Kendall Jenner does not have to change her area code in hawking her tequila brand, because she's just settled the lawsuit that had her booze on the rocks.

Kendall's company was sued by the owners of Tequila 512 ... ICYMI, 512 is the area code for Austin, TX. Kendall's spirits are called 818 Tequila, a nod to the San Fernando Valley where her fam put down roots.

512 claimed 818 is a blatant rip-off, and to add insult to injury, the labels have similar color schemes and layouts.

512 was also pissed off that Kim's app -- Kim Kardashian: Hollywood -- was promoting 818 but 512 claimed their bottle was actually featured in a prominent image of KK clutching tequila.

Well, now we've learned the 2 area code companies have settled their beef, and both can use their respective digits.

CEO of Tequila 512, Nick Matzorkis, tells TMZ ... "Tequila 512's lawsuit against 818 Tequila has been resolved. The parties have agreed that they will each have the right to use their existing names and they will both make changes to their labels to clarify that they are not related to each other. Tequila 512 has dismissed its case."

Under the terms of the settlement, 512 will add "Est. 2012" to its label. No word on what changes 818 will make.

Reality television personality Coral Smith was just 22 years old when she was first cast to be a part of MTV's "The Real World" -- a show following '7 strangers picked to live in a house' and have their real lives filmed back in 2001.

Smith was a cast member during the 10th season of the hit show, which headed back to New York, following the original New York season in 1992.

Coral went on to be a popular cast member on "The Real World's" spin-off show, "The Challenge." She also hosted "The Real World: Portland" after shows and the reunion in 2013.

Cynthia Bailey proudly showed off some fan art, sharing some kind words for the wanna-be artist ... even though they're certainly no Rembrandt.

The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star posted a sketch a fan sent her Monday and it's hilarious, though Cynthia's being a lot nicer than the folks commenting on her social media post.

Cynthia says one of her biggest and most supportive fans slid into her DMs asking permission to draw her, to which she said "yes" right away because she was so excited and honored.

When Cynthia got the drawing it wasn't what she expected, but she says she still absolutely loves the artwork, noting ... "it is the love & thought that counts."

The artist behind the drawing apparently runs a 'RHOA' fan page on Instagram, and Cynthia says the artist didn't think she would like the portrait.

"Storage Wars" stars Rene & Casey Nezhoda are licking their wounds after dropping a bundle on a unit that belonged to a member of Wham! ... 'cause it turned out to be a total waste!

Rene tells TMZ they paid $4,100 for a storage locker that had been owned by Deon Estus ... the bass player for George Michael's '80s hitmaking group. Besides Wham!, Deon had also played with Marvin Gaye, Tina Turner, Elton John and Annie Lennox ... plus, he had a top 5 hit as a solo artist.

So, you can see why Rene thought he scored when he nabbed the locker in Vernon, CA.

Well, instead of Wham!, it was more like Ooops!

He says it was abandoned and a complete waste of his money ... filled with dirty dishes, pillows, blankets, scarves a DVD player and receipts among other worthless items.

Rene says they did find a guitar case, but of course ... there was nothing inside. Giant swing and a miss.

Deon's stuff had been sitting in the locker since 2018. In case you didn't know, the iconic bass player died last October at the age of 65.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are back on speaking terms ... they just had a sideline chat during their son's flag football game.

Ye and Kim K both showed up for Saint's game Saturday at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, and they looked pretty chatty with one another.

It was a big game for Saint .... his Sierra Canyon School was playing in the season finale of the NFL Flag Football season, where all the leagues come together and play games in the home of the NFL's Rams and Chargers.

When Saint was on the field, North was chatting with her parents on the sidelines.

It seems the ice is beginning to thaw a bit between Kim and Kanye ... as we previously told you, they weren't talking to each other before this and were basically ignoring each other when they were at other recent events for the kiddos.

As you know ... there were numerous reasons Kim was exasperated with Kanye.

On this occasion, Kim seemed happy talking with Ye ... the photos don't reveal tension between the former husband and wife.

Kanye wasn't wearing his "White Lives Matter" shirt ... like the one he wore at one of North's basketball games last month, when Kim wouldn't even look in his direction.

Kris Jenner's 67th birthday provided another chance for her daughters to get into costume ... Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Kylie celebrated by dressing up in some of their mom's iconic looks.

The birthday bash went down Friday night, with Kim explaining the theme ... "Dress up as your best Kris."

For Kim, that meant mimicking her mom's signature hairdo with a black, pixie cut wig ... and a teal sequin dress recreating Kris' outfit from an old family Christmas card.

