Kim Kardashian's sex tape troubles are bubbling up all over again on her new reality show -- only this time, her kid's in the loop ... and it's causing a lot of on-screen drama.

There's a scene in which Kim frets over her 6-year-old boy, Saint, who asked her about a pop-up ad he stumbled upon touting alleged unseen footage from her days with Ray J.

Saint questions her about it and it sends Kim and co. into a frenzy, where she freaks out/phones attorneys, demanding they stay on top of it and threatening legal action against those who might leak any would-be unearthed material that may or may not exist.

Kim says she's about "99.9 sure" there isn't anything else out there -- but clearly, she's worried enough about the prospect of a leak to get all riled up.

Funny enough, this is exactly how their old E! show started way back when ... the series started filming shortly on the heels of her infamous sex tape -- the one that definitely exists -- leaking to the public ... and some say this scene is deja vu, only now with her children.

What's interesting ... Kim is super concerned her kids might learn about all the sex tape drama online, but she's talking about that very thing on the new Hulu series, which then sparks more conversation and makes it more likely her kids will learn about it.

As for any unreleased tape, Kim tells her attorneys in the premiere she's willing to sue over any unreleased footage that might exist/leak, or against anyone who resurfaces her actual sex tape ... and she's pretty emotional. She even calls Kanye in the scene to vent.

As we reported ... Kim's legal team tore into Wack 100 for suggesting there was, in fact, extra footage that Ray was in possession of. Ye himself had to get involved by retrieving an old laptop from RJ ... even though we've been told there's nothing compromising on it.

Kat Von D is getting the hell out of Los Angeles and closing her famous tattoo shop, but not without a legal headache.

The former "L.A. Ink" star is being sued for unpaid rent and damages to the rental property she transformed into the famous High Voltage Tattoo in West Hollywood ... according to new legal docs.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the landlord claims Kat owes over $92,000 for remodeling fees and back rent from several months in 2020 and future rent that will come due in 2022.

According to the suit, Kat is being dinged for removing ceiling tiles, painting the ceiling, removing wallpaper from the entire store and demolishing a wall in the middle of the shop.

Remember, High Voltage Tattoo has seen all sorts of issues over the years ... including a fire and a couple of car crashes into neighboring businesses.

TMZ broke the story ... Kat is moving out of California, and her mansion is up for sale at $15 million. It's the home featured in the 2003 movie "Cheaper By the Dozen."

Moving's never easy, and now Kat's got a legal issue to deal with too.

Khloe Kardashian pulled out all the stops for her daughter's 4th birthday -- and the theme this year is quite clear ... it would appear the kid likes kitty cats, so the party's purrrfect.

Mama Bear has been documenting the festivities all day ... and just like any other Kardashian shindig for their children, this one's no different in how above and beyond Khloe went to make True's day special. Seriously ... their pad's totally decked out with decorations.

Indeed ... it would appear Khloe and co. went with a feline feeling to ring in the big day -- and True's loving it. Some of these vids of her soaking it all in are pretty heart-warming.

Not only are there a ton of cat party favors all over the place, but some actual kittens have been brought in as well ... so True and all of her cousins/friends have more than enough to keep themselves occupied, on top of all the other activities around.

There's a trampoline, a face painter, a ball pit with stuffed animals and prizes, a jump house/slide -- and there's even some kind of anime cat animal character in costume who's all set to boogie ... and which True is willing to help with as well. The girl gets down!

Oh, and her actual birthday cake was something behold too -- multi-layered, and intricately designed. Also, very on theme for what's going on around them.

Like we said ... it's kind of the M.O. for the Kardashian moms -- they go all out for their kids, and Khloe is no exception. These are just a handful of snapshots of the scene, but if you peep her IG Story ... you'll see the full scope. The place is like a kid wonderland out there.

It looks like some of Kim's children are also on hand ... including North -- who gets a little mouthy with her aunt about her thoughts on age 4 -- plus Dream and other little ones who are all running around and having a blast.

There's toys, there's games, there's attractions, there's music ... what else could a 4-year-old want in this day and age???

