Gisele Bündchen didn't want Tom Brady to find out she was pregnant with another man's baby by reading about it in the news ... so she told her ex-husband she was expecting before media caught wind.

Sources tell TMZ ... Gisele informed Tom and their two children that she was pregnant with Joaquim Valente's child before the news broke.

Oh, to be a fly on the wall for that conversation.

44-year-old Gisele is pregnant and expecting her first child with Joaquim, sources close to the model confirm to TMZ. Were told she's about 5 or 6 months along in her pregnancy.

Our sources say Gisele and JV are waiting until birth to find out if they have a baby girl or a baby boy ... so no gender reveal parties for them. We're told Gisele also waited to learn the gender at birth for her other two children.

Gisele has two kids that she shares with her ex husband Tom Brady ... 14-year-old Benjamin and 11-year-old Vivian. Sources tell TMZ that Gisele told Tom and their kids about her baby joy before the news got out.

Jennifer Aniston is reflecting on her grief in the year since Matthew Perry died ... posting a poignant tribute to her late friend on social media.
