We've learned ... Vicki Gunvalson and her hubby, Donn, have put their Coto de Caza, CA house on the market for $2.695 million.

The reason for the divorce -- a midlife crisis, according to Vicki.

Here's the deal ... Adrienne and her brothers own Sacramento's current NBA squad -- but there's been tons of talk that they're heading south to Anaheim.

So, we just got her outside a Hollywood coffee shop and asked what's the real deal with the move?

Sources involved in the situation tell us ... a couple of castmembers were hanging out at a bar inside the Hard Rock around 1:00 AM Wednesday morning when they got into a heated argument with a male patron.

We're told someone involved in the argument grabbed a drinking glass and smashed it over the man's head ... and the guy was hurt so badly, he needed immediate medical attention.

So far, it's unclear which cast members were involved in the fight -- but we're told Teresa and Caroline had been spotted at the Hard Rock that night.

Question is ...

Ryan Vieth used to date Daniella Kelley -- his mom's stylist -- but now, according to new court docs ... he's required to stay at least 100 yards away from her and her dog.

Sources close to Daniella tell TMZ, she broke up with Ryan last year -- at which point he allegedly launched a campaign to harass her ... showing up to her house randomly ... and posting incriminating pictures of her on TheDirty.com.

In the restraining order -- initially granted in December -- Daniella demands any posts about her on TheDirty be removed from the site.

Both parties agreed to extend the order until August of 2011.

Lisa tells TMZ ... she was driving on Benedict Canyon Drive when some lumber from the truck in front of her fell off. Lisa tried to avoid the wood by attempting to quickly pass the truck, but she says the truck driver intentionally tried squeezing her to the curb.

Lisa says the truck actually attached to her Bentley, causing "serious damage."

And Lisa tells us, "I'm not feeling so good. I'm going to see a doctor."

Lisa's "Real Housewives" co-star Kyle Richards showed up at the scene to help.

She says she's not going to file a police report.

As TMZ first reported, Kelsey's lawyer asked the judge to grant an immediate divorce decree, leaving the property settlement issues for a later date. The judge did not issue a divorce decree at a hearing last week because certain issues had not been resolved.

But we've learned lawyers for both Kelsey and Camille have now agreed on all the prerequisites for an immediate divorce, and the judge will issue the decree today.

The divorce decree will allow Kelsey to marry his girlfriend Kayte Walsh according to plan -- by the end of this month.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... Courtney Hansen -- the host of "Powerblock" on Spike TV -- is in talks to join the Bravo reality show. Hansen is the daughter of a racecar driver and she's known in the racing world for being an expert in all things automotive.

Hansen is married to pharmaceutical tycoon Ilya Sapritsky ... but more importantly, she was voted one of FHM's 100 sexiest women in 2005.

As we previously reported, Kim Richards and Camille Grammer may not return to "Bev. Hills" next season ... and producers are on the hunt for the right women to fill their stilettos.

Michaele tells TMZ, "We were guests and stayed in the Owners Club Suites the entire time and had so much fun meeting new friends."

And one of those new "friends" was none other than Jerry Jones Jr. -- son of Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and the current VP of the franchise -- although we cannot confirm if the guy actually knew who they were.

How do they do it?

Sources connected to the production confirm Buss -- who's dating Lakers head coach Phil Jackson -- met with casting executives recently. In fact, producers went to a recent Lakers game to "observe" Jeanie's daily routine.

Buss currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Operations for the storied NBA franchise -- which is owned by her father Jerry Buss.

We're told Jeanie is diggin' the idea ... and there's already a GREAT storyline ... because current castmember Adrienne Maloof-Nassif's family owns the rival Sacramento Kings.

Solid sources connected to Bravo tell us the network has been in touch with Jennifer Flavin Stallone and Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville ... in the hopes of locking them in for the next season.

But some pretty solid sources connected to Jennifer are adamant ... she hasn't spoken with anyone from Bravo about the show.

As for Brandi -- she hit up a Beverly Hills restaurant this week with Lisa Vanderpump's former house guest Cedric ... but she played coy when we asked about her future on the show.

As TMZ previously reported, Kim Richards and Camille Grammer might not return to "Housewives" next season.

Sources close to Kim tell TMZ .... her substance abuse problem has been an issue dogging her and her family for years ... and when Ellen asked Kyle Richards if Kim was returning to the show, Kyle said, "I don't know yet."
