Kim Zolciak is, at least publicly, acting like there's hope she and Kroy Biermann can resolve things, and he'll pull his divorce docs again, but he's not seeing it that way at all ... TMZ has learned.

We heard from Kim -- who was still wearing her wedding ring -- Monday at LAX, and she gave off very optimistic vibes when asked if Kroy might have a change of heart about his second divorce filing.

Well, we asked Kroy's legal team if he had any plans on pulling the divorce ... and they didn't mince words. Kroy's attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, tells us, "No, at this time, he is still moving forward with the divorce action."

It's likely a devastating blow to Kim, and unless Kroy's holding back information from his lawyer ... the estranged couple is definitely not on the same page about their future.

TMZ broke the story, Kim and Kroy filed separate divorce petitions back in May, but eventually worked things out and decided against the split in July.

However, s*** hit the fan for the couple this month, prompting Kroy to file for divorce once again.

Blueface is about to see a whole lot more blue, as he and his ex-girlfriend Chrisean Rock are going to be having a baby boy.

The animated reality star made the official reveal Tuesday ... tearfully thanking her friends during a baby shower and photo shoot.

Chrisean's currently in her third trimester, so delivery time is fast approaching... and apparently will fall into a co-parenting situation with Blueface as they're not currently together.

The two have exchanged back-and-forth spats all year ... intermingled with frequent reconciliations, and fans have been clueless as to what to anticipate next.

Irina Shayk seems to be full of surprises.

The supermodel was apparently hanging out with ex-boyfriend Bradley Cooper on a recent vacation ... this after she was filmed cozying up to Tom Brady.

Shayk posted a series of photos on Instagram ... showing herself scantily clad while posing on a large rocky formation.

Another image captured Cooper laying bare-chested on a kayak in what looks like the same mountainous paradise surrounded by ocean. Shayk is not seen in the picture, although she pinned it to her IG story with the other photos.

Cooper dated Shayk for 4 years before breaking up in 2019. The two share a 6-year-old daughter Lea De Seine. BTW, the kid was with them, so this could be just a co-parenting thing, but still ...

About 2 weeks ago ... Shayk was photographed by paparazzi leaving a London hotel after she shacked up with Brady in a room there for 48 hours, according to the Daily Mail.

The "Riverdale" series finale left viewers puzzled, putting the show's main characters in a four-way relationship ... a decision that's really pissed off the polyamorous community.

If you didn't catch the episode, it was a strange one -- which became par for the show -- but the "shocking twist" included a sequence where Archie, Betty, Jughead and Veronica were part of a quad-relationship.

Reactions were mixed, but many fans felt show creators only used the relationship for a "wow factor."

We spoke to Brett Chamberlin, Executive Director, OPEN (Organization for Polyamory and Ethical Non-monogamy) who tells us, though "tempting to celebrate every portrayal of non-monogamy in popular media," it needs to be done both responsibly and from a place of understanding.

He continues... "It's frustrating that Riverdale used its characters' non-monogamous relationship as a 'shocking twist' rather than engaging with an authentic portrayal of non-monogamy as simply being part of people's identities."

Chamberlin continues, "We didn't see or hear anything about why these characters practice non-monogamy, what it means for them, the substance of their relationship agreements and communication practices, or any of the other underlying motivations and work that makes relationships of any type function."

Busy night for Adele -- not only did she sing the praises of 2 of her contemporaries -- honoring them in unique ways -- but she continued to do her best Oprah ... and killed it.

The singer was performing Friday night at her residency show in Vegas, and there's a lot of footage making the rounds showing different highlights throughout the night ... including one moment where she gushed about Miley Cyrus, and tried her hand at being Beyonce.

On the former, check out this clip of Adele addressing the crowd and talking about how much she loves Miley's new track, "Used to Be Young," which is blowing up right now.

Adele says she's always been a fan of Miley's and adds that the song hit her in a very personal/emotional way. Welp, Miley caught wind of the compliment and responded Saturday, writing ... ".@Adele, I thought of you often while writing this song - always hoped that you would love it. This means the world to me. I love you. Mission accomplished."

