The guy in question -- named Bryan Fuller -- sued Lipinski for $7,500 in July, claiming she backed into him with her SUV while he was exiting an L.A. parking lot last year ... and as a result, he suffered "serious injuries to his neck, back, left shoulder, left arm" ... and the list goes on.

Dude claimed his medical bills totaled $2,279 after the incident -- not to mention "at least" $1,223.02 in damages to his vehicle -- but clearly the judge wasn't buying his case ... because when the gavel came down earlier this week, Mr. Fuller was awarded jack squat.

The Sitch's manager (pictured above) tells us the car was only a rental -- and it was the manager's rental, not The Situation's. The manager tells us he was backing up the car and didn't notice the truck behind him had its lift down -- so when he hit the lift and tried to pull forward, it ripped the bumper almost clean off.

As we first reported, Lewis was being driven home from a movie event when a person driving a Honda T-boned Lewis' ride at an intersection ... leaving paint marks and a big, fat dent.

The actress was being driven home from an event for her movie "Conviction" -- when another car T-boned the vehicle transporting Lewis at an intersection at 10:19 PM.

We're told Lewis' ride -- a Lincoln Town Car -- was "completely totaled."

Lewis' rep adds, "[Juliette] went to the hospital to be checked out and is a bit banged up and sore but otherwise thankfully okay. She is now resting at home."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the driver of the other car -- a Honda -- fled the scene. Cops discovered the Honda a few blocks from the spot of the crash ... but the suspect is still at large.

We're told an investigation into the incident is underway.

It all went down in Hollywood ... right after Sitch left Playhouse nightclub with a few members of his crew. The "Jersey Shore" star rolled into a waiting SUV and took off ... but moments later, the car was stopped on the side of the road ... next to an LAPD squad car with flashing lights.

It's unclear why the police got involved -- but both The Situation and his friends got out of their SUV and had a friendly exchange with the officers ... who never got out of their squad car.

According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the Pittsburgh Penguins star bought a 2009 Mercedes-Benz CL550 back in 2008 -- but eventually defaulted on the payments.

The finance company claims they tried to repossess the car from Comrie -- but he has "refused to allow Plaintiff possession."

Now, the finance company claims they want Mike to pay off the rest of his contract -- $103,398.57 ... plus other costs.

Witnesses tell TMZ ... Weatherly was driving a black Mercedes over the Barham Pass, which connects Hollywood with the San Fernando Valley, when the lanes merged and somehow at least two vehicles were involved in a collision.

Weatherly's car sustained some serious damage to the front passenger side. The front bumper was nearly ripped off the ride. A silver BMW was also damaged in the crash.

We just spoke with the driver of the silver BMW -- who told us Weatherly crashed into him and ran the BMW into a nearby pole. The driver tells us Weatherly quickly parked his car, approached the BMW and "accepted responsibility" for the accident.

The driver tells us both parties exchanged information. The BMW has already been loaded on to a tow truck. Weatherly seems okay -- he's on his cell phone right now.

It all went down as paparazzi swarmed the car as Paris and Cy Waits left Boa in West Hollywood. The posse of paparazzi was all over the car, when suddenly Cy accelerated, knocking a photog down.

The couple took off after the hit and the photog called the cops. Paramedics were also called and took the female photog to a local hospital.

We're told at some point later, Cy came back, sans Paris, and spoke with police.

Law enforcement sources tell us Cy was cited for hit-and-run, then allowed to leave.

And get this ... sources say Paris is saying, "The pap is making up injuries."

Law enforcement sources also tell us they're looking into all of the photogs, because flashing the lights could have blinded the driver ... which may constitute interfering with the operation of a motor vehicle -- which is also a crime.

UPDATE: Sources close to Cy tell us ... Waits is adamant that he was not cited for hit-and-run. Instead, Waits believes the photographer placed him under citizen's arrest -- and cops were obligated to sign the citizen's arrest form.

Sam Jones III stepped out of the baller Rolls Phantom outside Premiere Supper Club in Hollywood over the weekend -- Karissa by his side -- claiming, "That is not a rental ... young mogul style."

Unfortunately for Sammy the real owner of the car -- Jay Grdina, the guy behind the website kikster.com -- contacted TMZ and says, "Considering I have the only matte black Phantom in L.A. ... ole Sam just told a nice lie to TMZ."

Vinny's 2011 Mercedes-Benz was towed early Thursday morning in New York City ... so our tow sources say.

Vinny parked his ride in a no-no zone on Wednesday night outside of his buddy's place -- and awoke to discover he was Mercedes-less.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Suge was pulled over in L.A. around 3 AM for a traffic violation -- but it got more serious when cops discovered Suge was driving on a suspended license.

The cops put Suge in the squad car while officers searched the car, but found nothing (

The chick playing tonsil hockey with The Biebs is 16-year-old Jasmine Villegas -- who also happens to be the opening act on Bieber's concert tour.

The photos were taken on Thursday, September 9 in Venice, CA by some Canadian tourist who just happened to notice his country's most famous pop star in the midst of a make-out session with the luckiest teenage girl on the planet.

The two had been rumored to be dating ... but they insisted they were just "really cool friends."
