Teresa Giudice's future on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" is up in the air ... despite reports suggesting otherwise.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... there is absolutely no truth to the claim Teresa has been asked to leave the Bravo hit.

The rumor picked up steam this week, after castmate Frank Catania suggested Tre's time on the show had come to an end. But we're told no casting decision has been made regarding season 15 ... let alone a call on whether to bring Teresa back.

3:51 PM PT -- Lisa Barlow tells TMZ ... her lawyers have notified her that this lawsuit was dismissed.

'RHOSLC' star Lisa Barlow and her husband are in the legal hot seat again, facing a new lawsuit from someone claiming they borrowed tons of money for her Vida Tequila company, but never paid it back.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, William M. McGeary claims John Barlow told McGeary's son Vida Tequila needed cash for raw materials to fulfill orders.

McGreary says he agreed to loan them $400K through his trust, and the terms were crystal clear -- the due date to pay the money back was December 27, 2023.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are desperate to sell their mansion ... 'cause they slashed the price again -- taking another quarter-million-dollar chunk off recently.

The embattled couple's Georgia home is still stuck on Zillow ... and, they took $250K off the price Wednesday -- two months after slicking $300K off asking. The house is now listed for $3.95 million.

We've followed the house price closely ... they lopped $500K off the price in December 2023, and then a cool mil in January -- so, the market for the impressive abode just ain't there. All told, they've dropped their asking price by more than $2 million since the first listing.

Kroy Biermann is fuming, but this time it's not at Kim Zolciak -- he's pissed cops ticketed him over his dog escaping his yard, and new body cam footage shows him fighting tooth and nail to keep his cool.

TMZ obtained this video of Kroy's run-in with cops in late June outside the couple's Georgia home, where neighbors called authorities to report the Biermann's Cane Corso -- named Stone -- for getting out into the community and terrifying some folks on the streets.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann finally have a date for their divorce trial ... though the court's directing them to try and hash out a settlement through mediation before it kicks off.

TMZ has obtained legal documents setting the estranged couple's divorce trial for November 5 and November 6 in Atlanta's Fulton County Superior Court.

That said, the couple's been directed to try and hash out their issues regarding the split in a mediation session. They have until September 25 to do so, and it looks like they'll head to trial if something can't be worked out during the mediation.
