"Vanderpump Rules" stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix are living under the same roof ... despite the fact everyone knows they broke up after she found out Tom cheated on her with Raquel Leviss.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Tom and Ariana are continuing to live in their Valley Village home when they're in town, though they're no longer sleeping in the same room obviously.

It's not going to be an easy split ... Tom and Ariana each own 50 percent of the home, according to property records, and we're told they have not sat down to talk about what they'll do with it.

It's kinda cringeworthy ... they are sometimes still in the house at the same time. With the palpable anger, it's gotta be rough.

While it sounds like a pretty awkward setup, Tom and Ariana aren't always in town at the same time ... our sources say she's up in Seattle filming a Lifetime movie for the next few days ... and we first reported, Tom took a Southwest flight home this week to visit family in St. Louis.

The home is 4,453 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms ... so there's enough space to create a buffer zone of sorts. Think "The War of the Roses."

Raquel stopped by the pad this week ... but we were told she didn't spend the night and was just saying bye to Tom before he took off for his hometown. Kinda weird, right?

Reese Witherspoon has officially filed for divorce from Jim Toth, citing irreconcilable differences ... and dividing up the assets won't be a problem.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Reese pulled the plug on her 12-year marriage to Toth in Nashville, Tennessee, where the couple was raising their 10-year-old child.

In the docs, Reese says she and Jim signed a prenup in March 2011, adding the agreement is valid, providing "adequate and sufficient provisions" for their assets and debts.

The actress says she will submit the prenup and a permanent parenting plan for the care of their child to the judge for approval.

Side note ... like all Davidson County divorce cases involving a child, Reese and James will now have to enroll in a mandatory parenting class. They have 60 days to submit a certificate of completion to the court.

As we reported ... Reese announced the split with her actor/producer husband on Instagram last week, saying they thought long and hard about the difficult decision to divorce. She also went down memory lane a bit, talking about their mutual love and respect, before mentioning their biggest priority was their son.

Tommy Lee's wife says there's absolutely no bad blood between Pamela Anderson and her, despite the fact they aren't speaking right now -- but she's down to change that.

Brittany Furlan was grabbing a bite in L.A. after her stand-up comedy gig at The Improv in Hollywood. Considering she recently mocked Tommy's ex-wife, suggesting Pam wouldn't care if she died ... we had to ask Brit if Pammy was the butt of any of her jokes that night.

The TikTok clip -- which Brittany posted and quickly deleted -- drew some backlash from fans ... so, kinda makes sense she laid off Pam during her comedy set.

When we got her afterward she said, "We're all good. We want happiness, we want everyone to be friends."

Sounds great ... however, she also admitted she hasn't actually heard a peep from Pam.

So, maybe it's not all that good -- not yet, anyway. Brittany says she'd definitely be down to talk, though, IF Pam ever reaches out.

The tension between the ex and current Mrs. Lee started when Pam was promoting her memoir and Netflix documentary, "Pamela, A Love Story" ... in which she declared her undying love for Tommy.

That prompted Brittany to respond on social media, saying she wasn't sweating Pam's comments ... or the haters attacking her on behalf of PA.

Move over, Pete Davidson ... there's a new hunk on Martha Stewart's radar -- New York Yankees superstar Aaron Judge!!

The 81-year-old businesswoman had an up close look at her new crush at the Bronx Bombers' Opening Day game at Yankee Stadium on Thursday ... and she wasn't shy about liking what she saw after Judge hit a dinger in his first trip to the plate.

"No 99 just paid off a fraction of his massive contract," Stewart said on Instagram alongside a pic she shot of the Yankees captain. "Home run on first time at bat opening day!!! Handsome dude!!"

Martha has been pretty open about her feelings toward celebs lately -- remember, she said on "The Drew Barrymore Show" she'd be down to go on a date with Davidson after things with Kim Kardashian fell apart.

Unfortunately for Martha, Aaron's already spoken for -- he's been married to Samantha Bracksieck since 2021 -- but, hey, she can always enjoy the view from her front-row seat!!

