Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes aren't calling quits on their coupling ... walking arm in arm in NYC -- despite very public tension in their relationship, which we all heard first-hand.

The fired 'GMA3' cohosts took to Instagram Tuesday afternoon to calm fans' minds after they dove headfirst into their behind-the-scenes drama during Monday's episode of their "Amy & T.J." podcast ... where we saw them bickering and arguing on their mics.

Through big grins, and even bigger sunglasses, the happy couple started by reassuring their followers they were still going strong -- saying they struggled over whether to release the episode but ultimately decided to drop it because they wanted to give a comprehensive view of their relationship ... the good, the bad and the awkward.

Amy took it a step further in the caption as well ... once again telling fans they weren't broken up while plugging the pod -- no such thing as bad publicity we suppose!

ICYMI ... Robach and Holmes laid all their cards on the table ... diving into how they felt in their personal lives with Holmes noting they hadn't slept in the same bed for several days. The convo spiraled into AR mentioning the pressure of her career, and TH outright questioning his better half's communication skills -- not exactly easy listening for fans.

The couple certainly looked happy in the vid they posted ... but they kinda have to put on brave faces, right? Their relationship created both controversy AND this new opportunity for them -- so you figure trouble in paradise could, perhaps, hurt their bottom line.

Anyway, we suppose we'll take their word for it that they're all good now. Based on this, it looks like T.J. & Amy aren't headed to Splitsville ... at least not at the moment.

Sofia Vergara ain't apologizing for being hot ... saying it's absurd to think her giant breasts and amazing figure weren't the reason behind her fame.

The actress says her looks were her passport to the world as a young model at 20 ... telling Spanish newspaper El País feeling bad about the hand that fed her won't cut it -- especially cause she's still a massive name decades later at 51.

Sofia says she learned to play to her strengths early on ... after realizing boys started giving her attention and treating her differently.

Though, she says if you're only fixating on her boobs, then that's a you problem ... cause her bubbly personality is behind her longevity in the entertainment business.

Sofia says she's not performing brain surgery ... so the worst someone can do is say she looks ugly and can't act -- which she can stomach and continue moving things along.

She's aware there are women who are younger, prettier, have bigger breasts, and a better figure than her now ... but she ain't sweating it cause she's demonstrated her staying power -- especially with the career risks she takes.

Netflix's upcoming series "Griselda" is one such risk ... the usually glam Sofia morphs into the gritty titular lead -- a real-life story based on the leader of one of the most profitable drug cartels in history.

The shift to such a dramatic role comes on the heels of the huge shift in Sofia's personal life -- she split from Joe Manganiello after 7 years of marriage last year over their differences in wanting kids ... he does, she doesn't.

"Griselda" is already getting early critical acclaim, so it's true what Sofia says ... she ain't solely banking on those good looks anymore; it's her talent that shines.

Sorry, Swifties ... Travis Kelce just admitted his viral heart hands celebration on Sunday was NOT aimed at his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end revealed on Wednesday's episode of his "New Heights" podcast that the gesture was actually for angry Buffalo Bills fans.

Kelce explained to his brother, Jason, on the show that as he was pulling up to Highmark Stadium in Buffalo to prep for the Divisional Round playoff game, Bills Mafia threw shade his team's way that he thought crossed the line.

"The Bills -- coming into their house, they want to make it rowdy," Kelce said. "Did it get a little disrespectful? One-thousand percent. One-thousand percent. Did it get a little extra? One-thousand percent."

Kelce declined to say exactly what was said by the Bills backers ... though he did tell Jason, "Some things were said about the families -- some pretty inappropriate things were said about Pat Mahomes. It was pretty wack."

So, in an effort to make sure Bills fans knew the feelings weren't "mutual" ... he formed his fingers into a heart after scoring his first touchdown of the night.

"I don't hate you guys like you hate us," he said of what his intentions were with the celly. "It's all love, baby. It's all love."

Of course, Swift has made the move famous over the years ... and Kelce was actually spotted throwing it up to her fans at her show down in Argentina late last year.

Breakup? What breakup? Tom Holland is trashing those rumors yet again by gushing over stunning snaps of GF Zendaya.

The 'Spider-Man' actor uploaded a B&W image of the actress from the Schiaparelli S/S24 show at Paris Fashion Week, and dropped three heart eyes emojis on it ... confirming he shares the thoughts as everyone who saw how incredible she looked with her edgy new bangs.

If that wasn't enough ... he reposted a photogs video of Z posing away outside the show with Gym Class Heroes' lyrics: "Take a look at my girlfriend. She's the only one I got."

Yeah, the guy's definitely doing the most to squash any talk of Zendaya or himself being single!

A slew of paparazzi photogs were snapping pictures as the women strolled up a small flight of stairs, disappearing inside the famed eatery.

As for their outfits ... Taylor wore a black dress with matching leather boots while carrying a clutch purse. Cara was also decked out in all black, sporting pants and a blazer with an undershirt. Mahomes chose a black and gray patterned mini skirt with black heeled boots. She also carried a white purse.

On Sunday, Taylor and co. began their celebration, partying like crazy after the Chiefs eked out a 27-24 victory over the Buffalo Bills to advance to the AFC Championship game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Taylor had much to be happy about as her hunky beau, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, caught a touchdown pass from Brittany's hubby, QB Patrick Mahomes, during the game.

