Manzo sat in front of a camera on July 22 for a deposition in Staub's ferocious legal war with her ex-husband Kevin Maher ... who's demanding $10 million for alleged defamation.

During the depo -- Manzo claims Staub told stories about her alleged abusive past with Maher ... including one situation where Maher allegedly raped Staub on broken glass, killed her dog and "inserted a pistol up her vagina."

Staub has claimed Maher has "no evidence" she ever made those statements about him.

Best part of the tape -- Manzo is asked about Staub's "propensity for truthfulness" ... and Caroline just unloads.

TMZ has learned the former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is set to spill her guts in a videotaped deposition in her bitter legal war with her ex-husband Kevin Maher.

As we previously reported, Maher is suing Staub for $5 million -- claiming she damaged his reputation by falsely claiming he killed her dog, raped her on a bed of broken glass and stuck a loaded gun into her genital region.

Staub -- who wanted to make it VERY clear that she didn't get fired from "RHONJ" -- tells us she starts taping her "spin-off" next week ... followed by an "over-the-top hosting show."

Staub insists her "spin-off" will be a reality show based around her family drama -- including her daughter's fashion career.

The man behind the lawsuit is Dr. Navin Singh -- from Ivy Plastic Surgery in Maryland -- who tells TMZ, he performed several "procedures" on Salahi last April -- but Michaele never paid the bill in full.

According to the suit, filed in district court in Virginia, Salahi still owes a cool $500 for unnamed procedures.

Dr. Singh wouldn't confirm the nature of the procedures -- but according to sources connected to the lawsuit, it's all over unpaid Botox injections ... which we're told Salahi had requested for a fundraising event a few days later.

The manager at Payless ShoeSource in Paterson, NJ tells TMZ, Kim -- along with her sidekick Tom Murro -- rounded up everyone in the store last Monday ... and personally threw down for their back-to-school purchases, which included "Star Wars" and Hello Kitty-themed backpacks.

But based on the receipt -- obtained by TMZ -- there weren't that many shoe shoppers out on the holiday ... because the total bill was only $143.60.

And not just artsy "top half" naked -- we're talking full-frontal, birthday suit naked.

Salahi's rep tells us the shoot will go down later this month -- and Michaele is "very excited" about posing down.

TMZ has obtained photos of Salahi handing over the dress to The Potomack Company ... an all-female owned auction house that will put the garment on the block on October 2.

And despite the Salahis' widely reported financial issues, Potomack claims Michaele and her husband Tareq Salahi have instructed the company to forward a percentage of the sale to the Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund.

Sources connected to the show tell us "several of the women are no longer satisfied with their deals" and will not show up to begin shooting Season 3 on September 3rd -- unless they get new contracts worth significantly more moolah.

We're told Teresa -- who's financial issues have been a major plot point on the show -- is the most adamant about the contract situation ... asking for a cut of the DVD and merchandise sales ... freedom to make more paid appearances ... and her salary DOUBLED.

A source extremely close to Teresa tells us, “She would like to be paid more equivalent to what the 'Jersey Shore' kids are getting" .... adding, "If she’s not treated better by Bravo, she’s ready to walk away.”

FYI -- the "Jersey Shore" kids are reportedly pulling in around $30k per episode.

Danielle just filed legal papers -- in which she states that Kevin Maher has "no evidence" that Danielle ever made several controversial statements about him ... including accusations that Kevin killed her dog, forced her to play Russian Roulette ... and even raped her.

As we previously reported, Maher filed a lawsuit against the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star -- claiming she did make the alleged statements ... and in doing so, she damaged his reputation to the tune of $5 million.

But Staub claims Maher has admitted to being such a scumbag in the past -- that even if she did make the statements, his reputation couldn't suffer any worse than it already has.

In fact, Staub lists several examples of Maher's alleged scumbaggery ...

According to the docs, Staub claims it's all spelled out in Maher's infamous biography, "Cop Without a Badge" ... in which Maher admits to using cocaine, has "overactive sexual proclivities," and once shoved a gun into the genitals of a man he thought was sleeping with Danielle.

As TMZ previously reported, Maher and Staub are attempting to settle their issues through mediation ... but in case that fails, the case is set to go to trial in February.

It's all over a $5 million lawsuit filed by Danielle's ex Kevin Maher -- who claims Staub slandered him when she claimed Kevin once raped her on a bed of broken glass, forced her to play Russian Roulette, and also murdered her dog.

Now, a judge has ordered both Maher and Staub to attend a mediation hearing in the hopes that they can "facilitate a resolution of the case before it goes to trial."

Maher -- the subject of the now infamous book "Cop Without a Badge" -- tells TMZ, "I will listen to the mediator ... but if the results are not fair and reasonable, I look forward to my day in court when I can call [Danielle] out on her lies."

Maher continues, "I want to be vindicated for the horrific crimes she falsely accuses me of."

The two sides are set to face off on Friday morning in Orange County, California.

On the season premiere of the show, D.C. Housewife Lynda Erkiletian explained that she refused to work with the America's Polo Cup -- a yearly charity event organized by Salahi -- because according to her, "nobody got paid."

Now, TMZ has learned a small embroidering business just won a legal battle against Salahi -- in which they claimed dude never paid up for work he ordered for the event in 2008.

According to the lawsuit, filed by JB Printing & Specialty Services, Salahi ordered a whole mess of customized embroidered polo jackets, fleece blankets and straw hatsback in 2008 ... but never paid a cent of his $4,576 bill.

Salahi had a date in a Virginia courtroom on the matter just last Friday -- but he didn't show up ... so the judge ruled that he must now fork over the dough.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, it all went down at the Oasis Winery in Virginia -- a place Tareq's parents founded back in 1977. Tareq and his parents have been at war over Oasis for years, because his parents claim Tareq ran the winery into the ground and then tried to interfere with the sale of the property.

But on July 27th -- Tareq's mom called the Fauquier County Sheriff's Office in Virginia and reported that her son was trespassing on the property ... and was "changing the locks on the doors to the winery, and possibly removing items from the building."

Once police arrived, Tareq -- who now stars on "The Real Housewives of Washington D.C." -- advised the officers that he still has an apartment located above the winery and should be allowed to enter his residence.

Cops determined that Tareq was right ... and he was allowed to enter the apartment. The situation ended without further incident.

Question is ...

One day there will be a story about Josh Waring from "The Real Housewives of Orange County" that does NOT involve him getting arrested.

This is not that day.

TMZ has learned Waring was picked up in Irvine on Friday night on a warrant for a probation violation.

Waring was also busted in June 2008 (possession of heroin and ecstasy and intent to sell), July 2009 (possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia), and April 2010 (battery on a spouse or significant other and false imprisonment, both misdemeanors).

Bellino -- who stars on "The Real Housewives of O.C." -- posted a blog saying, "Our girls were in their stroller and I thought I had put the brake on, but apparently I didn't." As TMZ first reported, the parents weren't paying attention ... and the stroller rolled into the pool.

The reality star then explains that her husband "instantly" jumped in after the kids and plucked both of them out of the water before their heads went under the water.
