Todd and Julie Chrisley are adamant the feds' case against them is based on evidence the government should never have had, and they want it all tossed out of court and returned to them.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the Chrisleys claim the Georgia Department of Revenue illegally seized 2 of their Atlanta storage units in 2017. The units had a trove of the Chrisleys' financial docs.

The Chrisleys claim the GA Dept. of Revenue seized the units based on a bum warrant. In docs, they say the warrant was based on a non-existent tax lien -- meaning, investigators cut corners and violated their rights.

The Chrisleys say that evidence was handed over to federal prosecutors ... who then indicted the reality stars on multiple counts of conspiracy, bank fraud, wire fraud and tax evasion.

Todd and Julie want their stuff back, and they want the judge to declare the ill-gotten records off-limits to prosecutors.

As we reported, a federal grand jury indicted the Chrisleys in August ... alleging they concocted a scheme from 2007 to 2012 to fabricate docs and provide false information to banks when applying for and receiving millions in loans ... money they allegedly used to fund a lavish lifestyle.

"Mob Wives" star Drita D'Avanzo and her husband got one helluva surprise when NYPD raided their home and arrested them on a slew of guns and drug charges ... TMZ has confirmed.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Drita and her hubby, Lee, were arrested Thursday night in their Staten Island home after cops executed a search warrant that uncovered two loaded firearms, a Smith & Wesson 9mm and an S&W 38 caliber gun. Cops say they also found 120 pills of hydrocodone/acetaminophen, 22 Xanax pills and a large amount of weed.

The couple was booked on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a firearm and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drita and Lee were booked on 1 count of acting in a manner injurious to a child because law enforcement sources tell us one of the couple's kids was in the house at the time of the raid.

Of all the famous TV wedding dresses out there -- from Monica's on "Friends" to Aunt Becky's on "Full House" -- the one that tops them all is "90 Day Fiance" star Larissa Lima's ... at least according to her ex-husband, who's trying to hawk it online.

Colt Johnson's listed an ad for the dress Larissa wore on their wedding day, touting it as a piece of television memorabilia "on par with Dorthys [sic] ruby slippers and back to the future delorean."

He calls it the "one and only famous wedding dress" worn by his ex-wife, and get this ... it can be yours for only $500.

Considering the average wedding dress cost in the U.S. is $1,000, this is quite a steal for a television-worn wedding dress more coveted than ones worn on shows like "Friends," "Gilmore Girls," "Sex and the City," "Jane the Virgin" or "Game of Thrones" ... according to Colt, of course.

'Survivor' will never be the same now that season 39 is over -- at least that's what Kellee Kim hopes her legacy will be in the wake of the Dan Spilo controversy.

It already made one huge change -- for the first time, the show's finale reunion Thursday night was NOT live, and the pre-taped program featured Jeff Probst going one-on-one with Kellee ... who aired her grievances with Jeff, producers and CBS.

She told the host the most difficult part of the season for her was the fact Spilo remained on the show for several weeks AFTER she spoke out about his unwanted touching. She said she felt producers either didn't believe her, or worst ... just ignored her.

As you know, Spilo was eventually removed after a crew member also complained about him. Spilo wasn't included in the finale taping.

Kellee said she didn't want season 39 to be defined by Spilo's actions, but instead she hoped her legacy would be that her speaking led to producers making lasting changes. The show's already announced there will be new guidelines for personal space, and it will have more professionals on-site to allow for confidential reporting of any problems.

Completely overshadowed was the fact 'Survivor' did crown a new champion Wednesday night. Spoiler alert ...

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are planning to spend Christmas together as a family with Stormi ... but just because they're co-parenting doesn't mean they're back on as a couple.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Kylie and Travis are celebrating Christmas in Los Angeles as a fam, because both parents want to be there for Stormi when she opens presents on Xmas morning.

Stormi, who will turn 2 in February, is getting old enough to understand the holiday's importance ... and we're told Kylie and Travis want to make it super special for her by being together as a unit.

But, before you get too worked up, we're told Kylie and Travis are still not back on as a couple ... this despite spending plenty of time together during their break up.

As we've reported ... Travis has been cohabiting at Kylie's crib, and she took Stormi to his music festival in Houston a few weeks before the trio reconnected for Thanksgiving.

Our sources say the family's Thanksgiving was super chill and fun, and they're confident the good vibes will be flowing once again on Christmas.

Kylie was also spotted out Tuesday wearing an "Astroworld" shirt -- the name of Travis' album and tour -- so clearly they're on good terms.

We'll see if the holiday spirit leads to another make up.

Cynthia Bailey has a message for all the couples out there this flu season ... she says there's nothing wrong with snuggling up with your sick partner!!!

We got the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star at LAX Monday and asked how she's holding up during her bout with the flu ... and Cynthia says her symptoms won't stop her from planting a huge kiss on her fiance, Fox Sports host Mike Hill, who she was on her way to see.

Cynthia is totally open to debating whether couples should sleep in the same bed if someone is under the weather ... but she says there's only one right answer, and married folks better uphold their vows!

