Sources close to the couple tell TMZ … Sofia's claims about Joe divorcing her because she wouldn't have children, negatively followed him to his new relationship with Caitlin.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge ruled Billy Ray's estranged wife can no longer use his American Express business account, or any other credit card account he or his business owns.

A source close to Firerose claims to us Billy spent the first part of this whole ordeal accusing her of fraud, which was found to be untrue. One of the many falsehoods he’s put out there that one can now point back to and clearly see were lies.

As we reported ... Billy Ray claims Firerose made 37 unauthorized charges on his American Express business credit card between May 23 and June 7 ... totaling a cool $96,986.05.
