We caught up with the Bravo personality outside the book launch for Hollywood Virgin by Jason Felts at The Abbey in West Hollywood on Wednesday evening, where she made it clear she has no interest in making a grand return to 'RHOBH' -- despite Andy Cohen and Lisa Rinna recently speaking out in favor of the idea.

As Vanderpump put it ... no one should be taking seriously what Rinna thinks about the 'Real Housewives' franchise, indicating her former frenemy's 2 cents on the matter is a bunch of hot air.

Joe Giudice isn't threatened by Teresa Giudice's new husband ... making it clear he's happy to see his ex-wife find her soulmate.

We caught up with Joe after Teresa called Luis "Louie" Ruelas her "twin flame" and suggested the only good thing she and JG did together was make 4 daughters together ... a notion the ex 'RHONJ' hubby cosigned.

We caught up with Kyle in New York City, where she confirmed to us that she and Garcelle hashed things out AGAIN over the jabs they made at each other in the press ... with both women supposedly taking ownership for their part in the drama.

As Kyle put it ... she was genuinely upset with Garcelle for the "lesbian" comment she made during last month's episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Brandi Glanville left fans shocked and upset after she posted a video of her shaking despondently on a medical machine ... while shining more light on her mystery health condition.

In a less than 30-second clip posted to X ... the former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star was on a lymphatic drainage machine -- a device meant to stimulate fluid movement and relieve pain -- while telling her followers, "I will shake for the rest of my life if this thing gets out of my body."

In the caption of the post, she wrote, "Ok so about 5 years ago the boys & I had black mold poisoning from a toxic house we lived in we got a six figure settlement buuuuuut this is CRAZY!"

Brandi Glanville's mystery illness has gotten so serious to the point she needs to go under the knife ... and Dr. Terry Dubrow is doing everything he can to get her face back to the way she wants it.

Dr. Dubrow tells TMZ ... Brandi is continuing to experience uncomfortable symptoms from her mystery illness, and will require a series of tests to get an exact diagnosis. To get to the bottom of it, Dubrow will perform a surgical tissue sampling, which will hopefully provide clarity to the root cause of the issue.

Brandi is feeling somewhat better after being recommended treatment from Terry last month. The good doc commends Brandi for her bravery during this process and is determined to figure it out.
