Drake Bell is loudly and proudly living la vida karaoke, and while Ricky Martin might not be all that impressed ... the average bar patron drinking and shooting pool seems to love his singing!

The former Nickelodeon actor popped into a watering hole Tuesday night in Temecula, CA called ET's Classy Lounge ... where he was in the mood for some tunes, belting them out at the top of his lungs.

In the video you see Drake cranking out "Livin' La Vida Loca" at full blast -- and while he sounds pretty decent (dude's a professional singer too, BTW) there were a few bumps along the way ... which DB embellished hilariously.

As ya might be able to tell, we're told the guy was also knocking back a few cocktails while hanging with friends and shooting pool ... when he wasn't singing and snapping selfies with fans.

From all evidence here ... Bell's rebounding from last year's child endangerment case ... for which he pled guilty and got 2 years probation.

Courtney Tailor -- the model who was covered in blood after her boyfriend was brutally killed -- got a temperature check on how the public feels about her ... and it ain't good.

A video has surfaced that shows someone filming a blonde woman in the lobby area of Miami's Grand Beach Hotel Friday night -- with the camera person saying she will NOT stop recording and arguing this woman (whom she believes is Tailor) has no business being there ... especially since her BF, Christian Tobechukwu Obumseli, was slain just days ago.

The person filming also makes clear their opinion on the matter -- namely, that she believes Tailor may have been the one who did the stabbing ... something CT has yet to be accused of by cops or law enforcement officials at this point in the investigation.

Their IG caption is also telling ... "@mpdpolice does this look like a mentally unstable person to you, as she claims?" She's referring to the fact Tailor was placed in a psychiatric hold after threatening suicide when she was brought in for questioning. Clearly, she's been released from that hold from nearly a full week ago ... and is out and about, not in custody.

Courtney's attorney, Frank Prieto, confirms to TMZ ... yes, this is, in fact, his client -- but he defends her being there, and says this is just an example of people running with theories without knowing the full facts.

He says, in part ... Courtney was there that night with her father, who simply wanted to pop in and have a drink in private -- which was disrupted by this woman who started filming.

Prieto also says this ... "It is unfortunate that a member of the public, knowing absolutely nothing about circumstances and events surrounding the death Mr. Obumseli, would take the opportunity to harass the Clenney family during a time that they are trying to be supportive for Courtney."

He also drops a bombshell allegation, telling us he believes Courtney is the victim of "physical, emotional, and mental abuse at the hands of Mr. Obumseli," while also suggesting she may even have been a "victim of human trafficking," without elaborating much further.

Prieto also makes this clear -- he believes his client was fighting for her life during the domestic disturbance that got cops sent out that fateful day. He claims, "At the time of the incident, Mr. Obumseli was committing a forcible felony. He had gained access to Courtney’s apartment without permission on several occasions in the days leading up to this incident."

He adds, "Courtney acted in self-defense; the investigation by both the City of Miami Police Department and the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office will conclude such. With that said, we would ask for the public’s understanding about observing the family’s privacy at this time."

We've reached out to attorney Lee Merritt, who is working with Christian's family, for comment on Prieto's allegations about DV and self-defense ... so far, no word back.

"The Flash" star Ezra Miller has been arrested in Hawaii ... local law enforcement tells TMZ.

A rep for the Hawaii Police Department tells TMZ ... Miller was busted for disorderly conduct and harassment shortly after midnight Monday after an incident at a bar in Hilo.

South Hilo patrol officers say they responded to a report of a disorderly patron at the bar late Sunday night. Cops were told Miller became agitated while patrons at the bar began singing karaoke.

Miller allegedly yelled obscenities and grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke. Cops say they were told Miller also lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts. According to officers, the bar owner asked Miller to calm down several times with no success.

We're told Miller was arrested and charged on both offenses and later released on $500 bail.

As we reported, footage circulated in 2020 that appeared to show Miller choking a woman at an Iceland bar, which led to him being kicked out by employees. No arrests were made.

Miller -- who plays The Flash in the DC universe -- was featured during Sunday night's Oscars ceremony, with a scene from “Zack Snyder’s Justice League” winning the newly-created Oscars Cheer Moment, a fan-picked award.

