Diana Jenkins' donation for Lion Air victims' families isn't a call to war against Erika Jayne, but it IS intended to provoke a response ... from some other 'Real Housewives.'

Sources connected to the 'RHOBH' star tell TMZ ... Diana and Erika discussed the $100k gift before it even happened. We're told even though it may have appeared to be a dig at Erika, given the fact EJ's been embroiled in litigation directly related to that tragedy, that's just not the case.

On the contrary, we're told Diana and Erika are good pals ... so clearly, no shots intended -- but here's what she did have up her sleeve.

Our sources say Diana sees this as an opportunity for some of the other cast members, like Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais, to put their money where their mouths are ... because they've attacked Erika over her connection to the Lion Air case.

Since they like to talk about it so much -- suggesting in the past Erika lacks compassion for the families -- we're told Diana sees this as kind of putting the ball in their court ... giving them a chance to step up and make a donation to show how much they care about those folks.

As you know ... Erika and her estranged husband, attorney Tom Girardi, were sued for allegedly swindling these families out of a settlement they scored against Lion Air -- although Erika's denied having any knowledge of how Tom ran his business, including on this.

Diana Jenkins is contributing a boatload of cash to a good cause -- one that actually hits home for her costar, Erika Jayne.

The 'Real Housewives' star, who's on her first season of 'Beverly Hills,' announced Wednesday she'd donated $100,000 to immediate family members of those who perished on the 2018 Lion Air 610 flight that went down in the Java Sea ... killing all 189 people onboard.

DJ is doing this through her new charity, The Sunela Foundation, which is partnering with nonprofit GVNG.org to raise funds for those in need around the world.

As for why she's doing this good deed ... she says, "I was not aware of this tragedy until it became a topic of conversation on 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.'"

She adds, "I feel so much sympathy for the widows and orphans left behind. I know firsthand the pain and suffering that accompanies the loss of a family member, having lost my brother in the closing days of the Bosnian War. I want to do what I can to support those people who suffered so much."

Here's why this is a big deal -- Erika and her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, were sued last year by 4 of the victims' families, claiming they'd misappropriated funds from a settlement that Tom's law firm had scored for them. A judge reportedly entered a $2 million judgment against the defendants.

Since filing for divorce, Erika has repeatedly said she was ignorant of how Tom was handling his business/their wealth.

The Aspen home Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung Minkoff and Sheree Zampino stayed in on 'RHOBH' is available for rent ... but it's gonna cost ya.

Our real estate sources say the villa featured in Wednesday's episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" goes for $12,500 per night ... and it's one of the most exclusive properties in all of Aspen.

The place is 6,750 square feet and it boasts 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and expansive views of Shadow Mountain, plus all the amenities one might expect ... including a hot tub, game room and home theater.

The 3-story villa also features a walk-out patio with a gas grill, plus several lounge areas with fireplaces ... and there's an elevator to get around.

Diana Jenkins has long been dogged by allegations she runs a prostitution ring, but she says it's BS and she's finally battening down by threatening legal action to clear her name.

We've learned the entrepreneur and philanthropist -- who was just added to the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast -- fired off 8 cease and desist letters to multiple parties she says continue to perpetuate this nasty lie about her.

TMZ has obtained those letters, drafted by her attorney, J. Erik Connolly, who makes her demands crystal clear ... stop the false statements, correct the record, and apologize.

We're told there are several bloggers and publications Diana is going after -- but 2 of the big fish she says bear most of the responsibility for ruining her rep are the magazine Jezebel, and a social media personality known as "Enty Lawyer."

Enty is an anonymous account run by someone purporting to be plugged into showbiz with inside knowledge. In Diana's scathing C&D, however, she says Enty Lawyer has anything but.

The attorneys write, "You have put yourself in a precarious and potentially ruinous position. Perhaps you believe that a 'get out of jail' card exists if you can persuade a court or jury that your statements about Ms. Jenkins and her companies are 'pure opinion.'"

They add, "That is not going to happen. You have held yourself out as someone that your audience can and should rely upon for uncovering facts. That is how you have built a following and a brand. That is why you have used the term 'lawyer' as part of your handle. You do not promote yourself as a purveyor of 'make believe.' You have branded yourself as something else for purposes of self-promotion and enrichment. Those facts foreclose the 'pure opinion' defense."

Enty has also suggested Diana has deep ties to the late Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of sex trafficking by multiple women. Diana believes this all stems from something infamous she wrote in 2009 -- a coffee table book called "Room 23," featuring raunchy pics of models/celebs.

