One Famewhore to Another: Call Me Cupcake

Everyone's favorite "Real Housewives" exes, Slade Smiley and Jo De La Rosa, are back to swapping spit ... to both the relief and horror of ... everyone.

Slade Munches on Jo's Cupcake

Sure, it's through the medium of a sweet, candy-topped cupcake, but the two are still looking mighty chummy. There was another chick hidden in the backseat -- though if that's Slade's new girlfriend, Jo probably shouldn't have been riding shotgun.

'Real' Husband Gets 180 Days

Matt Keough, star of "Real Housewives of Orange County" admitted in court today to violating his probation on previous DUI charges and was sentenced to 180 days in the Orange County Jail.

Contrary to what an official for the Orange County Courts told TMZ, Keough -- whose wife Jeana is a star on Bravo's addictive reality show -- admitted he drank wine at an OC hotel, thus violating the terms of his probation.

Judge Thomas Borris sentenced the former MLB star to 180 days, but from today forward, Keough will be eligible for Good Time/Work Time credit. That means he'll probably serve close to 110 days.

Matt was arrested for DUI in 2005.

'Real' Househusband Tries to 'Quiet Demons'

Matt Keough faced off with an OC judge in court today, but his arraignment on a DUI probation violation was postponed. Now he may be blaming his tragic ballpark accident for Matt's troubles.
TMZ was inside an Orange County courtroom where "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star was supposed to enter a plea for violating his probation -- by drinking in a Newport Beach hotel.

OC Real Househusband Tries to

Today, family attorney Dan Grigsby recounted to TMZ the cruel twist of fate during Matt's baseball career sent him on a downward spiral.

Back in 1993, Matt was playing for the Angels. He was sitting in the dugout when a player for the Giants connected with the ball for a bullet foul, striking Matt in the right side of his head. Matt underwent brain surgery and that's when his substance abuse problems began.

Grigsby said Matt began self-medicating, adding, "He's trying to quiet the demons as a result of the brain injury."

The arraignment was put off until January 14.

'Real Housewives' Husband Really Arrested

Reality has set in for "Real Housewives of Orange County" husband Matt Keough. The former MLB star was popped by cops Tuesday afternoon in Newport Beach, Calif., after officers found him drinking at the bar at a local Marriott, thus violating his probation. Classy!

The 52-year-old Keough pleaded guilty to felony DUI charges in 2005, after crashing his SUV into another car and causing a chain reaction which seriously injured a bicyclist. Keough left the accident scene and was found at a nearby store. He reportedly blew almost three times the legal limit. Wow -- that's drunk!

The judge sentenced Keough to probation. The terms indicated he was not to consume any alcohol -- not even a drop. Cops arrested him after a Newport Beach police officer recognized him -- and knew he was not supposed to be drinking.

Marty Keough, Matt's dad and his uncle Joe all played professional baseball. His douchebag son Shane is currently playing minor league ball.

He'll be arraigned on the probation violation tomorrow.

UPDATE: TMZ spoke with OC Sheriff's Dept. spokesperson, Jim Amormino, who confirmed that Keough was arrested in 2005 for DUI and that "the Oakland Athletics as well as Matt Keough's family are working together to get Matt into a treatment center to obtain the help that he needs."

Jo and Slade -- Totally Over ... It

Former "Real Housewives of Orange County" sublebs Jo De La Rosa and Slade Smiley may not be a couple anymore -- or reality stars, for that matter -- but they've each moved on to physically bigger and questionably better things.

Former Reality Couple Finds New Loves

TMZ cameras spotted Jo out with another reality show reject -- "Sons of Hollywood" star David Weintraub. The pair were out about on Robertson Blvd. yesterday, hitting up the trendy boutique Lisa Kline. A source inside the store tells us that Jo was trying on several different outfits (didn't buy any) and that David was very "touchy-feely" with her. *shudder*

Not to be topped, Slade was out and about last night with a busty piece of arm candy by his side. When our camera guy wanted to know how Jo was doing, to which Slade shot back, "Jo is probably fine."

Probably, indeed.

O.C. "Housewife" in Alternate Reality

Sub-leb-reality alert! Jo De La Rosa -- yep, the hot ex-"housewife" from Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Orange County" -- is getting the chance to do her own show.

Bravo has announced that it has ordered a one-hour "reality pilot" featuring Jo, who "starred" in the first two seasons of "Real Housewives," then moved on when it was pretty clear that she wasn't actually a housewife.

According to the net, the show will focus on her *cough* singing career *cough* and her search for love -- now that Slade's ditched her for another babe.

"Housewives 3" No Jo and Slade?!

TMZ just received promo materials for the new season of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Orange County," and we were shocked -- shocked! -- to see that Jo De La Rosa and Slade Smiley, the spiciest couple in the O.C. since L.C. and Jason Wahler, were nowhere to be found! Where'd they go?!

Sources tell TMZ that the pair -- no longer an item -- declined Bravo's request for them to star on season three. We're told Jo had a commitment to her record label, and, more importantly, was over the show. Fear not, though, we've learned Jo (and Slade -- if you can stand it) could be getting their own "Hills"-esque spin-off, which will chronicle Jo's climb to musical stardom. Paging Heidi Montag! In fact, we're told Jo's label has hired one of Britney's songwriters to pen her stuff. Wait- is that a good idea right now?