After the Chiefs won, Taylor, Brittany and Cara enjoyed lots of booze and fun conversations in their VIP suite at Buffalo's Highmark Stadium. Travis' All-Pro brother, Jason, and his wife, Kylie, joined the women and had a blast, too.

Court records show Tyreek Hill filed for divorce from his wife this week -- less than three months after they initially tied the knot -- but the Miami Dolphins star is adamant he's still happily married.

Broward County records in Florida show Hill submitted the petition for the dissolution of his marriage from Keeta Vaccaro on Monday.

But, on Tuesday, he insisted he and Keeta are still together ... despite the filing.

"boy no the heck we didn’t," Hill said on his X page in response to a report that he had filed for divorce, "so don’t put that in the air !!! We are happily married and gone stay that way."

Hill also shared a photo of him and Keeta appearing to be happy together on his Instagram Tuesday too.

Attempts to reach Hill's attorney for comment on Tuesday were unsuccessful.

We broke the story ... Hill married Keeta during the Dolphins' bye week back in November, saying their "I Do's" in Travis County, Texas.

He spoke just days later about the wedding with reporters, saying he felt it was simply "about time" to get married.

The two, however, did have to manage a crisis at their Southwest Ranches home earlier this month ... dealing with a major fire that broke out in one of their bedrooms.

Hugh Hefner's widow is looking back on their marriage and her life in the Playboy Mansion in a much different light now ... telling us she completely lost herself during the relationship.

Crystal Hefner joined us Tuesday on "TMZ Live" and we asked her about her wanting to drop Hef's famous last name and get back to her roots ... even though she's become famous as a Hefner.

Hugh's third and final wife says the name change is all about getting back to who she really is ... telling us she became a totally different person when she was with Hef ... basically molding herself into the image he wanted.

Crystal, who was married to Hugh when he died in 2017, says it took her years to realize her life at the Playboy Mansion wasn't all it was cracked up to be ... she says she started seeing things differently only a couple of years ago when she started writing a new memoir.

In her new book, "Only Say Good Things: Surviving Playboy and Finding Myself," Crystal kinda trashes her husband and life inside the Playboy Mansion. From her view, of course, she's just speaking her truth.

Looking back now, Crystal insists she was hypnotized by Hef's Playboy image and lifestyle ... telling us she didn't expect him to be a misogynist the way she claims he was.

Crystal says she went in thinking Playboy was all about freedom, but ultimately felt like she was trapped at the Mansion. Now that she's out and Hef's been dead for over 6 years, Crystal wants to get back to her roots as Crystal Harris.

As we first told you ... Crystal says Hef's secretary changed her name to Hefner shortly after their 2012 marriage at Hugh's behest ... and now she feels like the famous last name isn't helping her much these days, and she wants a fresh start.

It's an interesting look at a different side of Hef and the Playboy Mansion ... Crystal says she wasn't physically attracted to Hugh and tells us all about the moment she realized he wasn't deeply in love with her.

We got the 'Real Housewives' star as she was running errands Monday in Beverly Glen, and asked if she's planning to discuss her separation from Mauricio -- or open up about where things stand with Morgan during Friday's reunion show taping.

Kyle says she's more than willing to answer questions about Mauricio and Morgan ... as long as host Andy Cohen and her 'RHOBH' castmates ask, which they most certainly will.

As Kyle put it, "Have you seen our show?!?"

Bravo reunion shows are notoriously pointed and direct, so Kyle knows what's coming ... and she says there's been no special request from her about making certain topics off-limits.

As you know, Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now and she's spending a lot of time with Morgan. She says she's been open about the big changes in her life, but there's definitely a lot more to be said ... and it sounds like those answers are coming.

Kyle's also making another statement here ... peep the back of her raincoat, it says "Umansky." 🤔

Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes got to bickering about their love life on their podcast -- where they talked about the "pressure" in their relationship ... and boy was it awkward!

The former 'GMA3' anchors-turned-lovers trotted out a new episode of "Amy & T.J." Monday which was aptly called 'Things Ain't Right' ... and during the course of their 47-minute long convo, they touched on a number of issues -- including how they're doing personally.

Can't even lie, this is pretty cringeworthy to listen to ... 'cause you can tell there's tension here between the couple, and ya might even say they argue a little bit in their chat.

The whole thing stems from Amy going on this rant about "choosing love" as it pertains to her career -- and the way it comes out seems to rub T.J. the wrong way ... as he asks her to elaborate, especially when discussing pressure she feels in their situation.

She attempts to clear up what she means ... ultimately landing on something to the effect of -- she feels like she's had her career taken from her, and that it's unfair since she chose him.

Eventually, T.J. himself chimes in ... and notes, she obviously feels some type of way -- explaining that he'd been sensing passive-aggressiveness from her even earlier that day. T.J. basically says ... as long as we're good, I'm good. He seems more at ease than she does.

Take a listen for yourself, because from what we can tell ... this for sure sounds like the first signs of trouble in paradise between them that we've seen or heard. Up until now, they've come across as two peas in a pod with no issues at all. But something's bubbling up here.