Lucky for Mike, Cynthia thinks she's no longer contagious ... but it sounds like she's ready to take care of the sportscaster if she gets him sick.

Kandi Burruss is singing the praises of the woman who helped bring her new baby girl into the world -- and now she's opening up about her firsthand experience with surrogacy.

We got the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star out in Atlanta and asked what advice she'd give anyone thinking about using a surrogate. Of course, Kandi's second child ... a little girl named Blaze Tucker was born on November 22, and she couldn't say enough great things about their surrogate.

Check it out ... Kandi says counseling's a great start. And, not just because it was required, either. When she finally met her surrogate, Shadina Blunt, they built a solid relationship and bonded so much, they went to counseling together.

Kandi says she knows some parents opt to keep it strictly professional with surrogates -- but she explained why she and her husband, Todd Tucker, took a different approach with Shadina.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are sending chill vibes with their family card this Christmas ... their first as a 6-pack!

The entire fam posed -- with white stairs as the backdrop -- in super comfy sweats. Kanye's holding Chicago, and sporting his trademark no smile. It's okay though, North and Saint smiled plenty for Mom, Dad and their younger siblings.

You'll recall in the past the entire family's posed for some epic pics. You'll recall last year everyone -- except for Kendall and Rob -- glammed up with an all-white ensemble.

The year before called for denim. No Kylie or Rob in that gathering.

No disrespect to New Jersey or its famous shore, but Snooki wants a MUCH better life for her 3 kids, which is why she's swearing off all things 'Jersey Shore' ... for good.

Fresh off announcing she's retiring from the 'JS' game, Snooki touched down at LAX Thursday, and made it clear she has no second thoughts. She told a photog she's looking forward, not back, purely because it's what's best for her family.

When the pap suggested a possible spin-off could be in the works -- Snooki shot that down instantly ... and you gotta see the look on her face when she did it.

Remember, she complained during last season about 'JS' keeping her away from her husband, daughter and 2 sons ... so maybe she'd be down for a show focused on her family.

Not a chance! As Snooks put it, she's not trying to see her kids turn into the kinda "degenerate" she was on TV. Translation: Snooki Nicole's come a loooong way from being that chick who stumbled drunk on beaches, and got brutally knocked out in bars.

As for her costars -- she's not offering them any career advice, especially Ronnie Ortiz-Magro ... who, as we've reported, has a child custody war brewing with Jen Harley.

Victor Oladipo got booted off "The Masked Singer" on Wednesday ... but don't feel bad for the guy, 'cause he landed a date with Nicole Scherzinger!!

The Indiana Pacers superstar -- AKA "Thingamajig" on the anonymous singing show -- pulled up from half-court to let the judge know he's interested right after getting voted off.

Remember, the Pussycat Dolls singer had been crushing hard and flirting with the blue and yellow creature all season ... so when Vic came face to face with the panel, Jenny McCarthy asked him if he was down for a date.

"Of course," the All-Star said. "We can go anywhere, any time, any place."

Naturally, Nicole loved that answer ... and even looked a little embarrassed!!

Oladipo -- who was able to participate on the show because he's been sidelined with a serious knee injury since January -- got real for a second, saying, "It has been a rough year for me."

"But, to be able to come out here and put smiles on people's faces, and just do something fun for once and kind of get away from the game has been awesome," Oladipo said. "It's nothing but a blessing for me."

We've spoken with Vic in the past about his singing career ... and he even gave us an impromptu concert in an interview in the past!!

Hey, man ... even if this singing thing doesn't work out, you'll always be a winner in Nicole's eyes.

Mama June and her boyfriend, Geno, are still living life on the road -- this time, they surfaced near Atlanta and looked worse for wear ... more so than usual these days.

The couple was spotted checking out of the Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport-South in College Park, GA -- about 9 miles outside of central ATL. We're told the person who took these photos chatted with MJ and Geno for a bit ... apparently, they'd been there for 4 days.

As for where to next ... our sources say June and Geno said they were driving back down to McDonough to find a new place to stay. Geno's still got that trusty SUV as you can see.

As we reported ... June and Geno were just seen up at a casino in North Carolina on Black Friday, where they were walking the grounds and peeping the slots ... drink in hand. Looks like she had something to sip on here too, but it appears to just be water.

Either way, it's pretty clear that Geno and June are still living out of hotels -- like we've been told they were doing for the past several months now -- and it's also obvious June's family is nowhere near getting back into her life, despite their repeated pleas of reconciliation.

If there's one silver lining -- and there aren't too many in her situation -- it's that these two are somehow coming across cash to pay for these hotel stays. This particular Hyatt can run anywhere from $80 to $137 a night ... depending on how far out you book it.

Raymond Santana -- one of the wrongfully convicted Central Park Five -- just got engaged to a reality star, and tells us it wouldn't have been possible without a little Instagram flirting.

Raymond was on "TMZ Live" Friday to give us the lowdown on his engagement to "Flavor of Love" star Deelishis, to whom he proposed on Thursday during a lunch date in ATL. Ray says he was pretty sly about it, dropping a faux attitude on his girl before he popped the question.