TLC singer Chilli isn't afraid to put it out there publicly ... telling us she wants to get hitched to "Boy Meets World" star Matthew Lawrence.

We got Chilli Thursday at LAX, and when our photog asked if she thinks she and Matthew will tie the knot in the future she boldly told us, "I hope so."

TMZ broke the story ... Chilli and Matthew officially started dating right before Thanksgiving, and then they spent the holidays together in Atlanta, where he met her family.

She's also met his family, and they keep getting closer.

Matthew recently made it seem like he and Chilli were trying to have a child together, but they've since clarified his comments. In fact, she reiterated to us at LAX ... her man's words were taken out of context.

Regardless, their relationship is clearly going strong ... when Matthew picked up Chilli at LAX earlier this month, they engaged in some full-on PDA.

Bottom line for Chilli ... Matthew's no scrub and she could definitely see them being husband and wife.

Gospel music vet Kim Burrell is claiming her music is therapy to Beyonce's ears ... or at least it was when her marriage with Jay-Z was on shaky ground.

Kim's confessional came in an interview with "We Sound Crazy!" back in October, but for some reason, this particular clip started making the rounds Thursday.

KB rolled the calendar back to 2017 when Jay recorded his last album "4:44," a project riddled with apologies to Bey for his infidelities.

Kim provided background vocals for the highly emotional title track -- a feature personally requested by Jay, as he came to align Bey's bad moods with Kim's music blaring through their house.

According to Kim's convo ... Bey even locked herself in a room for 11 hours while playing nothing but Kim's music, but came out refreshed and ready to resume the marriage.

Jay allegedly said he just had to meet the woman who lifted his wife's spirits and hence, the "4:44" collab was immaculately conceived!!!

Fans on social media grew upset with Kim for spilling the Carter family secrets, but she did note she and Jay spoke for "4 hours" ... and there were certain details from the convo she would never share!!!

Jonathan Majors' attorney says she has receipts regarding the assault claims against her client -- texts in which the alleged victim admits she's to blame, and says she doesn't want the actor prosecuted.

Majors' lawyer Priya Chaudhry tells TMZ ... the woman in question sent a few texts to the "Creed III" actor hours after his arrest last weekend, "admitting that she was the one who used physical force against him."

In the texts Chaudhry claims the woman sent, she says how angry she was Jonathan had been handcuffed ... and she adds, "Will make sure nothing happens about this. I told them it was my fault for trying to grab your phone."

The text exchange continued a few hours later, with the woman reiterating she's pushing hard to make sure the D.A. doesn't charge Jonathan for the incident.

Chaudhry says she has turned these texts over to law enforcement.

As we reported, Majors was arrested for misdemeanor assault, aggravated harassment, attempted assault, and harassment ... after the woman allegedly saw another woman texting him and tried to sneak a peek at his phone.

Chaudhry told us Sunday she was already working hard to gather evidence disproving the claims, which seems to include these texts ... and she believes there is also video footage from inside the vehicle where the alleged incident went down that will clear Majors.

Raquel Leviss is still spending quality time with Tom Sandoval, and they're cozy enough to be hanging together in the very home where Tom lives with Ariana Madix for years.

The "Vanderpump Rules" villainess -- to most fans -- was outside Tom and Ariana's place tossing a bag into the trunk of her car Wednesday around 4 PM.

Here's the thing ... Raquel was wearing some very comfy clothes and slides as she made her exit.

As for Tom's location, well he left his home about half an hour after Raquel ... on his way to catch a flight outta town.

Sandoval made his way to LAX around 7 PM, catching a Southwest flight to his hometown of St. Louis. He was flying solo, so apparently, he's not ready to bring Raquel home to meet the fam.

Photogs brought up the elephant in the room at the airport -- as well as a couple more Qs, but the guy wasn't in the mood to chat, instead makin' a beeline to check his bag.

However, the fact he and Raquel are close enough to kick it where he lived with his ex is pretty telling about how close they remain, now that the 'Scandoval' dust is settling.

As we reported, Raquel was a no-show in court Wednesday for the hearing over her restraining order against Scheana Shay. She'd alleged Scheana attacked her over the affair ... but since she skipped court, the restraining order was dismissed.

