'RHONY' Star Ramona Singer Suffers Minor Injuries In Weekend Car Accident

6:00 AM PT 5/29 -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Ramona caused the pile-up. She took her eyes off the road for a second and did not see a vehicle stopping in traffic ahead of her. Singer's Maserati rear-ended the vehicle, causing a chain reaction into the other cars. Singer only suffered minor injuries. No one else was injured.

Law enforcement also tells us no alcohol or drugs were involved, and no arrests or traffic tickets were issued.

Ramona Singer had a rough start to her long Memorial Day Weekend after getting in a nasty fender bender, but she's on the mend now ... TMZ has learned.

"The Real Housewives of New York" star had left her home in Southampton, NY Saturday and was traveling along Montauk Highway in her Maserati when she rear-ended a Mazda ... according to sources close to Ramona.

We're told it was a 4-car pileup caused by a sudden stop by the first car, the Mazda was car #3 ... and Singer's Maserati was in the back.

Our sources say Ramona wasn't seriously injured, but was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital with bruises and minor aches and pains. She was treated and released shortly afterward.

We're told she's still shaken up, but is doing okay and recovering nicely.

As for her car ... it was totaled due to significant front end damage, but don't worry -- it was insured.

FAN-BOYING

Spencer Pratt is having the best Memorial Day ... thanks to Ben Affleck.

The former 'Hills' star apparently had a chance encounter with Batman Monday, and he's totally stoked about it. He shared a vid with the actor and wasn't shy about gushing over him ... saying he had chills from the meeting.

Spencer was pretty quick to point out he's been starstruck before, though -- recently -- by another huge celeb ... but Ben didn't seem to mind.

Affleck's got reason to be in good spirits, too -- he's moving into his new $19 mil Pacific Palisades mansion ... and things look to be going great with his gf, Lindsay Shookus.

'The Amazing Race' Teammates Josh & Paul Were 'Big Brother' Enemies

The latest duo to join the new season of "The Amazing Race" once viciously competed against each other on "Big Brother," and now they'll be battling for $1 million.

TMZ has learned ... Josh Martinez and Paul Abrahamian are teaming up for the "Big Brother" mash-up season of 'Race.' They were on season 19 of 'BB,' which Josh ended up winning the $500k grand prize ... and Paul came in second.

Despite the fact Paul bitch slapped Josh while they were in the 'BB' house -- we're told they actually became good friends afterward. We'll see if that holds up though, while they race around the world.

'The Bachelorette' Becca Kisses Mystery Man ... Is This Her New Fiance?!

Becca Kufrin's upcoming season of "The Bachelorette" hasn't aired yet, but the show filmed what looks like a finale a couple weeks ago ... and TMZ's got pics from the scene.

Becca's already revealed she's currently engaged to one of this season's contestants ... but it's unknown which one. That's where these photos come in ...

Becca can clearly be seen kissing a man in a suit at the Shangri-La's Resort in the Maldives -- possibly her new fiance -- while filming at the location on May 10. We're told there was a big cheer, hugging and group photos taken after what appeared to be a proposal.

Our sources also say the crew held a party for the couple the next day at the resort.

The only question now ... who's the lucky guy? A quick glance at the cast for the upcoming season offers some ideas ... but it's hard to pin down.

Becca's season of "The Bachelorette" premieres May 28.

'Buckwild' Star Busted on VA Drug Charges in FL

Some familiar, and still bad news for ex-"Buckwild" star Salwa Amin -- she got locked up Wednesday on a warrant for drug charges ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Amin was arrested in Orange County, FL on a warrant out of Virginia. According to her booking information ... she's facing multiple charges, including conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and possession of cannabis with intent to distribute.

She's been down this road before -- most notably in 2013 when she was arrested on similar drug charges, re-arrested in that same case and eventually sentenced to rehab and jail.

'Bachelor' stars Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham have been together long enough they're now answering questions almost exactly the same ... call it creepy cute.

We got Arie and Lauren on Wednesday leaving "The View" in NYC where they posed for pics with fans. Our guy asked the million dollar question -- will they watch Becca Kufrin's upcoming 'Bachelorette' season?

You'll recall Arie became public enemy No. 1 after blindsiding Becca and dumping her for Lauren ... in the cringeworthy 'Bachelor' finale. Watch ... Arie and Lauren were either coached on how to answer, or they're just starting to talk alike.

Btw ... Arie and Lauren are tying the knot Jan. 12 in Hawaii, a full year after meeting on 'Bachelor.' They made the announcement 5 days before Becca's premiere.

Stealing thunder, table for 2?

Scheana Marie Look What the Tide Washed Up ... 'BiP' Hottie Robby Hayes!

