Kroy Biermann says he has no desire to call off his divorce from Kim Zolciak despite having sex a couple weeks ago ... claiming banging her doesn't mean he's changed his mind.

The retired NFL player just fired back at his estranged wife ... making it clear he is still gung-ho about divorcing her, selling their Georgia mansion and moving somewhere else with their kids.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kroy says the fact he had sex with Kim "does not indicate a desire to reconcile" and he "remains steadfast in his desire to divorce" her.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim claims Kroy's latest divorce petition is all a sham because they're living together and having a ton of sex, and she's trying to get a judge to toss the whole thing.

But Kroy says folks shouldn't put a whole lot of stock into the fact they had sex earlier this month ... he says it doesn't change his position.

In the docs, Kroy says their home is set to be foreclosed on in November and he accuses Kim of trying to drag things out to stop him from selling their place to pay off their mountain of debt.

Kroy sounds like he has some post-nut clarity ... he claims their current situation is toxic for their kids and he wants to push forward with the divorce, claiming Kim's called the cops to the home 4 times in 4 months, with the latest incident being witnessed by their youngest daughter.

Shannon Beador is ready to pay for the cost of the damage she caused to a property after her hit-and-run ... and we're told she's also currently looking at options to get herself treatment.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Shannon's lawyer, Michael Fell, is in contact and is working directly with the owner of the Newport Beach property she smashed into over the weekend to help make things right.

We're told "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star, through her lawyer, offered to pay for all the damage and repairs needed to be done ... and she's completely prepared to cough up the cash to cover it.

Aside from helping fix the property damage, we're told she's also looking into treatment options but hasn't nailed down a decision yet. Our sources tell us this whole ordeal is still very fresh to her, but she really wants to get the help she thinks she needs.

As we reported, footage obtained from Shannon's alleged drunken night showed her zipping around a neighborhood before crashing into the side of the property.

Kings of Hustler, en "La ciudad del pecado", ofrece a Kroy la oportunidad de ganar 150.000 dólares por "hacer un strip tease en directo" en su local. La gerente del club, Brittany Rose, dice que está segura de que también "hará un montón de dinero en propinas".

Por supuesto que hay condiciones, Kroy tendrá que actuar en el escenario durante 15 minutos, desnudarse hasta quedar en ropa interior y dar a la multitud bailes eróticos "a petición de los grandes gastadores".

También tendrá que dar un paseo en el club "Golden Boner" y montarse a un toro mecánico que tiene la forma de verg...

Kings of Hustler dice que le envió al equipo de Kroy la oferta lucrativa el miércoles, aunque todavía no ha aceptado la oferta.

Como hemos informado, Kroy dice que él y Kim Zolciak están al rojo vivo en lo que respecta  a su divorcio y que ya le ha pedido al juez que les permita vender su casa de Georgia a toda prisa ( casa que recientemente entró en pre-ejecución hipotecaria de nuevo).

Kroy presentó nuevos documentos esta semana rogandole a la corte para evitar que Kim venda la propiedad. No hay que olvidar que Kroy dijo tuvo que vender sus pertenencias personales para hacer sus pagos de hipoteca que no fue capaz de cubrir en julio.

Kings of Hustler in Sin City is giving Kroy the chance to make a sweet $150k to "perform a live strip tease" at its location. The club's manager, Brittany Rose, says she's certain he'll also "make a ton of money in tips."

There are conditions, of course -- Kroy will have to perform on stage for 15 minutes, strip down to his underwear, and give the crowd lap dances "at the request of big spenders."

He'll also have to take a ride on the club's "Golden Boner" -- a mechanical bull that's shaped to look like ... well, a golden boner.

Kings of Hustler says it sent Kroy's team the lucrative offer Wednesday ... though he hasn't yet accepted the offer.

As we reported, Kroy says he and Kim Zolciak are DEEP in the red amid their divorce -- he's already asked a judge to let them sell their Georgia home at haste ... the one that recently entered pre-foreclosure again.

Kroy filed new docs this week, begging the court to prevent Kim from slowing down his attempt to sell the property. Don't forget, Kroy said he had to sell his own personal belongings to try and make their mortgage payments, which he wasn't able to cover in July.

Check out these photos of the 'RHOC' star heading up to what we're told is John's pad in Newport Beach, CA -- just a few days after Shannon was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence ... not to mention what cops say was a straight up hit-and-run.

Shannon headed up the stairs Tuesday, with John following closely behind. You can see her left arm is tucked inside her jacket, and the photog on the scene says she might've been wearing a sling ... suggesting she was injured in the crash.

