Cardi B's gonna mess around and bring floods to Africa ... if she keeps making it rain the way she did in a Nigerian strip club ahead of what's going to be a historic gig for her.

Actually, Cardi's already making history if you ask the dancers inside the club she took over Friday night in the city of Lagos. Not only did seemingly EVERY stripper jump in a giant selfie with the rapper, but they went home covered in naira.

Here's your international travel tip for the day: Nigeria's currency is the naira, and Cardi came with stacks on stacks on stacks of 'em when she hit the VIP. The video is pretty insane.

While the DJ pumped Cardi's music, every stripper got a chance to entertain the queen.

Mind you, this is a business trip. Cardi's performing at the Livespot X Festival Saturday in Lagos, and then in neighboring Ghana on Sunday. This is Cardi's first time on the African continent, and she said on IG she wants to experience the "real" Nigeria ... not just a hotel.

She's off to a great start!!!

Kourtney Kardashian hit the town Friday night and ran smack into 2 of her exes, Younes Bendjima and Luka Sabbat ... and there were no visible hard feelings. In fact, everyone got along great.

Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall all showed up in WeHo at The Nice Guy to celebrate Daniel Chetrit's birthday ... he's the dude who's a DJ and co-hosts a podcast with Kendall.

Kacey Musgraves, Kyrie Irving, Ariel Winter, Ben Simmons and Devin Booker were also there to celebrate. BTW, Luka had reportedly hooked up with Kourtney a while back as well ... again, everything was cool Friday night.

Kourtney and Younes seem to be on-again, off-again since they started dating in 2016. They broke up last year, but have been seen together from time to time.

Madonna's music video portraying a mass shooting at a nightclub contains a strong and necessary message, but the way she delivered it is totally out of touch ... according to a Pulse survivor.

Brandon Wolf tells TMZ ... he appreciates what Madonna tried to do in her graphic new vid for "God Control" -- and even thinks more artists should follow her lead -- but he's got serious issues with the choices she made and the timing of the release.

His main problem -- he says Madonna didn't reach out to any of the Pulse nightclub shooting victims, survivors or their families for input or to see how her new video might affect them. Although it's evident her vid is referencing the 2016 mass shooting, Brandon points out she never acknowledges it or pays tribute to the 49 people who were killed.

Wolf also accuses the singer of being self-absorbed and using Pulse as a prop, and says it's not the first time she's done so. He points to the tweet she shared right after the shooting, which also didn't directly mention the incident ... but did include her famous pic kissing Britney Spears.

Brandon also wonders what took Madonna so long to speak out about the Pulse incident, considering it happened over 3 years ago. He does hope she's genuinely woke about the gun control issue -- as her lyrics say -- but he's having a hard time completely buying it. 

The maker of the insanely successful "Angry Birds" mobile game is seeing red ... claiming in a new lawsuit an L.A. restaurant straight-up jacked its name and logo.

Rovio Entertainment -- the media company that launched the "Angry Birds" franchise -- is suing David and Mary Mkhitaryan, alleging they lifted the famous name and logo when they slapped "Angry Birdz" on a couple of L.A. joints they own.

Rovio says in the lawsuit it sent the Mkhitaryans a cease and desist letter in February but that went nowhere, so it's now suing for trademark infringement.

Rovio says the similarities between the name and the font the restaurant used prove the Mkhitaryans intended to profit off the enormous fame of "Angry Birds" -- its been downloaded more than 4 BILLION TIMES!!! - and confused consumers into thinking the game and the restaurant are somehow affiliated.

Cuba Gooding Jr. definitely touched the thigh and breast of the woman accusing him of groping -- it's clear in this surveillance video obtained by TMZ -- but his attorneys seem to be interpreting the video much differently from police.

Around 10:15 PM on Sunday, Gooding and his GF, Claudine De Niro, were sitting on a couch in the Magic Hour Rooftop Lounge in NYC ... when the accuser sat down next to them. Almost immediately you see Gooding reach over Claudine and place his hand on the woman's left thigh.

A few seconds later his hand moves up to her breast, and the accuser puts her hand on his. What happens next is open to interpretation -- she either pushes his hand back toward him, or he pulls her hand to his mouth and kisses it.

Another man then walks over and stands in front of the group. He puts his hands on the shoulders of Gooding and the accuser, leans over and appears to be talking to the entire group.

Things get a little weird then ... as the man gyrates, drawing attention to his crotch. It appears Gooding and his GF playfully paw at his crotch. The guy also takes a drink away from Gooding. A few more people join the group, and everyone's casually chatting for a few more minutes. They all walk away -- separately but in the same direction -- about 3 minutes after the initial touching. There's no argument.

However, about 30 minutes later ... Cuba and Claudine were downstairs lounging on a couch and making out. A man, who we're told works security for the bar, was standing next to the couch when the accuser approached him and started arguing.

We've blurred her face to protect her identity, but she appears to say, "Yes, he did." She repeated that after the security guard shook his head. It's unclear if Cuba heard their conversation, but he got up, stumbled and then walked right past the accuser and left.