Khloe's take on Kris -- platinum blonde, oversized sunglasses, floral pantsuit and red heels -- pays homage to a 2017 Instagram post of her mother.

Meanwhile, Kourtney brought back Kris' look from her appearance in Ariana Grande's "Thank You Next" music video ... rocking a pink jumpsuit.

The youngest of the bunch, Kylie went with a super throwback version of Kris ... wearing a long black sequin dress with red lipstick, a la Kris from the 1980s.

Kris had a front-row seat to her daughter's creative costumes ... and judging from the videos, it looks like she was having a great time, even singing some karaoke.

Kendall Jenner was noticeably absent ... but it's her birthday week too.

The Kris-themed party was Friday, and her 67th birthday is today ... with Kim posting a bunch of black-and-white photos from the bash and wishing her mom happy birthday.

Fans of R&B and soul music could be livin' it up in a pretty monumental home ... if, of course, you can cough up a ton of cash for Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's former pad.

The 8,022-square-foot property is out in Alpharetta, GA ... hitting the market last Thursday for $1.9M -- a big chunk of change for this piece of music history.

Scott Disick is doing something we rarely see anymore -- spending some one-on-one time with Kim Kardashian -- as cameras for the family's reality show trailed close behind.

Scott and Kim had a late-night dinner together at Il Fornaio in Woodland Hills Thursday ... where you have to imagine they caught up on the latest family drama, and Kourtney's marriage with Travis Barker.

Fans of "The Kardashians" know Scott's been notably absent from the show lately.

Scott's spoken up about not getting invited to family functions -- for those unaware, he was a big part of Kourtney's life post-breakup, but that changed after she and Travis got hitched.

Joe Exotic's had enough of his living conditions behind bars ... so he's putting the whole place on blast, basically saying Satan is his warden now.

The "Tiger King" star fired off on Instagram Thursday -- yes, while in a federal pen -- and wrote, "I have officially landed at the bottom of hell, at the Federal Prison in Atlanta GA."

He continued "Senator Ossoff, Warnock and Walker are all lying to you Black Voters of Georgia because the Animals at the Atlanta Zoo are living better then [sic] your loved ones are in here I promise. #fixthiss***".

As you know ... the documentary star is serving a 21-year sentence for trying to hire 2 men to murder his nemesis, Carole Baskin.

Even before his transfer to ATL -- he was previously in a Texas federal prison -- Joe's had a rough go of it behind bars ... battling an aggressive cancer. In fact, he's moved a few times in order to get better medical attention.

The Atlanta facility he's in has reportedly been at the center of a monthslong investigation over allegations of drug abuse, violence and unsanitary conditions.

Khloe Kardashian is putting her foot down with Tristan Thompson when it comes to footing the bill for their daughter's lavish parties ... something she made clear on True's 4th birthday.

Khloe's approach -- basically, "thanks but no thanks," Tristan -- comes through loud and clear in the latest episode of "The Kardashians." She was throwing a huge birthday bash for their daughter when Kris pulled Khloe aside to let her know Tristan had paid for the whole party behind her back ... and KK wasn't having it.

Khloe immediately shut down the idea, and was adamant she's paying for the entire baby banger by herself.

She told her momager .. "No, he's not taking care of the whole party."

Kris actually defended Tristan, and insisted Khloe should let him pay -- but after going back and forth, Khloe said, "That's nice, but I won't let that happen."

As you know, their relationship has seen a lot of turmoil before they split.

We broke the story ... they had a baby boy via surrogate, but Khloe later found out Tristan had cheated on her again, and had gotten another woman pregnant -- all behind her back.

In recent episodes of the show, she called TT a "liar." They've since been focused on co-parenting and denied rumors about rekindling.

As for the party, he apparently had a game and couldn't attend, but Khloe still wasn't about to let him pay for the whole party.

In her confessional, she said, "I work really hard to do elaborate things for True and I don't need anyone's help."

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have moved on -- at least for the time being -- from being a couple ... and are not still in communication, despite some recent reports.

Sources close to the former pair tell us stories that Pete's been reaching out to Kim in light of Kanye's latest episodes are flat-out false. In fact, we're told the two have not seen each other or been in communication at all lately.

Our sources say Kim and Pete would remain friendly if they came face to face, there's no bad blood, but each has their own things going on right now ... Kim with her work and kids and Pete with various movie and TV projects.

As for whether or not the two will ever get back together as a couple -- we're told that scenario is "highly unlikely."

It was back in August when we reported Kim and Pete were calling it quits after dating for 9 months. During their relationship, we saw them date bi-coastal while Pete got closer to Kim's 4 kids, they attended big events together and shared cute pics through social media.

