Paris Hilton is absolutely one to hold a grudge when it comes to Lindsay Lohan, and because of that she says there's NO chance she'll watch LiLo on MTV.

We got the reality TV OG -- as she describes herself -- and her fiance, Chris Zylka, Thursday at LAX -- and asked if she had any advice for Linds as she shoots her reality show, "Lohan Beach Club."

The couple laughed it off in unison, although Chris did have one very harsh tip for Lohan.

It's funny ... the dynamic here with Chris and Paris kinda reminds us of 2006, when Paris' pal, Brandon Davis, did all the Lindsay bashing and Paris did all the snickering.

Old habits die hard ... kinda like that grudge, which Paris says is all about Lindsay crossing her fam.

Luann de Lesseps has been released from rehab after less than 3 weeks, and she says it helped her out ... so she's already preparing to get back to work.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the 'Real Housewives of New York' star reached out to friends Monday to let them know she was out of her Connecticut rehab facility. She told them she's "doing better" and getting ready for her cabaret gig at The Paramount in Long Island Saturday night.

The show will be her first public appearance since her rehab stint.

We broke the story ... those close to Luann said she fell off the wagon at least 2 weeks before she checked into rehab a few weeks back -- for the second time in less than a year.

It took several months, but Bristol Palin has finally confirmed she and Dakota Meyer are no longer husband and wife ... and she's single.

TMZ broke the story in February ... the couple called it quits less than 2 years after their wedding and were no longer living together. We later found out Meyer filed the divorce docs January 29 in Texas.

But the newest 'Teen Mom' didn't make the news official until Wednesday, when she replied to a question on her Instagram Story about whether she was dating anyone with ... "freshly divorced & single forever lezzbereal (I am not ready to date)"

Bristol and Dakota were married in 2016 and have 2 daughters together. It's still unclear what arrangements have been made between the exes about child custody or support.

The "Dance Moms" star got some fresh air outside her rehabilitation center on a hot summer day in L.A. Tuesday. She recently completed her fifth round of chemotherapy to treat Burkitt lymphoma ... which she was diagnosed with in April.

Abby's not been shy about keeping fans posted on her progress, either ... including recovery updates and photos from her back surgeries.

She's also revealed she's due for 6 cycles of chemo to fight the rare form of non-Hodgkins Lymphoma ... so she's approaching the finish line.

Ex-"Dance Moms" star Mackenzie Ziegler has over 100k reasons to wanna make it to the "Dancing with the Stars: Juniors" finals ... huge BUCK$ are on the line.

The 14-year-old is guaranteed to make at least $50k for appearing on the 'DWTS' spinoff, but there are tons of incentives built into her minors contract ... obtained by TMZ.

- $10k for episodes 2 and 3

- $15k for episodes 4 and 5

- $20k for episodes 6 and 7

- $15k for episode 8

- and $20k for the finale ... bringing her total to $130k!!

The guy who said Colton Underwood was "acting like a pussy" despite never being in one on 'The Bachelorette: Men Tell All' says an apology is warranted ... FROM Colton!

We spoke to Jean Blanc -- one of Becca Kufrin's suitors this season -- a day after his fiery exchange with Colton aired, and he burned Colton over being a virgin. It WAS a harsh zinger, but it also stole the show.

Jean Blanc, who released his own fragrance Toujours Rose, tells us that's not exactly what happened in the studio, and thinks he's the victim of editing. He claims Colton fired the first shot, calling HIM the p-word, but producers cut that out. So, the final edit made it look like Jean Blanc took a cheap shot.

Even though much of Bach nation thinks JB went too far -- especially after Colton cried about bullying -- he insists Colton needs to say sorry.

Lindsay Lohan's new reality show with MTV is already hobbled -- 'cause its star is nursing a bum wheel.

Lindsay was in Mykonos, Greece Monday with a large brace wrapped around her right ankle and foot. It's unclear if she injured herself while filming "Lohan Beach Club" -- the new reality show MTV just announced.

Either way, LiLo doesn't look too comfortable with the foot gear. Hard to tell if or how this might affect production on her reality show. So far, so good ... camera crews were still front and center as she made her way around the club.

Also interesting ... Linds seemed to be walking around just fine in the newly released promo for the show -- which makes us think the injury is recent, and will probably (most definitely) be included as a plot point in at least one of the episodes.

Nikki Bella and John Cena are officially donzo, and that's not based on her reality show ... that's what they're telling friends in real life.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... the exes are telling friends their on-again-off-again relationship has finally gone kaput because they've grown apart ... figuratively and quite literally.