Soho's Little Beach House Malibu is quite literally a celebrity hot spot ... because a fire erupted at the swanky oceanside club.

A portion of the restaurant, which sits next door to the famous Nobu Malibu, burst into flames Friday ... but the blaze was eventually extinguished. Videos posted on the Citizen App showed smoke pouring out of the building.

Our law enforcement sources tell us the cause was a grease fire in the establishment's ventilation system. We're told Soho is being shut down until the Health Department is able to come by and check things out.

It's certainly a bummer for members and not the way anyone wanted to start their Super Bowl weekend in Los Angeles. Unclear if any celebs were there to witness the blaze ... but luckily, there were no injuries.

The fire at Soho in Malibu comes just a few weeks after Kanye West was there.

Odell Beckham Jr. celebrated the Rams' win on Sunday in style ... hitting up an L.A. hotspot just hours after he and his team punched their ticket to Super Bowl LVI.

The star receiver arrived at Delilah in West Hollywood shortly after beating the San Francisco 49ers at SoFi Stadium ... and he came sportin' his fresh NFC Championship hat.

Odell also rocked a big chain for the occasion ... and then he rubbed elbows with some celebs at the venue.

Travis Scott was there, and so was Tyga, who had actually celebrated with OBJ on the field following the big win earlier in the day.

Even Antonio Brown showed up to the hotspot -- though it's unclear if the NFL stars ever crossed paths while inside.

Of course, Odell had every reason to be out late livin' it up -- after being jettisoned by the Cleveland Browns earlier this season, he rebounded big time to have a huge final few games with the Rams.

In fact, during their win on Sunday, OBJ had 9 catches for 113 yards!!!

Odell Beckham Jr. hit up an L.A. hot spot late Sunday night to celebrate the Rams' playoff win ... and he brought his own wine glass for the occasion!

Just hours after OBJ and L.A. beat Tom Brady and the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay ... Beckham touched down in California and almost immediately headed to Delilah in West Hollywood.

Beckham arrived at the nightclub in style ... sportin' a knit cap and a green jacket, all while carrying his own beverage.

Beckham rubbed elbows with some big stars at the venue -- Tyga, Josie Canseco and Freddie Gibbs were all there to for an event for producer Adam Faze.

Of course, Beckham had every reason to be out on the town celebrating ... his Rams looked great in their win over the Bucs, and he played well, logging six catches for 69 yards.

'SNL' took aim at itself Saturday night, poking fun at Pete Davidson and Colin Jost for sinking several hundred thousand dollars into a boat ... and it was hilarious.

It started with Alex Moffat bellying up to the anchor desk, playing his character, "Guy who Just Bought a Boat." Moffat then turned things by intro'ing Pete Davidson as "Guy Who Just Bought a Ferry."

Pete was funny, telling Colin, "We’re boat people now, Colin. I mean, you always were. You look like you own the yacht they rent out for rap videos."

Then, giving a little clue about how this all went down, Colin responded, "It’s very exciting. We thought the whole thing through."

As we reported, Pete and Colin just bought the John F. Kennedy at auction ... it was part of the Staten Island Ferry fleet. They ponied up $280,000 for the vessel, and plan to rehab it ... then turn it into a club that will be docked somewhere in NYC.

Just a couple o' Staten Island guys making good -- Pete Davidson and Colin Jost are now the proud owners of the very ferry they used to ride into Manhattan before they were famous, and they've got big plans for it.

Sources confirmed the 'SNL' stars scored the John F. Kennedy -- formerly part of the Staten Island Ferry fleet -- at an auction. The comedians teamed up with Manhattan real estate broker Paul Italia to get the old ship with a winning bid of $280k.

The JFK, which was built in 1965, might not look like much now ... but the trio plans to turn the space into a big show on the river. They're gonna make it a live entertainment joint with comedy, music and food ... according to the NY Post, which first reported their purchase.

What's really cool about this deal for Staten Island natives Colin and Pete is the JFK is literally their old stomping grounds. Pete rode it when he'd come in for standup gigs in Manhattan ... while Colin ferried on it to attend high school in the city.

