a frozen pole -- and don't run people over with your car, allegedly, because they'll sue you.

TMZ has learned 40-year-old R.D. -- who played Schwartz, Ralphie's friend in the holiday classic -- is being sued in L.A. by a woman named Shelli Tollman.

In the docs, Tollman says she was walking across a street last March ... when R.D. came around the corner in his 2012 Mazda 6 sedan and hit her.

The suit doesn't mention specific injuries ... but Tollman does claim she suffered mental, physical and emotional pain as result of R.D.'s "negligence" and "carelessness."

Tollman's suing for unspecified damages.

6:10 PM PT -- A spokesman for the Beverly Hills Police department released a statement saying, "On February 9, 2013 at approximately 1203pm, entertainer Chris Brown was involved in a solo, non-injury traffic collision in the 600 Block Bedford Drive/Camden Drive alley. Mr. Brown was the driver of the vehicle and collided with a wall. Brown stated that he was being chased by paparazzi causing him to lose control of his vehicle. Brown's Black Porsche was towed from the scene at his request."

Chris Brown's car was totaled this afternoon after an alleged run-in with a pair of paparazzi, this according to the singer's rep.

A rep for Brown tells TMZ he was driving in his car -- on his way to a charity event -- when he was cut off by two vehicles. The rep claims "the occupants jumped out, with cameras, and aggressively approached his vehicle. In an effort to remove himself from the situation, he began to back down an alley at which point his was cut off by two additional vehicles."

The rep continued, "Chris' vehicle was totaled due to this agressive pursuit by the paparazzi. He is okay."

10:40 A.M. PST: Selena's rep just told TMZ ... Selena let the fans in her SUV because they wanted to get her autograph and possibly a few pics and the scene was too chaotic curbside. The rep says the fans got out of the SUV 2 terminals down.

Selena Gomez pulled an incredibly DANGEROUS move at LAX yesterday, appearing to let 3 random fans into her private SUV ... but it seems the whole thing was a stupid set up.

The girls claimed to be die-hard Selena fans from Brazil who were hoping to meet the singer outside Selena's airport terminal.

Selena initially blows past the girls and gets into her waiting car ... while the girls continue to yell at Gomez, pleading for a moment of her time.

Eventually, Gomez cracks the window and motions for the girls to come over -- they race over to the car, fling the door open, and quickly barrel into the vehicle.

Selena's security guard rushes in to pull 'em out -- as if she's in harm's way -- but Selena waves him off ... and he stands down. The car eventually drives off with all of the girls inside.

Ed Reed just won the Super Bowl ... he tied the RECORD for postseason interceptions ... so why couldn't anyone give the guy a damn seat in the SUV on the way to the victory party???

TMZ shot some funny video of the Baltimore Ravens superstar leaving his hotel after the big game last night with a big cigar in his hand ... getting ready to celebrate like the CHAMP he is.

But when the whip rolled up, there weren't enough seats for his entire entourage, so Ed graciously offered to sardine himself into some open space so everyone could fit ... winding up completely hunched over and BACKWARDS. Meanwhile, one of Ed's boys sat comfortably in the front seat.

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew missed most of the season with a fractured foot, but he didn't let that stop him from partying in New Orleans last night ... on a scooter.

MJD underwent surgery last month after only playing in five games this season. He wasn't about to let the injury make him miss the Super Bowl, where we spotted him all dressed up and wheeling his way around town.

The three-time All-Pro is no stranger to partying on wheels ... we spotted him out in Hollywood last month doing the same thing.

With Lil Za getting pulled over all over town in his white Ferrari, Justin Bieber broke out his white Lamborghini in Beverly Hills on Saturday night ... and showed he's no better a driver than his friend.

Bieber made his way out of Crustacean and our photog tried to ask him about our story ... about how there are photos going around of Bieber partying with sizzurp ... but he ignored it completely.

Once Biebs got his car from the valet, he pulled into the street and then GUNNED IT as he drove off.

Stop us if you heard this one before ... Justin Bieber's pal Lil Za was pulled over today while driving Bieber's white Ferrari ... TMZ has learned.

According to an eye witness, the car pulled up to a Chipotle around noon in downtown Los Angeles when Za dropped off a female passenger and then took off. The witness says he saw the car make a u-turn ... and moments later, cops pulled the car over.

The witness says Za was given a ticket and, after about 20 minutes, sent on his way.

Bieber was not there at the time.

As TMZ first reported, Lil Za was pulled over early Friday morning (see below) and cited for driving without a license. He could have been arrested then, but cops cut him a break.

Chris Brown said he wanted to talk to police, but getting pulled over for speeding yesterday in Beverly Hills is probably not what he had in mind.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Brown was pulled over for going 60mph in a 35mph zone. We're told the officer ticketed Brown for speeding and let him go on his way.

As TMZ first reported, following his altercation with singer Frank Ocean, our sources say CB has been itching to tell cops his side of the story.

Justin Bieber decided to give his bad luck Ferarri a rest yesterday afternoon and went horseback riding with a few friends in North Hollywood.

