Lisa Vanderpump's leaning toward bailing on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," but one thing's holding her back -- she refuses to give her castmates the satisfaction of seeing her go.

Sources close to Lisa tell TMZ ... she doesn't want to return to the show if it's renewed after what she's dealt with this season, but she absolutely feels like the other 'Housewives' have ganged up on her to push her out.

We're told LV thinks the reason she's raised the ire of her fellow 'RHOBH' stars this season is twofold -- they're jealous of her spin-off success with "Vanderpump Rules" ... and they're trying to distract attention away from their own family legal troubles.

For instance ... the husbands of Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne and Dorit Kemsley have all been hit with million-dollar lawsuits in the past year, but that's largely been avoided in season 9.

Our sources say Lisa thinks that's unfair, and she's grown tired of the negativity and BS directed at her. We're told she is uncertain she'll even attend the upcoming reunion show.

As for all of season 9's dog-drama -- aka PuppyGate -- Lisa's over that too, mostly because the pooch at the center of the controversy is in a happy home and living in the lap of luxury. We're told she feels like that's all been put to rest since taking a lie detector test to prove she didn't sell out Dorit ... so now she's moving on.

Our Vanderpump sources say she's now focusing her efforts on at-risk dogs in China where the annual Dog Meat Festival is approaching.

As for season 10 of 'RHOBH' -- Lisa's far from a lock to participate, when and IF Bravo greenlights it.

TMZ's obtained police body cam footage showing where the son of "Chrisley Knows Best" star Todd Chrisley allegedly hid a pouch of meth when cops busted him earlier this month.

In the video, you can see cops in Oklahoma take the lid of a cup and pull out the meth. It appears as if Kyle Chrisley stashed the drug there. Kyle had been pulled over for a broken headlight. That obviously turned out to be the least of his troubles.

We broke the story ... Kyle was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine. He was also held on an open warrant for his arrest out of Dekalb County, GA ... where he was wanted for threatening to kill his estranged wife, Alexus Chrisley.

There were 2 other passengers with Kyle when cops stopped him ... a woman who can be heard talking to cops in the first part of the video and an older man who was also arrested for possession of weed. You can see him in the latter part of the video ... when cops hauled him and Kyle into jail.

11:36 AM PT -- A family source tells us Ensley is "out of the house."

Jenelle Evans and David Eason's 2-year-old daughter, Ensley, is at risk ... at least that's how a North Carolina judge sees it, and has now taken action in the wake of David killing the family dog.

Law enforcement sources tell us the Dept. of Social Services -- which includes CPS -- served a judge's order Tuesday directed at Jenelle and David.

As we reported, CPS was in the process of removing Ensley from the family home -- and she might be gone already, but we haven't been able to confirm that.

This follows the stay-away orders imposed on two of Jenelle's other kids, 9-year-old Jace and 4-year-old Kaiser. Jace is currently with Jenelle's mom, Barbara ... while Kaiser is with his father's family.

CPS has had its concerns about all of the children ever since learning David brutally killed their dog when it nipped the little girl a couple of weeks ago.

There were delays in getting the children, though, because the agencies were afraid to go on Jenelle and David's property due to David's violent history.

Good, wet news here -- footage of Vinny from "Jersey Shore" doing his stripping thing has leaked ... and he definitely gives up the goods.

Vinny was onstage as part of the Chippendales revue at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino in Vegas last weekend, and he looks like a natural at getting naked for crowds of women. Aside from his ripped body, if you can look at anything else, it's clear his tweaked ankle -- which had him wearing a walking cast last week -- is juuuust fine now.

The reality star started out his performance with his back to the crowd and his caboose on full display for the screaming ladies behind him. Gotta say ... Vinny boy looks good!

Ya can watch the video yourself to see what else he did under the spotlight -- spoiler alert ... the dude's a natural-born performer, and a bit of a stud too. That much he made clear with a quick flash of his manhood as he was facing off with a lucky gal.

Kylie Jenner's expanding her business empire ... she's getting into the baby biz!!!

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Kylie's filed trademarks for "Kylie Baby" and it seems as if she's gearing up to launch a baby line that'll cover just about everything your average baby mama's gonna need with a new little one in tow.

