Khloe Kardashian has a care package on the way that's perfect for a new mother ... especially one dealing with a cheating baby daddy.

TMZ has learned that Kim and Kourtney dropped thousands to rush a gift basket to Khloe after news broke Tristan Thompson cheated on her ... and shortly before she gave birth. We're told they ordered it Wednesday night and it's been sent to Cleveland to provide Khloe some added comfort.

Our sources say the gifts are being placed in a $5,000 Noitte Fatata custom bassinet from Bev Hills baby boutique Petit Tresor ... which the family loved when they previously visited.

We're told the care package includes a full arrangement of Erbaviva's organic Awaken, Embrace, Breathe and Relax bath and body products to pamper both mom and baby ... which cost about $1,000.

It also includes Little Giraffe Snow Leopard Print blankets, pillows, and a robe for Khloe and her new child ... for about $1,500 more.

Part of Khloe Kardashian's backup team is pulling outta town, now that she's successfully birthed her baby girl.

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian boarded their private jet Thursday afternoon in Cleveland, heading back to Los Angeles. The sisters, along with Kris Jenner and Khloe's pal, Malika Haqq all jetted to the expectant mom's side on Wednesday.

They weren't there just for the birth, but to support her through Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal. Despite the videos of him making out, motorboating and hanging at his hotel with multiple other women -- Tristan was in the delivery room.

Khloe Kardashian has given birth to her first kid ... TMZ has learned.

Khloe delivered a baby girl early Thursday morning -- around 4 AM EDT -- at a hospital outside Cleveland ... according to our Kardashian sources. We're told the little girl does not have a name yet. Kourtney, Kim, Kris and Khloe's BFF Malika were by her side during the birth. Tristan Thompson was also there.

This is Khloe and the Cavaliers star's first baby together, but, of course, it comes smack in the middle of a tumultuous time for the couple.

TMZ broke the story ... Tristan cheated on Khloe back in October when she was only 3 months pregnant. As we reported, he was caught on video making out and motorboating 2 women at a hookah lounge outside of Washington, D.C. And just 5 days ago, he was seen taking a woman back to his NYC hotel.

Khloe revealed the sex of the baby on the season finale of 'KUWTK.' The baby shower was pretty baller, and her baby registry was no joke, too.

TMZ broke the story ... Khloe got pregnant not long after her sisters, Kylie and Kim (via surrogate).

We were told Khloe conceived naturally. She and Tristan have been dating for well over a year, but their current relationship status is murky, to say the least.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Khloe's devastated by the recent revelations, but understands the importance of the birth in the lives of everyone involved. We're told Khloe doesn't want her personal feelings to ruin one of the most important moments in a person's life ... the birth of a child.

We're told Khloe's putting her feelings on hold, realizing for better or worse Tristan is the father of their child and knowing a bond between father and child can be cemented in the delivery room.

What we don't know ... if Tristan is game to participate or if any new allegations or actions may surface to sway Khloe's opinion.

TMZ broke the story ... Khloe started having early contractions Wednesday just hours after videos surfaced of Tristan hooking up with other women.

As we reported, Kris flew to Cleveland early Wednesday morning to support Khloe, and Kim and other family and friends plan to be there by Friday.

Miller was transferred from prison to the halfway house a couple weeks ago to serve the rest of her time for fraud, and has clearly had a rough couple days there.

The ex-husband of "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans has been arrested on new drug charges in North Carolina ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Courtland Keith Rogers was hauled off to jail Tuesday after being indicted last month. He's facing two drug-related charges -- selling and delivering schedule III substances, and possession with intent to sell and distribute schedule III substances.

We're told the 2 drug charges stem from a drug possession-related arrest back in November when he was caught with Buprenorphine-Naloxone, which is normally used to treat opioid addiction. Rogers was also hit with an habitual felon charge because he'd been arrested and convicted for his third felony in the state in 2013.

Rogers was released from Brunswick County Jail on a $15,000 bond. He has no kids with Jenelle, and was only married to her for less than 2 years.