Just in 2013 alone, Bieber's white Ferrari was at the center of a paparazzo's death, bottomed out at the Four Seasons parking lot and got pulled over for tinted windows ... all while people other than Bieber were driving.

Justin Bieber oughta think twice before loaning his car out ... because it was involved in yet another run-in with cops.

Bieber wasn't driving. The guy behind the wheel -- Lil Za -- was pulled over in West Hollywood -- apparently for tinted windows -- today at around 1:30 AM. The driver didn't have a license, so deputies put him in the back of the squad car and it looked like he was under arrest. Driving without having a license is an arrestable offense.

But deputies cut the dude a break, and he was cited and released.

You'll recall, a month ago to the day ... another one of Bieber's friends -- Lil Twist -- took Bieber's car for a high-speed ride, was pulled over by cops and a photog was struck and killed by another car while shooting the traffic stop.

As for the latest incident ... Bieber's friend flipped photogs off while sitting in the back of the cop car.

Justin Bieber's Ferrari is currently in repair shop ICU, after his good buddy, Lil Twist, bottomed out as he peeled out of the Four Seasons driveway in Beverly Hills ... and we've learned the hotel is shockingly footing the bill.

As we first reported ... Justin and Twist were staying at the Four Seasons on New Year's Day, when Twist took the car for a spin on the 405 Freeway and got stopped by the CHP. As the officer dealt with Twist, a paparazzo who was taking pics of the scene was struck and killed by a motorist.

Turns out ... when Twist left the Four Seasons driveway, he caused $8,000 to $10,000 worth of damage to the whip. It's pretty amazing, because that driveway doesn't really have any hidden dangers.

Nonetheless ... sources tell TMZ ... the hotel has agreed to pay the bill to maintain its lucrative relationship with Justin.

Like he doesn't have enough money ... and by the way, why isn't Twist paying?

A rep for the Four Seasons had no comment.

Reggae superstar Sean Paul -- a native Jamaican -- is 100% cool with Volkswagen copping his homeland's accent for its new Super Bowl ad because it's funny as hell ... and not the least bit offensive.

Current Grammy nominee Sean tells TMZ he doesn't understand why VW's catching heat for the spot -- featuring a white guy speaking in a Jamaican accent -- because it's "just entertainment."

SP added it's in good taste, and "to me it's no different than the Italian accents in 'The Sopranos' or the English accent in Guy Ritchie's movies."

VDub also got an irie review from Inner Circle -- aka the "Cops" theme guys -- who told us "duplication is the highest form of flattery, and our culture is a happy culture with good vibes."

Proving that point, they said ... "We say to VW: ONE, ONE, ONE LOVE. Anyone who say dat racist better ask themselves...whatchu gonna do when we come for you?"

Queen Latifah may not like to park legally, but she sure does have a sick ride.

The 42-year-old "Steel Magnolias" star pulled over her Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe -- reportedly worth around $400K -- by a fire hydrant in the red zone to pick up some items at Alfred Coffee & Kitchen in West Hollywood on Thursday.

She can afford to get a ticket.

It's been roughly 6 weeks since Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew had surgery to fix his busted foot ... but last night, the dude was back in public and rollin' around Hollywood ... literally.

MJD hit up Supperclub in L.A. last night ... with the help of a modified scooter to keep the pressure off his left foot.

FYI -- Maurice injured his foot back in October, but for some unexplained reason, waited until the end of December to go under the knife. Neither Jones nor the Jags have revealed any specifics about the injury.

MJD definitely isn't the first athlete to hit the Hollywood club scene while sportin' a delicate injury -- L.A. Dodgers star Matt Kemp took his busted shoulder out to Supperclub just 4 days after rotator cuff surgery.

Jets head coach Rex Ryan capped off his train wreck of a season with ANOTHER major accident last week in Pennsylvania -- this time involving his red Mustang and two other cars ... after Rex reportedly ran a red light.

Rex was driving along a road in Bethlehem, PA around 6PM last Monday when he allegedly ran the light and rammed another car -- which then crashed into a third vehicle ... this according to Deadspin.com.

According to the report, Rex denied to police that he was speeding ... but did NOT deny running the red light.

Police described the damage to all three vehicles as "moderate." There were no injuries. So far, no word if Rex was cited in connection with the accident.

It's unclear why Rex was driving around Bethlehem last week -- but there's talk he was in town to meet with the Jets brand new offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg (previously of the Eagles).

Bobbi Kristina has finally gotten rid of the black Chevy Camaro she smashed up on multiple occasions -- replacing the car with something she believes is MUCH safer to drive ... TMZ has learned.

According to sources close to Whitney Houston's daughter, the girl purchased a 2013 Lexus IS 250 right before Christmas -- and is telling friends she feels much more comfortable driving the new car than she did the Camaro.

Bobbi feels the visibility in the new whip is a LOT better -- which might help lead to fewer accidents.

As we reported, Bobbi crashed her old Camaro multiple times -- first into her boyfriend's parked car, then into several trees on a Georgia embankment. She was also involved in a third accident in the Camaro, riding in the passenger seat.