Claudine and the security guard followed right behind him.

As we reported, Gooding was arrested Thursday and booked for misdemeanor forcible touching and sexual abuse in the third degree. His attorney, Mark Heller, told us Wednesday he saw "no criminality" on Cuba's part in the video ... something he repeated after the arrest.

We called Heller about this post, but he declined to comment.

Kylie Jenner's drama with Jordyn Woods is far enough behind them for them to say hello to each other in public -- but Tristan Thompson is STILL on their no-fly zone.

Kylie, Jordyn and Tristan were all partying Friday night at Bootsy Bellows, and people inside the nightclub tell us Kylie and Jordyn spoke with each other briefly inside the VIP area.

We're told Kylie was inside for about half an hour, and Jordyn was there for about 20 minutes ... and in that small window, KJ went down from her top-level section to say hi to JW, who was in a lower section.

The former BFFs flashed smiles as they said hello, and we're told their interaction wasn't awkward at all. As one source put it, the "good vibes" were flowing. Kylie and Jordyn weren't alone, there were some mutual friends around to help break the ice.

As you know ... Kylie and Jordyn's super close friendship ended back in February after Jordyn hooked up with Tristan at a house party. In the fallout, Khloe broke up with her baby daddy once again, and Jordyn was kicked out of Kylie's guest house.

So, all eyes were on Kylie and Jordyn as they made their way to Bootsy Bellows for the birthday bash of their longtime pal, Stassie Karanikolaou ... and things got even more interesting when Tristan popped up.

Tristan -- who was rolling with Drake, NBA baller Jordan Clarkson and Shaq's son, Shareef O'Neal -- walked up to Kylie and Kendall's section ... but we're told Kylie didn't talk to him, only Kendall did. Our sources say TT and Jordyn didn't communicate either.

By all accounts, Kylie's peace summit with Jordyn went well and it seems like they're getting more comfortable being around each other. They say time heals all wounds ... it's been about 6 months for the ex-friends.

Unless DaBaby's willing to fork over $22k, he's got a show to make up in New England ... this according to the promoter that feels it got left holding the bag when the rapper bailed.

We broke the story ... DaBaby's security's accused of violently punching a man's face and head outside the Centro Night Club in Lawrence, MA last Friday night after the fan allegedly got aggressive when he was declined a photo with the rapper.

Interesting thing is, the guy who got pummeled is a fellow rapper named Don Trag ... who opened for DaBaby at the concert. DaBaby never took the stage -- he bounced after his crew's altercation with Trag. But, NTS Entertainment says he took the $22k he was paid for the show anyway.

NTS tells TMZ that's all fine and good ... as long as he reschedules and comes back to do a show at a later date. The company says it's in the early stages of negotiating with DaBaby, but would be willing to book the gig at a different venue in Boston or Connecticut.

We're told NTS expects to work it out with the rapper and hopes to avoid getting lawyers involved ... but we've learned Traq has already lawyered up and he's going after DaBaby for the vicious attack.

Sources close to DaBaby tell us his contract specifically states ... if his safety becomes a concern he has every right to leave. We're told his side feels the venue failed to provide adequate security to keep overzealous fans like Trag at bay ... which is why his crew had to handle it.

NTS confirms the contract mentions DaBaby could leave if he felt security was inadequate ... but not that he could take the money and run without performing. It also denies there was any security risk.

If both sides fail to come to an agreement, NTS tells us it would have no choice but to take legal action for breach of contract, but it really just wants DaBaby to do the show down the road.

As for the beatdown outside the club ... Trag's family says he's still dealing with his injuries. His mother originally told us he was in a coma and in seriously bad shape ... and they've been in touch with lawyers about the incident.

Tyga must have a lot on his mind, because he apparently forgot he was supposed to perform Friday night in San Diego ... and the fans were enraged.

Kylie's ex-BF was supposed to perform at Omnia nightclub, and the event was pricey -- $100 for men and $70 for women, and that's just to cross the threshold.

As the night wore on, people figured out what was up and things got rowdy. Eyewitnesses tell us there was pushing, shoving, bottles and glasses were thrown on stage, etc.

The DJ tried to vamp up the crowd from midnight until 1:45 AM, but they weren't having it.

It looks like there may be an issue with refunds, because management told the crowd, "Nothing could be done."

Check out Tyga's apology ... no excuses, and generally "sorry" doesn't cut it.

Tyga's next performance is Saturday night at the FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine, CA for the Powerhouse Liftoff Edition, but clearly ... don't hold your breath.

Nelly had to hit pause on his show in Las Vegas after one of his fans did something that totally messed with his flow ... untied his shoe!!!

We just got this wild video from inside Nelly's Thursday night gig at Drai's Beachclub ... and you see him cut the music and go on a long rant after someone in the crowd reached onstage and tugged on his shoelaces!!!

