Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon was arrested for driving like a maniac last night ... hours after Whitney Houston's daughter totaled a Chevy Camaro in a frightening wreck of her own.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Nick was taken into custody in Alpharetta, Georgia last night ... after cops say he was going 82 in a 35 on Northpoint Parkway ... a retail area with high pedestrian foot traffic.

One law enforcement source tells us, "We are fortunate because that's such a busy corridor with high end retail shopping retaurants and pedestrains at crosswalks."

The source adds, "At that speed, it's absolutely reckless."

We broke the story ... BK wrecked a Camaro in Alpharetta yesterday after losing control and careening down an embankment ... striking several trees along the way. Miraculously, she emerged from the accident unscathed ... but cops issued her a citation for failing to stay in her lane.

Attempts to reach Nick for comment were unsuccessful.

Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina has miraculously emerged unscathed after wrecking her Chevy Camaro in a frightening car crash moments ago ... TMZ has learned.

The accident just went down in Alpharetta, Georgia -- law enforcement tells us a passer-by noticed Bobbi's car all smashed up in an embankment and called 911.

When emergency personnel arrived at the scene, Bobbi Kristina was standing next to her vehicle and appeared to be uninjured.

Cops conducted an official accident investigation -- and believe Bobbi Kristina simply lost control of her car while making a left turn out of her apartment complex ... and drove over a curb and down an embankment, striking several small trees along the way.

Eventually, the car came to a stop on a local park trail.

After the investigation, cops issued BK a traffic citation for "failure to maintain lane."

Cops say ... it doesn't appear drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.

We reached out to Bobbi Kristina's camp -- so far, no word back.

Kelsey Grammer's 4-month-old baby doesn't just party at the Playboy mansion ... she also dangerously rides in vehicles WITHOUT A CAR SEAT ... and it was all caught on tape.

Kelsey and his wife Kayte arrived at LAX yesterday with their adorable (and fragile) baby daughter Faith ... when they were met by a waiting chauffeured SUV.

But as Kayte was about to enter the car with the kid, she realized there was no car seat in the SUV ... but she got in the car with the baby anyway.

Kayte seatbelted herself in the car, and with the baby cradled against her chest, the car took off ... a clear violation of the California car seat law.

We're assuming the baby made it home unfazed ... but according to various safety organizations, it's a STUPID risk to transport your newborn without a proper child safety seat ... considering car seats can significantly reduce the risk of injury in an accident.

Of course, Britney Spears took all sorts of heat when she drove around with her baby in her LAP several years ago.

Kelsey's rep, Stan Rosenfield, insists there was a car seat inside the vehicle ... though there's no evidence of that in this video.

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez didn't waste any time after Thanksgiving dinner at a friend's house last night -- beating a hasty retreat back home in the wake of Olivier's blowout fight with Gabriel Aubry.

TMZ broke the story ... Gabriel was arrested for misdemeanor battery yesterday after a violent showdown with Halle's fiance at the actress' home.

Scores of bystanders frantically dialed 911 moments after Diddy's SUV slammed into another car last month -- claiming there had been a terrible accident and people were injured -- and TMZ has obtained audio of the frightened phone calls.

As we previously reported, Diddy was riding shotgun when his black SUV t-boned another car in front of the Beverly Hills hotel. The cars were damaged pretty badly, and Diddy claims he sustained multiple injuries to his neck and ribs.

He was so shaken up by the accident he had to lie down on the grass afterward.

According to the 911 calls, the people involved in the crash sustained injuries -- but as we reported ... no one was taken to a hospital.

A judge in the Justin Bieber car chase case just ruled the California paparazzi law -- which prohibits photogs from driving recklessly while trying to shoot pictures of celebs -- is unconstitutional.

The judge was hearing the case of the photog who chased Justin in July on an L.A. freeway. Witnesses say the cars were traveling at speeds approaching 100 mph.

The judge tossed out 2 of the 4 criminal counts against photog Paul Raef. The counts that were tossed were based on the new paparazzi law. The judge concluded the law was "problematic" and suppressed legitimate activities by the media.

Fresh off of getting a traffic ticket in his Ferrari, Justin Bieber was seen standing up on his $20,000 Ducati today ... buzzing down L.A.'s famous 405 Freeway.

We broke the story ... Bieber bought the bike back in April off a recommendation from his mentor Usher. At the time, JB didn't have a motorcycle license ... and we still don't know if he ever got around to getting one.

7:20 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us ... Bieber was initially pulled over for making an unsafe left turn. During the stop, we're told the officer discovered Bieber's registration was expired.

Justin Bieber's winning streak came to a screeching halt when he went joyriding in a Ferrari Tuesday night ... and got stopped by cops, TMZ has learned.

Justin was cruising through West Hollywood around 6:30PM in a sick white Ferrari when an LA County Sheriff's deputy hit the strobes and sirens.

TMZ got a couple shots of the Biebs as he was pulled over. Witnesses say JB was cooperative while deputies took a closer look at his documentation ... and, of course, the sick ride.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Bieber did get ticketed, but it's unclear what law he allegedly broke.

Bieber's coming off a hell of a weekend -- hanging with Victoria's Secret supermodels, and breaking up with Selena Gomez. Justin was NOT solo in the Ferrari ... we're told he had a guy friend riding shotgun.

TMZ has learned ... Caroline Kennedy and her hot 24-year-old daughter Rose Schlossberg were named in a lawsuit by a man who claims Rose crashed into his Honda Civic on Wilshire Blvd. in L.A. back in August.

According to the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the victim claims he suffered serious physical and mental injuries as a result of Rose's "negligent" and "careless" actions behind the wheel ... and demanded more than $25,000 in damages.

Caroline was not in the car -- but was named in the lawsuit because she is the legal owner of the vehicle.

But, this isn't your average never-ending car-crash lawsuit ... the victim's lawyer tells TMZ, they've already reached a settlement with Caroline and Rose's people ... and will take action to have the case dismissed ASAP.

The lawyer, a Democrat, tells us, “Everybody, including the Kennedys, and their insurance company, were very caring, understanding, ethical, and honest.”

He adds, "They were first rate people, we're very satisfied."

Sir Paul McCartney barely escaped death when his helicopter reportedly almost crashed while trying to land in England.

It says Paul and wife Nancy Shevell (she almost died too) were being flown to their home in Sussex via helicopter back in May -- when the pilot became disoriented and came within two feet of striking a tree top -- according to the Daily Mail.

The UK's Dept. of Transportation says the pilot lost control of the 9-seater bird while trying to land in the middle of an intense rain storm, and starting plunging towards the ground.

The D.O.T report says the pilot managed to pull the chopper up literally at the last second. The pilot aborted the landing and flew the couple to a nearby airport in Kent.

The force is strong with Boba Fett -- or at least with the actor who played the "Star Wars" villain in the 2002 prequel "Attack of the Clones" ... because the guy helped save an elderly couple from a NASTY real-life car wreck ... and TMZ has a photo of the hero in action.

A rep for Daniel Logan tells TMZ ... the 25-year-old actor was driving in Orange County last week when he spotted a completely wrecked SUV sitting on the side of the road ... we're talking real bad ... like half-the-car-ripped-off bad.

We're told the Logan pulled over to help -- since no emergency vehicles were on scene yet -- and found an elderly couple trapped inside with their grandchild.

Daniel's rep says the actor started to clear the wreckage to get to the trio -- and about the time Daniel broke through, the paramedics arrived.

We're told the paramedics took over from there, and pulled the family to safety before taking them to the hospital.