In docs, "Kylie Baby" wants to crank out baby furniture ... like cribs, bouncers, changing tables and baby walkers. She's also diving into the non-medicated skin care prep side of things with skin moisturizers, lotions and creams.

That's not all ... Kylie wants to cover you with her own line of linens, swaddling blankets and crib jumpers. Tryna store breast milk? She wants to cover ya too with breast storage bottles and even breast pumps.

Blac Chyna's altercation with her hairdresser -- where a knife was allegedly pulled and soda cans hurled -- was caught on video, and there's a little bit of good news for BC.

TMZ has obtained the surveillance footage capturing the action outside of Chyna's San Fernando Valley home early Saturday morning. As we reported, she got into it with her hairdresser over payment ... the hairdresser filed a police report claiming Chyna got hot and wielded a knife ... something Chyna denies.

The video seems to back Chyna's claim the hairdresser threw soda cans at her Rolls-Royce. The stylist seems to be lugging something ... aiming for the expensive whip and launching what looks like cans.

You see Chyna and co. come out and confront the hairdresser. In classic Chyna fashion, she removes her shoes and throws them at the woman. And, then there's the obligatory shouting.

As for the knife ... no evidence of that from the video. It's possible, of course, Chyna could have pulled the weapon off-camera or inside the home.

It seems like Chyna deescalates ... eventually walking inside while the brouhaha continues.

Jenelle Evans' husband, David Eason, has alarmed Columbus County Child Protective Services to the point of 2 of the kids who were living in their house are now out ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources say Jenelle's 9-year-old child, Jace -- who she had with Andrew Lewis -- cannot come back to Jenelle's home to visit, per orders of CPS ... sources connected to Jenelle tell TMZ. Jenelle's mother has custody of Jace and Jenelle has visitation rights, but we're told CPS has put the brakes on visits to Jenelle's home because of the dog-killing incident earlier this month.

We're told CPS will not allow visits until its investigation is completed.

We've also confirmed Jenelle's 4-year-old son, Kaiser, was removed from the home Friday and is currently staying with his father, Nathan Griffith, and Nathan's mom. By the way, Kaiser was in the house when David beat and then shot the family dog, killing it.

David Eason is quickly learning when it rains it pours ... 'cause in the wake of an animal cruelty investigation and child support case, TMZ's learned there's a looming court date over a stunt he pulled last year.

First, a little backstory ... Jenelle Evans' dangerous spouse got in hot water last December after the ex-"Teen Mom 2" star illegally towed a man's truck. The incident actually went down in June 2018 but, amazingly, cops weren't made aware until Eason uploaded a video of the incident on his YouTube page ... on Jenelle's 27th birthday, no less.

Eason captioned the video, "Learn the right way to deal with a$$holes who think it's cool to block you in a parking space." In the video, you hear Jenelle in the background laughing and egging him on.

The truck owner ultimately pressed charges, and Eason was charged with tampering with a vehicle and injury to personal property. He's due back in New Hanover County, North Carolina court June 3.

It's just the latest controversy that's practically forced Eason to have his lawyer on speed dial. As we reported ... the Columbus County Sheriff and Animal Control have launched a joint investigation into allegations of animal cruelty against him for shooting their family dog to death.

Elsa Patton -- the mother of 'Real Housewives of Miami' star Marysol Patton -- has died.

Patton passed away over Mother's Day weekend surrounded by loved ones after battling a "long illness," according to a statement put out by her family. It's unclear what illness she was afflicted with -- her family didn't elaborate beyond that.

They did, however, go on to thank the countless fans and friends who've asked about her condition as of late. The Patton family says private funeral services will take place in Miami.

"Mama" Elsa was a recurring star on the hit Bravo series when it ran from 2011 to 2013, having constant laugh out loud moments that made her a beloved character. Her one-liners and hilarious zingers were popular enough to get Elsa her own web series spinoff, "Havana Elsa" ... which covered her endeavors to start her own coffee chain.

Elsa is survived by her two children, Marysol and Thomas Anthony Jones, her daughter-in-law and her grandson. Elsa's husband, Donald, died in 2018.

She was 84.

