Soulja Boy got into a car accident in his gleaming red Bentley moments ago in Hollywood ... and TMZ has pics of the aftermath.

TMZ spoke with the other driver involved, who tells us, Soulja crossed into her lane and smashed into her while she was waiting for the light to change.

People close to Soulja say the rapper wasn't even driving -- his bodyguard was. They say the other driver ran a red light and hit him.

So far, it's unclear who's really at fault. Police are currently on the scene with a tow truck, which is loading up Soulja's ride.

Salt on the wound for fired "Basketball Wives" star Jennifer Williams -- TMZ has learned her expensive Bentley is on the verge of being repossessed ... by force of law.

The Toyota Motor Credit Corporation in Syosset, NY just filed a lawsuit against Williams, claiming she stopped making payments on her used 2006 white Bentley back in 2009 -- and it wants the car back.

According to the lawsuit, TMCC has made several attempts to peacefully repossess the vehicle ... but was unsuccessful. Now, it wants a court to FORCE Williams to give back the car.

TMCC is also demanding Williams pay the entire outstanding balance on the car -- $92,310.

A rep for Williams tells TMZ, "Jennifer hasn't been served documents in reference to this lawsuit. Anything related to community property acquired during the marriage, such as the car, is an issue that is currently being addressed in her divorce proceedings."

It all went down in Portland, OR on Saturday night ... when David Giuntoli and Sasha Roiz joined roughly 10,000 riders for the World Naked Bike Ride ... a jiggly protest against the oil consuming "car culture."

But when it came to dropping trou, David and Sasha totally wussed out -- instead of going bare-ass with their fellow bikers, the two actors only ditched their tops. Laaaaaaaame.

After the race, Giuntoli went to Twitter, where he blamed his prudish ways on "the trapping of celebrity" -- explaining, "We wore pants and shorts respectively. #keptourjobs"

So, the lesson here ...

Will.i.Am has temporarily lost his customized "Back to the Future" car -- a tricked out DeLorean -- after cops pulled him over in L.A. this week ... and IMPOUNDED the vehicle ... law enforcement tells TMZ.

According to sources, cops pulled the rapper over Thursday night for having no license plates. When they looked at his documents, we're told cops also discovered a registration problem ... so they kicked Will.I.Am out of the car and impounded the custom vehicle.

Will was cited for the registration SNAFU as well as the no-plate thing -- but we're told he was very cooperative throughout the entire process. Will then had a friend pick him up from the scene.

The DeLorean will be held until Will.I.Am gets his paperwork in order.

Perhaps too pregnant to deal with the arduous task of walking, Snooki rode an electric scooter around Seaside Heights with fellow "Jersey Shore" cast member Deena, who managed to not get arrested during the outing.

So we're told Kim wanted to give him a taste of his gift -- so she took a video of the car to show him ... and we're told she's screening the video in person tonight on the Emerald Isle.

Young Dro once rapped that he's "the kinda person that gonna drive a Maserati" -- but that just ain't true anymore ... because he just had his repossessed ... TMZ has learned.

According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Dro leased a $134,000, 2007 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT in January 2008. The docs say Dro agreed to fork over a $7,500 down payment and then pay monthly payments of $1,606.62.

But according to the lawsuit, Dro defaulted on the lease and now owes the leasing company $61,220.37. The company has repo'd the Maserati.

The leasing company wants the money it is owed, plus attorneys' fees.

Calls to Young Dro have not been returned.

"American Idol" champ Phillip Phillips is celebrating his win by PARTYING LIKE A ROCK STAR IN VEGAS ... at least that's what he should be doing, but instead he's hanging out with his parents and giving them his brand new car!

Sources tell TMZ ... the brand new 2013 Ford Fusion (valued at $25,000) Phillip was given for winning the competition will actually be a gift to his parents ... because he's perfectly happy driving his 2001 Ford Ranger truck (see below) and refuses to give it up.

In fact, we're told Phillip wasn't even tempted to use the new car for himself.

Jenna Jameson's Range Rover is gonna be Exhibit A if her drunk driving case goes to trial, because it's pretty clear she was out of control when she plowed into a pole Friday.

The porn star's SUV was towed after Jameson was arrested on suspicion of DUI. The front wheels are completely wrecked, the front axle is broken and the right side is smashed in.

T-Boz might be forced to travel in the passenger side of her best friend's ride ... 'cause Honda is gunning to repossess the singer's car.

TMZ has learned ... Tionne Watkins is being sued by Honda for failing to make payments on her 2005 Honda Odyssey.

In the lawsuit, filed in Georgia, Honda asks the judge for the green light to take the car back. It's unclear how much T-Boz owes in back payments.

It's just the latest in a string of financial woes for the 42-year-old singer -- she filed for bankruptcy back in 2011 ... but failed to complete the required paperwork ... and lost the protection bankruptcy provides.

In other words, there's NOTHING stopping T-Boz's creditors from coming after all of her possessions.

We reached out to T-Boz for comment -- so far, no response.

Sutter's tweet read, "Watched Devils Ride. Probably get in trouble for saying this, but I'm pretty sure my SOA actors could kick the sh*t out of this 'real' MC."

Obviously, the Devils weren't happy about the statement.

TMZ spoke with a guy named Sandman -- a very scary member of the club -- who tells us, "I am concerned that Kurt's creative mind is stuck in make-believe land with his recent comment on twitter."

Sandman adds, "Here's a reality check for ya Kurt ... I am sending a personal invitation to your pretty faced Kurt Cobain look-alike star Jax to come down to San Diego and prove your point."

Yes, Sandman just challenged Charlie Hunnam to a fight.

And he ain't done yet ... Sandman continues, "And tell him to wear those shiny white kicks too. I hope he's a size 11, I could use some new shoes."

Sandman even mentioned Sutter's wife -- actress Katey Sagal -- saying, "I am a big 'Married with Children' fan, can you have Peg send me an autographed picture? I would appreciate it."

We called Sutter for comment -- so far, no response.

TMZ spoke with Ed Blair -- President of the Chili Appreciation Society International -- who tells us Shelby will be honored at the Terlingua International Chili Championship (think Super Bowl of chili).

According to Blair, Shelby's image will be featured on a memorial board ... along with other chili legends who died in the past year.

Legendary car designer and racing driver Carroll Shelby has died.

Shelby is known for introducing the Shelby AC Cobra to the United States in the 1960s -- combining an English sports car chassis with an American Mustang engine.

A rep for Shelby's company Carroll Shelby International says Shelby died today at a Dallas hospital. He had received a heart transplant in 1990 and a kidney transplant in 1996.

As a driver -- Shelby first gained fame by winning France's arduous 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1959.

Kanye West MUST be getting serious with Kim Kardashian -- he's letting her drive his $500,000 whip in L.A. while he's in NYC.