There was another big moment during Friday's show ... Adele attempted to do the viral "mute" challenge that's been going down at Bey's concerts lately ... where she sings "Energy" and the audience goes completely silent when she hits the lyric, "Everybody on mute."

It's all the rage these days, and Adele wanted to see if her fans could do as well as some of the ticketholders for the "Renaissance" tour (especially Atlanta, who really did it best).

Unfortunately for her (and them, we suppose) ... the Vegas crowd wasn't up to the task.

No matter though, because Adele once again proved to be a great showman through and through -- yes, that means she stopped and chatted a lot throughout her performance ... and very much came across as a naturally gifted talk show host, not unlike an Ellen DeGeneres.

We mean that quite literally ... 'cause Adele was going around and interviewing audience members with a mic and everything -- and a certain one-on-one she had with an expecting mom is noteworthy to say the least. Take a listen for yourself ... Adele makes a revelation.

It seems Bianca Censori isn't just inspired by Kim Kardashian's taste in men, she's a big fan of Kim's style too ... channeling a classic Kim K look for her latest public appearance.

Censori was out and about in Italy Thursday in a very SKIMS-esque outfit complete with a nude bra, leggings and pair of heels.

While we can't say for sure whether or not the brand Bianca's wearing is actually Kim's SKIMS company ... it looks super similar.

Of course, the style has only grown in popularity over the years, so it's possible she scooped it from somewhere else.

However, it's hard not to draw a comparison between a look Kim's shown off in the past and what Bianca chose to wear in Italy.

Kim posed for a few mirror pics in an identical style and color during a personal photo shoot at home, so maybe Bianca had the look archived to try and pull off on her own.

Britney Spears has a message for anyone trying to mess with her ... and it ain't nice.

The pop star posted the short and not-so-sweet statement on Instagram Thursday, "F**k with me ... I dare you." It was accompanied by a middle finger emoji and a sexy throwback photo of Brit dressed all in black.

It's not clear if Brit was directing her rage to anyone in particular ... but she certainly got her point across amid her divorce to husband of 14 months Sam Asghari.

Brit also posted a re-edited video clip of herself wearing lingerie and twirling to dance music, which was originally published on IG before Sam filed for divorce over a week ago, citing irreconcilable differences.

As we reported ... the estranged couple have a prenup that precludes Britney from giving Sam a penny of the fortune she has amassed in the music industry.

Kevin Costner's got a ton of money -- that's no secret --  but what's really insane is just how much his wealth expanded during his marriage to Christine Baumgartner, at least according to her.

Christine says in legal docs, obtained by TMZ, back in 2004 when the couple was hammering out their prenup, Kevin disclosed he had $102,716,000 in assets ... but she now says she doesn't know if that was full disclosure.

Fast forward to 2023, as the two are working to finalize their contentious divorce ... Christine says she believes Kevin's worth is close to $400 million ... with about $24 million in cash.

It's wild to think Kevin's grown his wealth 4x in less than 20 years -- obviously, he's been in some big projects -- but it's still super impressive ... if Christine's telling the truth.

As for what he's done in those years ... Kevin starred in "Yellowstone" from 2018 to 2023, acted in movies like "Let Him Go," "Hidden Figures," and "Draft Day."

He's also started the band "Kevin Costner & Modern West" -- they toured and put out 4 albums -- and he co-authored "The Explorer's Guild: A Passage to Shambhala."

So nothing THAT crazy, but Costner clearly gets good financial advice and has an impressive real estate portfolio ... including a beachfront estate as well as a separate plot of land worth a reported $145 million.

BTW ... he's also been involved in the oil industry.

Sam Asghari packed up his belongings and left Britney Spears, but that doesn't mean he has to foot his own bill for his new living quarters -- Britney's the one picking up the tab, TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the estranged pair tell us Britney's paying $10,000 a month for Sam's new pad in one of the most high-end apartment buildings in Los Angeles.