Don't close the book on Carmelo Anthony's career ... because his wife Lala Anthony tells TMZ Sports he'll DEFINITELY be back on a roster next season.

Lala was out in NYC when we asked about her hubby's NBA status -- considering he hasn't been on the court since 2018 and some people think he's done for good.

But, Anthony is only 34-years-old and he's been training hard recently -- so, we had to know if Lala expects to see Melo back in the league when the 2019-20 season kicks off.

"Why wouldn't we?" Lala said ... adding, "Facts!"

So, where she think Melo will land???

"Whatever team is gonna appreciate him!"

There's talk Anthony could return to the Knicks -- where he played for 7 seasons before he was traded to the OKC Thunder in 2017.

Anthony later spent a minute in Houston in 2018 before being traded to the Chicago Bulls, where he was waived on Feb. 1.

Talk about a blast from the past -- we got Nicole Richie rapping early 2000s Dr. Dre alongside her hubby, Joel Madden ... and killin' it too.

Lionel Richie's eldest kid hit up the Retro Room in Palm Springs Friday night with the Good Charlotte singer and a handful of pals, where we're told they sat down and had themselves some drinks ... staying for about two hours total. It wasn't just wining and dining the couple did, though -- a little karaoke got thrown in the mix too.

They opted to perform together ... with Nicole taking the lead, and Joel playing hype man for her. In the footage, obtained by TMZ, you can see Nicole rapping along to the Eminem and Dre track, "Forgot About Dre." Check it out ... she does pretty well in keeping up with Slim.

Nicole and Joel are pretty low key these days, but it's always nice seeing 'em out and about ... even if it's not in the heart of L.A. They got hitched in 2010, and have a couple of children together. The simple life, if you will.

"Chrisley Knows Best" star Todd Chrisley's oldest son was picked up by cops in Oklahoma on drug charges -- which led them to find he was also wanted in another state for allegedly threatening to kill his wife.

Kyle Chrisley was arrested last week and booked into Okmulgee County Jail for felony possession of methamphetamine, and was also held on an open warrant for his arrest out of Dekalb County, Georgia. It's unclear if Kyle was still behind bars as of Saturday -- the jail wouldn't confirm with us one way or another.

Regarding the allegations coming out of Georgia -- his estranged wife, Alexus Chrisley, told authorities there that Kyle made death threats against her back in January of this year.

According to the affidavit, obtained by TMZ, Alexus claimed that Kyle had threatened to kill her in a text message exchange, in which he allegedly wrote, "[N]ot before I end you. Im going to the streets I will get my s**t and take care of this problem with you because if I'm not with you nobody will be. Bye Alexus."

Per the docs, Alexus responded, "thats a threat to my life" to which he allegedly answered, "yes :Lexi it was. Goodbye." Police cited other text messages provided by Alexus which allegedly show Kyle pointing a weapon at his head, as well as drug usage.

A judge signed off on the warrant to bring him in around mid-January. Kyle shares a young daughter, Chloe, with a previous girlfriend of his, Angela Johnson, who appeared on his father's hit reality show. Kyle appeared on the USA series for only one season.

Speaking of his dad, Kyle has had a rocky relationship with Todd since at least 2014, when he publicly accused him of using Chloe for diversity ratings -- she's half black.

We got Todd around that time, and he openly told us that Kyle would undergo weekly drug testing, calling it a "necessity."

Todd has also said that Kyle suffers from bipolar disorder, and would continue to grapple with that for the rest of his life.

10:34 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Blac Chyna appears as a named suspect on an assault with a deadly weapon report.

Blac Chyna and her hairdresser got into it early Saturday AM, and it allegedly ended with Chyna pulling a knife on the stylist who then hurled soda cans at Chyna's car.

Chyna and her stylist were at her San Fernando Valley home when things got heated ... we're told over money Chyna alleged owed the hairdresser.

We know the hairdresser filed a police report, claiming Chyna threatened her with a knife when the stylist asked for payment. Our Chyna sources deny she pulled a knife, but claim the hairdresser left in a huff and threw soda cans at Chyna's car.

We're told Chyna's 6-year-old child, King, whom she shares with Tyga, was present during the fight ... and now that a police report has been filed, we're told the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services will get involved and at the very least do a welfare check.

