Arnold Schwarzenegger is out hawking his autobiography, so he knows something about words ... and the one word he WON'T use to describe his affair with the maid is "BETRAYAL."

In an interview on "60 Minutes" which will air Sunday, Lesley Stahl said to Arnold ...

"She gave up her television career for you. I mean, wow, was this the most unbelievable act of betrayal to Maria?"

Arnold would not acknowledge Stahl's question. Instead he deflected by saying, "I think it was the stupidest thing I've done in the whole relationship. It was terrible I inflicted tremendous pain on Maria and unbelievable pain on the kids."

And it's even worse. Arnold has not even shown the book to Maria. When Stahl asked if she knew what Arnold had written, all he would say was, "She knows that it's about my whole life."

Lance Easley -- the NFL replacement ref who made the TD call in Monday night's Packers vs. Seahawks game tells TMZ ... he stands by his decision, adamantly saying, "It was the correct call."

Easley told us he can't believe he's being vilified ... "I didn't do anything wrong."

He says strongly ... the Packers player who allegedly intercepted the ball never had singular possession because, "You have to not only have the ball but have either 2 feet or a body part on the ground, and that never happened."

Easley says this was clearly a case of simultaneous possession -- meaning the catch goes to the offensive player -- adding, "Put any other official who knows the rules and they would make the same call."

Easley told us, no one has ever seen a play like this before, so there's no point of reference to judge the call. He says, "I don't appreciate the negative stuff."

Easley -- who refs at El Camino and Pierce Junior Colleges as well as Occidental, all in Southern California -- says the replacement refs did what they were expected to do.

Chris Brown and Nicole Scherzinger pulled the trickiest of tricky moves by getting just a little too close up in the club -- which means they're totally doing it! Whatever "it" is.

Move over Madonna ... Piers Morgan tells TMZ, he's got a new enemy ... Kelsey Grammer ... who's now officially BANNED from Morgan's show after walking off the set last week.

Morgan was out in NYC yesterday ... and he's clearly still pissed about last week's incident when Grammer bolted from his scheduled appearance on "Piers Morgan Tonight" -- just minutes before the interview started.

Morgan claimed Kelsey ditched the CNN show after the network aired a pic of his ex-wife, Camille Grammer, in the opening moments.

And now, Morgan's holding a big grudge ... telling us Grammer's little stunt will be his last -- because he's NEVER welcome back on the show.

Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. can't get together in the ring ... and won't fight in court either -- they've finally ended a 3-year legal beef over doping allegations with a settlement agreement.

As TMZ previously reported, Pacquiao sued Mayweather Jr. back in 2009 for defamation ... after Mayweather allegedly accused Pacquiao of using performance-enhancing drugs.

But yesterday, legal docs were filed on behalf of both parties, stating the boxers had settled the matter entirely and Pacquiao agreed to drop his lawsuit.

Terms of the settlement are unknown -- but both parties will cover their own legal fees.

Casino mogul Steve Wynn wants to make damn sure Joe Francis never calls him a wannabe murderer ever again -- and is now asking a judge to put a big fat sock in Francis' mouth.

Wynn just filed a request for a permanent injunction against Francis, claiming the "Girls Gone Wild" honcho is likely to continue to make false and defamatory accusations if the court doesn't stop him.

Wynn says he's afraid Francis is a loose cannon if left unchecked -- and any accusations he makes against Wynn are likely to cause irreparable harm ... specifically accusations about Wynn trying to murder him.

You'll recall, Francis recently LOST after Wynn sued him for defamation. Wynn claimed Francis made bogus claims that Wynn threatened to have him murdered over a gambling debt.

The NFL is backing what's being called the WORST CALL IN LEAGUE HISTORY -- refusing to overturn last night's Seattle Seahawks touchdown against the Green Bay Packers ... and standing by their replacement refs.

League officials released a statement moments ago, saying, "Referee Wayne Elliott determined that no indisputable visual evidence existed to overturn the call on the field, and as a result, the on-field ruling of touchdown stood."

The NFL goes on to say upon even further review of the video today ... it supports the "decision not to overturn the on-field ruling" and the result of the game is final.

Kanye West is a sex tape master -- TMZ has learned, the rapper filmed himself doing the deed MORE than once in recent years ... and TWO tapes are currently being shopped to the highest bidder.

The reports are true ... a Kanye sex tape featuring a young woman in a hotel room is making the rounds -- but what you haven't heard ... there's a second tape and the 2 are nearly identical.

Both tapes are impressively long -- the first is roughly twenty minutes ... and the second is more than FORTY. And we're talking constant action. Seriously, the guy takes no breaks. It's incredible. Almost Sting-like.

We're told the tapes were both shot several years ago with exes.

The tapes are currently being shopped to media outlets by a third party.

Heidi Klum showed up to the Emmy Awards moments ago without her bodyguard boyfriend ... but fully rocking her smokin' hot body.

Klum walked the red carpet at the Nokia theater in downtown L.A. sporting a scantily cut sea-foam dress ... where the plunging neckline and high leg slits managed to meet in practically the same place.

Wyclef Jean's claim that Lauryn Hill duped him into thinking he knocked her up ... is "bulls**t" and a money-making ploy -- at least according to Lauryn's real baby daddy ... Rohan Marley.

Wyclef dropped the bomb about his ex Fugees bandmate in his new autobiography ... claiming they had an affair in 1996 -- while he was married -- and Lauryn made him believe he fathered her first child, Zion David.

That was news to Rohan, who dated Lauryn from '96 to 2004, and tells TMZ ... Wyclef "knew from jump that was my son from the day [Lauryn] was pregnant."

Rohan -- one of Bob Marley's sons, and a former football stud at U. of Miami -- does admit Lauryn and Wyclef screwed around before he came on the scene, but says he's confident it ended because Wyclef actually played matchmaker ... "They were definitely not messing around, or he would never have given me the okay."

He also says he and Lauryn were together in studio sessions night and day back then so there wouldn't even be time for her to have the alleged affair.

Rohan added he thinks Wyclef is "just saying false things to get book headlines" -- and he has no plans to talk it out with 'Clef because "he knows he is fronting himself.
