"Storage Wars" star Rene Nezhoda has a new way to make a quick buck ... and no, it ain't bargain hunting -- he took home the pot at a South American poker tournament, winning some serious cash!!!

Rene tells TMZ ... he beat 339 other players to take 1st place at the Enjoy Poker Tour in Punta Del Este, Uruguay over the weekend. That was after he also placed 11th in the High Roller event.

The storage hunter won a total of $70,455 for his victory in the main event -- some big poker players like Phil Hellmuth and Chris Moneymaker shouted him out on Twitter, congratulating him on his big W.

The event, hosted by America's Cardroom, seemed to wear down Rene a little bit ... saying he started out strong but would begin to get some pushback from the other players.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker returned one year later to the site where he had a trick up his sleeve and she got a treat ... a big, fat engagement ring -- and this time around they got into full Halloween mode.

Decked out in matching black skeleton tracksuits, they made a spooky return Monday to the Rosewood Miramar Hotel in Montecito, CA.

K&T took a stroll on the beach, holding half-filled glasses. They were decked out in standard-issue celebrity shades.

The famously-affectionate couple shockingly showed no PDA, but, hey, it's already been a year, so ...

After meandering on the sand, Trav and Kourt returned to their retreat.

So, check this out ... there were cameras filming a work crew arranging flowers on the sand -- mirroring the scene of Kourtney and Travis's engagement. Soooo, you'd think they're filming the anniversary for their show, but not so. A security guard was overheard saying the arrangement was for a wedding commercial.

TMZ broke the news that Kourt and Trav got engaged at the Miramar Hotel last October as cameras were rolling for the Kardashians' Hulu show. Kourtney's sisters, Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble and Travis' 2 kids all showed for a celebration and swanky dinner at The Rosewood.

Selma Blair is saying farewell to "Dancing with the Stars" ... but rocked the ballroom one more time, as she departs due to growing health concerns and her latest MRIs.

Selma made a tearful exit Monday night, when she performed for the final time with her dance partner Sasha Farber, and she had the whole crowd on its feet.

You'll recall, she opened up about her multiple sclerosis diagnosis back in 2018, yet she battled through the pain to compete for several weeks. Selma's now making it clear her body had reached its limit ... and that became clear after a recent test.

During rehearsals, she said ... "I had MRIs and the results came back, and it all adds up to, I can't go on with the competition." She was not specific about an injury or what part of her body required the MRI.

Selma continued, "I've pushed as far as I could. With a chronic illness, you do have special considerations, and my body has taken a hit. It's way too much for the safety of my bones. I could do extensive damage that I, of course, do not want."

We talked to SB a few years ago about her diagnosis, and she said she had been doing much better than it seemed at that time.

Selma closed out her impressive run with Sasha, as they danced to "What the World Needs Now Is Love."

Ant Anstead might be picking up and moving -- but it's not gonna be across the street where his girlfriend, Renee Zellweger, lives ... despite it looking like he's doing exactly that.

The TV personality recently put his Laguna Beach cottage on the market for $3.3 million -- interesting because he'd called it his dream home after his split with Christina Haack ... but even more so because Renee, his current SO, has recently set up shop across the street.

As their relationship has continued to get more and more serious, there was speculation Ant might be finally shacking up with RZ after months of dating -- especially after some photos surfaced this week showing him carrying quite a few personal items over to her crib.

Sadly for RenAnt stans, that's not what's happening. Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... he's just storing some stuff at her house -- her garage, specifically -- for the time being as he prepares to stage his current LB cottage in the search for a new owner.

In other words, they're not moving in together ... but are still together. Our sources say Ant is still looking for his own new pad -- the reason being ... we're told he simply wants something new. He's been there a year-plus now after snapping it up for $2.8 million.

As for the house itself, well ... it's nice. The home comes with its own wraparound deck, vaulted ceilings, an original brick fireplace and a sunroom that can be turned into a studio.

Kim Kardashian has been through the ups and downs of Kanye West's mental health episodes over the years, and while she's stepped in to help in the past ... this time is different.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Kim has totally removed herself from the situation with Kanye ... and hasn't spoken directly to him in weeks. We're told in times past, even when Kim and her family were the targets of his attacks -- she'd be there to help him until he was mentally sound again.

We've spoken to sources close to Kanye who tell us they wish Kim was still in the picture to step in, but it just ain't happening. Our sources say there's concern Kanye could lose a lot of money while everything seems to fall around him, but there's no safety net.

Sources connected to the estranged couple tell us Kanye has made attempts to reach out, but Kim won't answer ... instead focusing her attention on their kids.

As we reported, Kanye showed up to North's basketball game last week wearing a 'White Lives Matter' shirt. Eyewitnesses tell us not only did Kim not speak to Kanye, she refused to look in his direction, and had her car moved in the parking lot in order to avoid any communication.