Kanye West is clearly working to send a message to Kim Kardashian, showing some PDA of his own with new GF Julia Fox less than 24 hours after Kim and Pete Davidson got cozy on their own date night.

Ye and Julia hit Delilah in West Hollywood with some of Kanye's famous friends Wednesday night. Inside, the two sat next to each other on a couch, vibing with the music played in the club. However, it's what happened outside that has everyone talking.

As the two got ready to leave, Kanye planted a big kiss right on Julia's lips. It's not the first time we've seen the two share a little PDA -- they literally did a whole photo shoot -- but the timing of the kiss seems more than coincidental.

Kim and Pete grabbed pizza and ice cream together Tuesday night, and it was during the ice cream run at Rite Aid when we saw the two loved-up and cuddling ... a huge sign things are getting serious.

Kanye, without a doubt, saw those pics -- so you gotta imagine there was a bit of a revenge factor that played into smooching Julia.

We should note, inside Delilah, Ye and Julia were joined by the likes of Madonna, Floyd Mayweather, Antonio Brown, The Game and Evan Ross.

Antonio Brown is livin' it up in Los Angeles -- hanging with Floyd Mayweather, Kanye West, Julia Fox and Madonna -- all while Tom Brady and the rest of his former teammates prepare for the NFL playoffs.

TMZ Sports is told 33-year-old AB met up with Floyd at the legendary Tengoose boxing gym in Los Angeles Wednesday night. The friends chopped it up ... and Mayweather offered Brown help rehabbing his injured ankle.

After they left the gym, the undefeated fighter and AB -- who was cut by the Bucs last week after walking off the field during a game -- linked up with Madonna, Ye, and Julia Fox at Hollywood hotspot, Delilah.

Ye and Fox have been inseparable since meeting at a New Year's Eve party in South Florida.

While at Delilah, we're told the group had a blast ... listening to music, talking about Ye's next album, "Donda 2," and Floyd's upcoming exhibition fight in Dubai.

Once they left Delilah, they headed to the Hollywood Unlocked studio.

During the night, Kanye also let Floyd model some of his new Yeezy hoodies.

It's not the first time Ye and AB have hung out. The guys went to another L.A. hotspot, Craig's, earlier this week ... where they grabbed dinner.

Chase Stokes is hopscotching around Florida having a grand old time as he enjoys the single life -- and his latest stop was Miami, where he rang in the New Year looking free and loose.

The "Outer Banks" star hit up the E11EVEN nightclub Saturday with a group of pals, where they ended up in the DJ booth overlooking the rest of the crowd below. Just like his stop in Orlando ... remember, Chase partied it up there as well. Anyway, he had a lot to fuel for his good time in the 305.

Apparently, CS had a good amount of grub nearby while he raged -- burgers and fries, it seems -- and even started tossing out burger patties to clubgoers, according to eyewitnesses.

He was also pretty popular with the ladies that night ... we're told a swarm of female fans were seen trying to get at the dude in his sectioned-off area, but it's unclear if any were as successful as that woman from last week.

You'll recall ... Chase looked to be sucking face at a lounge in Orlando, and actually left with the lucky lady by night's end.

This, of course, all comes on the heels of his split with 'OB' costar Madelyn Cline ... who's been seen out lately with DJ Zack Bia out here in L.A. -- apparently, after splitting up with Chase around Thanksgiving weekend.

Adam "Pacman" Jones will be back behind bars again ... TMZ Sports has learned he's just been sentenced to jail for his role in a huge bar fight earlier this year.

As we previously reported, the former NFL star was at Clutch OTR in Cincinnati, Ohio on Feb. 15 ... when law enforcement claims the dude snapped on venue staffers.

Authorities say Jones got into a wild brawl with the establishment's employees -- claiming the ex-football player knocked out a bouncer during the fracas.

We obtained video of part of the fight ... and you can see it was complete chaos -- with barstools being thrown and people crashing to the ground left and right.

Jones -- who at the time claimed he was just acting in self-defense and "did what I needed to do" -- was arrested and later hit with two misdemeanor assault charges over it all.

Officials tell us, though, the 38-year-old closed out the case this week.

Jones pleaded no contest to the two charges -- and was sentenced to 180 days in jail ... but 150 of those days are suspended, meaning Jones will only have to go behind bars for 30 total days if he keeps his nose clean.

