Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix aren't working toward any sort of reconciliation ... we're told the damage done is just too much to overcome.

Sources close to the estranged couple tell us ... both Tom and Ariana understand their futures will not include the other, at least romantically, and they've made it known to their friends there's no hope of getting back together.

Of course, Tom is the one who derailed things, but sources close to him say he felt the relationship was on shaky ground in the months leading up to Ariana's discovery he was cheating on her with their costar, Raquel Leviss.

As for Ariana -- she was blindsided by the whole thing -- and we're told it's too great a hurdle to jump.

Tom issued an apology over the weekend, and weirdly left Ariana out of it -- telling his family, friends and business partners how sorry he was for the way he handled things.

Our sources say Ariana's been spending most of her time at the estranged couple's $2 million L.A. home. Tom's been in and out of the house ... notably when the two shot a scene for "Vanderpump Rules" this past Friday ... but we're told he hasn't been spending nights there.

Pete Davidson and Chase Sui Wonders scared the crap out of a 16-year-old girl, who was home alone when Pete's car came careening into her home.

The girl was reading a book when Pete lost control of the Mercedes and slammed into the house. The sound was so intense the girl thought she was in the middle of an earthquake ... this according to her dad.

The homeowner tells TMZ the car struck the house just outside the living room, and it penetrated the exterior wall. The crash was so intense a window came out of it's frame. We do not know where the girl was reading, but it had to be jolting and scary.

She was not injured, and her dad says she was "a bit" traumatized.  Pete and Chase may have cushioned the blow somewhat by apologizing to her. It's a helluva way to meet famous people!

Unclear how much repairs will cost ... a contractor will eyeball the damage and the owners are waiting on the full police report before turning things over to their insurance company. Obviously, the insurance company will go after Pete to cover the repair costs.

The girl's dad says he harbors no ill will toward Pete. He's not going to sue and is just glad everyone's ok.

There's no hiding it anymore, Avril Lavigne and Tyga certainly look like they're dating ... kissing in front of cameras in the city of love.

Avril and Tyga locked lips Monday at the Mugler X Hunter Schafer Party during Paris Fashion Week ... and the smooching all but confirms a romantic relationship.

They certainly looked like a couple at the party, holding hands as they walked into the swanky bash.

Remember, Avril and Tyga sparked dating rumors earlier this year, and have been hanging out a lot both in Los Angeles and Paris, the same city where her ex, Mod Son, proposed.

TMZ broke the story ... Avril called off the engagement to Mod in February, about a year after he popped the question. Sources told us the former couple had been on and off for several months before she pulled the plug.

We've also seen Avril and Tyga grabbing dinner together at NOBU and hugging in the parking lot.

"Vanderpump Rules" star Tom Sandoval certainly isn't shying away from spending time with Raquel Leviss despite the fact the two are enshrined in controversy ... making a late-night visit to her home.

Tom was spotted arriving at Raquel's L.A. apartment Saturday night, keeping a low profile in all black as he entered.

A source close to production tells TMZ Tom and Raquel were filming scenes together for the Bravo series earlier in the day, so they'd been together -- but the visit at Raquel's wasn't for cameras.

Of course, the visit comes just one day after his split from Ariana, who called it off after learning he cheated on her with Raquel. Our sources said Ariana discovered inappropriate texts on Tom's phone, as well as at least one video.

We're told Tom and Ariana filmed the day news broke about the cheating scandal in an emotionally-charged scene at their home.

You'll recall, Tom posted an apology over the weekend but didn't mention Ariana directly -- just saying sorry to coworkers, friends, and family.

Water is shooting to the skies from the ruptured hydrant ... as firefighters try feverously to get things under control.

Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss may have been sending clues all along about their secret romance -- and the proof may have been in the pudding ... or rather, the jewelry.

Social media sleuths were hard at work this weekend, and dug up an interesting coincidence ... the "Vanderpump Rules" stars were seen wearing undeniably similar-looking necklaces at various points last year ... with almost the exact same pendant, a lightning bolt cutout.

There's a handful of photos of TS and RL that surfaced online, which shows them wearing the unique pieces -- and now, in light of Tom's cheating scandal, folks are thinking something was going on well before anyone knew about it ... and it was right under our noses!

Now ... this isn't a smoking gun per se, but it is interesting. In light of how everything's unfolded between Tom and his longtime partner, Ariana Madix, some say this is a bad look.

Frankly, they may be right ... these lightning bolt necklace pics date back to October of 2022.

As we told you ... Ariana and Tom split after she discovered text messages that showed he'd been with their fellow ‘VR’ costar. Ariana told friends she found out Tom and Raquel had actually been seeing each other secretly for months -- as far back as the summer. If that's proven to be true ... it's certainly possible they were flashing their romance in plain sight.

Tom has since come out to apologize to his friends and family for his cheating scandal ... but somehow managed to leave off Ariana herself from the apology.

