Teddi Mellencamp is home! The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum confirmed she's been released from the hospital ... she was admitted last month after doctors found she had multiple brain tumors.

In an emotional Instagram Story posted Tuesday, the reality star revealed she's back home after more than 2 weeks in the hospital ... in the video, she's singing along to the track "Coming Home" by the group Diddy – Dirty Money & Skylar Grey.

TM also shared a video of herself walking on a treadmill, saying she's starting off slowly as she eases back into exercise. She also noted how "emotional" it is to watch your body change while on so many cancer medications.

Bethenny Frankel may need to have it out on her 'Just B' podcast with Alix Earle ... 'cause the popular influencer stood her up for dinner this week -- though Earle says she has a good reason for it.

The reality television star shared the news on her Instagram Friday night ... sharing a "get ready with me" vid to her IG before their scheduled dinner.

She talks about how she linked up with Alix originally before adding she's going to see both her and Braxton Berrios for dinner.

Karen Huger will serve a year in prison after being found guilty of DUI ... TMZ has confirmed.

"The Real Housewives of Potomac" star was in a Maryland court Wednesday, where she was sentenced to two years in prison, with a year suspended ... meaning she'll only actually serve a year maximum.

The State's Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... Karen will pay $2,900 in fines. She cannot drive at all for a year after her release. She also received 5 years of supervised probation upon release with interlock (once she’s allowed to drive again). If there are no violations it becomes unsupervised after 3 years.

The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star is being sued by a woman named Julia Umana ... who claims she worked as a live-in nanny and housekeeper for Teddi. Umana claims Teddy treated her more poorly than any other celebrity boss.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Umana claims Teddi made her employment a living hell by abusing power, shorting paychecks, creating a hostile work environment and engaging in racial discrimination and harassment.