We're told he's slated to report to jail on Nov. 29.

Jones was also sentenced to nine months of probation -- with a judge ordering him to follow a 9 p.m. curfew as well as abstain from drinking alcohol. Jones was also hit with a $100 fine.

Of course, this is not the first time Jones has been sentenced to jail recently ... you'll recall, back in 2019, he was ordered to spend 10 days behind bars for his role in a meltdown at a casino.

Blueface is a wanted man -- there's a warrant out for his arrest, related to the on-camera beatdown of a nightclub bouncer ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us felony arrest warrants were recently issued for Blueface and 2 other men who allegedly carried out the brutal attack of the bouncer, back in September in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley.

We're told Blueface and his pals have each been hit with 2 felony charges ... one for assault, and another for robbery. Our sources say the robbery charge stems from an accusation that one of the men took a chain from the bouncer.

TMZ broke the story ... video captured the brutal incident, which appears to show Blueface and 3 other men stomping, kicking and punching the doorman.

The man had to be taken to a hospital by ambulance, and needed stitches.

We obtained photos of his alleged injuries -- the guy looked to have been beaten pretty badly -- and we knew the police had taken a battery report after the incident.

Now cops will be on the lookout to arrest Blueface and co. ... if they don't surrender on their own.

Macy Gray put together an impromptu private party with a bunch of Chippendales hunks ... and she had the guys act as her backup dancers as she belted out some tunes!!!

Sources tell TMZ ... Macy was having dinner with some friends Wednesday night in Vegas when they had the idea to celebrate the world opening back up, so she enlisted the male revue.

We're told Macy rented out the Star Piano Cocktail Lounge, with a few requests ... 5 Chippendales dancers and enough musical equipment set up for a gig.

Macy and her crew rolled up to the piano bar at 10:30 PM and stayed until about 1 AM ... singing some Fugees and even some of her own hits like "I Try."

With Macy showing off her pipes and playing the piano, the Chippendales did what they do best ... dance.

We're told the booze was flowing ... Macy bought a bottle of Casamigos tequila and a bottle of Champagne ... and she cracked jokes in between songs.

Kim Kardashian West and Pete Davidson had a secret dinner rendezvous Tuesday night, TMZ has learned.

Kim ventured out of the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Manhattan ... and headed for Pete's turf -- Staten Island. Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the 2 entered the backdoor of Campania restaurant ... one of Pete's favorites.

They presumably chowed down on pizza or pasta ... the specialty at the joint.

It's a big development because everyone wanted to know if they'd meet up after sharing a ride at Knott's Berry Farm in the O.C. over the weekend ... where they held hands on a ride.

As you know ... Pete and Kim were together for almost a week when she hosted "Saturday Night Live" last month ... even sharing a kiss during a skit.

We got Kim out earlier in the day Tuesday and asked if she and Pete were more than just friends, but she was mum.

Logan Paul got in a physical altercation with a man outside an L.A. hotspot late Wednesday night ... slapping a heckler upside the head after he called the YouTube superstar a "p***y."

26-year-old Logan was waiting outside Nightingale in WeHo when a bunch of autograph seekers came up to him and started asking about his rumored fight with Mike Tyson.

When LP ignored the questions, one man called him out and said, "Are you a p***y, or what??" ... before trying to walk away.

That's when Logan aggressively approached the man ... getting in his face and shoving him before smacking him in the head.

The crowd is audibly shocked ... with several people gasping and saying, "Oh s***."

Logan's friend and "Impaulsive" podcast co-host Mike Majlak jumped into action ... pushing and shoving the heckler backwards before security came in and bear-hugged the guy away.

Majlak urged Logan to go into the club, but both guys were able to calm down and even joke with each other as Paul waited for valet to bring his Polaroid camera from his car.

Of course, Logan has been facing off against much bigger and more talented competition recently ... going 8 rounds with Floyd Mayweather back in June.

What's bizarre -- Logan maintained a smile throughout the whole incident ... but it's clear the altercation was pretty tense.

Logan eventually gets reunited with his beloved camera and heads into the club ... but accidentally drops it on his way in.