Tom and Ariana got together back in 2013 ... and while they never got married, they were certainly a principal pair on the reality show for years. Of course, fans are devastated.

Chicago White Sox pitcher Mike Clevinger will not face discipline from the MLB following allegations he terrorized the mother of his child ... the league said Sunday it concluded its probe into the star, and will not be imposing any punishment on him.

The league initially opened up its investigation after Olivia Finestead made claims the 32-year-old had been violent with her during their relationship.

In a series of Instagram posts back in January, she claimed the baseball player "threw an iPad at me pregnant." She also said, "he strangled me." She alleged Clevinger "threw chew spit on our baby" as well.

The MLB said in a statement Sunday it spoke with Clevinger's accuser regarding the allegations -- as well as more than 15 other individuals -- during its investigation. It also said it reviewed "thousands of electronic communication records" in relation to the case -- but came to the conclusion "barring the receipt of any new information or evidence, the Office of the Commissioner will not be imposing discipline on Mr. Clevinger in connection with these allegations."

The league, though, did say Clevinger "has voluntarily agreed to submit to evaluations" by the MLB's joint treatment boards and has agreed to "comply with any of the board's recommendations."

Clevinger said following the MLB's announcement that he was "pleased" with the league's findings.

"I had nothing to hide and cooperated fully with MLB," he said. "I asked everyone not to rush to judgment until MLB's investigation was concluded, and I appreciate everyone who had faith in me, including the White Sox organization and my teammates."

Finestead said on her Instagram page Sunday, "Mike putting himself in drug, domestic & family violence therapy has always been my goal since the beginning and he refused to go when I tried to be there for him so I'm glad he's going now."

Pete Davidson and Chase Sui Wonders are still going strong -- now taking their Winter romance into the early part of Spring ... and showing off some skin for the season.

The couple is enjoying a vacay in Kauai right now -- where they're staying at a summer house, it seems, and were joined by friends Saturday. Eventually, the crew made their way to the beach ... but not before a little suck-face between PD and CSW on the front deck.

Before long, Chase hit the water with the group she was tagging along with ... but it doesn't look like Pete joined her in the water. He was all sweatered up ... she was in a 2-piece.

So, here's the thing ... we're being told this wasn't just a random getaway between Pete, Chase and some pals -- our sources suggest this was actually a meet-the-family trip. We're being told the folks with them might actually be siblings of hers ... but that's not confirmed.

However ... if this is, in fact, a familial thing -- as we've been told -- then it would signal Pete and Chase are getting serious. We know PD tends to cozy up to his SO's broods ... but that usually only happens when he's all in like he recently was with Kim Kardashian.

Speaking of her ... this trip actually has echoes of one he took with KK in a tropical setting while they were together -- only this time, if all holds true, it might be a family affair for his and Chase's first vacation ... and perhaps moving even faster than the last go-around.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck can't make up their minds ... they have dropped out of escrow again on a house they were about to buy.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... JLo and Ben have pulled the plug on the Pacific Palisades home which they seemed set on buying for $34.5 million.

Our sources say ... they were supposed to close escrow last Friday, but just before it was signed, sealed and delivered they pulled out.

As we reported, they were spotted at a nearby mansion last Tuesday -- while they were still in escrow on the other house -- so it looks like they weren't sure about the house they were about to get.

Our sources say they are now in escrow on ANOTHER house. We don't know if it's the same one they looked at Tuesday. We're told they looked at yet another house last week as well.

At least one of the estates they looked at last week was going for more than twice what they were spending on the one that just fell out of escrow.

"Vanderpump Rules" star Tom Sandoval is speaking out amid his cheating scandal that led to his break-up with longtime girlfriend and castmate Ariana Madix, but he's not apologizing...to her, at least.

Instead, Sandoval only showed sympathy for his friends and family in a statement released Saturday on Instagram after his affair with ‘VR’ cast member Raquel Leviss leaked out and became headline news.

Sandoval said, “Hey, I fully understand an deserve ur anger & disappointment towards me, but please leave Schwartz, my friends and family out of this situation."

He continued, "Schwartz specifically only found out about this very recently, and most definitely did not condone my actions. This was a very personal thing.”

What's more, Sandoval and Schwartz co-own LA-based Schwartz & Sandy's Lounge, which has been flooded with terrible reviews ever since the scandal broke, prompting Yelp to pause any more write-ins.

In his IG response, Sandoval said, “Also, Schwartz & Sandy’s might have my name on it, but also there are 3 other partners and 20 employees, who especially rely on the restaurant for income for them and their families."

He added that he's a "small part of a much bigger thing and to "direct ur anger towards me and not them," pointing out, "They did nothing wrong.”

Then Sandoval apologized -- not to Madix -- but to his business partners and employees for all the controversy surrounding him.  He also promised to take a "step back & taking a hiatus out of respect for my employees & partners.”

