Andy Cohen says everyone's about to find out what he already knows ... Phaedra Parks is doing wonders for the new season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" upon her return.

We got Andy in New York City and our photog asked him about Phaedra's triumphant return and Kenya Moore's messy exit -- and he's quite the hype man, 'cause he makes it sound like we're all in for a helluva treat.

Andy says he's super excited Phaedra is back in the fold for season 16 ... because she makes the show that much better. Unclear what that might translate to in the actual series, but it's a good tease of what's to come for sure.

Bethenny Frankel is popping off on the notion she's too old to rock a bikini ... by modeling an itty-bitty black two-piece for her millions of followers.

The 53-year-old 'Real Housewives of New York' alum took to Instagram Thursday, where she asked her fans if she should keep one specific bikini -- despite being a woman of a "certain age." Watch the vid, as BF's tone -- and, frankly, fit frame -- made it clear there was only one right answer.

She confidently asked ... "Am I popping tags or am I not popping tags?"

Phaedra Parks is picking back up her peach ... 'cause the Bravo personality just announced her official return to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" -- this amid Kenya Moore's exit.

The reality TV star -- who appeared on 'RHOA' seasons 3 through 9 -- took to Instagram on Monday to confirm her return to the Bravo hit.

In the new IG upload, Phaedra can be seen holding the show's iconic token -- a Georgia peach -- while dressed to the nines in front of a private plane. She added ... "You called. I answered 🍑#RHOA #S16"

Kroy Biermann is fuming, but this time it's not at Kim Zolciak -- he's pissed cops ticketed him over his dog escaping his yard, and new body cam footage shows him fighting tooth and nail to keep his cool.

TMZ obtained this video of Kroy's run-in with cops in late June outside the couple's Georgia home, where neighbors called authorities to report the Biermann's Cane Corso -- named Stone -- for getting out into the community and terrifying some folks on the streets.

As we first told you ... cops cited Troy for the dog getting loose, but now we're seeing exactly how he took the news when officers confronted him, and it's interesting.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann finally have a date for their divorce trial ... though the court's directing them to try and hash out a settlement through mediation before it kicks off.

TMZ has obtained legal documents setting the estranged couple's divorce trial for November 5 and November 6 in Atlanta's Fulton County Superior Court.

That said, the couple's been directed to try and hash out their issues regarding the split in a mediation session. They have until September 25 to do so, and it looks like they'll head to trial if something can't be worked out during the mediation.

Teresa Giudice's caught up in a Photoshop scandal for the ages -- her severely mocked birthday wish for Larsa Pippen -- but now, she's trying to have some fun with it.

We caught up with Teresa Tuesday at ABC Studios in NYC ... and she said the reason she so clearly superimposed herself and Larsa over a separate beach photo was simply because she didn't like the original background.

Teresa said her assistant had recently been at a beach in Mexico, so she decided to jack her scenic backdrop for the bday shoutout to Larsa. Watch the clip, what's unclear is if Teresa did the Photoshop herself ... or if she's blaming her assistant for the shoddy final edit?

Dorit Kemsley's giving us an update on her marital status after separating from her hubby PK ... and, interestingly, she's not slamming the door on the possibility of reconciliation.

She was out and about Monday in L.A. when the 'RHOBH' star told us her current focus amid their split was putting all their energy into co-parenting their 2 kiddos.

Of course, we had to ask if she was still working toward "maybe getting back together" ... and she didn't say no way.

Kyle Richards can't wrap her head around people needing to comment on women's bodies in this day and age -- this in response to body-shamers attacking her pal Kesha.

We caught up with the 'RHOBH' star at LAX Monday following her Aspen trip with the singer -- and she tells us she's baffled by the mean comments about Kesha's appearance ... 'cause as far as she's concerned, she's gorgeous -- and even more beautiful on the inside.

As for whether Kesha's letting the trolling get to her, Kyle points us to the singer's IG message ... where the "Timber" hitmaker said those mean comments only made her stronger.
