Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are still on speaking terms as they go through whatever they're going through -- they briefly reunited for the sake of their kids, but they're still not under the same roof.

The couple was photographed together for the first time in well over a month Thursday evening, coming together for a school play starring Ben's kid, Fin.

We're told Ben and Jen arrived separately, but both showed up with flowers for Fin ... and they didn't keep their distance. They were chatting it up with each other ahead of the play.

There's no denying Joe Alwyn has a thing for blondes ... the actor's surrounding himself with a group of women whose hair color just happens to match that of his ex, Taylor Swift.

Check it out ... in a new video obtained by TMZ, Joe is seen mingling at the Golden Globes party that went down Thursday evening at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes, France. Dressed in a white and black outfit, Joe was doing the small talk schmooze with a few blonde beauties.

Witnesses tell TMZ ... Joe was the biggest celeb at the industry event, which means there was a long line of folks wanting to chat with him. We're told he was super charming, although he didn't stay at the bash for long.

Ben Affleck has been staying at a home that he seems to be occupying without his wife, Jennifer Lopez -- and he was spotted leaving there this morning ... this amid split rumors.

The actor was photographed Thursday morning in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles -- where we're told he left a house that he's been seen coming from and going to ... and where we're told he's been spending the night as well.

This morning, paps got him leaving that same area ... and he appeared to be riding solo. We're also told that Ben was NOT spotted at his house with J Lo the night prior -- so it seems he spent the night here at this Brentwood address.

3:29 PM PT -- Jennifer Lopez just popped up at a dance studio here in L.A. ... and wouldn't you know it, she's still wearing her wedding ring.

Check it out ... J Lo was photographed outside with a sea of paps around, and she had a laptop in her left hand -- with her band still on, keeping in with how she's been looking of late ... namely, married. Hard to gauge what this means in light of her IG like ... stay tuned.

Jennifer Lopez has broken relationships on the mind, at least based on an Instagram post she liked, and it comes on the heels of buzz she and Ben Affleck have hit a rough patch.
