1:24 PM PT -- A rep for David Eason refutes the details of this weekend's encounter, telling us he did confront the woman ... but never threatened to shoot her, nor was he carrying a gun. We're told Dave noticed the same woman snooping around their property and tampering with their mailbox two days prior, and drove up to her this time on his ATV. The rep tells us all he said to her was that nothing was for sale when she said she was a realtor looking for property.

Jenelle Evans' husband, David Eason, allegedly threatened to shoot and kill a woman who briefly stopped in front of his property ... TMZ has learned.

Real estate agent Sandra Britt tells us she was cruising through Jenelle and David's neighborhood last weekend in Riegelwood, NC looking for a rental property for her daughter. She says she paused for a moment in front of the 'Teen Mom' stars' home to admire it ... particularly its new black gate.

Britt says she was quickly on her way -- but she claims Eason came racing up the street behind her on an ATV and pulled up beside her. She claims he asked, "What the mother f*** are you looking at my house for?"

She claims he then put his hand on what appeared to be a gun in a holster on his waist and said, "That's right. I got a gun, I will shoot you." She says David then took a pic of her license plate, and then bolted.

Britt tells us she tried to report the incident to police, but was told nothing could be done because the altercation happened on a public highway. She's planning to file a report with the Sheriff's Department soon.

We've reached out to Eason, but no word back yet.

Worth noting ... David does love his guns. Just last month the Secret Service paid him a visit after he tagged President Trump in a social media post flaunting his arsenal of weapons and ammo.

Blac Chyna's ex is catching the eye of 'Love & Hip Hop' star Alexis Skyy after shouting her out with a #WCW post ... on Monday, mind you. Sources close to Alexis tell us she saw Rob's Snapchat, and she's definitely feeling him too.

In fact, Skyy was so open to hanging with Rob, she was at his house just a few hours after he posted the tribute to her.

Seems like Rob has had a thing for Alexis for a while. He captioned the Snap, "MY WCW ... I'VE BEEN WANTING YOU FOR SO LONG.."

Alexis is already trying to make nice with the Kardashian clan -- after Rob's post, she started following Kris, Kim, Kendall, Kylie and Kourtney on IG.

The timing of Rob's post is super interesting because Alexis and Chyna had major beef over the weekend. Considering Rob rarely posts on social media these days ... it seems like he broke his silence simply to stick it to his ex.

Rob and Chyna are locked in a bitter child support war -- but Alexis seems willing and able to step into the middle of it.

"90 Day Fiance" star Colt Johnson told cops Larissa Dos Santos Lima downed half a bottle of pills and threatened to kill herself before getting arrested.

TMZ broke the story ... Larissa was arrested for battery last week after she allegedly attacked Colt, punching him in the mouth and inflicting injuries upon herself. According to the police report -- obtained by TMZ -- Larissa got mad at Colt, accusing him of cheating after she discovered he'd purchased porn.

Cops say Colt told them Larissa became enraged, and emptied her bottle of antidepressants -- which was half full -- swallowed the pills and locked herself in the bathroom. She also punched Colt in the mouth.

According to Larissa, she locked herself into the bathroom to defuse the situation and took a shower. She told cops during her shower, Colt was playing with the lights and continued to annoy her by touching her inappropriately. Larissa also claimed Colt grabbed her by the hair and pinned her to the ground.

After talking with both Colt and Larissa, cops discovered Larissa had been busted for domestic violence twice in the last 6 months. They also determined she'd inflicted scratch marks on herself.

"The Bachelor" contestant Cristy Caserta died as a result of an enlarged heart and an overactive thyroid ... TMZ has learned.

According to the autopsy report, obtained by TMZ, Caserta's cause of death was cardiomegaly and hyperthyroidism. As we reported ... Caserta was only 38 when she died suddenly back in October after suffering an apparent seizure.

She was attending a class at a school in Sunrise, FL when she just fell forward at the desk where she was sitting. Caserta went into cardiac arrest and was shortly thereafter pronounced dead.

Ashley Martson of "90 Day Fiance" says she was taken to the hospital for kidney failure ... due to complications stemming from lupus.

The reality TV star posted a shocking photo of herself Sunday which shows her passed out in a hospital bed with IVs running through her arms. She says she was found unresponsive in the morning and was rushed to the hospital ... where doctors said she was suffering from acute kidney failure due to lupus.

Ashley says she will begin dialysis shortly and adds that she shared this info to help anyone who might also be dealing with the disease. She captioned her photo with an encouraging message ... "I will not let this beat me. I know I’m strong enough to battle through this,not just for myself but for my kids."

Selena Gomez also suffers from lupus, and even required a kidney transplant in 2017. She's been looking quite healthy and well since then.

Martson starred in the most recent season of '90DF,' which wrapped up last year.