"Teen Mom" star Leah Messer's now ex-fiancé Jaylan Mobley is movin' out of the place they once called home together ... this coming days after putting an end to their brief engagement.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Jaylan took his stuff Thursday from the West Virginia home where he lived with Leah and her kids.

We're told he moved his belongings -- including some of the furniture -- into his new apartment, about 45 minutes from Leah's place.

As for Leah, our sources say she's going to stay put in the house with her 3 kids, 9-year-old Adalynn and 12-year-old twins Aliannah & Aleeah -- after all, Leah bought the pad herself back in April for $515k.

We're told Leah's telling people around her she's saddened by the breakup, but won't budge on what caused the split -- only to say she really thought Jaylan would be her happily ever after.

Kim Kardashian gets her sexual drive with a little help from an 88-year-old lady ... her grandmother!

Kim's revelation came, of course, on their Hulu show, "The Kardashians," explaining to Mary Jo she remembered a tip she got from her granny ... sex in front of a fireplace is life-changing.

Ever the good granddaughter, Kim tested MJ's theory with her then-BF Pete Davidson ... in front of the fireplace at the Bev Hills Hotel.

Mary Jo worried they did the deed in the lobby where a fireplace is front and center, but KK assured her it was inside a room.

What's really interesting ... when Kim said she had a surprise for the fam ... both Kris and Khloe seemed to worry Kim might be jumping the gun ... getting ready to tie the knot with Pete.

The family of Willie Spence, the "American Idol" runner-up who died in a Tennessee car accident, doesn't think alcohol played a role -- instead, their alternate theory centers around his weekend activity.

Family sources tell TMZ ... Willie was leaving Tennessee State University's homecoming weekend when the crash happened, and while some have speculated he was driving drunk, his family says the late singer wasn't a drinker, so that doesn't track.

The accident took place during the day, not late at night ... another reason why they think he wasn't fresh out of leaving some big party.

However, we're told it was a long weekend for Willie -- one that might've left him severely fatigued, and the family's fear is he fell asleep at the wheel.

Police have yet to determine an official cause for the accident or his death.

Willie's family tells us he was on his way back to Atlanta to meet with an organization that helps abused and trafficked women ... a partnership he excitedly told his mother about the day before the fatal accident.

"American Idol" runner-up Willie Spence has died in a car crash ... a relative confirms to TMZ.

The singer was in Tennessee Tuesday when the crash took place ... although specifics of the accident have yet to be released.

Willie posted a video just hours before the crash ... doing what he does best -- singing his heart out. Douglas Now was first to report the story.

Fans of the show remember Willie blowing the judges away in season 19, and making it all the way to the finale ... singing hits like "A Change is Gonna Come" and "Georgia on My Mind." He ended up coming in 2nd place behind Chayce Beckham.

There's been an outpouring of love for Willie since his passing ... Katharine McPhee of 'AI' fame expressed her heartbreak -- saying, "God rest your soul Willie. It was a pleasure to sing with you and to know you."

The 2 performed a duet together during his time on season 19.

Producer Randall Emmett also left a message for Willie, writing "I was lucky to have him sing for me live at my home and other events, I will miss you my friend. I know you touched so many of us."

He was 23.

Lisa Rinna is catching heat for some controversial comments she made on the 'RHOBH' finale -- her take on cancer is pissing off folks who research the disease.

Here's the deal ... during the finale, Lisa justified sharing secrets Kathy Hilton told her by claiming she would "get sick and get cancer" if she didn't get it off her chest.

That flip remark isn't sitting well with the American Institute for Cancer Research ... a rep tells us Lisa is "just using the specter of cancer as emotional blackmail to justify airing her grievance."

Setting the morality of Lisa's comments aside, the institute says Lisa is totally wrong about how cancer enters the body ... they say there is no strong evidence to support stress being the cause of cancer.

What's more, AICR says wherever Lisa is getting her information on cancer development is "certainly not based on reputable research."

Bottom-line for the cancer researchers ... Lisa "has taken a popular (but likely false) concept" and spewed it to the masses -- just to rationalize stirring up drama.

'RHOA' alum Cynthia Bailey and her husband Mike Hill have gone their separate ways ... splitting after two years of marriage.

A source close to the former couple tells us the two came to a cordial mutual decision to end things, after determining things just weren't working out and they were growing apart. Obviously, Cynthia's career has taken off since leaving 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' ... and we're told she will continue to grow. We're told the two have also filed for divorce, though we have not yet confirmed.

Our source says Mike only wishes the best for Cynthia, and will continue to further his own career. Mike and Cynthia tied the knot back in 2020, but there have been recent reports that the two were struggling in their marriage.

Cynthia has dropped his last name on her Instagram ... no longer going by Cynthia Bailey-Hill. What's more, their two-year anniversary was supposedly on Monday, but neither seemed to acknowledge it on social media ... naturally raising eyebrows of some curious fans.