What's also interesting is seeing her with John --. remember, they'd gone through a nasty split, which devastated SB. Now, however, he seems to be in her corner again.

TMZ broke the story ... Shannon was taken to jail Saturday night over what cops say was a wild ride in her car that ended with her slamming into someone's home, damaging a concrete planter and damn near going through the front door.

We also obtained video of Shannon's alleged DUI incident ... and the footage appears to show her driving in an erratic manner right before the crash. Through her attorney, Shannon's said she's extremely apologetic and remorseful.

"Dancing with the Stars" is pulling out all the stops for Jamie Lynn Spears ... giving the actress and mom some special treatment in order to get her on the show's upcoming season.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... the team has gone above and beyond for Jamie Lynn to make rehearsing a breeze -- she's currently practicing at a studio near her home in Tennessee to accommodate the fact she's the mother of 2.

As you know, Britney Spears' kid sis has 5-year-old Ivey and 15-year-old Maddie, and we're told she's a very hands-on mom -- so the local practices are a huge help for her.

For reference, almost all the other contestants appear to be practicing at a studio in Los Angeles -- so, the fact they're making an exception for Jamie Lynn seems to be a sign of how badly 'DWTS' wanted her.

We're told her dance partner, Alan Bersten, has been at the Tennessee studio, flying back and forth for practices.

'Real Housewives' star Teresa Giudice got the same deal last season when she was able to train in New Jersey to stay close to her daughters and new husband, Luis Ruelas.

We were told Teresa had to fly to L.A. a day or 2 before each performance ... so we're assuming Jamie Lynn will be on a similar travel schedule.

Shannon Beador was allegedly pretty boozed up ahead of her car crash and DUI arrest -- we're told she was at a nearby bar, complaining about a certain former 'RHOC' star.

A witness tells TMZ ... Shannon was with her pal and business partner, Steve Muller, at "A Restaurant" -- that's the real name -- in Newport Beach, CA on Saturday night. FYI, the spot is about half a mile from where she crashed her car later in the night.

We're told Shannon appeared tipsy while hanging at the bar the entire time, but it's unclear exactly what she was sippin' on. As one witness put it ... she was loud and boisterous through the night, with her arms flailing in the air.

A fan even snapped a pic with the reality star as the night went on.

We're told Shannon was overheard at one point complaining about former 'Housewives' star Alexis Bellino, who was also in the restaurant -- although, that allegedly didn't stop Shannon from bitching about her to other people nearby, with real animosity in the air.

When reached for comment, Alexis told TMZ ... "When my girlfriends and I arrived for a fun night out together, it was soon brought to my attention that Shannon was also at the same restaurant. Shannon and I did not interact that night, but it greatly saddens me to learn that she may harbor negative feelings or resentment toward me, as I was not involved in Jim Bellino's lawsuit against Shannon. From one single mother to another, I wish Shannon nothing but the best as I know she is facing trying times ahead."

In case you didn't know, Alexis is referring to her ex-husband, Jim, who filed a million-dollar defamation lawsuit against Shannon and Tamra Judge in 2018, claiming they talked smack about his business on a podcast.

Don't forget, Shannon's night at the bar came hours before video showed her car slamming into the side of a home ... leading up to her arrest for DUI and hit-and-run.

'Real Housewives' fans have been wondering if Kim Zolciak will make her return to the series as her divorce from Kroy Biermann heats up ... but we know she ain't even in the running.

Sources connected to 'RHOA' tell TMZ ... producers aren't considering her for a season 16 return, despite lots of speculation amid her messy public split.

We're told Kim isn't chatting with producers about coming back, either. Kim made a guest appearance on the show last season, but sources say that was a one-off.

We're told it's nothing personal toward Kim ... the show is looking to refresh the long-running series with new faces, and producers aren't looking at past housewives to fill the space.

Kim certainly has a gripping storyline -- the divorce is filled with rancor, and their Georgia home is in pre-foreclosure yet again ... this after Kroy said he sold off his own belongings and claims they're "financially destitute, largely related to Kim's love for online gambling."

Shannon Beador's DUI isn't the only allegedly booze-fueled arrest that's gone down in the world of 'Real Housewives' ... a handful of folks from the series have been accused of and busted for similar offenses in the past.

As you know, video appears to show Shannon slamming her car into the side of a house in Newport Beach over the weekend. Law enforcement sources tell us she was trying to pretend she was walking her dog when cops arrived ... but was arrested and booked for DUI and hit-and-run.