Now we know what, or who, was more important than court for Raquel.

There's a new lady in Jake Paul's life -- the Problem Child was packing on the PDA with beautiful Dutch speed skater Jutta Leerdam while on a dinner date on Tuesday ... TMZ Sports has learned.

A witness at the venue tells us the 6-1 boxer and 24-year-old world champion were spotted getting cozy at LPM Restaurant in Miami ... and apparently kissing was on the menu, 'cause the two couldn't keep their lips off each other.

Our sources say 26-year-old Jake and Jutta met through Instagram late last year and began talking over the past couple months ... which evolved to spending a good amount of time together in Florida recently.

In fact, Jutta is slated to appear on the internet superstar's "B.S. With Jake Paul" podcast ... which she teased on social media earlier this week.

If you're not familiar with Leerdam, she's a superstar sprinter on the ice -- she won an Olympic silver medal in the women's 1000m race in Beijing in 2022, and has numerous world championships under her belt as well.

Jutta previously dated fellow speed skater Koen Verweij before splitting in August 2022 ... and Jake was famously tied to model Julia Rose until late last year as well.

It's unclear the current "status" of Jake and Jutta's relationship ... but they're both single, wildly successful and good-looking, so whatever it is -- it seems to be a great match!!!

Eva Marcille is throwing in the towel on her marriage with Michael Sterling ... 'cause she wants a divorce.

The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star just filed docs in Georgia, obtained by TMZ, asking the judge to officially end her marriage. She also makes clear that she and Michael are currently separated.

In the paperwork, Eva doesn't cite or specify any given reason for the divorce -- other than to say the marriage is irretrievably broken and there's no chance of reconciliation, which is essentially irreconcilable differences. She does, however, lay out what she'd like to see when it comes to their three minor children, who are all younger than 10 years old ... EM is asking for legal and primary physical custody.

Eva says she should be the parent who has the final say on all decisions related to their kids, as she feels she's the fit and proper caregiver.

Another thing she wants from Mike going forward ... child support. Eva says he oughta contribute toward the kids' medical, dental, and hospitalization expenses.

When it comes to assets, Eva says she wants an equitable split of everything they've acquired in the marriage and any debts they've racked up.

Tom Sandoval has opened up publicly, at least kinda sorta, saying he couldn't handle the whole cheating thing better, but at the same time, he gives himself some wiggle room by talking about the clarity of hindsight.

Tom was outside Pop Music Studios in the San Fernando Valley Monday night when a photog asked if he had regrets about cheating on Ariana with Raquel. He says he does, but also says, "Hindsight's always 20/20, man."

As for why he's taking so much heat, given it's not the first-ever cheating scandal on "Vanderpump Rules," Tom passes it off this way ... "I just think it was really unexpected."

He says he regrets cheating, but the fact is ... he's still with Raquel. We got photos of Tom and Raquel out after the explosive reunion show. They were chowing down at Musso and Frank in Hollywood and looked very much like a couple.

TMZ broke the story of details from the yet-to-be-aired reunion show, in which things got so heated Andy Cohen had to step in between 2 cast members to avert a physical fight.

There has been financial fallout. Tom acknowledges, his restaurants have taken a hit since the scandal broke.

Joanna Krupa could be single again soon ... because her husband wants to end their marriage.

Douglas Nunes just filed divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, in Los Angeles County -- and he's citing irreconcilable differences as the reason. As for when they separated ... Doug's saying it actually happened right at the beginning of the year, on Jan. 2nd. They got hitched in 2018.

The former 'Housewives' star and businessman share one child together -- 3-year-old Asha-Leigh, whom they welcomed in 2019 -- and Doug's asking for joint legal and physical custody.

When it comes to spousal support, the guy's asking a judge to leave Joanna out in the cold ... as he's looking to block the court's ability to award her any of that.

DN notes in his paperwork that he wants the court to determine who gets what from their marital assets, and there's no mention of a prenup in the petition.

This marks Joanna's second marriage and possible divorce -- she was previously with Romain Zago from 2013 to 2017, and he was featured on 'RHOM' with Joanna.

