'RHONJ' Star Danielle Staub Handles Bankruptcy Way Better Than Indicted Co-Star

While Teresa Giudice faces time behind bars for alleged bankruptcy fraud ... another 'Real Housewife' is making sure she doesn't suffer a similar fate ... by coughing up $35,000.

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Danielle Staub filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy back in June 2012, claiming she was knee deep in debt ... approx. $500,000 to $1,000,000.

As part of the bankruptcy process Danielle had to disclose all her assets ... that way when creditors came to clean her out they'd know how much loot is available.

FYI -- this is the part where some people get in trouble because they try to hide cash and valuables ... hoping Uncle Sam and creditors won't notice.

According to legal docs, filed last month, Danielle was accused of doing just that. Rather than keep up the charade, DS agreed to fork over $35k to her creditors to help settle her debts ... and avoid any nasty consequences.

If she didn't settle ... Danielle might be in a similar boat to co-stars Teresa and Joe Giudice -- who are being federally indicted on 39 counts of fraud (including hiding assets during bankruptcy). They face 30 years in prison.

Good choice, Danielle.

Teresa Giudice Laughing In the Face of Prison

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice doesn't look fazed by the possibility of a massive looming prison sentence -- in fact, she was all smiles with her daughter on Tuesday ... and she looked damn good too.

As we reported, Giudice and her husband Joe each face up to 30 years in the big house for bank fraud, tax evasion, and more -- after officials say the couple defrauded the IRS and multiple banks from 2001-2008.

The couple surrendered to authorities just hours ago, and have each been released on $500,000 bond. They're due back in court August 14.

Happy summer!!!

Teresa and Joe Giudice are each free on $500k bond ... after surrendering to federal authorities in their fraud case.

As part of the terms of their bail, both Teresa and Joe had to surrender their passports and are restricted to New York and New Jersey.

Joe, who is not a U.S. citizen, is subject to drug testing. Teresa will not have to subject herself to drug testing.

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" couple is scheduled to be arraigned in federal court in New Jersey on August 14.

As we previously reported, both Joe and Teresa are facing 30 years in prison after being hit with 39 counts of fraud.

Teresa's attorney has previously stated that she will plead not guilty to the charges.

Teresa & Joe Giudice Back to Court In Fraud Case

With media surrounding the building, Teresa and Joe Giudice just strolled into a federal courthouse in New Jersey to deal with 39 counts of fraud ... counts that could land them in prison for 30 years.

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars were locked hand-in-hand as they marched into the courtroom together ... Joe in a suit and tie and Teresa sporting a pantsuit.

The two are accused of greatly exaggerating their income while applying for loans back before RHONJ premiered in 2009.

They're also accused of submitting bogus mortgage and loan applications from 2001 to 2008.

The couple is currently waiting for their case to be called.

Stay tuned.

'Real Housewives' Stars Facing 50+ Years in Prison For Money Fraud

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe have just been slapped with a laundry list of criminal charges -- ranging from bank fraud to tax evasion -- and now, they both face more than 50 years in prison if convicted.

U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman just announced the 39-count indictment, claiming Teresa and her hubby massively defrauded the IRS as well as several banks between 2001-2008.

According to the U.S. Attorney, the Giudices conspired to illegally obtain mortgages and other loans from multiple banks by intentionally overestimating their incomes in order to get more money.

The Giudices also allegedly withheld vital information about their net worth from a U.S. bankruptcy trustee after filing for Chapter 7 in 2009 -- including Teresa's true income from the reality show.

As for tax evasion, Joe is accused of failing to file income tax returns for the years 2004-2008, during which he allegedly earned $1 million.

All told, the Giudices were hit with 39 charges -- including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, which carries a max prison sentence of 20 years, and bank fraud, which carries a max of 30 years. The remaining charges carry the possibility of even more prison time.

Neither Teresa nor Joe has been arrested, but they're both due in court Tuesday morning in Jersey.

0-oyd57yfd

NeNe Leakes says the "celebrity wedding planner" suing her for MILLIONS in alleged unpaid wedding bills is straight up lying in a desperate attempt to grab 15 min of fame ... and she owes her squat.

