Holy baby animals in trouble, Batman!

That's what Dolores Catania was probably thinking when she found an apparently injured bat on an NYC street and stepped up to save the day ... with an assist from our paparazzo.

We got the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star in NYC Monday, shortly after she launched Operation Bat Rescue. Dolores explained her doctor's visit was delayed after she stumbled on the baby bat. She was frantically trying to get someone to take the animal to the nearest bat cave ... AKA some experts to nurse it back to health.

That's where our guy, Jeremy, became her Johnny-on-the-spot. Dolores was in a bind due to a scheduled doctor's appointment (facials ain't gonna do themselves, after all) and begged Jeremy to save the day ... or, at least, the bat.

Dolores, a huge animal lover who always tweets about animal rescues, was outside her doctor's office when she convinced Jeremy to do her bidding. She asked him to take the BAT to a BIRD sanctuary ... which doesn't exactly add up, but beats leaving it for dead.

BTW, we got this update since the drop-off. Turns out it's a male Eastern red bat.

This little guy was severely dehydrated, but much like your average town drunk ... after getting some fluids, we're told he's doing much better. And, don't worry, Eastern red bats aren't mini-Draculas. We checked ... they eat moths and insects.

Former "Teen Mom" star Ryan Edwards is a free man again ... after spending nearly 3 months behind bars following his arrest for allegedly skipping out on a bar tab.

According to sources at the Hamilton County Jail in Tennessee ... Edwards was released Monday for time served. We're told he was originally sentenced to serve until November, but the judge cut it short. He'd been locked up since late January after cops arrested him for theft of services under $1,000.

We broke the story ... Ryan spent a winter afternoon at Bud's bar in Chattanooga and racked up a $36 bill for 6 Jack Daniel's whiskey, but allegedly walked out without forking over the money.

The bartender called police, who recognized Edwards' face from photos in their Criminal Justice Portal and went and picked him up.

Ryan's mug shot was in the portal for prior offenses ... including drug possession and a probation violation.

Ryan and his wife, Mackenzie Standifer, announced their exit from 'Teen Mom' in 2018 after revealing she was pregnant with their first child. She gave birth to a baby boy in October.

Kim Kardashian's says she's doing her homework to become a lawyer, and it's a daily grind that's turned her family life upside down -- but she insists haters won't discourage her from achieving her dream.

Kim shared a photo of herself hitting the books with attorneys Jessica Jackson and Erin Haney, studying for what she calls California's baby bar exam -- a requirement for anyone studying law the way she is ... as an apprentice with Jackson and Haney's firm.

She says, "For the next 4 years, a minimum of 18 hours a week is required, I will take written and multiple choice tests monthly." Kim's approaching the end of her first year, and says she's hitting the books hard right now to prep for a Torts essay on negligence due this week.

As we reported, Kim plans to take the bar exam by 2022. She's clearly heard the critics who claim she can only do this because of her privilege and money. She fired back, "I want people to understand that there is nothing that should limit your pursuit of your dreams, and the accomplishment of new goals. You can create your own lanes, just as I am."

She adds, however, it ain't easy -- saying she studies all weekend and at nights after working all day and putting her kids to bed. She says she's so committed to achieving her dream, she changed her number last year to disconnect and focus.

Kim and Kanye West are THIS close to landing a vacation home out in the desert ... and if all goes well, Kris Jenner will be their neighbor.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kimye are in negotiations for a SICK house in a posh golf community in the Palm Springs area, about 2 and 1/2 hours southeast of L.A.

We're told the 8,728 square foot pad's listed at $7.5 million.

Kim and Kanye scoped out the 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom crib and fell in love with it, so they got down to brass tacks. Nothing's finalized yet but we're told negotiations are well underway.

What's more ... the house -- tucked away in a gated community -- sits right next to a relative ... momager Kris Jenner, who dropped a cool $12 million back in August.

As for Kimye's potential new vacation digs ... it's a beaut, featuring a living room with an open-concept that opens up to the backyard. There are multiple fountains and a giant pool. It's the desert, duh.