"Love & Hip Hop Miami" star Amara La Negra tried to compose herself before addressing allegations against R. Kelly ... and then she ferociously unleashed.

The up-and-coming musical artist was leaving iHeartRadio in Atlanta Friday when we asked about the drumbeat to prosecute Kelly in the wake of Lifetime's docuseries, "Surviving R. Kelly."

Amara scoffs, saying there was plenty of proof to lock Kelly up years ago ... when he was accused of making a sex tape with an underage girl. Kelly was acquitted of the child pornography charges in 2008, but clearly ... Amara thinks there was more than enough smoke.

The explosive fight between "90 Day Fiance" stars Colt Johnson and Larissa Dos Santos Lima led to bloody faces for both and her being arrested, then he capped it off by calling it quits on their marriage ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs ... Colt filed for divorce from Larissa Friday in Nevada, just hours after she was arrested for domestic battery. The volatile couple wed just seven months ago ... and it was her third arrest on domestic violence charges.

Colt's mom reportedly paid the divorce filing fee.

As we reported ... cops responded to a call from Larissa Thursday night after the 2 had a fight, and determined scratches she had on her stomach appeared to be self-inflicted. After talking to both of them, they decided to arrest her based on the evidence and her history.

She was held on a $3,000 bond.

The arrest followed Larissa and a '90 Day Fiance' blogger sharing a series of disturbing videos and posts early Friday chronicling the couple's bizarre night ... which allegedly stemmed from an argument when she discovered Colt had purchased porn.

9:17 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us Larissa called cops around 11 PM last night -- officers responded -- but Colt wasn't around. Cops returned to the scene a couple hours later and spoke with both Colt and Larissa ... they determined Larissa mostly had blood spatter -- and a single deep cut -- on her face.

We're told Larissa did have scratches on her stomach, but they appeared to be self-inflicted. Cops checked Larissa's criminal history and saw she had two previous arrests for domestic battery.

What's more ... cops checked Colt's fingernails, and observed he's a nail-biter ... and determined the injury to Larissa's face couldn't possibly have been from him.

Based on the evidence and her history ... police arrested Larissa for domestic battery.

She's being held on $3,000 bond.

The most volatile couple on "90 Day Fiance" had an explosive argument that led to facial injuries for both and seems to have ended in an arrest ... according to wild series of Instagram posts.

Larissa Dos Santos Lima shared photos and video overnight, revealing an apparent bloody battle with Colt Johnson, including a pic of her lacerated face with the caption ... "colt called the cops on me we argue."

According to Larissa ... the couple's fight began when she discovered an email showing Colt had created an account with the adult entertainment company, ManyVids, and purchased a porn video. From there it escalated big time, with Larissa claiming she scratched Colt because he was hurting her.

Larissa says she's afraid she'll be deported because Colt called the police first. There's also a vid showing Colt standing in the bathroom doorway as she says she's naked trying to take a shower, and another of Larissa covered in shaving cream ... suggesting Colt did it to antagonize her.

A "90 Day Fiance" blogger named John Yates chronicled the incident, as well, including text messages between him and Larissa in which she asks for help and accuses Colt of being a pedophile. John tells her to get out of the house and go to a neighbor's for safety.

Yates also shared a photo of Colt's facial injury allegedly from Larissa, which he says was sent to him by a friend of Johnson's.

Finally, Yates posted a pic of Larissa receiving first aid at her friend's house, but says she did end up getting arrested by cops. We're trying to confirm.

BTW -- Larissa was reportedly previously arrested for domestic violence in November.

Lindsay Lohan's the #1 boss bitch at her Mykonos beach club, but unlike Lisa Vanderpump -- she doesn't even try to be nice about it ... so says one of the stars of Lindsay's new MTV show.

We got "Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club" cast member Sara Tariq at LAX Wednesday, and asked her what it's like to work for LL. Sara, who's a VIP host at the club, didn't hesitate to call LiLo a hardass.

She did add that Linds is very personable with the staff during off-hours, but when it's business time ... she doesn't mess around.

As for whether Lohan can mimic the matriarch of "Vanderpump Rules," Tariq has doubts because Lindsay rules with more of an iron fist than Lisa.

Lindsay Lohan disappointed some fans by cutting her night short in the city that never sleeps ... 'cause she had to get some sleep. Things change.

Lindsay was spotted leaving the Moxy Hotel Monday night in NYC and profusely apologized to fans waiting outside to get a pic with her. She made a swift walk from the joint to her waiting SUV ... telling a photog she had to bounce 'cause she's got an early morning.

Gone are the classic Lindsay days where she'd be partying like there was no tomorrow. Of course, some of those days ended with her getting arrested, so this seems like a very adult, responsible change on LiLo's part.