Since its publication -- not to mention a follow-up Jezebel article in '12 -- rumors had swirled about Diana's alleged involvement in Hollywood pimping at the highest levels ... and now that she's on 'RHOBH,' they have fired up anew.

We should note ... Diana has vehemently denied outright that she's ever been involved in anything like that whatsoever, and is once again reaffirming that in these letters.

Speaking of Jezebel, the C&D sent to them is quite forceful as well. Referencing 2012 and 2022 articles, Diana's team says ... "Beyond the obvious legal issues, what you have done to Ms. Jenkins is simply wrong. She is a mother, a philanthropist, and an entrepreneur. Her philanthropic endeavors are well known and have generated millions of dollars in assistance for victims of human rights violations, natural disasters, wars, and health epidemics. To characterize Ms. Jenkins as a prostitute, sex trafficker, and criminal is not just factually inaccurate, but sexist."

Diana hasn't actually filed any lawsuits just yet, but it sounds like she's strongly considering it if any of these entities don't change their tune and issue retractions.

Paul "PK" Kemsley, the husband of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit ... won't be hit with DUI charges following his arrest last year ... because we've learned the case has been rejected.

The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... they reviewed PK's case but rejected it back in April based on an "insufficiency of the evidence."

Law enforcement tells us PK went from blowing a .081 in the field to a .076 at the police station -- the legal limit's .08. We're told the level change ultimately led prosecutors to decide not to charge him.

Back in December, PK's attorney, Alan Jackson told TMZ his client "regrets the fact he did not take alternate transportation home that evening."

Dorit ran into paps after word spread about PK's arrest ... she said he wasn't necessarily smashed, but he probably shouldn't have been behind the wheel in the first place.

As we reported, CHP said they pulled PK over after seeing his grey Bentley weaving in traffic on L.A.'s 101 freeway. If he had alcohol in his system and he was driving erratically the City Attorney could still charge him with DUI, even if he blew under a .08, but prosecutors say there was insufficient evidence.

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Diana Jenkins is beefing up her security big-time ... this after she was deluged with death threats from Bravo fans furious over her alleged connection to racist online comments ... according to Page Six.

Diana reportedly consulted with security experts who believe the threats are CREDIBLE and advised her to hire 4 personal bodyguards to shadow her every movement 24/7.

“She’s taking every precaution she can to protect herself and her family,” one source told Page Six.

Diana and costar Garcelle Beauvais have been feuding on the show this season. And it all came to a head recently when fans of the show accused Jenkins of hiring social media bots to post racial slurs about Garcelle's 14-year-old son Jax.

A Bravo fan account posted now-deleted screenshots of Jax's Instagram page dripping with nasty comments targeting his mom.

Diana has since posted a statement on Instagram, denying any association with the comments.

Garcelle was beside herself about what she viewed as the online trolling of her son so she posted her own message. "I’m usually a very strong woman I’ve been raised to be strong my life has taught me to be strong but when it comes to my kids!"

She continued..."It hurts it’s not OK I’ve been in tears all night it’s just a TV show people scream at your TV throw something at your TV but leave our kids alone."

Tom Girardi and Erika Jayne's stuff from their ritzy property has got to go -- so there's a fire sale of sorts underway ... and it's first come, first serve to the highest bidder.

Contents from the former couple's Pasadena mansion are now up on the auction block, helmed by John Moran Auctioneers ... which is hawking any of the goods in an effort to pay down debt owed in Tom's bankruptcy case.

There's a lot of stuff they're trying to unload here ... everything from furniture and décor to valuable art pieces and sports memorabilia that have graced Tom and Erika's home for a long time.

Here's some of the most valuable items up for grabs -- the biggest ticket item is a 1997 Steinway piano that's expected to fetch anywhere between $40,000 and $60,000. The auction house says it's a rare edition, and considered one of the finest instruments of its kind in existence.

There's also mid-century art from guys like Joan Miro and David Hockney -- paintings and etchings that could rake in thousands of dollars on their own -- plus a few Glenna Goodacre bronze sculptures ... one of which is valued at between $30k-$40k alone.

Other things being sold include ... Girardi's personal library, which includes his own personal law books, rugs, wall mirrors and a variety of sofas and lamps. They could all bring in a haul of tens of thousands of dollars combined, if not more.

The court-ordered sale is scheduled to get underway on September 21, starting at noon.

This is a place that Erika was once proud to show off on camera -- she's given a tour of the Pasadena estate -- but, of course, her ex-hubby has fallen into trouble with the law ... as authorities have alleged his old firm mismanaged tons of client assets for their own use.