Michelle Knight -- the woman who was kidnapped in Cleveland and held captive for 11 years after going missing in 2002 -- is now a happily married woman ... TMZ has learned.

36-year-old Michelle -- now known as Lily Rose -- gleefully revealed the news on "Dr. Phil" in an episode set to air later this month. Michelle married a 39-year-old man named Miguel. Turns out ... she's been hitched since May 2015 -- 2 years after she was freed from captivity.

Michelle was 1 of 3 women who were chained and tortured for more than a decade by Ariel Castro, who was indicted on a total of 977 counts, including 512 counts of kidnapping, 446 counts of rape and 2 counts of aggravated murder for termination of another's pregnancy.

Castro was eventually sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole before he committed suicide in his prison cell in 2013.

Michelle wrote about her experience 4 years ago in "Finding Me: A Decade of Darkness, a Life Reclaimed." She has a new book titled 'Life After Darkness.'

Kim Zolciak and hubby Kroy Biermann fired the heavy artillery at Marlon Wayans ... calling him a p***y and thoroughly unfunny for suggesting Kim was the poster girl for "White Chicks 2."

Wayans came under heavy fire over the weekend after he posted a photo of Zolciak with the caption, "No we are not in production for White Chicks 2. The f***?!" Marlon was referring to his 2004 film with his brother, Shawn, where the two played undercover FBI agents dressed as white women.

Dr. Will Kirby, known for being one of the best 'Big Brother' winners of all time, scored a 2-for-1 deal at the movies Friday night -- see one film ... help save 2 lives.

Sources at Cinemark Playa Vista in L.A. tell us ... the Doc was with his wife watching "Blockers" when people began screaming in the middle of it and the lights came on. We're told they were shouting for medical assistance for a man having a seizure in the front row.

Dr. Will sprinted down and stabilized the man for about 20 minutes until EMS showed up and took him to the hospital. We're told management then addressed the crowd, Will got a standing ovation ... and they played the second half of the film.

That's a lot of action already, but it didn't stop there. We're told as Will was leaving, theater workers caught him and asked if he could help care for a girl who was seeing "A Quiet Place" who'd also suffered a seizure. Dr. Will stepped up again and stabilized her until help arrived ... and got another standing O.

We spoke to Kirby, who tells us ... "It was an amazing feeling to put my skills to use ... and unbelievably refreshing to see how positive, helpful and truly concerned all the moviegoers were. People were helping in any way possible to complete strangers, which was inspiring."

Cynthia Bailey's breathing a sigh of relief now that a mini-pumpkin looking tumor is out of her back and locked away in a container.

We got these shots of the Lipoma tumor recently removed from the 'RHOA' star's back. The tumor turned out, thankfully, to be benign -- it was deeply embedded, partially under a muscle. Doctors told her it was much larger than they expected.

For the squeamish ... the fatty tumor is the size of a golf ball. Think orange Silly Putty, but scarier.

Cynthia said she first felt a bump on her back near her left shoulder blade about 2 months ago, but thought nothing of it until it started growing.

JWoww says Sammi Sweetheart's sex doll stand-in offered some good times for the 'Jersey Shore' cast ... but it sounds like she misses the real McCoy.

We spoke to Jenni 'JWoww' Farley Thursday ahead of the premiere of their reunion season on MTV, and she tells us Sammi REALLY should have joined her fellow guidos and guidettes for their comeback ... rather than be recast with plastic.

Ex-MTV "Road Rules" star Brian Lancaster has died at just 43 years old ... TMZ has learned.

Brian appeared on season 7 of "Road Rules" back in 1999. His family tells us he was found dead in his Pennsylvania home last Thursday. They believe it was heart failure, and tell us he had a history of arrhythmia.

The family says the death was not drug or alcohol related -- and, as far as they know, no substances were found in the home.

Brian was 23 years old when he competed on "Road Rules." He didn't win the grand prize of $43k, but he competed on 13 different "missions" over the course of 15 episodes while shooting in Mexico, Costa Rica and the United States.