Pete Davidson has a lot in the works these days, but his future is set to include reality show appearances as well ... including his GF's brand-spankin' new show.

Cameras were rolling for "The Kardashians" Hulu show Thursday night in Hollywood when Kim, Pete, Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie, Kris and more hit Goya Studios for the season 1 premiere. Kim and Pete arrived together ... and their entrance was captured by the show's cams.

What's more, cameras were rolling when Kim and Pete interacted through the night -- including when they got in the car together and left for dinner at Jon & Vinny's.

A Hulu source tells us season 1 has already wrapped and it's in the hands of the streaming giant ... so fans hoping to get a glimpse of Pete on the show will have to wait for season 2.

We do know one thing ... Kim will discuss her relationship with Pete in season 1 -- but he won't get any face time.

Ben Roethlisberger spent most of his career beating the Cincinnati Bengals -- but it turns out, The Tiger King is still a huge fan!!!

TMZ Sports has confirmed ... Joe Exotic has written a letter to Big Ben from prison, asking the Pittsburgh Steelers star for his autograph.

Exotic's lawyer, John M. Phillips, tells us the 59-year-old penned the note just recently.

In his letter, Exotic told the future Hall of Famer that he needed a signature from Ben so he could gift it to his stepson for a birthday present.

"I promised him an autographed jersey by you because he thinks you are the s*** and he holds you on a pretty big pedestal," said Joe, who's been in prison since 2019 after he allegedly tried to hire men to kill his rival, Carole Baskin.

"There is one on eBay, but I don't have the $600 to buy it for his birthday. My fans helped get everything else he wanted. I'm just missing your jersey."

Joe ended his note by pleading for Ben to honor his request -- saying, "Can you help a man out that is fighting for his own freedom? Every kid needs a hero and you are his!"

Khloe Kardashian is in no mood for criticism on how she cares for her daughter, and she's now telling critics to worry about their own kids ... not hers.

Khloe was front and center at the premiere of the Kardashian's Hulu series Thursday, and she brought 3-year-old True along for the ride. Khloe was holding her kid for a time, and, of course, the Twitter mob dragged her because they felt the kid was too old to be held.

Khloe just responded ... "For the people who comment that I hold True too much… number 1 I'm gonna hold my baby until I can't hold her anymore."

She went on to say she had good reason to hold her daughter ... there was a flood of flashbulbs, lots of screaming and a crush of people all around her.

Khloe ended with a fair shot ... "Worry about your own children. We good over here".

"The Kardashians" Hulu show has taken over Hollywood -- shutting down several blocks for premiere night -- featuring Kim, Pete, Kourtney, Travis, Kylie, Khloe, Kris and more.

The whole thing went down at Goya Studios Thursday where a select number of guests were invited to hang with the family, watch the first episode from the upcoming series and get eyes on a couple super-loved-up couples.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davison showed up together, though he allowed her to walk the carpet by herself while he waited at the end. In their normal style, Travis and Kourtney couldn't keep their hands off each other.

Kim was dressed in a latex dress exclusively designed by Manfred Thierry Mugler, created jus before his death.

As for the episode -- you can tell Hulu stepped up production -- from the opening drone scene to the cutaway interviews ... it all seems like a step-up from 'KUWTK.'

The premiere's main storyline follows Kim's 'SNL' announcement, along with family reactions and how she planned to do her opening monologue. She talks about Kanye a lot, and it was clearly a time when the two had a solid relationship, as she even ponders bringing him to 'SNL' as her musical guest.

The episode wrapped with thunderous applause from the couple hundred in attendance, and after, guests were treated to drinks -- featuring Kendall's 818 Tequila -- and bites including chicken sandwiches, poke bowls and desserts.

A witness inside tells us Kim and Pete did a ton of socializing, but always seemed to find each other to check in throughout the night.

After 9 seasons on the air, "Shahs of Sunset" has gotten the ax ... but all might not be lost for some of the cast members who still could have some sort of future with the network.

Production sources tell TMZ the Bravo show simply ran its course after first airing in March 2012 ... and a decision has been made to end it.