"Real Housewives" star Teresa Giudice's is going all out on her honeymoon ... as she continues to have fun in the sun in Mykonos with her new husband, Luis Ruelas.

Teresa was spotted having a blast in her 2-piece with Luis on the sand Sunday, as the two took another stroll along Alemagou Beach. The New Jersey native is really lovin' her man, all smiles as he grabs her butt!!!

Teresa and Luis have spent a lot of time on the sand and in the surf of Principote Beach -- we got pics of them out earlier, and she was wearing a different bikini ... so she must've done a wardrobe change at some point.

Eyewitnesses said they weren't really bothered by those around them -- it's unclear if anyone even recognized them, but all the better.

Kim Zolciak's daughter, Ariana, denied drinking and driving after crashing into another vehicle ... but cops say she did admit to vaping the night before.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, the 20-year-old reality star denied drinking any alcohol during her DUI bust over the weekend. Officers informed Zolciak they could smell alcohol on her breath and she allegedly stated the smell could be coming from her clothing.

Cops say Ariana admitted she "smoked a THC vape pen the night before but did not drink." During the back and forth, she maintained she had not been drinking -- but cops say she had a "noticeable sway" during field sobriety tests.

TMZ broke the story -- Ariana was arrested in Forsyth County, GA, Saturday, and booked on 3 charges ... misdemeanor DUI, misdemeanor improper/erratic lane change, and misdemeanor underage alcohol possession/purchase of alcohol.

The whole thing happened after she allegedly hit another vehicle.

Ariana's attorney, Justin Spizman tells us, "Despite Ariana’s constant invocation that she was upset and anxious from the minor accident, the officer incorrectly concluded she was impaired by alcohol. That was not the case. She wholly denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges because she is not guilty of them.”

Teresa Giudice is doing her honeymoon the right way -- and in her case, that's with her banging bod on full display for all of Greece to see ... with her hubby in tow.

The 'Real Housewives' star is out in Mykonos right now enjoying a little R&R with her new groom, Luis Ruelas -- to whom she got hitched earlier this month in her native New Jersey. They're one hot couple ... and let all of the beach goers know it with a romantic stroll.

Check out this video, obtained by TMZ, which was taken Sunday morning ... you see TG and Luis hand in hand as they cruise along the sandy shore, showing a lot of skin.

As you can see, Teresa's in a hot pink two-piece bikini ... and Luis is bare-chested in red trunks. They're both in great shape, and it shows. It also seems they're just having a blast in general -- as one should on a honeymoon. Eventually, the couple took a dip in the water.

Eyewitnesses tell us that not too many people were bothering them -- it's unclear if anyone even recognized them, but all the better -- and that Teresa and Luis were showing some PDA in each other's company. These shots were taken at Principote Beach, BTW ... super nice.

It's great to see Teresa has found love again and was willing to marry. Her time with Joe Giudice, while eventful, was at times tumultuous and stressful. Now, she looks super happy.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann's daughter, Ariana, was arrested for DUI this weekend ... TMZ has learned.

The 20-year-old social media influencer and reality star was busted Saturday in Forsyth County, GA, and then booked on 3 separate charges ... misdemeanor DUI driving under the influence of alcohol, misdemeanor improper/erratic lane change and underage alcohol possession/purchase of alcohol -- this according to jail records and personnel.

We're told she bonded out the same day -- unclear what time of day this was, but we imagine it was early morning. There's no narrative yet on what exactly may have happened, but we do know her on-and-off boyfriend, 20-year-old Hudson McLeroy, was also arrested on alcohol-related charges this morning ... seemingly while he was with Ariana in the car.

He was also booked for DUI, plus furnishing/purchasing alcohol under 21 and violating his driving permit. Based on Ariana's charges, though, it would appear she was behind the wheel in this instance. Hudson has since been released on bond ... so they're both out.

The only other thing of note is that Ariana was processed with the surname Zolciak (her mom's maiden name), and not her adopted father's name, Biermann. Kroy Biermann adopted both Ari and Brielle back in 2013 -- but it's unclear who their biological father(s) are.

In any case ... she's got a court date ahead of her. And, she'll have company too, it seems.

Teresa Giudice has tied the knot again ... and TMZ has obtained video of the moment the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star said "I do!"

Teresa and fiancé Luis Ruelas got hitched Saturday night in front of 200 hundred family and friends at the fancy Park Chateau Estate & Garden in New Brunswick, NJ. Luis' sister, Dr. Veronica Ruelas, officiated the wedding.

