Here's a video that makes us wonder if Usain Bolt's "pass" from his GF is still valid ... the Jamaican sprinter is grinding up on one of the hottest women on earth.

The lady's name is Zahra Elise, and she has nearly 1 million followers on Instagram because of her incredible, natural gifts and the fact that she's a "Wild 'N Out" girl/video model.

Bolt and Zahra are apparently cool, because there's video of the two grinding on each other down in the Caribbean recently with a caption on it that reads "Missed you too." (She posted it).

Of course, we know Bolt has a longtime GF, Kasi Bennett, but we also know that she doesn't seem to mind UB gettin' his dagger game (dancing) on with the ladies in the club ... THE GRIND PASS.

JuJu Smith-Schuster may be one of the best rookies in the NFL, but that's not enough to get him into a fancy restaurant when he's rockin' sweats, so our photog came to the rescue ... for a price.

Lil Wayne and Birdman's run-in at LIV Nightclub was nothing out of the ordinary, at least for them, because they've been working on burying the hatchet for months ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the former Cash Money duo tell us the $51 million lawsuit between them is still very much on, but they've managed to separate that from their personal relationship. As our source put it, "They're family and that's bigger than money."

We're told they've talked several times over the past few months, and although it's no longer the father-son relationship they used to have, they ARE making an attempt to squash the beef.

As for Sunday night's embrace at LIV -- Wayne had a section reserved downstairs, while Birdman was upstairs. Neither knew the other was there until DJ Stevie J shouted them out.

Birdman's son, Bryan Jr., came down and said "hello" to Weezy first, before Wayne stopped by Birdman's table where they hugged it out.

Tori Spelling and her husband put on a united front -- with 5 mini-me's in tow -- just days after he called cops to check on her.

T.I. isn't just lifting the boycott on Houston's Restaurant, he's going to help the company with diversity training to ensure African-American customers never face racism there again.

We broke the story ... Tip placed a boycott on the Houston's Restaurant chain last year after several alleged incidents of discrimination against African-American customers. The rapper's held several meetings with Houston's execs since then to address the issues, and officially nixed the boycott last week.

Madonna let the music take control and found herself in a dance-off ... but she had the upper hand because she was grooving to her own hit track.

Madge hit the dance floor at Catch NYC late Thursday night while celebrating the birthday of her lead dancer, Loic Mabanza. She showed up after midnight with a large Gucci gift bag for Loic, and partied with the crew on the rooftop ... even when the DJ got personal by playing "Everybody."

That's usually a party faux pas, but Madonna and Loic were into it.

Jeezy was also in attendance, and snapped a pic with his fellow 'born legend.'

What do Rick Ross and Tom Brady have in common?? When they connect with Gronk ... amazing things happen.

Rozay -- who can basically be dubbed Gronk's off-season QB at this point -- recruited the Pats superstar to get the crowd turnt at Rockwell nightclub's 2nd anniversary party in Miami over the weekend ... and man, did it work.

Cardi B is pregnant ... is what members of her team told people during Super Bowl weekend ... TMZ has learned.

Cardi performed at several events in Minneapolis, one of which was the Maxim party. At that event there were 2 VIP areas ... one at the side of the stage that was reserved for talent and football players, and the other in the back of the venue which was reserved specifically for Cardi and her entourage.

Our sources say after Cardi performed, a venue staffer asked her team if they could escort her back to her VIP room, where alcohol was flowing. One of Cardi's reps then said she didn't want to be in a "party atmosphere" and preferred to stay in the area by the stage and drink Fiji water. The rep then told the staffer Cardi was 3 to 4 months pregnant.

Cardi and her people have repeatedly denied she's pregnant. She said on Instagram, she wasn't pregnant, saying, "No bitch I'm just getting fat. Let me fat in peace."

Paul George, Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony aren't gonna let a 106-81 loss to the Lakers pups get them down, 'cause all 3 men hit the hottest spots in L.A. after getting stomped at Staples.

Cardi B's feud with the Crips is setting off a red alert, and the L.A. nightclubs where she's appearing for NBA All-Star Weekend will be rolling DEEP with armed security ... TMZ has learned.

Cardi has an exclusive deal to host at 3 clubs next weekend -- all under the same ownership -- and our sources say they're preparing for the worst ... as in, possible gang violence.

TMZ broke the story ... Cardi's been flooded with violent threats from Crips who feel she dissed them by captioning a pic of herself in a blue fur coat, "I hate wearing Flue."

We're told the clubs -- Murano, Penthouse and Ace of Diamonds -- are tripling the number of armed security guards they'd normally hire. They've also put off-duty cops on the payroll, who'll be in uniform at the clubs.

Our sources say club management held an emergency meeting Wednesday to discuss how to handle the crisis. Canceling was never an option -- we're told Cardi's getting around $250k for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night gigs, and her team hasn't made a peep about pulling out.

Still, we're told club owners are taking the threats seriously, and want to make sure Cardi and all club patrons are safe.

The Ivy -- world-famous for drawing in celebs from Jennifer Lopez and Sofia Vergara to Rob Lowe and Magic Johnson -- got a frightening call from a man yelling homophobic slurs and threatening to blow up the joint ... and cops are investigating.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the call came 4 days before Christmas when a man said, "You're all pieces of shit, all of you are trash." The maitre d' asked the caller how he could help him, and the man replied, "You're all a bunch of fudge packers, I'm going to blow you all up."

The employee jotted down the guy's number, thanks to caller ID, and called cops to report the incident. LAPD got a search warrant to track down the suspect.

Cops are on the hunt for the culprit.

Salt Bae is expanding his restaurant empire ... he's opened a steakhouse in the Big Apple.

The social media celeb opened Nusr-Et Steakhouse in Midtown Manhattan where he did what made him famous ... sprinkling salt in dramatic fashion on grilled steaks.

He interacted with customers including rapper Bryson Tiller who was tucked away in the VIP section. As a matter of fact he even sliced a piece of meat and fed Bryson from a large knife.

It's Salt Bae's 9th restaurant. The reviews are .... mixed.

Todd Gurley had a big Thursday night -- hitting up the Clippers game and then Delilah (popular L.A. hotspot) ... just 2 days before the Rams take the field against the Falcons in the NFL playoffs.

TMZ Sports was at Delilah (a swanky restaurant and lounge) when we saw Gurley cruising in around 11:30 PM. He's such a big star in L.A., all he had to do was nod at the bouncer to get inside.

No word on when he left or if he even had a sip of alcohol (guessing he didn't) ... he may have just been stopping by to say hi to a friend.

Of course, the Rams play ATL in the Wild Card Round on Saturday -- and if Gurley, who's on fire right now, runs over the Falcons, no one will care about his night habits.

If they lose, however ...

The Houston Rockets 23-point thrashing of the Lakers was NOT the worst L of the night -- that dishonor went to twin bros who got obliterated in a massive nightclub brawl!

We got video of the insanity just as it started Sunday night outside Nightingale in WeHo. Unclear what sparked it, but it's crystal clear about 4 or 5 guys went off on the twins. Fists, feet ... even shoes were used as weapons -- and you clearly hear a chick yell, "I'm gonna cut yo' s**t!"

When security guards broke up one beating, another broke out just across the street. Order was eventually restored, and shortly after ... Rockets stars James Harden and Eric Gordon came strolling out of Nightingale.

We'd say they have horrible timing, but the Lakers would beg to differ.