And, she's right, Tuesday is a big day -- her reality show 'Beach Club' premieres on MTV and someone's gotta get out there to pimp it.

Early wake-up calls always suck but hey, could be worse, Linds. Ya could be laid up on a beach in Greece with an ankle brace.

As if the new 'Bachelor' didn't already know he was a virgin, his suitors (and the show at large) constantly reminded him during the season premiere ... and it got old fast.

Colton Underwood's journey got started Monday night, and as he was meeting the lovely ladies who'll be vying for his heart ...and apparently his crotch. His virginity was on the minds in the mouths of almost every girl. It was awkwardly charming at first, but quickly became a tired gag.

Even worse ... the virgin gimmicks quickly escalated from a chat to full-blown costumes just to land the joke. One girl popped a "cherry" balloon in front of Colton, another teased him with a real peach, and yet another took away his "V" card in a corny magic trick.

But, Alex D. of Boston took the cake (and the award for worst contestant thus far) by creeping out of the limo in a human-size sloth suit and lurching over to him in slow-mo ... staying committed to the whole sloth thing the entire way through.

It was cringeworthy to say the least. Fact is ... Colton's more than just his virginity -- here's hoping the producers of the show realized that before it's too late.

R. Kelly really should off himself in the wake of the Lifetime docuseries, but he should wait until after he gets sent to prison ... so says Daymond John, who clearly has strong feelings about this.

In what might be the harshest take yet on "Surviving R. Kelly" ... the "Shark Tank" star absolutely tore into the R&B singer Sunday, tweeting Kelly should kill himself -- but not before being convicted for his alleged crimes. He joined us on "TMZ Live" to explain his anger.

Daymond, who has 3 daughters, tells us the docuseries struck a nerve, and he couldn't help but react in such a strong manner -- namely, suggesting Kelly take his own life.

According to Daymond ... the punishment fits the (alleged) crimes. He says based on what he saw on Lifetime, Kelly must've poured millions of dollars in covering his tracks for all these years. Daymond also says this is the final straw for Kelly in his eyes ... and he needs to atone one way or another.

Check out his take ... it's definitely one that isn't easy to swallow, which is something a lot of celebs are dealing with in the wake of the docuseries. Daymond touches on race here too, speculating on whether this alleged cover-up would've gone on for so long for white victims.

He also credits the #MeToo movement for spurring this outpouring of confessions, and encourages more people to come forward and share their stories.

For the record ... R. Kelly has denied all the allegations against him thus far.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Tommie Lee has been indicted on multiple child abuse charges -- and the details of the alleged assault on her kid are horrific.

According to the indictment filed by the state of Georgia -- and obtained by TMZ -- Tommie Lee went to her young daughter's middle school this past October and allegedly disrupted the class, slapped her daughter on the hands with her purse strap, slapped her across the face, dragged her down the hall by her hair ... and threw her into a metal locker.

Tommie faces 7 charges in the indictment, and 3 of 'em are felonies. The rest are misdemeanors. If she's convicted on all seven ... prosecutors tell us Tommie could be locked up for up to 54 years.

We broke the story ... Tommie was arrested twice in connection to this case -- once for the alleged assault, and again less than 24 hours later for violating a court order to stay away from her kid ... whom we're told she went to see less than 3 hours after being released from jail.

She's been in and out of jail (and back again) repeatedly over the past couple years now -- all while appearing on "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta." Tommie reportedly said she'd be quitting the show.

Makes sense ... she's got bigger fish to fry right now.

"Deadliest Catch" star Neal Hillstrand is getting his family fishing vessel dragged into his divorce proceedings with his wife ... but this story doesn't have anything to do with tugboats.

According to divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Neal agreed to fork over $10,000 to his estranged wife, Sugayle Marie Hillstrand, if he and his brothers ever sell their boat.

The docs show Neal has one-third ownership in "Time Bandit" -- along with his brothers, Captains Johnathan and Andy -- and he's bound to cut a check to his ex if his family ever unloads the fishing boat made famous in Discovery's reality TV series. As best we can tell, "Time Bandit" is currently not up for sale.

Neal filed for divorce Oct. 29, and docs show he gets the former couple's $340,000 house, plus a 1969 Chevy Malibu. She gets their 2 SUVs, a 2012 Sierra and 2006 Envoy.

As part of the divorce, Neal already paid his ex $15k in November and will shell out $1,500 per month over the next 6 months.

Colton Underwood admires women who fake it for love.

We got the 'Bachelor' star in WeHo heading into Boa and asked about Bri Barnes, who greeted him on the show with a fake Aussie accent. Colton thinks the move was fantastic ... deceptive, maybe, but deliciously so.

Our photog couldn't help expressing concern for the famed virgin, cautioning that people on the set needed to have his back in case he dove headfirst into the sea of love.