Our video captured the 2 lovebirds face-to-face while holding hands and surrounded by white roses as Veronica read their vows.

After Luis said, "I do," his sister turned to Teresa and asked, "And Teresa do you take Luis as your husband, your best friend and partner in life?

Teresa smiled and said, "Yes, I do." Veronica became the comedian ... "To overlook the endless dog hair on your white furniture?"

Looking to the sky, Teresa laughed and again said "Yes" before Veronica wrapped up and made it official.

By the way, Teresa looked stunning in her all-white dress with a long veil and tiara. Luis didn't look too shabby either in his white blazer and black slacks.

Of course, Teresa's 4 daughters -- Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana -- were in attendance and wore light pink gowns. Luis' 2 sons, David and Nicholas, also enjoyed the festivities.

The kids helped light the ceremony's unity candles after Teresa had walked down the aisle to the sounds of violins and the song, "Ave Maria," to honor her late parents.

RHONJ costars Jennifer Aydin, Dolores Catania and Margaret Josephs, were reportedly also present, as were 'Real Housewives of New York' alums Dorinda Medley and Jill Zarin.

Joe Giudice is happy his ex-wife, Teresa, is entering into a new marriage ... but he's sorry her new husband is going to have to put up with her family.

Joe tells TMZ ... he's glad Teresa found a special someone in Luis Ruelas, but he feels bad the new husband has to deal with Joe and Melissa Gorga as part of the package.

JG says of his former in-laws ... "I dealt with that thorn in my side for 20 years. Unfortunately, they always come around."

Joe says he doesn't miss dealing with the Gorgas ... and other than feeling sorry for what Luis is walking into with them, he wishes the newlyweds all the best.

Teresa and Luis, who have been engaged since October 2021, will walk down the aisle Saturday at Park Chateau Estate in East Brunswick, NJ, where production cameras will be rolling ... the wedding is being turned into a Bravo TV special.

Remember, Joe and Teresa officially divorced back in 2020 after two decades and four children together ... and he's since been released from prison and moved back to Italy.

Joe met Luis at least once when Joe and Teresa took their daughters on vacation to the Bahamas in March 2021 ... but it's unclear if he warned Luis then about the Gorgas.

Gorga family rep Mike Martocci tells TMZ ... Joe and Melissa have no comment on Joe Giudice because "he ain't worth it."

There's obviously no love lost between Joe and the Gorgas ... but Joe also tells us Teresa is a good wife and he's grateful for their children.

Jeff Bezos' parents really have a taste -- an expensive one -- for Florida real estate, because they just bought their second mansion there ... one previously owned by a 'Real Housewife' of Miami.

Sources tell TMZ, Jackie and Mike Bezos recently dropped $44 million to scoop up a 9,000 square-foot Coral Gables estate from 'RHOM' star Dr. Nicole Martin and her fiancé, attorney Anthony Lopez.

As you can see, the place is palatial ... the 6-bedroom mansion has all the bells and whistles ... including 2 tennis courts, a home theatre, a huge pool and a marina with a 96-foot dock and boat elevator.

It sounds like Jeff's parents made Nicole and Anthony an offer they couldn't refuse ... we're told the property was off the market when Bezos' parents approached. The couple had no plans to sell, but had always talked about potentially unloading their home if a huge offer came their way.

Well, they don't get much huger than $44 mil of Bezos' money.

The home has been featured on 'RHOM' and Andy Cohen is on the record saying the place is the best house to ever appear in a Bravo series -- that includes ALL the 'Housewives' shows and even 'Million Dollar Listing.'

Jeff's parents are getting downright baronial at this point -- remember, they also recently bought a $34 million home, which happens to be right next door to the place they bought from Nicole and Anthony.

"Love and Marriage: Huntsville" star Melody Shari doesn't think her ex-husband's had enough time to become a better guy before jumping to his new boo, Sheree Whitfield -- and says the proof is online for all to see.

Melody told us, in her opinion, Martell Holt's really gotta work on himself, but she fears he's still the same untrustworthy guy she married back in 2008.

As we reported, a shirtless Martell and 'RHOA' star Sheree were spotted taking selfies together, and sources in the know tell us they've been dating for a few months.

Melody says she found out about their relationship the same way everyone else did ... the Internet, and that's also how she found out her kids already met Sheree.

She's not shocked, though, as she reminded us about how her kids were slyly introduced to a child Martell previously had with another woman.

Martell has been very vocal about boundaries with their kids after they split last year -- but Melody says it's the same old, same old with him and adds, she'd handle this totally differently ... especially with her kids involved.