TMZ broke the story ... Tiffany Cook filed a lawsuit in GA, claiming she planned NeNe's June wedding (which will be featured on Bravo) -- but claims the "Real Housewives" star never foot the massive bill. Tiff's asking for more than $2.5 MILLION!!!!!

We caught up to NeNe Saturday night in Beverly Hills to ask her about the nuptial-gate and she GOES OFF saying she NEVER hired the fame-hungry planner. She adds, "I don't owe her a f***ing dime."

In fact, NeNe's so confident, she's willing to bet her MOST precious asset on it ... it's hilarious.

NeNe Leakes Sued By Wedding Planner You Weren't the Only One Stiffed On Wedding Day

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes is being sued by her "celebrity wedding planner" -- who claims NeNe racked up a MILLION DOLLAR bill for her big day ... and never paid, TMZ has learned.

The woman going after Leakes is Tiffany Cook -- who claims NeNe hired Dream Design Weddings to coordinate the party for her marriage to Gregg Leakes on June 22, 2013 ... a wedding that will featured on a Bravo TV special in September.

In her suit, filed in Georgia, Cook claims Leakes promised to pay her 15% of the entire wedding budget PLUS fees design and execution of the wedding PLUS travel expenses to the event.

In total, Cook claims NeNe's budget for the wedding was $1.8 MILLION!!!!!!!!! And Cook claims she was due $270k (the 15%) PLUS another $889,900 (design fees) PLUS $1,750 (4 coach tickets from Florida to Georgia).

Cook claims NeNe did fork over the initial down payment ($18,750) ... but she hasn't seen a penny since -- and is suing for the remaining $1,142,900 balance ... PLUS damages.

In total, Cook -- who also put together Kordell Stewart's wedding to Porsha -- wants more than $2.5 MILLION for her troubles.

How's THAT for a wedding gift???

A rep for NeNe tells TMZ ... Cook was NOT the wedding planner, it was a man named Tony Conway, who made Nene's wedding spectacular.

The rep adds, "This lawsuit has no merit and it appears to be a baseless attempt to grab 15 min of fame."

'Real Housewives of OC' Star Haunted By Real Tax Lien

Former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Lynne Curtin might not be on the show any more ... but Uncle Sam wants a piece of the green she made while she was, TMZ has learned.

According to docs ... the IRS filed a tax lien against Curtin claiming the former reality TV star needs to cough up some more tax dollars from the year 2009 ... to the tune of $32,006.24.

Lynne joined "Housewives" in 2008 (Season 4) and left in 2010 (after Season 5). Which means the money she allegedly failed to pony up in 2009 ... is partly "RHOOC" gold.

It's been a rough year for Lynne, as TMZ previously reported, she and her husband called it quits on their marriage after 22 years. He is NOT listed on the lien.

A rep for Lynne tells TMZ, she was unaware of the lien and her attorneys are looking into it.

'RHOBH' Star Yolanda Foster Eh, Wanna Buy My Spare Canadian Penthouse For 5.25 Mil?

#RichPeopleProblems ..."Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Yolanda Foster doesn't have enough time to use her spare penthouse in Canada -- so she's selling it -- for $5.25 million.

Our real-estate sources in maple country tell us, Yolanda and her Canadian husband -- mega composer David Foster -- listed their 4,400-square-foot British Columbia penthouse, overlooking the harbor in Downtown Victoria.

We're told the couple bought and re-vamped the place 6 years ago as a vacation home for the whole family. But every time the group gets together, they end up boating instead. Who wouldn't?

Since they rarely use the place, we're told the duo would rather just have a boat in Canuck country -- and they put the pad up for sale.

As for the apt -- which Yolanda decorated -- it's 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, two stories, city and harbor views ... AND comes furnished with rich people stuff.

Yolanda and David also own a giant, multi-million-dollar mansion in Malibu. Yay.

Brandi Glanville WAAAASTED and My Clothes are Falling Off!