This isn't the first time Chyna has gotten into it with the hired help. She and her makeup artist got into a fight in January at Chyna's home and the police were called.

5/10 9:05 AM PT -- The new baby West has arrived. Kim just tweeted, "He's here and he's perfect!" She continued, "He's also Chicago's twin lol I'm sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her."

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are about to be the proud parents of a brand spankin' new baby boy -- their surrogate's in labor!!!

Kourtney and Kris Jenner taped an episode of 'Ellen' Thursday with all of the Kardashian kids ... including Kim and Kanye's. Kourtney acknowledged Kim was supposed to be on the show but couldn't make it because there were urgent matters to attend to ... i.e., labor! And, get this, we're told Kris didn't even know.

Our sources say Mom and Dad were at the hospital Thursday night with the surrogate. Don't know for sure if they'll be in the delivery room, but she was the last time around for the birth of Chicago.

As we reported ... KW and KK hired a new surrogate to carry their fourth kid to term -- not because they were dissatisfied with the last one ... she was simply unavailable. The woman -- who was in her early 20s -- had her own child this past December ... less than 12 months after popping out baby Chicago. As a result ... the couple had to go with another surrogate.

This new surrogate's profile never became clear ... but ya gotta imagine Mom and Dad went with someone who was equally capable.

Kim and Kanye used a leftover embryo they created to bring this newest baby to life. He'll join three siblings -- North, Saint and Chi -- as the sixth member of the family.

As you know ... Kim's got a full plate. Aside from studying to become a lawyer and running of beauty empire, she's dedicating much of her time to prison reform, helping first free Alice Marie Johnson and Matthew Charles. Just last week, she helped free a man given a life sentence.

We'll keep ya posted on when baby #4 pops out ... but here's an early CONGRATS!!!

"Jersey Shore" star Vinny Guadagnino needs a scooter to get around ... because he's nursing a severely sprained ankle that could throw a wrench in his new Chippendales gig.

We've just obtained video of Vinny cruising down the Las Vegas strip in a scooter ... and you can clearly see a huge black boot over his right foot. We're told Vinny recently suffered a really bad ankle sprain during rehearsals for Chippendales.

Vinny's scheduled to perform with Chippendales every weekend through the end of the month ... so a sprained ankle could seriously affect his new line of work. Anyone who's been to Chippendales knows the hunks put their bodies to the test to put on a good show.

But, Vinny's Jersey tough ... we're told he's been pushing through his injury, and he rides the scooter and slips on the walking boot during the week to keep his bum ankle from getting worse.

4:30 PM PT -- Jenelle just issued a statement ... "My mom and I had conversations with Marriage Boot Camp: Family Edition years ago, but David and i have never been approached by the show. We don't have any plans to appear on Marriage Boot Camp, and any claims otherwise are false." For the record, our Jenelle and show sources insist there were discussions, but everyone backed off because of the backlash.

WE tv claims they have no plan to put Jenelle Evans and David Eason on "Marriage Boot Camp" -- despite what we know, that the show has already told Jenelle they want them -- and now we've learned there's a contract in place with an acknowledgment that David poses a danger.

Production sources tell TMZ ... folks at "Marriage Boot Camp" have a contract in hand with one big caveat -- before they put David on the show, they want him evaluated by a psychologist to determine if he's a safety risk to Jenelle, the other cast members and the crew.

We're told if David doesn't pass muster with the shrink, he will NOT be on the show and neither will Jenelle.

The concern is real ... aside from brutally killing the family dog last week, Jenelle has claimed in the past he attacked her and his obsession with guns, along with his mental instability, is downright scary.

People connected to "Marriage Boot Camp" say they now think there's a chance WE tv might pull the plug on the plan -- although that has not happened yet -- because after TMZ posted the story that they were offered a spot on the show the network was flooded with negative comments.

As we told you ... "Marriage Boot Camp" has been trying to recruit the couple for 2 years, but their MTV deal with "Teen Mom 2" kept them from signing on. When Jenelle got fired this week -- in wake of David killing the family dog, Nugget -- it cleared the path for them to be on 'Boot Camp.'

As of now, Jenelle is still living with David at the family home with three children and the remaining pets.