And, for all those thirsty folks on the 'Gram ... Raymond's here to tell you why shooting your shot can pay major dividends. The story of how he and Deelishis met is so 2019, ya gotta watch the clip. Dude's a romantic.

Of course, Ava DuvVernay's Netflix series "When They See Us" turned a spotlight on Raymond's story -- highlighting the injustice of his conviction for the brutal 1989 rape and beating of a female jogger in NYC.

We asked Raymond if he would accept an apology from former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg for his administration's role in avoiding a settlement in the CP5's damage suit against the NYPD after their convictions were vacated.

You might recall ... Bloomberg avoided settling the case before leaving office, and Mayor Bill de Blasio's administration agreed in 2014 to pay the CP5 a settlement of more than $40 million.

DJ Pauly D's giving it another spin with the chick he sent packing on 'Double Shot at Love' ... which makes sense considering their recent make out session in Vegas.

The "Jersey Shore" star had a set at Avalon in Hollywood Saturday night, and Nikki Hall was with him in his DJ booth and beyond. Our sources say the 2 were very flirty, all over each other, and just like at the Vegas club in October ... spent a lot of time smooching.

We're told it definitely seems like the 2 have rekindled their dating show relationship and are officially together.

For the uninitiated ... Nikki was a finalist on Pauly's reality show with his boy, Vinny -- "Double Shot at Love with Pauly D & Vinny." The good vibes ended there though because Nikki was sent home in the season finale when Pauly decided to go it solo.

After the show, they reportedly dated anyway, but things got nasty when Pauly blocked Nikki on social media for sharing text messages he allegedly sent her.

Must be water under the bridge -- as we first reported, they were back together at Drai's Nightclub in October, getting handsy and making out alongside Vinny and Maria Elizondo.

Seems like those good times in Sin City carried over. Maybe this third shot will be the charm.

Remy Ma's off the hook in her assault case -- a judge just dropped all charges against her.

The rapper was in an NYC courthouse Monday with her legal team, and prosecutors made it clear ... they couldn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt Remy had committed the alleged assault on "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star Brittney Taylor back in April.

They said there was no surveillance video capturing the alleged punch, and no witnesses had seen an altercation between them either. Thus, a judge dismissed the case entirely.

You'll recall ... Remy was initially slapped with 4 charges over this -- 2 counts of assault, 1 count of aggravated harassment and another count off harassment in the 2nd degree.

Remy always maintained her innocence, saying she had visual evidence she wasn't even at the concert where it allegedly went down.

Her attorney, Dawn Florio, tells TMZ, "Remy has always maintained her complete innocence as she never laid a hand on her celebrity-obsessed, clout chasing, credibility challenged accuser. Unfortunately, these manufactured allegations caused my client to suffer the indignities of having to wear an ankle monitor while having her freedom limited by travel restrictions and an 8:00 PM curfew."

She adds, "These restrictions have hurt my client's ability to perform, causing hundreds of thousands of dollars of lost income. District Attorney Vance’s office should be commended for its exercise of sound judgment in agreeing to dismiss these unwarranted charges."

Mama June didn't seem to be anywhere near reconciling and reuniting with her family for Thanksgiving -- but a silver lining might be that she is somewhat nearby ... and has money.

The troubled reality star -- who's been on a downward spiral since linking up with her BF, Geno -- was spotted out this week in McDonough, Georgia ... pulling out cash at an ATM just days before the holiday. She didn't look all too great though ... head low and disheveled.

It's interesting ... we're told June rolled up to a convenience store there in the city in a black SUV, in which she was riding passenger with Geno, we're told, riding in the back.

An eyewitness says June got out of the car, popped into the store to pull out cash ... and was back in her vehicle within minutes. Two things to note ... Mama June had somebody driving her and Geno around, but maybe more important ... they seem to have funds on hand.

Either way, there's no sign of June's family getting back in the picture yet -- at least not permanently. As we've told you ... she's barely in touch with them these days, including with her own daughter, Honey Boo Boo ... this despite the fam's best efforts to reconnect.

We've been hearing that June's been bouncing around from hotel to hotel with Geno since unloading her Hampton, GA home earlier this year. So, if there's any good news to glean from this sighting, it's that she's still in the area and hasn't gone completely off the radar.

Former 'Rock of Love' star Lacey Sculls is loving the jury verdict in her ear biting case ... she's been acquitted on ALL charges.

A jury found Lacey, who tried and failed to lure Bret Michaels on his mid-2000s reality show, was not guilty of chewing some guy's ear during a road rage incident.

We broke the story ... Jorge Magana filed suit against Lacey and her hubby, Jonny, back in 2018, claiming Jonny pulled him outta his car and repeatedly punched and bit him, and alleging Lacey scratched his face and chewed off a portion of his ear.

You'll recall ... cops investigated the incident, and Lacey and Jonny were busted on multiple felony charges, including assault and battery with serious bodily injury.

Prosecutors later tacked on an additional felony charge for Jonny, claiming he used his car to assault another man who allegedly witnessed the incident.