"Vanderpump Rules" star Scheana Marie's bathing suit says it best -- now that she's hooking up with another hot reality TV star ... in Hawaii -- yeah, "Living My Best Life" definitely applies here.

Scheana and "Bachelor in Paradise'' star Robby Hayes were strolling through the surf Tuesday in Oahu. Rumors started to swirl they were hookin' up back in March, but they both claimed they were just good friends. We'd say VERY good friends, based on these shots.

Scheana had previously been linked to Rob Valletta after her divorce from Mike Shay.

One thing Robby and Scheana can't deny -- they look good together.

Viral 'Hot Cop' Warns Survivor Cast Members Social Media Will Kill You!!!

The "hot cop" who scored a spot on the new season of 'Survivor' is schooling the other contestants on what he's learned from his 15 minutes of fame by warning them to delete "anything that can bite you in the ass over social media."

TMZ has obtained an email Daniel Rengering fired off in a chain with 12 other 'Survivor' contestants where he admits to creeping on their socials and warning them to "fine-tooth comb" anything that could publicly crucify them online.

Daniel warns the "Internet is a cruel, heartless bitch" where "trolls are going to work twice that hard to tear you down, spread nasty gossip and ruin your reputation."

Daniel's seen it happen firsthand after one of the cops in the photo that made him famous was accused of posting several anti-Semitic remarks to his Facebook in 2011, so it appears Daniel's intentions aren't to gloat, but rather to warn the others.

He also adds, "If a small-town country boy like me can host on the GRAMMYs, Oscars and SAG Awards Red Carpets, from a single viral photo, you guys can turn this opportunity into so much more."

Kylie Jenner S.F. Pop-Up Shop Draws Thousands!!

Kylie Jenner's pop-up shop damn near shut down an entire major city ... and this ain't lip service.

Kylie was in San Francisco where more than 2,000 crazed fans of the pouty reality star/makeup mogul took over ... as lines snaked around Union Square. How intense and important was this for Kylie fanatics? Tons of fans reportedly camped out and started lining up since Wednesday. Yikes!

Several streets had to be shut down in order to reign in the chaos. The shop opened at 10 AM. The draw wasn't just her famous lip kits, Kyshadows or Kyliners -- but Kylie herself.

According to Kylie ... the pop-up shop featured "custom San Francisco merchandise." Now that's catering to your crowd.

'Survivor' Contestant Kara Kay Was A Willing Participant ... In Alec's IG Posts

BREAKIN' THE RULES

The 'Survivor' contestant who broke her NDA by allowing herself to be featured in a photo with her castmate isn't out of the woods yet ... 'cause there's more evidence of wrongdoing.

TMZ has learned that Kara Kay had been filmed in multiple videos taken by fellow 'Survivor' contender Alec Merlino in the days leading up to their now-infamous photo ... as well as in clips after it went up. She's seen hamming it up for the camera in all of them.

The videos make it clear -- Kara knew she was being recorded by Alec for his Instagram stories ... despite their $5 mil NDAs saying they were strictly forbidden from associating on social media. The pair apparently had a "F*** it" attitude ... just like the caption.

As we reported ... Alec is the only one punished for now. Producers are withholding his appearance fee of $10k and disinviting him to the finale taping.

It looks like punishment for Kara is in the works. True, she wasn't the one who posted the photo, but sources close to the production tell us the various videos she shot are ample evidence she broke confidentiality.

Stay tuned ...

'Survivor' Contestant Punished for Breaking NDA ... Just the Dude, Though

'Survivor' producers have dropped the hammer after a couple contestants broke their NDAs by posing together for a photo -- but only punished one of them ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the production tell us Alec Merlino got the short end of the stick in the discipline department after posting a photo with fellow contestant Kara Kay and captioning their pic with a defiant "F*** it." We're told there's no decision yet on punishing Kara.

As for Alec ... sources say showrunners are withholding his appearance fee -- not prize money -- for the show, which comes out to about $10,000. He's also been disinvited to the finale episode broadcast, in which cast members come together and reflect on the season.

We're also told an email was sent to the rest of the cast addressing Merlino and Kay, explaining Alec had been punished ... and that others shouldn't follow suit.

All in all, we suppose Alec should consider himself lucky that he wasn't taken to court for violating his $5 million NDA. BTW ... Alec has since removed the photo from IG.

'Jeopardy!' Star Austin Rogers Vroom Vroom ... He's Gettin' His Own Show!!!

Answer -- This charismatic bartender became a "Jeopardy!" sensation last Fall after winning $411k during a 12-show win streak ... and could be starring in a new TV car show.

Who is Austin Rogers?

CORRECT!