We're told $10k is the cost of a standard unit in the high-rise, but Sam was able to work out a deal for a better apartment at the base price.

Sam and Britney had an acrimonious breakup, so on the surface it seems surprising she'd foot the bill for his living quarters. But our sources say Britney's handlers thought it wise to make the gesture. As we reported, Sam's lawyer is making sounds he will challenge the prenup, and it will almost certainly end with Britney writing a check to Sam. Sources say the amount will be several hundreds of thousands of dollars in the end.

Our sources say Britney and Sam still aren't talking ... though as we first reported, they've at least come to an agreement on their dogs. Sam gets the Doberman, Porsha, and Britney gets their remaining 4 dogs -- including the Australian Shepherd, Sawyer, and new puppy, Snow.

Britney's system of support continues to dwindle, with only her attorney, Mat Rosengart, and manager, Cade Hudson, remaining ... but sources tell us she's recently expressed a desire to mend things with her dad, Jamie Spears.

The thought seems shocking, considering Britney's history with Jamie and the conservatorship, but our sources say Jamie's had serious health issues -- and Britney wants to make things right before it's too late.

Halle Berry's long road to finalizing her divorce to Olivier Martinez is officially over … after the ex-couple hammered out a formal custody and child support arrangement that has the actress paying big bucks.

Here's the deal … back in 2015, Halle and Olivier split after 2 years of marriage. The exes have one child, 9-year-old Maceo. They had a prenup, but the case still dragged on for years because there were some unresolved issues on custody and child support.

Fast forward to August 2023 ... Legal docs were filed in L.A. County Superior Court, which officially tied up the remaining loose ends on these issues. According to the new court docs, Halle and Olivier agreed to joint legal and physical custody of Maceo.

The docs also say Maceo will attend individual and family counseling. Halle and her daughter, Nahla, (from her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry), can sit in during the family sessions. But Halle’s current boyfriend, Van Hunt, is not allowed to participate.

Halle will have custody of Maceo Monday to Wednesday and Olivier will get him Wednesday to Friday, with some variations due to school closures. The pair will alternate custody of Maceo on the weekends.

As for child support, Halle has to pony up $8,000 a month to Olivier. She will also pay an additional 4.3 percent of all income she receives above $2 million.

It doesn’t stop there … Halle must also cover Maceo's private school tuition and 100 percent of his extracurricular activities, including soccer. She's also on the hook for Maceo's health insurance -- both medical and dental -- as well as any uninsured expenses.

Taylor Swift certainly had love on her mind at Jack Antonoff's wedding, but while that was going down, her ex-boyfriend Matty Healy was on the other coast ... laser-focused on music.

We've learned The 1975 frontman was browsing around a music shop, Norman's Rare Guitars, in Tarzana, CA on Saturday ... the same day Taylor was watching Jack and actress Margaret Qualley tie the knot.

The musician swung by the store with his tour manager, ultimately buying a guitar -- unclear how much dough he put down for it, but it looks like a pretty sweet Fender 6-string.

While Matty was shopping on the west coast, Taylor was at the big ceremony on the Jersey Shore ... where, as we reported, droves of Swifties flooded the main street on Long Beach Island to get a glimpse of the singer.

You'll recall, Matty and Taylor were briefly an item, spotted hanging out quite a bit in May, and he even snuck into her NYC pad ... but sources told us Taylor was "single" again in June, although it's unclear why they called things off.

Sam Asghari is moving forward as a newly single man ... walking his dog without his wedding ring.

Britney Spears' estranged husband was spotted in public Monday for the first time since their divorce, and he was sporting a naked ring finger.

Sam was walking around Pasadena with the Doberman Porsha, he gifted Britney back in 2021 when they were engaged.

The actor was also showing off his muscles in a sleeveless black tank top ... the day after Britney had a divorce party with a bunch of shirtless men.

Sam joked over the weekend about needing help picking a disguise to hide from the paparazzi ... but here, he's only wearing a hat and sunglasses and not shying away from the cameras.