Kim has not been dating anyone, at least publicly, since the split ... and we're told her attention has fully been on her kids while Kanye West continues to fall from public favor after his antisemitic rants, dragging of George Floyd and his family as well as wearing a "White Lives Matter" shirt.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson certainly raised a lot of eyebrows this weekend with many wondering if the former couple had rekindled things yet again ... but we're told it simply isn't happening.

Kim Kardashian held a massive Halloween bash at her Hidden Hills estate for all of the youngins in the Kardashian/Jenner family. However, a video recap North posted from the party had everyone talking because you see Tristan front and center.

Sources connected to both Khloe and Tristan tell us ... he was only there to spend some time with his son and daughter -- he and Khloe aren't an item in any romantic capacity.

What's more, we're told he and Khloe have repaired their relationship to a point where it's easy to co-parent, and Khloe wants Tristan to be able to attend holidays and fun events for their kids for the rest of their lives without drama.

We're told at this time, there's not a chance Khloe would get back with Tristan romantically -- he's destroyed those chances -- they're in a really good place and he's a great dad.

TMZ broke the story, Khloe and Tristan hired a surrogate to bring another baby into the world. However, unbeknownst to Khloe, Tristan had gotten another woman pregnant ... embarrassing Khloe by cheating on her once again.

Kylie Jenner dressed up as Elvira for Halloween -- and she's got the horror queen's stamp of approval, with one proviso.

Elvira tells TMZ ... "I didn’t get a heads up that Kylie was doing the costume, but she did the costume justice and it was very flattering." While it sounds like Elvira was digging the shout-out, she goes on to say an actual digital name-drop would've been appreciated.

She adds, "It would have been even more flattering if she tagged me."

Kylie threw up at least 4 different Instagram posts showing off her costume -- which was recreated to match Elvira's iconic look to a T. You can tell she respects the one and only, but as Elvira mentions ... Kylie never really connected the virtual dots for a notification.

She did tag the studio that shot these, and even gave herself a nickname ... "kyvira." Kylie got a lot of love in the comments, but it doesn't appear that Elvira herself said anything. It's also unclear if she officially "liked" any of Kylie's posts.

Khloe Kardashian sure seems enraged at her ex, Tristan Thompson, but she's not letting it get in the way of co-parenting, because he was front and center at their Halloween shindig.

The Kardashians held a little get-together this weekend for the kids, and the ex-couple showed up on North West's TikTok compilation ... appearing in the same shot at one point, but not interacting much.

Khloe was in a full-body catsuit, while Tristan was shielded in an Iron Man mask. Their daughter, True, was dressed up as the Disney character Owlette ... and the newest addition to their family, the baby boy, was in a Tigger costume. True held her baby bro but his face wasn't visible.

Mama bear wrote ... "Owlette and Tigger aka True and Baby Brother. (Shhhhh…. But I can't wait for Halloween to be over)."

Nothing too crazy here ... it's just Khloe and Tristan co-parenting as they've done in the past. Of course, his most recent cheating scandal -- resulting in the birth of a baby with Maralee Nichols -- has led some to believe he's iced out of the picture. That's clearly not the case.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are lightening up ... unloading their Bev Hills mansion and gunning for a big, fat profit!.

K&T listed the property for $21.9M ... standing to make an enormous profit, given they bought the place 4 years ago for $13.45M.

It clearly has sentimental value ... it's the first house they bought together. Nonetheless, $$$ is $$$.

The main house is a 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion. Just to give you an idea of scale, the primary bedroom alone is 2,300 square feet ... the size of most homes.

But wait, there's more ... a movie theater, a billiard room, a gym, a massage room and the obligatory pool.

Kylie owns 4 other properties, including the swanky, $12M Hidden Hills crib.

"Pawn Stars" Rick Harrison and Chumlee have a chance to snap up a one-of-a-kind piece of memorabilia ... courtesy of an NFL player holding on to a Pokémon card worth 6 figures!!!

Rick and Chum met up with Raiders' linebacker Blake Martinez Thursday night during a meet and greet at Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas.

Blake brought his very rare card -- a Pokémon Illustrator -- and the guys got a close look. It is said to be one of the rarest cards in Pokémon history, as only 4 were ever made.

That makes it a bona fide commodity ... one experts believe could rake in more than $1 mil. There is one in better condition, which sold for $4 million!!!

As for how it got in Blake's hands -- the Pokémon fanatic's been collecting 'em all since he was 6 years old. This trophy card in particular he had FedExed from a guy in Japan.

While the linkup might seem unlikely to some, we're told the guys came together because Blake and Chum both trade cards on the same website.

Blake is selling the card through Goldin Auctions ... and it's already hit $360K.
