Christina Haack has put her Nashville-area home on the market ... and now her estranged husband Josh Hall has to pack his bags and move out.

Christina listed the modern farmhouse-style 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom pad in Franklin, Tennessee on Thursday for a whopping $4.5 million.

Christina bought the home, which has frequently been featured on HGTV's "Christina in the Country," for $2.5 million in 2021.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's Halloween decor appears to be as horny as they are ... the couple has put up a NSFW blow-up display in their front yard.

The reality TV star got into the Halloween spirit Friday, posting a number of seasonal photos in honor of her favorite month. However, it was her and Travis' festive display that sent fans into a tizzy ... with the PDA-loving couple putting up skeleton inflatables, which appear to be boning.

Nikki Garcia (AKA Bella) filed a restraining order against estranged husband Artem Chigvintsev Monday, and a judge signed off, after Nikki submitted a sworn declaration to the court saying in detail how Artem allegedly brutalized her.

In her petition, Nikki says Artem "tackled me multiple times and pinned me to the ground while our child was present."

She says since Artem was cut from "Dancing with the Stars," he grew "increasingly angry, snapping at me, and yelling." She said they had discussions about his need to control his anger, adding on the morning of the incident, Artem went off on Nikki over how their 4-year-old son's English muffin should be toasted, screaming that she made their son a "picky eater."

It seems "MomTok" did survive the scandal after all ... TMZ has learned Hulu's sensational new reality show, "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives," has been greenlit for a 2nd season.

Sources connected to the docuseries, which has become the streamer's No. 1 unscripted premiere of the year, tell TMZ ... the cast begins filming the new season within the next week ... with pre-production already well underway in Utah.

We're told the season 1 stars -- including Taylor Frankie Paul, Demi Engemann, Jen Affleck, Jessi Ngatikaura, Layla Taylor, Mayci Neeley, Mikayla Matthews, and Whitney Leavitt -- are all set to return for season 2, despite the growing drama among the group.

Mark Estes is speaking out after Kristin Cavallari confirmed she pulled the plug on their 7-month romance ... and his outlook is fairly optimistic.

The TikToker issued a statement through his rep Wednesday, who told TMZ Mark "has immense love and respect for Kristin and their time together" ... but he's now focusing on his business endeavors.

12:09 PM PT -- A rep for Frank Fritz tells TMZ … he died from the effects of a stroke he had several years ago -- and he had Crohn’s disease for decades, which may have played a role.

Frank was in a Quad Cities hospice facility (on the Iowa-Illinois border) and was surrounded by friends, including Mike Wolfe, when he passed.

"American Pickers" star Frank Fritz has died ... his longtime costar and friend, Mike Wolfe, confirmed.

Fritz's costar posted on social media Tuesday, sharing the tragic news with fans ... confirming the reality TV veteran died Monday evening.

He wrote ... "It’s with a broken heart that I share with all of you that Frank passed away last night. I’ve [known] Frank for more then half my life and what you’ve seen on TV has always been what I have seen, a dreamer who was just as sensitive as he was funny. The same off camera as he was on, Frank had a way of reaching the hearts of so many by just being himself."

Julie Chrisley's attorney is slamming a federal judge's decision to resentence her to 7 years in prison for bank fraud and tax evasion charges ... chalking it all up to fame.

Jay Surgent, one of Julie's defense attorneys, tells TMZ he thinks the judge refusing to lower her sentence is the result of bias against celebrities. Julie is well-known by millions of people, and he thinks the judge is making an example out of her.

Surgent says Julie has been a model inmate and is not a threat to society in any way. Moving forward, we're told, Julie's legal team is definitely going to appeal the resentencing.

Jon Gosselin is feeling optimistic about his future ... not only is his son, Collin, doing well at college, but he's also gearing up for some personal projects.

We caught up with the reality TV star in NYC, where he gave us big updates about his personal life. For starters, Jon was thrilled to share Collin -- one of his 8 famous kiddos with ex Kate Gosselin -- is attending Penn State.