Remember, while Nikki was filming "Total Bellas," John was tied up in China ... and that distance further fractured their already-teetering relationship.

Our Nikki sources say she also realized while watching Sunday's finale of 'TB' how unhappy she was and hated the feeling of being confused and living in a gray area. Watching that high level of uncertainty reminded her why she ultimately chose not to walk down the aisle with John, despite his pleas.

Lindsay Lohan is snapping back to reality ... as in a new reality show, cause she's doing one for MTV.

The "Mean Girls" star will show what it's like to run her club biz when MTV launches "Lohan Beach Club" in 2019. The show will center around Lohan Beach House in Mykonos. It's the same hot spot where LiLo partied with Tiffany Trump over the weekend to raise money for victims of the massive Greek wildfires.

MTV cameras will follow Lindsay as her team of handpicked brand ambassadors prove their expertise and ambition over the course of the season ... all set at LiLo's day and nightclub on the Greek isles.

The icy relations between Bethenny Frankel and Carole Radziwill aren't unique -- we're told a whole lotta 'Housewives' aren't feeling the love from Frankel ... or giving it back.

Sources close to 'The Real Housewives of New York' cast tell TMZ ... it's hard to find any 'RHONY' stars who are fans of Bethenny. We're told most of the women feel she's negative, toxic and talks trash about everyone ... but they try to stay on good terms to avoid trouble.

They say Frankel acts high and mighty around the rest of the cast because of her successful side hustles ... but won't acknowledge the other ladies were successful too before and after their stints as 'Housewives.'

We broke the story ... Radziwill announced her departure from 'RHONY' by saying she was thrilled to say goodbye to frenemies -- a not-so-thinly veiled shot at Bethenny.

Turns out ... the frenemies are strong with this one.

Denise Richards isn't about to let a little thing like her zip code keep her from joining "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... which is why she slashed the price on her Hidden Hills mansion to move.

Sources close to the situation tell us Denise's motivation for lowering her asking price on her 6 bedroom, 8 bath crib was to get outta Dodge ASAP. As we first reported, Denise reduced the price by almost $1.3 million back in October. She dropped it even more this year and finally sold it last week for $4.995 mil.

Why the fire sale? Denise's neighbors bitched nonstop about filming back in 2008 when she had her reality show, 'It's Complicated' -- so much so, the property management company banned all productions.

It's widely believed Denise will join 'RHOBH' for season 9, so she'd need a new place anyway. No word where she's moving to now that she's unloaded the mansion.

Farrah Abraham says if you're looking for the real villain in "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans' gun incident ... you should start with the people who put the show on the air.

The 'Teen Mom' alum was leaving Mastro's in Bev Hills Friday night when asked about Jenelle's road rage video, and while she thinks what Evans did was wrong ... she believes MTV producers and its parent company, Viacom, are just as culpable for putting the cast in harm's way.

Farrah adds that Ryan Edwards' issues with drugs are another example of the production team being complicit in illegal behavior ... and wonders if their goal is to ruin lives.

'RHOC' stars Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador were warned, and now Alexis Bellino's estranged husband wants 'em to pay up for running their mouths about his family.

Jim Bellino filed a lawsuit Friday, ripping Tamra and Shannon for doubling down on statements they've made to the media ... claiming his trampoline biz had paralyzed customers, and that his pending divorce from Alexis was fake.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, he says their statement that "he's going to jail" is a flat-out lie.

Jim adds ... he's not buying the excuse they laid out on "Watch What Happens Live" earlier this month ... when they claimed they were "just poking fun" when they went in on him.

TMZ broke the story ... Jim fired off a cease and desist letter to the ladies, but he says they did neither. He's suing for damages in excess of $1 million.

50 Cent's going with the ole "everyone's doing it, Mom" explanation for why he posted a screengrab from 'Love and Hip Hop' star Teairra Mari's sex tape.

Fiddy filed his response to Teairra's revenge porn lawsuit, and in the docs he says the image he posted -- showing Teairra with ejaculate on her face -- was already all over the Internet when he reposted it. He says the fact others beat him to the punch protects him legally.

As for Teairra's argument he went beyond a basic repost by applying a black & white filter "to highlight the color contrast of the semen" ... 50 says even if that's true, he didn't change the nature of the photo.

50 also echoes a statement the judge made last month -- that the photo doesn't fall under revenge porn because it doesn't show genitals or a sexual act in progress. In flagrante delicto, in Latin.