Check out the clip ... Nelly was NOT having it. He paused the show for a few minutes, ranting about being too grown to have people untying his kicks, and ripping an overzealous fan for getting too close for comfort.

Fortunately, Shoelacegate didn't derail the whole show ... folks at the club tell us Nelly got back to rapping after addressing the crowd.

So, if you're trying to grab Nelly's attention the next time you're at one of his shows ... stay away from his footwear.

Tamra Judge wasn't wearing apple bottom jeans or boots with the fur ... but the club was most definitely looking at her, 'cause her crotch was exposed.

The "Real Housewives of Orange County" star hit up E11EVEN Miami earlier this week to celebrate Vicki Gunvalson's engagement and Shannon Beador's recent divorce. We're told the entire cast tore it up for the double celebration.

But, ya gotta check out the vid ... Tamra got on stage and twerked her ass off to Flo Rida's "Low," maybe a little too much 'cause Shannon had to step in and pull down her dress to avoid exposing her crotch.

We've got pics too ... Vicki and Shannon wore "Bride to Be" and "Just Divorced" sashes to commemorate the occasion. We're told they all showed up late Tuesday night around midnight and left the club around 4 AM. They posted up at a VIP table and guzzled vodka and champagne.

Bill Gates holding court on the dance floor with 5 hot chicks is a thing of beauty ... and HILARIOUS as hell!!!

The billionaire had a fully lit weekend in Miami, owning the dance floor at LIV Nightclub. Witnesses tell us Bill showed up at around 11 PM Friday night ... flanked by his bodyguards. He had his own table (again, he's a billionaire) and was there with a small group of friends.

Check out the vid ... you can see Bill's muscle surrounding him while he puts in some serious work on the dance floor ... with club dancers in tow. They danced to Waka Flocka Flame's "Grove St. Party" and Nicki Minaj's "No Frauds" ... two classics.

Bill -- who was in Miami to watch his daughter compete in a prestigious equestrian tournament -- was spotted at Delano South Beach prior to hitting up LIV ... where they partied 'til around 1 AM.

BTW ... seems Bill's dance moves haven't evolved since he launched Windows 95!!!

Brian Baumgartner -- aka Kevin Malone from "The Office" -- was the life of the party at an Iowa bar this week, throwing back shots with college kids and leaving a meaningful tip.

We got these pics of Brian crashing country night at Bo-James bar in downtown Iowa City ... and you can tell he had one hell of a night!

Folks who were there tell us Brian surprised everyone when he strolled in at 9 PM on a Wednesday, and he was cutting loose and boozing it up like a frat bro. We're told Brian was downing Crown and Cokes, and he even climbed behind the bar to do a little bartending!

As you can imagine, Brian's rager was a big hit ... and we're told everyone was clamoring to buy him a round. Brian's a celeb, so he asked the bar staff to charge his card so he could leave a tip -- and they both had fun with the number 69!

Brian's in town for a speaking engagement at the University of Iowa, and we're told he partied the night away at the student hangout until 1 AM. Booze wasn't the only thing on Brian's brain ... he also played darts and belted out some country songs.

Can we all go back to college?!?

R. Kelly is still making easy money in his home state -- he raked in $22,000 to show his face at a nightclub and hang out for only an hour -- despite facing charges of sexual abuse.

As we reported ... Kelly came out of hiding Saturday for a paid club appearance at the Dirty South Lounge in Springfield, Illinois, where he interacted with the small crowd and belted out the opening line to his hit song "Bump N' Grind."

Sources with knowledge of Kelly's deal tell TMZ ... the embattled singer was paid $22k for his 1-hour appearance. We're told Kelly pocketed $20k, and paid his booking agent $2k.

Kelly didn't even have to sing ... we're told he picked up the mic just for fun.

The crowd inside the club was super small, only about 50 people showed up for Kelly. We're told he rolled up at 10:30 PM and didn't come out to greet fans until 2 AM.

Kelly went on Instagram before his paid gig, asking the media to take it easy on him when he's seen in the club drinking and partying. He made it clear he's just showing up to collect a check.

DMX mistakenly rolling away with someone else's ride could cost him dearly if the feds find out he hopped in the driver's seat ... something X insists he did NOT do.

Sources close to DMX tell TMZ ... his lawyers think he's gonna get pulled in before a judge soon to explain what the hell happened last weekend in L.A. ... when his crew drove off with someone else's Corvette in a big ol' mixup. We're told the concern is he might have violated the probation in his tax evasion case.

As we reported ... X and his posse left a restaurant early Saturday morning, and the valet gave them someone else's car by mistake. They rode away, and the owner of the car reported it stolen. Cops got the car back pronto without arresting anyone.

Despite it being a clear gaffe on the valet's part, we're told X's camp thinks prosecutors are gonna squeeze him because there's confusion as to whether or not he was driving. DMX doesn't have a license right now, so driving would be a clear probation violation.

Our law enforcement sources tell us feds are just "looking into it" -- and it seems they're only basing their suspicions off our post. There are no images of DMX behind the wheel, as far as we've seen.
