Kyle Richards is playing cheerleader for Morgan Wade ... while estranged husband Mauricio Umansky vacations halfway across the world with a much younger actress.

The 'RHOBH' star was backstage for Morgan's concert Friday at the Minnesota Yacht Club Festival in St. Paul ... supporting her close friend and dressing to the nines. We're told Kyle had an appearance at the festival for 'Mamitas', a tequila drink that she is a part-owner of.

Kyle's very public show of support for Morgan comes only hours after we got photos of Mauricio lounging at a beach club in Greece with Nikita Kahn -- where they were getting handsy and looking very much like a new couple.

TMZ obtained photos and videos of Mauricio and Nikita at Scorpios Beach Club in Mykonos ... where they shared a cabana together for a few hours before holding hands on their way out.

Mauricio is wearing board shorts and Nikita, who has a role in an upcoming movie starring Alec Baldwin and Terrence Howard, is rocking a tiny black bikini with a bandana in her hair.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star removed "wife" from her Instagram bio on Thursday after Mauricio was photographed kissing a young woman at an airport in Greece days before.

Kyle's IG bio now reads "Mom, actor, author, producer, animal lover, a RHOBH, CAA." The word "wife" was previously sandwiched between "Mom" and "actor" – but not anymore.

Mauricio Umansky's clearly back in the dating pool, locking lips with a mystery woman while overseas -- and, it kinda seals the deal ... it's definitely over with Kyle Richards.

The real estate mogul touched down in Mykonos, Greece Tuesday ... where he was photographed hopping off a plane and collapsing into the arms of a hot blonde wearing a sheer cover-up over a dark bikini ... whom he embraced with a passionate hug and kiss.

The two are completely wrapped up in each other's bodies, and like we said -- they shared a smooch too ... suggesting they're a romantic item. This definitely ain't some stranger either.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann finally have a date for their divorce trial ... though the court's directing them to try and hash out a settlement through mediation before it kicks off.

TMZ has obtained legal documents setting the estranged couple's divorce trial for November 5 and November 6 in Atlanta's Fulton County Superior Court.

That said, the couple's been directed to try and hash out their issues regarding the split in a mediation session. They have until September 25 to do so, and it looks like they'll head to trial if something can't be worked out during the mediation.

Teresa Giudice's caught up in a Photoshop scandal for the ages -- her severely mocked birthday wish for Larsa Pippen -- but now, she's trying to have some fun with it.

We caught up with Teresa Tuesday at ABC Studios in NYC ... and she said the reason she so clearly superimposed herself and Larsa over a separate beach photo was simply because she didn't like the original background.

Dorit Kemsley's giving us an update on her marital status after separating from her hubby PK ... and, interestingly, she's not slamming the door on the possibility of reconciliation.

Claudia Jordan is coming to the defense of her former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' costar, Kenya Moore ... after the latter exited the show following an alleged scandal.

We caught up with Claudia in L.A., who called Kenya's early exit from season 16 a tragedy ... and suggested the show may not be watchable without KM's loud and proud personality.

CJ, who appeared on seasons 7 and 8 of 'RHOA,' added ... "I think she's a big part of that success and I hope it's only a temporary thing."