You ever hit the bars so hard, you can't walk straight, you show everyone your ass, and your boobs fall out of your dress?

Yeah ... that happened to Brandi Glanville last night.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was stumbling around West Hollywood after what appeared to be a high-end bar crawl that started at The Abbey ... moved to Dan Tana's ... and ended at the London Hotel.

Good news -- it appears she took cabs everywhere.

Don't drink and drive kids.

Kordell Stewart The Judge & I Agree Porsha Get Out

Ex-NFL star Kordell Stewart scored a legal touchdown ... when a judge sided with him and ordered his estranged wife Porsha Williams get the hell out of their marital casa.

TMZ broke the story ... Kordell and the "Real Housewives" star are in a nasty divorce battle. Recently, Porsha asked the court allow her to keep using the couple's GA mansion, after Kordell changed the locks, arguing she had no place to go.

Kordell fought back. He denied the lock-out and asked the judge to shoot down her request.

Then on June 18th the Fulton County Court judge sided with Kordell, temporarily granting him the exclusive right to use the crib ... and ordered Porsha to move out.

It's not all bad news for Porsha ... the judge also ordered Kordell to cough up $5,000 / month in alimony for the next 3 months, hand over all of Porsha's belongings and pay for moving costs and a storage unit while she transitions.

And not everything is set in stone, the court will issue a final decision at a later date.

Kim Zolciak Calls BS on Pregnant Smoking Pics

Kim Zolciak isn't trying to smoke out her fetus -- and instead claims the shots of her puffing a cigarette while pregnant were NOT shot yesterday ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Kim tell us, she has sent a cease and desist letter to the agency ... accusing them of purposely deceiving the public about 2 sets of photos they shot.

Kim is claiming the shots of her smoking were taken quite some time ago ... though she doesn't remember exactly when.

We're told Kim says she was actually photographed yesterday by the agency (above) -- while wearing black sweat pants -- but not smoking.

According to our sources, Kim feels the agency defamed her by creating a made-up scandal -- and she also claims the photog was trespassing when the smoking pics were taken.

Sources tell us the independent photog, who works for the agency, was on private property ... so they've pulled the smoking photos.

We're told Kim also wants an apology ... but still might sue.

Matt Kemp Drops $30k / Month to Live Like Toni Braxton's Sis

Now we've learned Matt signed a one-year lease for the 11,700-square-foot digs from the new owner -- real estate mogul Carlton Gebbia from "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

As for Matt's temporary crib ... it has 5 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, home theater, espresso center, a mirrored elevator, massive pool and spa.

FYI -- Matt already owns a $2 million casa in Arizona.

Miss Utah Epic Meltdown Wants to 'Create Education Better'

0-rjr5hqps

Miss Utah is now in the beauty pageant Hall of Fame -- not because she won Miss USA, but because she bumbled through a cringe-inducing (and hysterical) 30 second answer that included the phrase, "create education better."

Judge Nene Leakes asked Marissa Powell about women in the workplace and equal pay -- which sent 21-year-old Miss Utah into a tailspin of a reply.

She starts out kinda strong, saying ... "I think we can relate this back to education, and how we are continuing to try to strive to ... " -- and then the fail begins.

Pretty sure you can see the smoke coming out of her ears as the implosion begins.

She's really pretty though.

'Real Housewives of NJ' Star I Saved My Mansion!

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Jacqueline Laurita will NOT have to live in a cardboard box ... TMZ has learned she struck a deal with her bank and SAVED her mansion from foreclosure!

TMZ broke the story ... the reality TV star was sued by Hudson City Savings earlier this year. The bank claimed JL missed a mortgage payment on her 5,600-square-foot crib -- a cool $10,175.

Here's the kicker ... under the housewife's contract, one missed payment meant the bank could demand the entire balance owed, which it did. When JL couldn't cough it up ... HCS asked to foreclose.

But good news ... Jacqueline managed to strike a deal with the bank outside of court, and in return Hudson City Savings dropped the suit. The case was dismissed on April 17.

Now if only that little tax problem could go away ...
