"Kings of Pain" star Adam Thorn signed up to get bitten by a venomous lizard, and while he survived ... the pain was so unbearable he ended up vomiting.

Adam put his arm, and as it turns out his stomach, on the line for his History Channel show -- getting bitten on the arm by a Mexican beaded lizard. The critter has a venomous bite, but it hasn't been studied as much as its more famous relative, the Gila monster, making this a scary situation for Adam.

The guy's a real 'King of Pain' ... Adam's been bitten and stung by countless animals, and nearly strangled by a reticulated python, but this is the first time one of these encounters made him hurl.

Adam uses a 30-point pain index to rate his stings and bites ... and he's giving the Mexican beaded lizard a 26.5, which is higher than last season's 25.75 for the reticulated python.

The pain index includes intensity, duration and damage, and Adam experienced it all. The lizard's bite debilitated him so much, he couldn't handle the lizard when it came time for his co-star Rob Alleva's bite.

Kourtney Kardashian's telegraphing a not-so-subtle reminder to the world she's a Barker now -- and it's written all over her and Travis Barker too ... in case you've been under a rock.

The newlyweds were still in Portofino, Italy Monday night, and rocked matching white leather jackets -- one embroidered with "Mrs. Barker" on the back, and the other with "Mr. Barker."

As we've told you, Kourtney was quick to take Travis' last name on Instagram ... changing her profile Monday evening to Kourtney Kardashian Barker.

One thing that hasn't changed is their penchant for serious PDA!!! Trav and Kourt were still all over each other during their evening outing -- just a day after saying their "I Dos" before family and friends.

Their over-the-top wedding -- their 3rd one -- was held at the stupidly scenic seaside compound of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana.

While we don't know if Kourtney's planning to legally take Travis' name, the jackets and IG change are strong hints she will do exactly that -- if they ever come back from Italy.

Scott Disick sure knows how to distract himself ... while his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, and Travis Barker were celebrating their marriage in Italy, Scott was hitting a packed NYC strip club.

Sources inside Sapphire New York tell us Disick rolled in with a group around 2:30 AM Monday, and headed straight to the VIP section. We're told he was low-key, only chatting with his immediate crew ... he didn't even interact with any dancers.

Our sources say Scott's group included an almost equal split of men and women, but there was one woman who he spoke with most of the night.

In all, we're told Disick was only at the club for about an hour before taking off.

Scott wasn't the only celeb at Sapphire Sunday into Monday -- Pusha T performed to promote his latest album, but our sources don't believe Lord Disick caught that show, as it ended shortly before Scott arrived.

As we reported, things across the Atlantic at Kourtney's wedding were over the top. She and Travis exchanged vows at the Dolce and Gabbana Estate in Portofino before heading to Castello Brown for the reception, which featured an Andrea Bocelli performance.

Hey, Kourt and Travis enjoyed their form of art, world-class singing ... and we're sure Scott enjoyed his too!

Kourtney Kardashian is changing her name to Kourtney Kardashian Barker ... at least on social media ... taking her husband's last name after marrying Travis in Italy.

Kourtney made the name change Monday on her official Instagram page, which now shows Travis' last name tacked on to her name, with a flaming heart emoji.

KKB is still rocking her original Insta handle ... kourtneykardash ... at least for now.

As you know ... Kourtney and Travis got hitched over the weekend in a lavish wedding in Italy, exchanging vows in front of friends and family, including Kim Kardashian and Mark Hoppus.

The wedding was held at the Dolce & Gabbana estate in Portofino. The reception at Castello Brown saw Andrea Bocelli sing as Kourtney and Travis had one of their first dances as husband and wife.

The Italian ceremony was the latest for the lovebirds ... they've also had weddings in Las Vegas and Santa Barbara, and have another celebration planned in Los Angeles.

It will be interesting to see if Kourtney takes Travis' last name legally, or just sticks with it on IG.

Baby fever is at an all-time high in the Osbourne family ... as Kelly Osbourne showed off her baby bump while attending a baby shower for another family member.

Kelly was all smiles as celebrated her brother Jack and his fiancée, Aree Gearhart, at their baby shower -- held at Ozzy and Sharon's house. Jack and Aree are expecting their first child together.