There's also tons of privacy, which is HUGE for Kim and Kanye. Remember ... Kanye surprised Kim with a $14 million Miami Beach condo, but he backed out of the deal after realizing it lacked privacy once they were photographed on their new condo's balcony.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's pals from "Jersey Shore" are supporting him on the outside, paying a visit to his wife while he's locked up.

JWoww and Vinny Guadagnino showed up this week to Mike's apartment in Long Branch, NJ ... checking in on his wife, Lauren Sorrentino, while Sitch is busy serving out his 8-month sentence in federal prison.

We got video of JWoww and Vin dropping by the complex, giving each other a big hug and a kiss hello before going inside to visit Mike's bride. We're told the cast members were there to shoot scenes for the 3rd season of MTV's "Jersey Shore Family Vacation."

The last time we saw JWoww and Vin at Mike's place was back in October when the whole "Jersey Shore" cast was there for a family visit with The Situation, who had just been sentenced to hard time in his tax evasion case.

Monica is clamming up when it comes to questions about her divorce with ex-NBA baller Shannon Brown ... and it's pissing off producers on T.I.'s reality show.

Sources close to production on "T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle" tell TMZ ... Monica is refusing to talk about calling it quits on her marriage, and she won't even mention her ex-husband's name.

We're told Monica's decision to stay mum is frustrating the people tasked with crafting an interesting storyline for the singer ... and she's just not cooperating with producers begging for her to open up about her relationship with Shannon.

The trailer for the reality show's upcoming season makes it seem like Monica's an open book when it comes to her divorce ... but we're told that couldn't be further from the truth. In the trailer, she says she never imagined being a single mother in her 30s -- but that's all you're gonna get outta her.

We broke the story ... Monica filed for divorce from the former pro athlete back in March, after 8 years of marriage.

4/14 -- A source close to Dina tells TMZ ... "This is a storm in a tea cup. There was no meeting scheduled as of yet because Dina was already suspicious that he was media hungry and she is in talks about doing several new shows -- including a dating show. Bottom line is it’s a non-story and this guy wants his 15 minutes of fame. He just proved her suspicions correct."

Dina Lohan's not gonna be meeting her online boyfriend anytime soon -- 'cause he dumped her right before they were set to finally see each other face-to-face ... TMZ has confirmed.

Jesse Nadler tells TMZ ... he recently broke up with Dina after they got into a blowout argument over a book he promoted on his Facebook, which Dina thought was about another woman. She flipped out on him, even though he denied it ... but it was too late.

Jesse says Dina tried apologizing to him, but he was over it ... telling her they're through.

That sucks, 'cause the long-distance couple of 5 years were supposed to actually meet in person for the first time pretty soon. They've been online dating since 2014.

We've talked to Jesse before, and he assured us that his relationship with Dina was a natural progression that started as platonic but moved into romantic ... even though they'd never actually met.

As for whether there's any chance Jesse and Dina can patch things up ... he tells us he doesn't see them getting back together.

Well, it's confirmed -- Jay Cutler sucks.

... this according to his wife Kristin Cavallari who says the ex-NFL quarterback helped to unclog her milk ducts by "sucking harder than he’s ever sucked."

K-Cav made the statement on camera for an upcoming episode of "Very Cavallari" -- when she was telling a dinner table full of friends how she solved a major breastfeeding issue.

"Major clogged ducts. Jay had to get them out for me, sucking harder than he’s ever sucked ... and you know what? Saved my life."

Jay just cracked a smile and threw up his hands as if to say, "Yeah, so what?!"

Cavallari has really introduced the public to a side of Jay nobody really knew during his 12 seasons in the NFL -- when he had a reputation for being boring, introverted and the opposite of fun.

Now, he's posing naked on the beach, blossoming into a legit reality star ... and unclogging milk ducts with his face.

The ex-'Teen Mom' star slipped into a hot pink bikini Wednesday for a super sexy beach workout in Tulum, and as you can tell ... Farrah's smokin' hot body is extremely flexible. It ain't exactly yoga, but it's definitely hot!

Netflix is deeming its new series, "Our Planet," too graphic for some animal lovers, and warning them to shield their eyes during some disturbing scenes.