ICYMI, the former couple exchanged vows in a lavish wedding at Governors Towne Club in Georgia, and some of the events around the extravaganza were aired on season 13 of the Bravo series.

Their pair do not share any children together.

Blake Shelton is stepping away from the coach's chair ... he says the upcoming season of "The Voice" will be his last.

Blake made the announcement Tuesday, explaining he's been wrestling with the idea of leaving the singing competition show for a while now.

As one of the longest-tenured coaches, Blake says his 12 years on the NBC show have been a hell of a ride, and he's thanking everyone who had a hand in pulling off the twice-a-week live show.

Blake says he's made lifelong bonds with tons of folks on the show, including wife Gwen Stefani and host Carson Daly.

BS is also giving a shoutout to all the singers who have appeared on "The Voice" during his 12 years, especially those who picked him to be their coach.

Blake ends by saying the show wouldn't be what it is today without the fans.

No word on who will replace Blake as a coach.

Swatch, the fabulous dog known for his hard work on "Project Runway," has died.

The pup's owner, Eric Sauma, tells TMZ ... the Boston Terrier passed away over the weekend, going peacefully in his sleep. Eric's parents went to go wake Swatch up for breakfast, but he already crossed the rainbow bridge.

We're told he made it to the end of his breed's lifespan, dying at 15 & a half years old -- slightly older for his breed.

Eric says the last few months were rough for Swatch ... his hips were starting to go, and he became blind by the end.

Fans of the show remember Swatch as a furry icon, serving as the mascot of Mood Fabrics, where the designers on the series get their intricate needs met. The terrier would often greet the contestants, or just take a snooze during times of intense panic.

The show's currently taping its 20th season, and Eric says his team is working on a memorial ... noting there are discussions about highlighting him on the show, but that's still TBD.

He tells us they're going to cremate Swatch and build a shrine at Mood Fabrics HQ in New York City, where fans can visit him.

'Teen Mom' star Leah Messer and her fiancé Jaylan Mobley are no more ... ending their relationship two months after getting engaged.

The two tell us, "While the last year has been tremendously exciting for both of us, we’ve realized that it’s best we walk separate paths. We are so grateful for the lessons, growth, and memories we’ve had in this relationship. Leah and Jaylan announced their engagement back in August, he proposed on the beach, and in an Instagram post, wrote, "Two souls, one heart. It's official."

Khloe Kardashian just revealed a recent skin cancer scare ... which resulted in a tumor being removed from her face.

Khloe got candid about the health issue Tuesday on social media, saying she went to the doctor for a biopsy after noticing a small bump on her face that remained there for 7 months.

First, Khloe says a dermatologist examined her face, and then she had two biopsies resulting in doctors telling her she needed an immediate operation to remove a tumor from her face.

Khloe says Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher performed the operation, and she says everything appears fine now and she's healing.

Sources close to Khloe tell TMZ the first biopsy revealed melanoma, and docs couldn't believe the results, so a second biopsy was performed. We're told after the tumor was removed it was tested and it revealed precancerous melanoma.

Khloe says she's sharing her cancer scare to encourage folks to get their skin checked frequently, pointing out she always wears sunscreen and still had an issue.

Our sources say if Khloe didn't get her face checked out, the tumor could've turned into full-blown cancer, though it's impossible to predict when that would have happened.

Kim Kardashian is opening her wallet to pay for heightened security at her kids' private school ... all because Kanye West has blasted the name of the school to the world, creating a heightened security risk.

Ye has been on a tear, trying to get their 4 kids to enroll at his Donda Academy. He's been Instagramming the name of the school where the kids are currently enrolled, and that means any random person now knows exactly where the school is located.

And there's more ... Kanye's made a lot of people angry over the last week, wearing his "White Lives Matter" shirt. Kanye even made an incendiary comment about school shootings, attacking Boosie Badazz who called him out over the shirt.

Ye wrote on Insta, "DON'T SPEAK ON ME LIL BOOSIE SPEAK TO ME YEAH LITTLE NERD ASS ME COME SMACK ME OR COME SHOOT ME IM THE ONE THAT GOT BULLIED BY THE ENTIRE BLACK CELEBRITY COMMUNITY NO IM BACK TO SHOOT THE SCHOOL UP."

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the school recently hired additional security as an extra precaution, and Kim is footing the bill. We're told the increased security presence isn't because Kanye himself poses a threat, but there's concern someone could see his messages about the school and show up on campus ... posing a risk to students.

Kanye has been putting a full-court press on Kim to enroll the kids at Donda. Kim has resisted, in no small part because it's not an accredited school. A recent Rolling Stone story said Donda offers, "Parkour classes, a cone of silence, and a principal with no apparent formal teaching experience."