Of course, Kelly was on auntie AND soon-to-be-mommy duty ... she rocked a light pink dress and violet hair, but her growing baby bump stole the show. As we've reported, Kelly announced she was pregnant for the first time earlier this month.

She wrote on Instagram, "I know that I have been very quiet these past few months so I thought I would share with you all as to why… I am over the moon to announce that I am going to be a Mumma..."

While she didn't say who she was having a baby with, she recently told her followers she was dating Sid Wilson from "Slipknot" when she wrote, "after 23 years of friendship I can’t believe where we have ended up! You are my best friend, my soulmate and I am so deeply in love with you Sidney George Wilson."

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker celebrated one of their first dances together as a couple with a little help from one of the best voices in the world ... Andrea Bocelli.

The Italian tenor treated the Barkers to a rendition of "Can't Help Falling in Love" while the couple danced together on stage. Not only were guests treated to Andrea, his son, Matteo, was also invited to perform. The two performed several songs.

And of course, in true Kravis fashion, they shared a long kiss while Andrea belted out the tune.

As we reported, Kourtney and Travis had their ceremony at the Dolce & Gabbana estate in Portofino Sunday -- complete with a private boat ride for guests to the venue. From there, it was party time at Castello Brown, a 13th-century military lookout the couple rented out.

The wedding day was among 4 days of celebration for the newly married couple over in Italy. Our sources say only a very limited number of family and close friends were invited to attend -- including Kourtney's sisters and Travis' bandmates -- including Mark Hoppus and MGK.

Travis Barker did NOT hurl a homophobic slur when he was getting pranked on Ashton Kutcher's old MTV show ... so says the actor from a resurfaced clip that's stirring up controversy.

Here's the deal ... Kourtney Kardashian's husband is getting slammed online by folks who claim he used the f-word in an old clip from "Punk'd."

In the resurfaced clip, Travis is having dinner with Shanna Moakler when an actor posing as a waiter comes to the table and starts flirting with her, pretending they used to date.

Travis gets pissed and tells the server, "Yeah, she usually dates (bleep)" ... and it sets off a heated confrontation, with the waiter saying he didn't appreciate the term.

There's online speculation the MTV show bleeped out a slur ... but the actor playing the waiter in the episode, Ahmed Ahmed, tells us that's not the case. Instead, he says Travis exclaimed, "f***ing a**holes."

Ahmed says the Blink-182 drummer was totally cool once Ashton came out and let him know he was being pranked.

For those who might not buy Ahmed's story ... he doubts Travis would have signed the release forms allowing the clip to air on TV if he had actually said what people are accusing him of saying.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's extravagant wedding was definitely a picture-worthy event -- but, there's one dude who was NOT down with photo ops -- Kourt's son, Reign Disick.

Walking alongside Kim Kardashian and North West ... Kourt's 7-year-old son gave paps the ol' "no pictures" on his way to see his mom exchange vows. Evidently, the photographers didn't scatter fast enough, because Reign loudly added ... "Give us a break!"

It's hilarious ... while he's the youngest of the 3 walking to the wedding, he's the one to speak up and give the paparazzi a piece of his mind.

As you know, Sunday marked Kourtney and Travis' 3rd time tying the knot.

Bam Margera broke his wrist and dislocated his elbow in a skateboarding accident, but his recovery will not include the use of any pain medication.

The 'Jackass' star tells TMZ … he suffered the injury when he fell trying a skateboarding trick he hadn't done in over a year, but, unfortunately, it ended with his arm bending backward and bones nearly breaking his skin.

Right before the gruesome accident, Bam says he was in an AA meeting across the street from the skatepark. He hopped on his board to try some tricks during a 30-minute break ... and the rest, as they say, is disastrous history.

While Bam says this is the 10th time he's broken the same wrist, this recovery will be different from the others -- he says he's not going to take any pain meds because he's also in addiction recovery, which is going well.

As we first told you ... Bam recently completed a year of drug and alcohol treatment in Florida, and he's looking to stay on the wagon and is still continuing with classes.