As we reported...Sandoval blew up his nearly 10-year relationship with Madix last week after a series of sexually charged text messages surfaced, revealing his affair with Leviss. We're told Madix read the messages, leading to an ugly confrontation with Sandoval.

Kelsea Ballerini wasn't distracted by her "SNL" performance Saturday night... because just hours before she was lovin' it up with BF Chase Stokes.

Kelsea and Chase were strolling through Manhattan Saturday afternoon, holding hands, stealing a smooch from time to time.

We obviously knew they were together ... they haven't been able to keep their hands and other parts off each other for weeks, but Friday they verbally confirmed their relationship on the Today show.

Morgan Evans is clearly in Kelsea's rear view, although it's also pretty clearly top of mind for him still. One of his songs -- "Over for You."  Kinda says it all.

Michael B. Jordan and Jonathan Majors are two peas in a pod -- so much so, in fact, they say they wanna follow in the footsteps of two other legends ... Bob and Al.

The actors sat down with NYT to talk about their new movie, "Creed III," which is out in theaters and, so far, cleaning up nicely -- both in terms of box office and critic reviews. Not just that, but their dynamic/explosive chemistry on-screen is the talk of the town right now.

In the Q&A, JM and MBJ are very complimentary of each other. At one point, the interviewer asks whose opinion they value the most when it comes to 'Creed.' Majors says he only really cared what Mike thought ... which prompts the interviewer to ask the next logical question.

NYT says, "The way you two talk about each other, it sounds like this is the first of many collaborations to come," to which MBJ says ... "It is. We plan on it." Then, the haymaker ... Majors follows up and says, "De Niro and Pacino."

To that, Mike says this ... "We’re excited about that, and I have those conversations with him. Acting is such a solo journey, where you’re fighting for your place on that call sheet for such a long time. So when you’ve got somebody that doesn’t care as much about that stuff, it’s like, 'Let’s go. How much damage can we do together?' Majors responds, "All of it."

In other words, they're ready to paint the town red with more movies, it seems -- and it also sounds like both Mike and Jon fancy themselves as good as two acting greats ... but the internet doesn't necessarily agree, both in the duo comparison and the one-on-one résumés.

Fact is, Al and Bob were only in a small handful of movies together -- "Heat" and "Godfather Pt. 2" being the most famous, before "The Irishman" came around -- and each of them had stellar catalogs of critically-acclaimed flicks under their belt well before they ever collab'd.

So, the juxtaposition doesn't quite make sense there. But, more importantly, some feel like they're jumping the gun ... as neither JM or MBJ have been in enough movies to warrant such lofty esteem. Even in terms of chops, there's questions ... on Mike's end, specifically.

While just about everyone's stoked at the notion that these two studs are planning on working together more -- seeing how they are great in "Creed III," by all accounts -- the way it's coming out is getting a little side-eye. Just a smidge, though ... mostly by film snobs.

Sources close to the former pair tell us it was a series of text messages Ariana discovered Wednesday night between Tom and Raquel Leviss that caused her to believe he was cheating. We're told the messages and video were "sexual in nature" ... leading to a confrontation between Ariana and Tom.

Our sources tell us from there, Ariana told friends she found out Tom and Raquel had actually been seeing each other secretly for months -- as far back as the summer.

We're told there was growing suspicion between the former couple's friends that something may have been going on between Sandoval and Raquel ... but it was totally a surprise to Ariana.

As we told you, Ariana was spotted supporting Tom Wednesday night while he performed with his band and debuted a new single. In fact, eyewitnesses at the show say they were kissing and having a good time together -- very much still a couple.

Apparently, Tom has a different version ... a source close to Tom told us things had been unraveling between him and Ariana for quite some time ... but gotta say, that wasn't evidenced Wednesday before she'd discovered the text messages.

Tom and Ariana got together back in 2013 when she joined "Vanderpump Rules" as a full-time cast member ... while they never got married, they were certainly one of the anchor couples on the reality show for years.

The bromantic dinner between Henry Winkler and Patrick Mahomes hasn't gone down yet ... but the actor tells TMZ Sports the offer still stands -- and, yes, ricotta-stuffed chicken is still on the menu.

Remember, The Fonz rapidly became Mahomies with Mahomes after shouting him out on a radio show last year -- and it all eventually led to a very sweet in-person meetup at the Chiefs vs. Chargers game this past season.

In fact, the friendship evolved so much between the two ... Winkler actually ended up inviting Mahomes to a dinner at his house in Los Angeles to dine on his famous chicken dish.

When we got Winkler out at LAX this week, though, he said the breaking of bread with the NFL star has yet to happen ... but he's still holding out hope it'll eventually go down.

"Patrick," Winkler told us, "I really hope you take me up on my offer and come over to my house for dinner."

Winkler said his chicken stuffed with cheese will be on the menu any time ... adding that "of course" Brittany Mahomes and the children are invited!!