Adam Levine is a man of his word -- in the wake of his sexting scandal, he publicly declared he was fully committed to his family ... and here's video showing exactly that.

TMZ obtained footage of the singer out doing a little shopping Sunday with his brood, hitting up the H&M store at the Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas ... and rolling in as a tight unit. Both of his kiddos, Gio and Dusty, were there ... as was his wife, Behati Prinsloo.

Watch for yourself ... you can see Adam and co. cruising up the escalator, and when they reach the top -- Adam lifts his son off his shoulders as their daughter runs around near him. Seems they had a bodyguard with them too ... but it was a straight up Levine family outing.

The reason this is notable now ... on Friday -- during Maroon 5's debut concert for their new residency -- AL specifically shouted out Behati and his children during his performance.

During the sweet moment, Adam spoke candidly ... saying he used to be out here (onstage, it seems) for himself -- but at this point, he says he's out here for them. He also said his family is the only thing that truly matters to him in the whole world. Adam said he loved his fam, and looked to his left ... so it appears Behati and the kids were actually there.

The backdrop of all this, of course, is the fact that Adam was accused of cheating last year -- or, at the very least, emotionally cheating ... by allegedly DM'ing a bunch of women.

He denied getting involved with any of the women who claimed he was messaging them, but acknowledged he'd crossed a line and screwed up. It was a whole scandal for a while.

In the aftermath of that, Adam and Behati appear to have reconciled ... as they've been spotted out together and looking happy several different times now -- including here. Also, they just welcomed a third baby into their lives ... although, there's no sign of it in this clip.

Bottom line ... Adam seems to have a new outlook on life, and the crowd at his first show appreciated it -- giving a good round of applause, with cheers to boot.

The 2 had just left a nightclub and the video, obtained by DailyMail, unravels the mystery of who Harry is currently dating.

They were standing outside in the rain locking lips, after a night of dancing inside the club. They clearly want people to know at this point, they're a thing.

Harry is in Tokyo for his Love on Tour concert ... we don't know if Emily was at the show, but it's a good bet she was.

As you know, Harry and Olivia Wilde broke up last November, and over the last month, there's been a buzz he's dating someone new.

Ant Anstead is looking for a small change of scenery ... TMZ has learned he's sold his O.C. home, but he's hoping to stay in the neighborhood.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the "Celebrity IOU: Joyride" host sold his 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,968-square-foot Laguna Beach pad on Monday with the closing price of $3.1 million. Ant bought the place for $2.8 million a few years back.

We're told he plans to find a new place in Laguna, although he hasn't found the right spot to call home just yet -- but he's not the only one leaving his old block.

Our sources say Ant's GF Renée Zellweger moved out of the house across the street from Ant's home last summer. As we reported, Renée started renting that place in November 2021 for $30k/month.

You'll recall, the Discovery+ personality listed his pad in October of last year and began storing his stuff at Renée's home.

At the time, our sources made it clear, Ant's intentions were NOT to move in with her ... and we're told that's still the case.

Whoever snagged Ant's now-former pad got quite the spread -- it has cool features like vaulted ceilings, a brick fireplace for those SoCal winter nights (climate change, bro) and a sunroom that can be transformed into a studio.

Plus, there's a wraparound deck to take in incredible Pacific Ocean views -- those are great year-round, even in the winter.

Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss may have a ton of new enemies, but they're clearly not letting outside noise hinder their support for one another ... because they went out for dinner together after filming the "Vanderpump Rules" reunion.

The reality TV stars hit up The Musso & Frank Grill in Hollywood late Thursday night, capping off a very tense day on set. We're told no one else was there from the cast.

Folks who were there tell us Tom and Raquel arrived at the famous restaurant around 10 PM, grabbing a booth together and ordering a bottle of wine, oysters and some entrées.

It sounds like the reunion show was a big topic of conversation at dinner ... at one point we're told Raquel was overheard saying, "I can't believe she said that."

Tom and Raquel didn't engage in any PDA ... though they were sitting very close to one another in their booth and looking very much like a couple.