Kim Kardashian took to the streets of Portofino, Italy Sunday ... and she was like a Pied Piper.

Kim strolled through the streets with North and Penelope, with an entourage -- including her glam team -- and bodyguards in tow. It's pretty clear ... Italians are at the very least curious about the big fuss over the Kardashians.

They were on the hunt for gelato and did a little shopping in the process.

Kim's in town for sister Kourtney's 3rd wedding ceremony. Most of the fam is there, including Kylie, Kendall and Kris.

She jumped on a boat with North, presumably to get ready for the nuptials.

What we don't know ... is it possible Pete will jump on a plane and make it in time for the nuptials? He signed off 'SNL' for good Saturday night, and he could have jetted off in the middle of the night ... but we don't know.

Kourt and Trav took her son Reign for a stroll Saturday morning, ahead of the nuptials which appear to be going down this weekend at an amazing castle ... probably Saturday night.

Wedding #3 won't sufficiently do it. We're told there'll be another shindig -- a BIG one -- once they all return to the States. It'll be for friends and fam. The question -- will Scott be invited and if so will he show?

The cast of "Jersey Shore" has done a lot for MTV -- but now, they've pissed the network off ... with a statement denouncing a new, younger version of the popular reality show.

If you didn't know, MTV announced earlier this week it would be adding a revamped version of the classic, with an all-new cast, to the network's upcoming programming -- a cast in the age range of the OG "Jersey Shore" stars when they started out way back in the day.

Clearly, that didn't sit well with The Situation, Snooki, JWoww, DJ Pauly D, Vinny, Deena or Angelina ... who all posted the same statement slamming the new show, saying, "... we are not in support of a version that will exploit our original show, our hard work and authenticity to gain viewers."

We've spoken to high-level sources at MTV who say show and network honchos were not only blindsided ... they're PISSED, calling the cast "ungrateful" and saying, "It's disgusting they'd take a swipe at the network."

Not only that ... they say the cast's claim MTV was struggling before airing "JS" just isn't true, and was an uncalled-for low blow.

We should mention ... the OG cast isn't going anywhere, at least not yet, and their "Jersey Shore Family Vacation" still has a home on the network.

Can't say the cast never had a shortage of drama ... and here's more proof.

"Naked and Afraid XL" contestant Dan Link is getting creative in growing his own food in the Amazon ... using undigested tomato seeds from his poop to grow plants, and it's working!

Dan, a survivalist who's appeared in two previous seasons of "Naked and Afraid," planned out his poop seed garden way in advance ... eating a bunch of tomatoes before getting shipped off to a rainforest in Peru to film the new season.

The move is paying off ... Dan took a dump in the woods and mixed in some dirt, then added water ... and now there are plants sprouting from the ground.

Dan's garden is growing so well, he's been moving the seeds around ... and now there are three garden terraces, which are growing like crazy.

The unique tomato garden is featured in Sunday's episode of "Naked and Afraid XL" airing at 8 PM ET on Discovery.

Dan is among the contestants trying to hold out for 60 days in the rainforest ... and based on the video, he seems stoked to eat his poop seed tomatoes once they're ripe.

TMZ broke the story, Kourtney and Travis' wedding celebrations are slated for the next 4 days, with the ceremony to take place at Castello Brown -- a structure built in the 13th century with a ton of history.

Kim Kardashian says her life and the lives of her children are in danger, after receiving scores of letters that threaten their lives and one where the letter writer threatened to blow up her office with a bomb.

Kim's lawyer, Shawn Holley, beelined for court Monday to get a restraining order against David Resendiz, someone Kim says she's never even met. Kim says somehow Resendiz got her home and business addresses and began sending a slew of letters -- more than 80 -- threatening her and her 4 kids in various ways.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim says Resendiz made numerous false and delusional claims about her intimate relationships. She says he's made "disturbing sexual references about me in his letters."

Kim says he's threatened in multiple letters to kill her. And, she says, on April 25, she received a written bomb threat in a letter delivered to one of her business offices. She says the letter is a dead ringer for the ones Resendiz previously sent.

Kim says she's scared for her safety and the safety of her family. She believes unchecked ... Resendiz could harm or even kill her.
