Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have delayed foreclosure on their home -- reaching an agreement with their bank to buy themselves a little time to unload it ... TMZ has learned.

In court docs obtained by TMZ ... Truist Bank agreed to cease foreclosure proceedings for the next 90 days ... meaning the estranged spouses can try to sell the property without the bank stepping into foreclosure on it.

But, if they fail to sell the home and pay back the bank by August 26, TB can resume foreclosure proceedings.

Caroline Manzo is painting more of a portrait of what happened to her allegedly at the hands of Brandi Glanville – and the new allegations are nothing less than shocking!

First, the back story ... the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star filed a lawsuit against Bravo – which produces the reality show – in January 2024.

In the suit, Manzo accused Glanville – formerly a castmate on 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' – of sexually harassing her while they were shooting a 2023 reality show called "The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip." Manzo claimed Glanville kissed her without her consent in a rental house in Morocco, while also mounting her on the couch.

Kyle Richards isn't holding back her frustration with former pal Lisa Vanderpump ... particularly over her insinuations about her separation from Mauricio Umansky.

ICYMI, LVP gave a straight yes when she was recently asked on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast if she'd ever known about a castmate's partner cheating -- and even though her name wasn't explicitly mentioned, Kyle's convinced Lisa was referring to her.

Kyle also says Lisa was trying to paint Kyle as unhappy in her relationship with Mauricio -- hinting that KR had long been suffering -- even though Kyle says that's not true.

Jennifer Aydin's doing fine after suffering through a scary ordeal ... telling fans she was at a New Jersey boardwalk that turned chaotic -- and sharing a clip of the dramatic scene.

The 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star took to Instagram Sunday to share a clip from her chaotic Saturday evening ... telling her more than half a million followers she and her family went to the boardwalk at Seaside Heights, on the Jersey Shore.

Teresa Giudice's daughter Milania is recovering after getting into a nasty car accident, but the same can't be said for her brand new Mercedes that got smashed up in New Jersey.

According to new police documents obtained by TMZ ... Milania was involved in the crash on Friday when her luxury convertible collided with another car in Boonton, NJ.

The report says there was some disagreement on the scene about who was to blame for the wreck ... with Milania claiming the other driver ran a stop sign, slowly traveled through an intersection and hit her car.

Kyle Richards is finally confirming at least one swirling rumor ... revealing she and Mauricio Umansky are no longer under the same roof, and opening up about her first day solo at her L.A. pad a solid 9 months after their split.

The "RHOBH" star spilled the tea on the "Bitch Bible" podcast -- she says Mauricio left their home of 28 years, and moved into a swanky West Hollywood pad, while she was away for a weekend -- leaving her to face the sudden, eerie silence of their once bustling abode.

As a mom to 4 daughters – Farrah, Alexia, Sophia, and Portia – and several dogs, Kyle admitted she's accustomed to a full house brimming with chaos. So, Mauricio's sudden absence made the whole situation totally weird.

Better than any Nat Geo special ... Kyle recorded the whole encounter as she suddenly spotted the rat chilling by her side-view mirror, staring her down while she's sitting in the driver's seat. You can feel her stress immediately as she starts shrieking and panicking.

At one point, she even knocks on the car window, hoping to get the attention of a guy walking by for help -- but no luck.

Dorit Kemsley isn't in the mood to answer questions about her relationship ... firing back at one inquisitive fan -- and using a common explanation for what went wrong.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star posted the announcement of her split from her husband Paul to Instagram, and tons of people asked questions in the comments -- including one user who wrote, "wait i thought y’all were stronger than ever?"

Unclear if the fan meant it as a dig or a real question ... but, DK seemingly didn't take too kindly to the phrasing, firing back, "we were. S*** happens. It’s called life- try it sometime. One day at a time."

3:20 PM PT -- We got PK Thursday in West Hollywood at The Henry right on the heels of the news of him and Dorit Kemsley separating -- and while we tried asking how he was feeling ... the guy wasn't in any mood to talk, beelining it for a restaurant -- this while 'RHOBH' cameras were rolling for the new season.

Check out the footage ... PK gets out of his car, and you can tell there's a production going on -- 'cause there's a ton of camera people around, and he's in the thick of it. Again, we asked how he was holding up during this hard time, but he was pretty mum on it.

BTW, PK was going into the restaurant to meet with none other than Mauricio Umansky ... whom he sat and chatted with, only to get frustrated and storm out.

Remember, the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star was in the same VIP section as the singer at weekend 1 of the music festival. Still, as Teresa recently told E! News ... she almost didn't approach Taylor, out of fear she'd bother the Grammy winner, especially since she wasn't a Swiftie.

Apparently, we have Teresa's husband Louie Ruelas to thank for the iconic pic ... as Teresa admitted he was the one who encouraged her to speak to Taylor. She added, "Jennifer Aydin [who’s] on my show, she loves her. I’m like, ‘All right. I’m doing this for Jennifer Aydin.'"

Kyle Richards is distancing herself from estranged husband Mauricio Umansky in an whole new way -- she's dropped his last name from at least one social media profile.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star's Instagram account got a noticeable refresh amid her ongoing separation from the real estate mogul .... with the reality TV star changing her name from Kyle Richards Umansky to simply Kyle Richards.

However, Kyle still identifies as a "Mrs," describing herself as a "Mom, wife, actor, author, producer, animal lover, a RHOBH, CAA" in the bio of the account. We know neither of them has filed for divorce, so, "wife" is still accurate.

Kyle Richards' daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie's home was hit by burglars last week ... and the thieves ended up taking off with upwards of a million bucks worth of stuff.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the LASD Major Crimes unit is handling the investigation for the break-in, which took place at Farrah's house last Tuesday.

We're told thieves got away with sentimental and super-expensive jewelry, Hermes bags, designer luggage, high-end watches, and other luxury goods.

Kyle Richards raced to her daughter's side this week after hearing about an emergency at her kid's home -- as the place got broken into by thieves, who busted in in broad daylight.

Sources familiar tell TMZ … Farrah Aldjufrie's L.A.-area home got burglarized Tuesday afternoon, with the crime happening around 1 PM PT. Thankfully, we're told Farrah wasn't home when this happened ... but unfortunately, these crooks made off with quite a lot.

Our sources say the burglars forced open a door on the property and made entry into the home -- and at some point during their stealing spree, we're told they actually cut Farrah's WiFi off completely ... likely in hopes of trying to cut the connection to surveillance cameras.

Lisa Vanderpump isn't one to mince words ... as evidenced by the most direct and vivid reaction anyone in the 'Real Housewives' universe has had to rumors Kyle Richards is dating Morgan Wade.

Amid her separation from Mauricio Umansky, Kyle's spent lots of time with country singer Morgan -- and though they've repeatedly claimed they're just good friends, Kyle hasn't said much about their relationship when 'Housewives' cameras are rolling.