Sources familiar with the project tell TMZ ... Austin's currently in high-level talks with a major cable TV network ... developing his idea for a car show for the "every man."

The series will showcase cars that didn't resonate with the public, but were the precursors to whips that were wildly successful. We're told Austin pitched the 1968 Honda CVCC, which was supper buggy and noisy but became a blueprint for the successful Honda line. He also talks about the Subaru Brat Pickup, which quickly fizzled.

He'll travel the country looking for rare but inexpensive cars, and when he finds the right one he'll go on a road trip, exploring the city where the owner lives.

There will be no $400,000 Ferraris or tricked-out Rolls-Royces ... just cars that have been long ago rejected by the public but have a great story.

We're told Austin came up with his idea -- which couples his love for cars with American history -- after his 'Jeopardy' run ended in October and, after pitching it with a production team ... a major network caught wind and has now partnered up.

The show's described as "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" meets "Top Gear" ... and we're told the project is in the funding stage now, but a big announcement is expected soon.

Looks like Austin wasn't lying about Hollywood calling.

'The Amazing Race' Adds More Past Season Winners ... To 'Big Brother' Mash-Up

The competition on the 'Amazing Race' and "Big Brother" mash-up is gonna be fierce, because it's stocked with a lot of previous winners and fan favorites hauling ass around the world.

Sources tell us James Huling, who won America's Favorite Houseguest on season 17 of "Big Brother," will be partnering with Corey Brooks, who appeared on season 18. James also appeared on season 18, but didn't win.

As we previously reported ... "Big Brother" alums Caleb Reynolds and Rachel Reilly are also in the race. Rachel won season 13 of 'BB' and Caleb's got experience from being on two seasons of "Survivor" too.

We're told the guys are calling themselves Team Tejas Tacos and they leave for Papua New Guinea at the end of the month to begin filming.

'Survivor' Star Jonny Fairplay Here's How to Deal with NDA Breakers

051518_jonny_fairplay_kal
YOU BROKE THE RULES!!!
TMZ.com

One of the best 'Survivor' contestants/lying scoundrels thinks producers should go easy on the 2 dimwits who broke their NDAs before airtime ... but says they still gotta pay.

We spoke to Jonny Fairplay of season 7 fame and podcast host Survivor NSFW -- known for lying about his grandmother dying and getting 3rd place -- and he tells us Alec Merlino and Kara Kay shouldn't be taken to court for violating their $5 million confidentiality agreements. He's got an alternative.

Jonny says the duo should lose their prize money from the show -- which he predicts is more significant than just a 1st or 2nd round payout, based on an apparent alliance/romance they seem to have formed ... which must've taken at least a few rounds.

BTW ... Jonny tells us just how much money is on the line for these two if showrunners go with his suggestion. It ain't $5 mil ... but it would definitely hurt a bit.

'Survivor' Contestants Violate NDA $5 Million Fine on the Line

'Survivor' contestants can apparently get through weeks of competition and mind games, but not a basic NDA agreement ... as two numbskulls just proved, and it could cost them dearly.

Sources connected to the reality show tell us a pair of contestants, who we're told are starring in the upcoming season, flagrantly broke their confidentiality agreements this week by posting a photo together ... when they were specifically asked not to just last week.

Filming for season 37 wrapped last Wednesday, and upon arriving back home ... sources say contestants were emailed a reminder not to spoil anything with social media activity -- like following each other and, obviously, posing together.

Turns out, a guy named Alec Merlino and girl named Kara Kay did just that Sunday, captioning their pic with a not-so-subtle "F*** it" -- which fueled rumors they're on the show. Welp, those rumors were true ... Alec and Kara are on the show, and hit it off in Fiji.

We're told producers are now pissed at them for breaking protocol, and are now looking at possible legal action, withholding prize money ... or both.

Production sources say the NDAs have a $5 million penalty, but good luck collecting. Still, the contestants could possibly be on the hook for enough to make it hurt.

Kris Jenner Lemme Try This Again ... 'Momager' is Ready for Business!!!

Kris Jenner's taking another stab at officially owning "Momager" ... 3 years later, but who's counting?

Kris' company filed docs -- obtained by TMZ -- to lock down the name "Momager" to slap on her new cosmetics line that dropped on Mother's Day. She also plans to use it for a new clothing line, according to separate docs.

TMZ broke the story ... Kris filed docs to trademark "Momager" back in May 2015. A 2-year battle ensued after the trademark office blocked her ... after concluding the name was too similar to an existing trademark someone had for "momanger."

As we first reported ... the OG owner and Kris settled the dispute in November 2017 under one condition -- Kris can't use the name for any reality TV or web programming.

Happy belated Momager Day!!
