'Housewives' Table-Flipper -- Under the Gun

Teresa Giudice is on the verge of losing her spot on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" -- TMZ has learned the reality star's money demands are holding up contract negotiations ... and Bravo is losing patience.

Sources close to Giudice tell TMZ, the

'NJ Housewives' are Table Flippin' Ridiculous

feels like Bravo's giving her the short end of the stick ... because she's under the impression that the other women in the cast are earning significantly more money than she is. As we previously reported, Teresa wants double her salary from last season.

We're told Teresa -- who's famously dealt with money issues in the past -- is ready to walk if Bravo doesn't cough up the cash. Bravo insiders wouldn't comment on the current state of negotiations, but did say the network is looking at possible replacements.

As for the other girls -- we're told they're all a safe bet for next season ... minus Danielle, of course.

'Real Housewives of NJ' Bus Tour -- Total Sellouts

Busloads of "Real Housewives" fans are abandoning the safety of their living rooms for a quick thrill ride in NJ -- TMZ has learned, there's a brand new tour of all the show's hot spots ... and it's selling out like crazy.

The 7-hour trip costs $95 ... and we're told, it includes a drive-by tour of all the housewives' houses, plus a bunch of other show-related stops -- like lunch at The Brownstone catering hall (owned by Caroline and Dina's hubbies), and a shopping trip to Kim DePaola's boutique.

And nip/tuck this -- according to the event company behind the tour, it even includes a glimpse into the housewives' plastic surgeon's office.

A one-time tour was originally scheduled for next Friday -- but in order to accommodate an unexpected surge in demand, it was rescheduled for an upcoming weekend ... and 2-4 additional dates are in the works.

'Beverly Hills Housewives' Hubby Went Belly Up

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast member Taylor Armstrong has a husband who has a lot in common with a big celebrity ... sadly, it's Toni Braxton.

Russell Armstrong filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy back in October of '05, this according to docs filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court and obtained by TMZ. The problem was simple ... Armstrong, an investor, said he had less than $50,000 in assets and debt somewhere between 1 and 10 million bucks.

Russell, who has been married to Taylor for seven years, says in the docs he made a boatload during the 1990's "dot.com boom" but took a huge financial hit when everything crashed. And it went from bad to worse after 9/11, with an IRS dispute and a "costly" palimony lawsuit filed by a former fianceé.

Looks like Taylor took the "for richer or poorer" part seriously.

Kelsey Grammer's Wife: Miscarriage of Justice

Camille Grammer, Kelsey Grammer's estranged wife and star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," feels "absolutely humiliated" over Kelsey's girlfriend, and feels her recent miscarriage is all part of bad Karma.

Sources who interact with Camille on the show's production tell TMZ ... she feels "very bitter and the bitterness has been growing" over Kelsey's sudden decision to pull the plug on their marriage.

We're told Camille feels sad about Kayte Walsh's miscarriage, but believes it's all part of the cosmos -- what goes around, comes around.

And, we're told, although the show reveals some of the bitterness, "It's way deeper than people watching would know."

'Housewives of Beverly Hills' Who'd You Rather?

All the members of the middle-aged Barbie doll convention known as "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" (Camille, Adrienne, Kyle, Kim, Lisa, Taylor) put their best faces forward at the premiere of their reality show in West Hollywood on Monday.

The question is...

Danielle Staub's Ex to Sue Over 'Naked Truth'

Danielle Staub's ex-husband is already picking another legal fight over statements made by the former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star ... but this time, he wants someone else to pay.

It's all over Danielle's tell-all book "The Naked Truth" -- in which Staub allegedly claims Kevin Maher was "incarcerated for 18 months" for "criminal activity relative to Danielle Staub."

Maher tells us the claim is "patently untrue" -- and insists that before the book came out, he warned the publisher, Simon & Schuster, that if they published the book ... he would fire off a big, fat lawsuit.

But they published it anyway -- and Maher is pissed ... telling us he's getting ready to hit them with a $10 million lawsuit.

As we previously reported -- Kevin just settled his defamation lawsuit with Danielle over some pretty nasty things she allegedly said about him ... and we're told he walked away with a pretty nice payday.

Calls to Simon & Schuster were not returned.

Danielle Staub -- Settlement Reached in War with Ex

TMZ has learned ... Danielle Staub has reached a settlement with her ex-husband Kevin Maher -- thus ending a ferocious legal war over allegations that he once raped her with a gun and murdered her dog.

The terms of the settlement are confidential -- but one source close to the case tells us ... "cash was involved in the deal."

As we previously reported, Maher had sued the former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star for $5 million -- claiming she defamed him by allegedly spreading horrible lies about him to several people and various news outlets.

TMZ spoke with Maher who told us, "The matter was resolved to the satisfaction of both parties." Maher also told us, "It's interesting that the case gets settled the day before Danielle was supposed to be deposed ... it was going to be the worst day of her life."

A rep for Staub had no comment.

Kelly vs. Audrina Who'd You Rather?

Looking like mother and daughter, "Real Housewives of New York City" star Kelly Killoren Bensimon and "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Audrina Patridge made nice at the same event in NYC on Thursday.