There's some promising news amid the cancelation, however ... our sources say some of Shah's OG's -- Reza Farahan, Mercedes "MJ" Javid and Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi -- are all in early talks for potential future projects with the network.

If you didn't know ... "Shahs of Sunset" followed a group of Persian-Americans as they navigated their social lives and careers in Los Angeles -- all while trying to meet the demands of their families and their Shah traditions.

The series premiered with controversy ... concern grew within the Iranian-American community that the show would promote a very stereotypical message to the world.

Chelsea Lazkani says she wanted to be the first Black realtor on "Selling Sunset" because she doesn't see enough women who look like her selling luxury homes in Los Angeles.

We got the newest cast member from the hit Netflix show outside The Oppenheim Group in WeHo ... and asked her about being the only Black woman in a predominantly white cast.

Chelsea says she wanted to join the show to be a role model for other Black women, whom she says are underrepresented in luxury real estate in L.A. She's comfortable being the trailblazer and hopes to encourage others to make the industry more diverse.

Folks could do a lot worse than Chelsea in the role model department ... she's worked successfully in real estate for 5 years.

The way Chelsea sees it ... it only takes one person to get their foot in the door and show others they can be successful in a world where not everyone looks like them.

Fun fact, they don't talk about it on the show, but there is one person of color -- Amanza Smith is half black.

The 'Masked Singer' could've been a massive mess ... cause TMZ has learned, one of their biggest contestants almost dropped out 48 hours before filming this season!

Our 'Masked Singer' sources tell us, no contestant has ever threatened to quit so close to the start of the season before ... so everyone was caught off guard, and without a backup plan ... they were pretty much gonna be SOL.

Basically, execs of the show would have to completely revamp the entire season ... just before it was set to began. Luckily though, they were able to do some serious damage control ... and the show went on as planned.

We've learned there are a number of things that played a part in the contestant's initial decision, ranging from feeling ill-prepared to feeling overly restrained in the costume/mask.

We know what you're thinking ... but this wasn't a case of stage fright. We're told this particular contestant is no stranger to live performances on stage, but the giant costume completely threw them off.

These kinda "wardrobe malfunctions" aren't new to the folks at 'Masked.' As we previously reported, the complexity of the costumes has raised lots of concerns ... ya know like onstage wipeouts, safety of the contestants etc.

In this case, crisis was averted ... that is, after MS producers sent flowers to the performers and gave some much needed pep talks and praise. Turns out, the contestant ended up being a really strong performer and we're told they have the potential to win it all.

Add Caitlyn Jenner to the list of family members Kim Kardashian's introduced to Pete Davidson ... bringing him to Malibu for an official face-to-face.

Caitlyn says she met Pete for the first time recently when she called up Kim to catch up ... which resulted in Pete and Kim making the trek up to Caitlyn's crib.

It's funny ... Caitlyn told the bros on the "Full Send" podcast she actually got in trouble for calling the 'SNL' star "Peter" as a way to be polite ... with Kim laughing and correcting her to keep it short and drop the "R."

Caitlyn says Pete came off as a "very nice guy" but the best part for her was how "Kim seemed so happy." Caitlyn says that's her top concern, so it sounds like Pete passed another family test.

As we first told you ... Pete's met Kim and Kanye's kids, tooling around Sunday afternoon with North West in a pink, electric MOKE car.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are VERY much a couple in love ... check out the pics of their late-night Las Vegas wedding ceremony.

Kourtney posted 10 pictures from the ceremony, and you see her and Travis wearing matching black leather jackets inside the One Love Wedding Chapel, with an Elvis impersonator pronouncing them husband and wife.

KK and TB are all smiles as they mug for the cameras and share some loving embraces ... and, in true Kourtney and Travis style, there are a bunch of pics of them kissing.

Kourtney had a bouquet of red roses, and they also wore matching sunglasses inside.

TMZ broke the story ... Kourtney and Travis hit the chapel early Monday morning after the drummer performed live at the Grammys. They didn't allow the venue to take any photos, instead bringing their own photographer and security.