Remember ... Sam filed for divorce from Britney last Wednesday, and as we first reported, he moved out of their mansion after he believed Britney was cheating on him with a staffer at their home.

We also saw Britney without her wedding ring on the same day Sam filed for divorce, taking it off before tooling around in her Mercedes.

Taylor Swift is no stranger to the fact she draws a crowd ... making sure her team met with local cops before Jack Antonoff's wedding to prep for the crush of fans showing up to catch a glimpse of their favorite singer.

Beach Haven Police Chief James Markoski tells TMZ ... security for the singer and her producer pal met with the department 2 weeks before the weekend wedding, and Jack's wedding planner paid for 3 additional officers to be on duty during the event.

We're told 2 viewing areas were set up for fans outside the Long Beach Island bash in New Jersey -- cops also shut down 3 intersections to prevent cars from getting near the folks in the designated areas, hoping to get a peek of the celebs.

For those unaware, a fishing competition and a block party were going down in the area at the same time ... but we're told there were no arrests, tickets, or major injuries that went down during all the ruckus.

As for the swarm of fans, Markoski tells us they stuck around for nearly 12 hours, showing up around 2 PM and getting out of there after Taylor finally left the wedding around 1:30 AM.

Chrisean Rock is setting the internet ablaze, because she blazed up while pregnant ... and while many fans are up in arms about the baby's safety, others are actually supporting her right to light up.

On Sunday, social media users debated a recent clip from Chrisean and Blueface's reality show "Crazy In Love" ... where the two are having a mild disagreement as Chrisean blows billows of smoke in the kitchen.

Blueface seemed more concerned about money, informing Chrisean she did not accumulate $10 million in her last round of paydays -- but plenty of viewers expressed concern for the unborn child, and launched into anti-Chrisean tirades.

The CDC strongly advises against smoking while pregnant, but her actions aren't illegal and Chrisean still had some folks supporting her.

As fans argued amongst themselves, Blueface and Chrisean were able to squash their immediate differences to attend Jason Lee's birthday party Sunday night in Los Angeles.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are officially one year into marriage -- the honeymoon's over -- and she's marking the milestone with a sneak peek of a new song all about him.

On Sunday night, the singer posted a couple shots from their wedding day -- both of them rocking massive smiles, of course.

In her caption she dropped some lyrics from her upcoming track, "Dear Ben Part II" ... saying, "Dear Ben, Sitting here alone / Looking at my ring ring / Feeling overwhelmed / It makes me wanna sing sing / How did we end up here / Without a rewind / Oh my, This is my life."

She threw in a couple of hashtags, too -- one being the song's title, and the other reading, "This Is Me Now," the name of her upcoming album where the track will live.

You'll recall, the OG track, "Dear Ben," came out over 2 decades ago ... on the album, "This Is Me ... Then."

As we reported, Ben and Jen tied the knot in Las Vegas in July 2022, but threw the big party at Ben's beautiful 87-acre property in Georgia the following month -- it seems she's counting the anniversary based on the GA bash, not their legal marriage day.

BTW, J Lo's upcoming album -- which doesn't have an official release date -- will be her first since "A.K.A." in 2014.

Britney Spears fans eager to get their hands on her memoir won't get a glimpse into the downfall of her marriage with Sam Asghari ... TMZ has learned.

It was back in July when Britney announced her book, "The Woman in Me" had finally gotten a release date of October 24. Obviously, fans were thrilled ... but there's been a huge development in Britney's life since that announcement.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ there won't be any changes made to the memoir to reflect Britney's divorce ... we're told the book will be released as is.

In fact, our sources say 2 weeks ago, Britney gave her final sign-off on the book, meaning she had no right to demand any further changes.

What's more, our sources say since the news of Britney's divorce broke, presales for "The Woman in Me" have only increased ... though it's likely those fans don't realize the divorce drama won't be included.

We've spoken with someone directly involved with the book who tells us Sam is featured in it, but their relationship is not the main crux of her story -- it's more about Britney's early life, career and journey out of her conservatorship.