Question is ...

Tareq and Michaele Salahi -- We Prefer 'Alleged'

Tareq and Michaele Salahi prefer you call them "alleged" White House party crashers -- so today (just to be safe) we can say they are auctioning off the alleged dress Michaele allegedly wore when she and her alleged husband allegedly crashed the White House.

As we first reported, the dress is being put up for auction by The Potomack Company, an all-female owned auction house, with a percentage of the sale to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund.

Allegedly.

UPDATE: The dress ended up selling for $7,000. A rep from The Potomack Company tells us the company will be "donating a matching commission to the same two charities." Not allegedly.

'DC Housewife' -- Face Time with Bush

"The Real Housewives of Washington D.C." star Mary Schmidt Amons (left) chatted up President George W. Bush's daughter Jenna Bush Hager (right) at a charity event in Baltimore on Thursday.

For the record -- this "DC Housewife" actually had an invitation to the party.

'DC Housewife' -- They're Still Party Crashers to Me!

Threatening emails be damned -- one of the stars of "The Real Housewives of Washington D.C." says she has no plans to stop calling Tareq and Michaele Salahi the "White House party crashers."

As we first reported, a lawyer for the Salahis emailed the cast of "Real Housewives" ... threatening to sue if any of them use the "defamatory" phrase -- because, according to their lawyer, they technically never crashed the dinner.

Mark Lane, a lawyer for cast member Lynda Erkiletian, tells TMZ the Salahis could clear this whole thing up by just showing off the invitation. Lane says, "After eight months of exhausting the taxpayer's money investigating this issue, she could save everyone's time and money by just producing the invitation."

Lane says Erkiletian plans on using the phrase just the same, but with one concession -- she'll throw the term "alleged" in front of it ... complete with air quotes.

Everyone knows air quotes are an airtight legal defense -- right up there with crossing your fingers or calling "no backsies."

TMZ Live: Oksana, The Salahis, and Gisele Bundchen

We took your questions on everything -- including Oksana Grigorieva scoring $20k a month for baby Lucia, the Salahis threatening "Real Housewives" not to call them "Party Crashers", and Heidi and Spencer 86'ing their divorce.

Salahis Threaten to Sue 'Real Housewives of D.C.'

The couple known as the White House party crashers have threatened to sue the girls on "The Real Housewives of Washington D.C." if they dare to call them "White House party crashers."

Tareq and Michaele Salahi have lawyered up with Lisa Bloom, who fired off an email to the cast of the show, telling them there has been an exhaustive investigative study of the famous White House dinner. The conclusion: "The Salahis did not 'crash' the White House dinner, nor the Black Caucus dinner."

Bloom goes on to say, "It is simply a false statement of fact, and defamatory, to call the Salahis 'party crashers,' as it suggests they have committed crimes."

Bloom then threatens legal actions if the girls dare use the words.

The Salahis are turning into White House party poopers. Is that actionable?

'NJ Housewife' -- Don't Make Me Testify Against Staub!

Danielle Staub's former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" co-star Jacqueline Laurita desperately wants to avoid testifying against her nemesis in court ... telling TMZ, "I don't want to go back to that dark place."

Laurita has been called as a witness in a ferocious defamation case between Staub and her ex-husband Kevin Maher. As we previously reported, Maher claims Staub should fork over $5 mil for allegedly spreading horrific lies about him.

Maher has tapped Jacqueline for his witness list -- and expects her to testify about Staub's "dishonest reputation."

But Jacqueline tells TMZ, "I didn't even know I was on the list ... it's not really a list I want to be on ... can I be taken OFF the list?"

She adds, "I really don't want to go back to that dark place. Every time I've moved on the tide tries to pull me back in. I'm enjoying the sun. Let me be."

As of now, Jacqueline is set to take the stand in February 2011.

Charlie Sheen Yogurt Date with 'Housewives' Star

Charlie Sheen turned a frozen yogurt run into a full-blown media spectacle yesterday -- rolling into a dessert shop with one of the stars of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and even talking about Lindsay Lohan.

Sheen rolled in to Blizz in Sherman Oaks along with Adrianne Maloof-Nassif and her husband -- and loaded up on yogurt and Fruity Pebbles toppings.

It's never too early for fro-yo.

Bravo Flips Over 'Housewives' Table-Tossing Contest

A "Real Housewives of New Jersey"-inspired table-flipping contest -- hosted by table-flipping queen Teresa Giudice -- just got tossed ... after Bravo put the kibosh on the event.

The owner of The Funkey Monkey in Delaware tells TMZ ... just as they green lit the table-flipping contest for Teresa's appearance Saturday, Bravo caught wind of it and shut it down.

A rep for Bravo tells us the network has a hands-off policy regarding personal appearances -- but according to inside sources Teresa was told the contest might be a dumb PR move ... so she'd be better off not flaunting her famous Season 1 move (see video).

'NJ Housewives' are Table Flippin' Ridiculous

The club's owner tells us they've reached a compromise -- a look-alike contest. Nevertheless, he concedes, "I can't help it if the [look-alikes] get on the stage and flip tables."