Netflix issued a dire warning Wednesday, alerting folks to several scenes it feels might be too much for the faint of heart ... because seeing animals eat, prey, or die, is too much for some people.

Netflix's warning involves scenes in 5 segments of the multi-episode docuseries, which covers the effects of climate change on wildlife around the planet. Netflix only gave time codes for the scenes to skip, but we did the leg work and figured out what the hell they're actually talking about.

Tarek El Moussa couldn't stand working with Christina right after they broke up -- and although he's praising her these days, he can't wait to do his own thing ... sans the ex-wife.

The "Flip or Flop" star was on "TMZ Live" Monday to talk about shooting their 8th season, and how the exes/costars are getting along years after their very public split. Christina also has a new show on the horizon -- "Christina on the Coast" -- slated to air next month.

Check out the clip ... Tarek -- who officially divorced in January 2018 -- says shooting the show after their split was tough, but now he actually sounds happy for her success and expanding family. Christina's since remarried and is expecting a baby with her new man.

Business aside ... it appears Kylie and Travis have handled their own personal business. We last saw them out grabbing some grub. They've since also gone on what Kylie dubbed "baecation" as all seems to be good in their neck of the woods.

Tommie Lee says she needs help for serious mental issues ... and now her legal team is trying to enroll her in a mental health program.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, an attorney for the former 'Love & Hip Hop' star is petitioning the court in her child abuse case to allow Tommie to get treatment for a serious mental illness. She says she was diagnosed before or around the same time as she was charged with child abuse, and her condition is a significant part of her case.

Tommie says she's willing to meet a long list of requirements to enter the program, such as staying sober, submitting to random drug testing and attending self-help meetings. It's the first step in a month-long process ... applications are considered by a committee, which includes a prosecutor, and it will take about 30 days to decide Tommie's fate.

While Tommie doesn't reveal her specific diagnosis in the docs ... when she sat down with our Raquel Harper for a 2016 episode of "Raq Rants," Tommie said she was bipolar.

The cast from "Queer Eye" is ecstatic with the work Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is doing in DC ... and meeting her didn't suck either, cause they were EXPLODING with joy.

We got Jonathan Van Ness and Bobby Berk strolling around the nation's capital Thursday ... just moments after meeting AOC. If you didn't know ... the cast was in D.C. for an event at the Library of Congress, celebrating LGBTQ youth empowerment.

Afterward they walked over to Capitol Hill, where AOC personally escorted them to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office ... where they talked about the Equality Act.

"Selling Sunset" star Chrishell Hartley knows there are haters who doubt she and her castmates are legit in the real estate game, and now she's punching back ... with a velvet glove.

If you haven't seen it (what the hell ya waiting for?), the new Netflix hit series follows the super hot female agents of The Oppenheim Group real estate brokerage. Chrishell joined us Wednesday on "TMZ Live" and we asked her point-blank -- hardcore real estate agents or just pretty faces? What's the deal?

Chrishell says she understands why viewers might have doubts. We mentioned all 6 women on the show are super gorgeous, right?

But, she insists they don't just talk a big real estate game, they can all back it up in more ways than one. Even though she's low man on the totem pole, Chrishell -- whose husband is "This is Us" star Justin Hartley -- says she's quickly making a name for herself.

Ryan Seacrest's gonna have to make time in his jam-packed schedule to get grilled like a cheeseburger for Blac Chyna's lawsuit against the Kardashians.

A judge ruled Seacrest -- the exec producer of 'KUWTK' -- can be deposed in the case because there's a good chance he has inside info on why "Rob & Chyna" was canceled. As the judge put it, Ryan likely has "superior and unique" knowledge.

We broke the story ... BC is suing the Kardashians, claiming they threatened to pull 'KUWTK' from E! if the network didn't put the kibosh on Chyna's spin-off reality show.

Ryan tried to avoid any deeper involvement in the case by fighting Chyna's legal team's efforts to depose him -- but no dice.

According to the docs, Ryan's deposition will be limited to 3 hours over a single day, and will be recorded on video.
