Law enforcement sources tell us Gandolfini was pulled over for two traffic violations -- running a stop sign while talking on the phone -- while cruising through the Hollywood Hills -- and then determined he didn't have a valid license.

The owner of the other car -- a Los Angeles restaurant parking attendant -- claims Hannah Montana herself smacked into his parked car. We spoke to his attorney, Mauro Fiore, who says Miley claimed the white Benz she was driving belonged to her BF ... but we checked and it's actually registered to her mom.

Fiore says Miley left her phone number with the parking attendant -- whose '91 Camry was totaled according to Fiore -- and then sped off. The attendant didn't file a police report at the time -- but his lawyer says he plans to do so today.

As for whether Miley's actions constitute a hit-and-run ... police tell us, hypothetically speaking, it doesn't because she left contact information with the alleged victim.

T.I.'s probation officer just filed documents in Georgia that say L.A. County Sheriff's deputies found codeine, marijuana and ecstasy in T.I.'s possession during the September 1 arrest.

As we first reported, T.I. had several Styrofoam cups in his Maybach that night (pictured above). Sizzurp -- aka codeine syrup -- is commonly served in Styrofoam cups.

The document also states that T.I. tested positive for opiates the day after the arrest, but does not name a specific drug. Neither marijuana nor ecstasy are opiates.

Ross was able to walk away from the wreck, but the L.A. City Fire Department tells us one person was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

We were on scene right after the crash, where Jeff told us he was "a little shaken up" -- then immediately cracked a joke at a fellow roaster, saying, "That's what happens when you don't feed Lisa Lampanelli!"

Now for the amazing part -- even though Jeff's Prius took a major hit in the accident ... he still managed to drive off in it.

Lindsay flashed her new whip at the courthouse in Santa Monica where she dutifully met with her probation officer -- and faced questions about Michael Lohan, family photos and "Machete."

During the call, a state park worker tells the 911 operator, "I need to tell you ... are you ready? The driver is Mel Gibson."

The park worker goes on to explain, "He just drove right into the mountainside."

As we previously reported, cops claim alcohol was not a factor in the crash -- and Mel repeatedly told officers that he couldn't explain how the car drifted off the road.

The 28-year-old "Glee" star was rollin' around L.A. this weekend in a cherry red Ferrari California ... which start at $190,000.

FYI -- the car can go from 0 to 60 mph in less than four seconds ... and tops out at around 193 mph.

James' new ride is debuting this weekend in the Primm 300 in Nevada. A TMZ logo and a life-size caricature of Harvey, complete with trademark slogan, adorn the side.

Mayweather didn't have a thing to say about his arrest on a grand larceny charge earlier today ... an arrest that stemmed from an alleged domestic incident at his baby mama's house.

Our car sources tell TMZ ... the fully-loaded ride cost the blowout baron upwards of $120,000 ... his first major purchase after wrapping up the third season of "Jersey Shore."

We're told the car is so sick it has seats that massage you while you drive ... which, when we think about it, sounds like a terrible idea.

Brady was reportedly "shaken" by the crash -- but a source has told ESPN that he did not go the hospital. Brady is now en route to Gillette Stadium -- home of the Pats.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... one passenger in the other car is at the hospital and being treated for "serious injuries." We're told the driver of the other car was "fine."

A law enforcement source tells TMZ ... based on the preliminary investigation ... it appears Tom Brady was not at fault -- that he had the green light.

TMZ obtained this photo of the Los Angeles Lakers playoff hero getting pulled over Monday in something called an Eagle Roadster -- a custom vehicle with a top speed of 152 MPH.

Law enforcement sources tell us Artest was cited because the registration on the car was expired. But get this -- we're told the car isn't even registered to Ron ... but somebody out in Tennessee.

Ron -- who was smiling throughout the entire incident -- was eventually sent on his way ... but sources tell us cops were "very happy" he was wearing a helmet.