But, Shannon's ordeal is just the tip of the 'Housewives' iceberg.

TMZ broke the story, Kim Zolciak's 20-year-old daughter, Ariana, was booked in Georgia last year for 3 separate charges ... misdemeanor DUI driving under the influence of alcohol, misdemeanor improper lane change, and underage alcohol possession.

Ariana's lawyer told us she was "involved in a minor fender bender," and said officers "incorrectly concluded she was impaired by alcohol. That was not the case. She wholly denies these allegations."

Dorit Kemsley's husband, PK, was busted for DUI in 2021 after CHP officers said they saw his Bentley weaving in traffic on L.A.'s 101 freeway. His attorney told us he had a glass of wine at dinner before driving, and regretted not finding another way home.

Law enforcement told us PK blew a .081 blood alcohol in the field, but blew a .076 when he arrived at the police station. The legal limit is .08 BAC, and we were told the level change led prosecutors to decide to not charge him.

'RHONY's Luann de Lesseps was arrested in 2017, being hit with a slew of charges after her alleged drunken rampage -- including battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, and 2 counts of corruption by threat.

She allegedly told cops, "I'm going to kill you all," and later struck a plea deal for that case ... but authorities say she later violated her probation by drinking mimosas.

Kim Richards also got busted back in 2015, allegedly reeking of booze and slurring her speech while being dragged out of the bathroom by cops at the Polo Lounge inside the Beverly Hills Hotel.

She was charged with trespass, resisting arrest, battery on a police officer, and drunk in public. She eventually completed her probation.

Quite a long and wild list of arrests ... but it's 5 o'clock somewhere.

Como ustedes ya saben, este video parece mostrar Shannon golpeando su coche dentro de una casa en Newport Beach durante el fin de semana. Fuentes policiales nos dicen que estaba tratando de fingir que paseaba a su perro cuando llegaron los policías, pero finalmente fue detenida y fichada por conducir bajo los efectos del alcohol, atropello y fuga.

Pero el calvario de Shannon es sólo la punta del iceberg las 'amas de casa'.

TMZ dio a conocer la noticia: la hija de 20 años de Kim Zolciak, Ariana, fue acusada en Georgia el año pasado por tres diferentes cargos, delito menor por conducir bajo la influencia del alcohol, delito menor por cambio de carril inadecuado, y el delito de posesión de alcohol de menores de edad.

El abogado de Ariana nos dijo que ella estuvo "involucrada en un choque menor", y que los oficiales "incorrectamente concluyeron que estaba afectada por el alcohol". Ese no era el caso. Ella niega totalmente estas acusaciones".

El marido de Dorit Kemsley, Paul Kemsley, fue detenido por conducir ebrio en 2021 después de que los oficiales de California dijeran que vieron su Bentley zigzagueando en la autopista 101 de Los Ángeles. Su abogado nos dijo que tomó una copa de vino en la cena antes de conducir, y se arrepintió de no haber encontrado otro camino a casa.

Las fuerzas del orden nos dijeron que Paul dio 0,081 de alcohol en sangre en la carretera, pero 0,076 cuando llegó a la comisaría. El límite legal es .08 BAC, y según nos contaron, el cambio en el nivel llevó a los fiscales a no acusarlo.

Casi de inmediato, Beador puso marcha atrás, bajando de la acera y de nuevo a la calle antes de alejarse.

También tenemos fotos de las secuelas, mostrando un puñado de ladrillos que faltan de la casa y una enorme marca en el medio de la carretera donde ocurrió la terrible experiencia.

También parece que Beador casi golpea la puerta principal de la casa, lo cual hubiera causado estragos en la residencia.

TMZ publicó la historia, las fuentes nos dijeron Beador finalmente estacionó en medio de la calle y salió con su perro. Nos dijeron que trató de actuar como si estuviera paseando a su cachorro cuando llegaron los policías, pero los oficiales no se lo creyeron.

Un representante de Newport Beach PD dice que fue detenida y fichada por atropello y fuga y alcohol DUI, ambos delitos menores, siendo citada y puesta en libertad sin fianza.

La serie de Bravo no está actualmente en producción, por lo que no estaba filmando antes de la detención, su abogado —Michael Fell— nos dijo: "Beador está extremadamente arrepentida. Estaremos pendientes de la información oficial sobre este caso a medida que esté disponible y Shannon está dispuesta a aceptar toda la responsabilidad por sus acciones."