Kourtney captioned the photo dump ... "Once upon a time in a land far, far away (Las Vegas) at 2am, after an epic night and a little tequila, a queen and her handsome king ventured out to the only open chapel with an Elvis and got married (with no license). Practice makes perfect."

The "no license" admission obviously points out it wasn't a legal ceremony ... but like Kourtney said, practice makes perfect!

Kim Kardashian's done playing it cool in public when it comes to Pete Davidson ... instead, she's pouring her heart out about how happy she is, and all that's left is for one of 'em to say the L-word.

The SKIMS founder opened up about her romance with the 'SNL' star Wednesday morning on 'GMA' ... saying, "It's just a good feeling to be at peace".

As far as how serious things are, Kim says, "I mean, I am a relationship kind of girl, for sure".

Kim didn't outright say what the relationship means for the long haul, but she did say, "I wouldn't be with someone if I didn't plan on spending a lot of my time with them".

While Kim skirted spelling out just how serious she and Pete ... there's plenty of visual evidence now.

TMZ broke the story -- Pete's met her kids, or at least one of them. We got this video of PD and North as they tooled around in a golf cart in Scott Disick's gated L.A. community. ... which is not far from Kim's home.

Kim Kardashian has taken a big step in a relationship that is getting more and more serious ... her boyfriend, Pete Davidson, has now met the kids.

Pete and North West were cruising around late Sunday afternoon in what appears to be Scott Disick's gated community in L.A, near Kim's house.

They were riding around in a pink, electric MOKE car for around 30 minutes -- from 5 - 5:30 PM ... so Pete was in no rush to see the Grammys.

You can't see her in the video, but we're told Penelope Disick was also in the little whip, so it was truly a family affair.

Kim and Pete have now dated for around 6 months, so Pete being around the kids isn't a stretch. In many divorce cases the exes agree that anyone with whom they become romantically involved cannot be around the children ... typically for 6 months, so Pete's intro is in line with the norm.

Joe Exotic's estranged husband Dillon Passage is willing to sign off on divorcing the 'Tiger King,' but he wants to work out a settlement first.

Dillon's attorneys, Chris Kirker and Holly Davis, tell TMZ … their client is eager to finalize the divorce, as long as Joe agrees to his terms.

His legal team says they actually started negotiating a divorce settlement back in September with Joe's previous lawyer when DP and Exotic were already estranged ... but they hit pause on moving forward when Joe announced his cancer diagnosis.

As we first told you ... Joe ended up filing for divorce last week after more than 4 years of marriage, saying he wants to make their split official so he can marry his new prison lover.

Joe's new divorce attorney, Autumn Blackledge, tells TMZ … Joe wants to hammer out a deal, and it shouldn't be a problem, as long as Dillon's terms are "reasonable."

As for his terms -- Dillon's attorney says he wants both parties to walk away with what they owned coming into the marriage ... and he wants a permanent injunction preventing Joe from contacting him directly, stalking or harassing him.

Dillon's camp says those are the terms they offered back in September, when Joe's response was, "It will be a cold day in hell before I sign these papers ... You're out of your f***ing mind."

Sounds like it's gonna take some doing to reach a settlement, but Dillon's team stresses he's not looking for any big payday -- and Joe's camp says he wants something simple that allows each of them to take their own stuff and move on.

Harry Jowsey may not be dating Khloe Kardashian, but there are other fish in the sea ... and he's got his eyes on a few of them.

The "Too Hot to Handle" star sat down on the "TMZ Verified" Podcast and talked about a list of celebs he would love a shot with ... now that Khloe K is off the table, of course.

Harry says, he's already tried to DM actress/singer Hailee Steinfeld, but he was quickly shot down ... and, he may have a thing for singers 'cause he has also messaged Brazilian artist, Anitta.

And, the list goes on ... other celebs on his radar include actress Madelyn Cline and rapper Saweetie.

ICYMI, the last time we caught up with him, he denied dating Khloe Kardashian ... despite folks speculating the two exchanged Instagram messages.

He made it clear that he tried to DM her once but deleted it ... Khloe also came out, saying any dating rumors about her and Harry were absolutely not true.
